Government control against corruption eradication in Indonesia is a form of overall supervision by the government of corruptors who want to undermine the country's finances, and can be as an effort to eradicate corruption in Indonesia to its roots. This study analyzes government control in the fight against corruption. This research is a normative legal research using a statutory approach and conceptual approach. The results showed that corruption should be classified as a crime whose eradication must be carried out extraordinarily. The function of government control in eradicating corruption is very much expected in the eradication of corruption in Indonesia, which is already rampant, namely the formation of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

The role of taxes is very important in the state finances. Taxes become necessary in financing the expenditures of the state, especially the routine state expenditures. However, not infrequently there are taxpayer actions that cause in State losses. The condition is realized by the government so that the government issued Law Number 11 Year 2016 on Tax Amnesty. However, with the issuance of the Tax Forgiveness Law, it has resulted in various views in the community because for some obedient taxpayers, it is assumed that taxpayers are granted the convenience of their mistakes. So that does not reflect justice as one of the objectives of the law. Based on the issue, the authors will conduct further research on the legality of tax debt relief in the framework of tax forgiveness and the urgency of determining the tax forgiveness rule. This study is qualified as a normative juridical legal research with a type of legal research doctrinal using a statutory approach, and a conceptual approach. From this research, it is expected that the writer can analyze related to the legality of tax debt relief in the framework of tax forgiveness and the urgency of determining tax forgiveness rule.

Indonesia is a maritime country surrounded by a sea that is rich in natural resources, therefore a unified system is needed to maintain security and also to allocate all energy sources offered by the sea so that it can be managed appropriately. The management of water safety and security in Indonesia is regulated in Law Number 17 of 2008 concerning Shipping. In this research, there are two main problems that will be examined, namely first about the management arrangements for safety and security requirements in Indonesian maritime territory and second What is the authority of the local government in developing the safety and security requirements of shipping in Indonesian maritime territory. This research is a normative legal research, using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The result of this research is the management of shipping coaching is carried out by the government. The form of guidance carried out by the government is in the form of supervision, control and regulation. Legal protection for the administration of regional autonomy is in line with the provisions of Law Number 23 o/2014 which involves regional governments and carries out legal protection for various government affairs in the context of community service and natural resource management.

