  Higher education is a subsystem that includes a program of national education diploma, bachelor, masters, specialist and doctoral degrees held by college both academy, high school and university. College are obliged to provide education, research and community service. One element in the administration of higher education are the lecturer. Lecturers are academic personnel responsible for planning and executing the learning process, assess learning outcomes, conduct coaching and training, and conduct research and community service. Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 Year 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers, Article 51 Paragraph (1) Item b, the professor is entitled to promotions and awards in accordance with academic performance. This study used the ANP method (Analytical Network Process). By using Superdecision software. The criteria used in this study is the teaching, research and community service The results of this research is the relationship between teaching, research and community service related to the outstanding faculty in the election where the percentages in selecting outstanding faculty teaching performance at the first level = 22%, Personality = 18%, Teaching = 21%, 21% Research = , Devotion community = 16%

This study seeks to explore the problem of the dichotomy of science and its solution in Islamic Higher Education. which is analyzed in the perspective of education policy regarding higher education regulations by using the content analysis method in the study of library research. The issue of the dichotomy of science is actually a classic issue of the dark legacy of the past colonialism which Indonesia's founding fathers have been fighting for a long time. This real effort is proven by the issuance of a joint decree initiated by the Minister of Religion, KH. Wahid Hasyim and the Minister of Education of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the implementation of religious teaching in state educational institutions which are stipulated through the Regulation of the Minister of Religion No. 3 August 11, 1950. In the study of Islamic education, there is a classification (taqsîm) of knowledge, the first is al-'ulum al-diniyyah (religious sciences) which is called religious science and the second is general science or general sciences. In essence, Islam has never recognized the dichotomy of science (tafriqh), Islam only recognizes classification (taqsîm) based on the sequence and stages of learning, starting from fardlu 'ain and fardlu kifayah. The scholars and figures have formulated solutions starting from the regulatory aspect as stated in the joint regulation of the Minister of Religion and the Minister of Education, several other strengthening regulations through the 2003 National Education System formulation and the Higher Education Regulation, or in the form of ideas and ideas such as the tree of knowledge scheme, integration, integration. -interconnection and Naquib Al-Attas' ideal idea of ​​Islamization.

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris">The character education program launched by the Government has not reaped encouraging results, as evidenced by the worsening moral decline that occurs in the midst of the nation's children, such as corruption, drug abuse, LGBT lifestyle, free sex association, fighting between students, students and villagers, intolerance among religious people, separatism that threatens the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia, and so forth.  The concept of education in imam al-Tirmiżî's al-Jâmi' al-Ṣaḥîḥ explains in detail the basic potential of man (heart, reason, taste, initiative and body), and explains the relationship between an individual and religious principles, with oneself and with his environment. The concept is very relevant to the purpose of national education, which is noble and morally praiseworthy to be able to improve the quality of individuals, families and communities to build a just and civilized national and state order, to further achieve the ideals of social justice for all Indonesians.</p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak  </strong>                                </p><p class="16cKataKunci">Program pendidikan karakter yang dicanangkan oleh Pemerintah belum menuai hasil yang menggembirakan, dibuktikan dengan semakin parahnya kemunduran moral yang terjadi di tengah-tengah anak bangsa, seperti korupsi, penyalahgunaan obat-obat terlarang, gaya hidup LGBT, pergaulan seks bebas, tawuran antar pelajar, mahasiswa dan warga kampung, intoleransi antar umat beragama, separatisme yang mengancam keutuhan NKRI, dan lain sebagainya.  Konsep pendidikan adab dalam kitab al-Jâmi’ al-Ṣaḥîḥ karya Imam al-Tirmiżî menerangkan secara terperinci dalam mengembangkan potensi dasar manusia (hati, akal, rasa, karsa dan raga), serta menjelaskan relasi antara seorang individu dengan prinsip-prinsip agama, dengan diri sendiri dan dengan lingkungannya. Konsep sangat relevan dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional, yangmana adab mulia dan akhlak terpuji mampu meningkatkan kualitas individu, keluarga dan masyarakat untuk membangun tatanan berbangsa dan bernegara yang berkeadilan dan beradab, untuk selanjutnya mencapai cita-cita keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia.</p>