Perkembangan pandemi Covid-19 saat ini sangat mengkhawatirkan dimana terjadinya suatupeningkatan kasus corona khusus di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuidan menganalisis kebijakan yang diambil pemerintah dalam penanganan pandemi Covid-19serta langkah-langkah yang diambil pemerintah untuk menganggulangi dampak-dampak, terutama dampak dari segi ekonomi dan sosial akibat pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitianhukum yang digunakan yakni metode penelitian hukum normatif. Adapun pendekatan yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatankonseptual. Penelitian ini berlandaskan pengaturan perundang-undangan yang mengaturmengenai penanganan dan penganggulangan pandemi Covid-19 serta analisis atas konseppenetapan peraturan perundang-undangan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalamrangka penanganan Covid-19, berawal dari pemerintah tmengeluarkan kebijakan tentangPembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar yang merujuk pada Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun2018 tentang Kekarantinaan Kesehatan. Peraturan pelaksanaannya yaitu PeraturanPemerintah Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 tentang Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar, sertaKeputusan Presiden tentang Kedaruratan Kesehatan sampai dengan saat ini pemerintah telahmengeluarkan kebijakan PPKM yang dimana dilakukan secara berkala. This study aims to identify and analyze thepolicies taken by the government in handling the Covid-19 pandemic and the steps taken bythe government to mitigate the impacts, especially the economic and social impacts of theCovid-19 pandemic. The legal research method used is the normative legal research method. The approach used in this research is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Thisresearch is based on the legislation governing the handling and handling of the Covid-19pandemic as well as an analysis of the concept of establishing these laws and regulations. The results of this study are in the context of handling Covid-19, starting with thegovernment issuing a policy on Large-Scale Social Restrictions which refers to Law Number6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine. The implementing regulations are GovernmentRegulation Number 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions, as well as thePresidential Decree on Health Emergencies. Until now, the government has issued a PPKMpolicy which is carried out regularly. Children are the next generation of the nation's future ideals asset as human resources for future national development, but today there are so many children who got violence in their lives. This research aims to analyzes the responsibilities of the government and contribution of Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak related to the provision of protection against acts of violence. this research is normative legal research by conducting a study of rules, doctrines, and also legal principles. Secondary data collection was carried out using the library study method with various legal materials analyzed descriptively by the method of the statute and conceptual approach. This research shows that the government has provided legal protection for rights related to violence in the form of legal products in the form of Undang-Undang No.39 Tahun 1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia and Undang-Undang No 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak. In addition to through legal products, the government also provides protection to children through the Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia land Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia Daerah and Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak as a service center that empowers women and children in various fields such as development, providing protection for women and children against various forms of discrimination, trafficking in persons, and acts of violence. Anak merupakan generasi muda penerus cita-cita perjuangan bangsa sekaligus modal sumber daya manusia bagi pembangunan nasional ke depannya, Namun dewasa ini terjadi begitu banyak anak yang mengalami tindak kekerasan dalam kehidupannya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tanggung jawab pemerintah dan kontribusi Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak terkait dengan pemberian perlindungan terhadap tindak kekerasan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode hukum normatif dengan melakukan kajian terhadap aturan, doktrin dan juga prinsip hukum. Pengumpulan data sekunder dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan berbagai bahan hukum yang dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan konseptual.  Tulisan ini menunjukkan, Pemerintah telah memberikan perlindungan hukum terkait dengan tindak kekerasan dalam bentuk produk hukum berupa Undang-UndanglNo.39ltahunl1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia dan Undang-UndangMNoM35 TahunN2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Selain melalui produk hukum, pemerintah juga memberikan perlindungan kepada anak melalui Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia dan Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia Daerah serta Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak sebagai pusat pelayanan yang melakukan pemberdayaan terhadap perempuan dan anak dalam berbagai bidang seperti pembangunan, pemberian perlindungan bagi perempuan dan anak terhadap berbagai bentuk diskriminasi, perdagangan orang, dan tindak kekerasan.

The political party's position as a determinant of government head nomination in Indonesia made the political party a central and strong role in the determination of the Cabinet in the presidential government of Indonesia and allowed the political party to determine the Cabinet domination established by the President elected. This research aims to determine the model of the presidential institution strengthening in the multi-party era in Indonesia and to know the political and juridical construction of the presidential institution in determining the cabinet in Indonesia. The method used is a normative legal research method with a conceptual approach. The results of this research are, firstly that the strengthening of the presidential institution in the multi-party era can occur when done with the restriction of political parties through the mechanism of the parliamentary threshold. Secondly, that the political construction of the cabinet determination by the President is based on the coalition of political party supporters of the government, and the juridical construction of the President may elect the Minister of the party proposal because it is based on article 6A paragraph (2) The Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia 1945. Kedudukan partai politik sebagai penentu pencalonan kepala pemerintahan di Indonesia menjadikan Partai Politik memiliki peran sentral dan kuat dalam penentuan kabinet di Pemerintahan Presidentiil Indonesia dan memungkinkan partai politik untuk menentukan dominasi kabinet yang dibentuk oleh Presiden terpilih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model penguatan lembaga kepresidenan pada era multi partai di Indonesia, dan untuk mengetahui konstruksi politis dan yuridis lembaga kepresidenan dalam menentukan kabinet di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pertama, penguatan lembaga kepresidenan di era multi partai dapat terjadi apabila dilakukan dengan pembatasan partai politik melalui mekanisme parlementary threshold. Kedua, bahwa konstruksi politis penentuan kabinet oleh presiden didasarkan atas koalisi partai politik pendukung pemerintahan, dan konstruksi yuridis presiden dapat memilih menteri dari usulan partai karena didasarkan pada Pasal 6A ayat (2) UUD 1945.

This research is motivated by there is a case of cancellation (null and void) of an authentic deed made by a notary because it does not meet the halal causa requirements. This study aims to analyze and find the form of liability of the Notary in halal causa requirements on the promised object. The results of the study using the normative legal research with the statute approach, conceptual approach, and comparative approach. The results of this study showed that the form of legal liability of the Notary in examining halal causa requirements on the agreed object, namely using the type of liability based on fault, because if halal causa requirements are not fulfilled in the authentic deed which results in the deed being null and void, then it is mistakes of Notaries as officials who are authorized to make and be responsible. At the end of this study, the researcher also provided advice to the government to updated Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning Notary Position by adding clauses related to the Notary's obligation to check the legal terms of the agreement; as well as advice to the Notary to be more careful, thorough, careful, not taking sides in checking halal causa requirements in the object of the agreement.

Indonesia as a welfare state aims to realize public welfare. This underlies the development of social security by the Indonesian government, which one is through health insurance. In Practice, the goal of creating BPJS is not compatible with reality, provable by a wide variety of issues that are difficult to solve. One of them is the problem with the management of claims for the BPJS. As for the subject of this study is health insurance, specifically management claims. The study uses normative legal research methods to adopt a statute approach, a conceptual approach, and a case approach. Studies have shown that despite efforts by the government to address the problem, but those efforts didn’t work because of some inhibitory factors. Needed solutions to the formation and application of the IMP (Identity Monitoring Program) concept and it is integrated with Disduk Capil to BPJS. The concept of IMP’s implementation is expected to a minimized deficit on BPJS and solving gone of the causes problems is claim management.

<p>Rumah adalah kebutuhan dasar yang sangat penting bagi setiap orang. namun sebagian   orang  masih   belum   memiliki   rumah   sendiri.   Faktor   penyebabnya   adalah mahalnya  harga  tunai  rumah.  Oleh  karena  itu  pemerintah  melalui  menteri  perumahan rakyat membuat  program  Kredit  Pemilikan  Rumah  (KPR). Program  KPR ini ditujukan untuk masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah yang disebut KPR subsidi. Salah satu bank yang menjadi  pelaksana  program  tersebut  yaitu  Bank  Tabungan     Negara  Syariah  (BTN Syariah). Penelitian skripsi ini mengenai sistem transaksi KPR yang dilakukan oleh BTN Syariah  Semarang  dan  tinjauan  hukum  Islam  terhadap  sistem  transaksi  KPR  di  BTN Syariah Semarang. Jenis penelitian  ini menggunakan  penelitian  hukum normatif dengan pendekatan  konseptual  agar dapat memahami  sistem transaksi  KPR BTN Syariah  yang menggunakan  prinsip Islam. Hasil dan pembahasan  penelitian  ini yaitu sistem transaksi KPR yang dilakukan BTN Syariah menggunakan  akad jual beli <em>murabahah </em>dan <em>istishna</em>. Tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap Akad <em>murabahah </em>yaitu dengan 3 pendekatan yang terdiri dari ditinjau dari rukun jual beli, syarat sah jual beli serta syarat jual beli kredit. Untuk akad  <em>Istishna</em>,  BTN  Syariah  tidak  bisa  menggunakan  akad  ini  karena  BTN  Syariah bukanlah produsen melainkan <em>trader</em>. Simpulannya skema transaksi KPR yang dilakukan BTN Syaraih hakekatnya bukan jual beli <em>murabahah </em>atau <em>istishna</em>, tetapi hutang piutang / <em>qardh</em>.</p><div class="WordSection1"><p><em>Home is a basic need that is very important for everyone. but some people still do not have their own home. The factor is the high cost of house cash. Therefore,  the government through the minister of public housing makes the program of Housing Loans (KPR).  The mortgage  program  is aimed  at low-income  communities  called  subsidized KPR. One of the banks that became the implementer of the program is the State Savings Bank  Syariah  (BTN  Syariah).  This thesis  research  about  mortgage  transaction  system conducted by BTN Syariah Semarang and review of Islamic law to mortgage transaction system in BTN Syariah Semarang.  This type of research uses normative  legal research with a conceptual approach in order to understand the transaction  system of KPR BTN Syariah using Islamic principles.  Results and discussion  of this research is a system of mortgage  transactions  conducted  BTN Syariah using the sale and purchase agreement murabaha  and istishna. Review of Islamic Law against Murabahah Akad that is with 3 approach  consisting  of  observed  from  rukun  jual  beli,  legal  condition  of  sale  and purchase and condition of sale and purchase credit. For Istishna contract, BTN Syariah can  not  use  this  contract  because  BTN  Syariah  is  not  a  producer  but  trader.  The conclusion of the scheme of mortgage transactions conducted by BTN Syaraih is not the sale and purchase of murabahah or istishna, but the accounts payable / qardh.</em></p></div>

AbstractBecoming an Indonesian Migrant Worker is one solution to reduce unemployment at home. But this has instead become a new problem. This relates to the lack of protection from the government due to the lack of coordination between the government and the private sector as a party that bridges Indonesian Migrant Workers and Employers. This is because of the many problems in the Placement Agreement. This is also because the Laws that have been made by the Central Government do not immediately have new implementation rules in accordance with what was promised. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze what sanctions will be obtained by the Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Company if the Placement Agreement is not carried out also whether it is permissible if Indonesian Migrant Workers can work if it is not in accordance with their placement. To answer these problems, the authors use legal research with a Conceptual Approach, and Case Approach, and Case Study.Keywords: Indonesian Migrant Worker; Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Company; Placement Company.AbstrakMenjadi Pekerja Migran Indonesia adalah salah satu solusi untuk mengurangi pengangguran di dalam negeri sendiri. Hal ini berkaitan dengan perlindungan yang kurang dari pihak pemerintah karena kurangnya koordinasi antara pemerintah dengan pihak swasta sebagai pihak yang menjembatani Pekerja Migran Indonesia dengan Pemberi Kerja. Hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya masalah dalam Perjanjian Penempatan. Hal ini juga dikarenakan Undang-Undang yang sudah dibuat oleh Pemerintah Pusat tidak segera memiliki aturan pelaksanaan yang baru sesuai dengan yang diperjanjikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sanksi apa yang akan didapatkan oleh pihak Perusahaan Penempatan Pekerja Migran Indonesia apabila Perjanjian Penempatan tidak dilaksanakan, juga apakah diperbolehkan apabila Pekerja Migran Indonesia dapat bekerja jika tidak sesuai dengan penempatannya. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penulis menggunakan penelitian hukum dengan Pendekatan Konseptual (Conceptual Approach), dan Pendekatan Kasus (Case Approach), dan Studi Kasus (Case Study).Kata Kunci: Pekerja Migran Indonesia; Perusahaan Penempatan Pekerja Migran Indonesia; Perjanjian Penempatan.

Increasing economic demands shape the situation of a child having to work to help his parents to support his family's economy. Therefore, it is necessary to provide legal protection for child labor. Legal protection for child labor is an important instrument that must be considered by the government; considering that the guarantee of legal protection is a moral responsibility for the government to fulfill the welfare and justice of child workers. This type of research is legal research. This legal research uses a statute approach and conceptual approach. The legal materials used in this legal research are primary and secondary legal materials. The results of this study state that legal protection for child labor is based on various laws and regulations. The welfare of child workers will be obtained when the rights of child workers as stated in various laws and regulations are fulfilled and guaranteed by the company.  Prosperity in this study does not only have material meaning, but includes non-material aspects; as well as continuing to provide flexibility for children to continue to develop their capacity. Furthermore, regarding justice, child workers should also be given legal protection; considering that children are human beings who have human rights. Tackling the problem of child labor can be done using three efforts; namely preventive efforts, curative efforts, and repressive measures. On the other hand, an integrated planning is needed to deal with the problem of child labor. This sustainable planning is carried out to fulfill various fundamental rights of child labor.