Lecturers are professionals as well as scientists who are obliged to carry out the Tri Dharma of the college (Teaching, Research and Community Service). The performance of lecturers in the three dharma has an impact on the quality of higher education and also the development of the academic career of lecturers. However, the fact that was observed in FE UST, some lecturers spent more of their service in the teaching field only, while the implementation of research (especially the published ones) was minimal and only to meet the minimum standards of its obligations. Based on the literature review the factors that influence the performance of lecturers include Motivation, Competence and Commitment. The test results concluded that only the lecturers' motivation was influential, while competence and commitment had no effect.

This article analyses the history of the European Kazakh Diaspora’s formation and important matters such as the European Kazakh Youth’s national upbringing, identity, native language and traditions.The article also examines the research of national education in the Republic of Kazakhstan, issues of national education of youth, methodological support of the process of national education in higher education. In this situation, special attention is paid to the difficulties of the Kazakh diaspora in Europe in preserving national values, ways of preserving national traditions and the continuity of generations in addressing these issues.

Professional lecturers are lecturer professionalism that includes professionalism of teaching, research, and community service. The institution has the responsibility to develop the profession of the lecturer. An important step that can be done by higher education institutions is by developing lecturer profession guidance program covering the field of teaching, research, and community service. The program of developing and fostering the professionalism of the lecturers should be combined with the demands of science, technology, art that develops expansively and qualitatively. The development and professional development of this lecturer can be done through coaching programs based on institutional needs analysis. Programs can be said to succeed if in a lecturer there has been a process of transformation of the program. This transformation process can be seen from two things, namely: (1) improvement of ability in performing a task and (2) behaviour change which is reflected in attitude, discipline and work ethic.

Статья посвящена проблеме психологической безопасности образовательного пространства высшей школы, в частности, – исследованию удовлетворенности образовательной средой студентов гуманитарных специальностей. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью проектирования условий, способствующих сохранению психического и психологического здоровья молодежи. Целью нашего исследования являлся анализ психологического описания характеристик в образовательном пространстве высшей школы, значимых с точки зрения психологической безопасности обучающихся. В данном исследовании изучены взаимосвязи характеристик образовательной среды (позитивные переживания интереса, радости, удовлетворенности, и выраженности негативных эмоций страха, гнева и обиды) с уровнем депрессивности студентов. В статье анализируются результаты студентов высших учебных заведений гуманитарного профиля Республики Татарстан (выборка 7383 студента). В ходе исследования методом анкетирования изучались параметры образовательной среды, влияющие на психологическую безопасность личности – эмоциональное отношение к обучению и удовлетворенность образовательной средой. Данное исследование предназначено для педагогов психологов, преподавателей и заинтересованных лиц в развитии психологически безопасного образовательного пространства высшей школы. Материалы исследования могут быть использованы при организации и проведении мероприятий по психологической профилактике и сопровождению процессов адаптации студентов высших и средних учебных заведений. The article is devoted to the problem of psychological safety of the educational space of higher education, in particular, to the study of satisfaction with the educational environment of students of humanitarian specialties. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to design conditions conducive to the preservation of mental and psychological health of young people. The purpose of our study was to analyze the psychological description of characteristics in the educational space of higher education, which are significant from the point of view of the psychological safety of students. This study investigated the relationship between the characteristics of the educational environment (positive experiences of interest, joy, satisfaction, and the severity of negative emotions of fear, anger and resentment) with the level of students' depression. The article analyzes the results of students of higher educational institutions of the humanitarian profile of the Republic of Tatarstan (sample of 7383 students). In the course of the study, the parameters of the educational environment that affect the psychological safety of an individual - emotional attitude to learning and satisfaction with the educational environment - were studied using the questionnaire method. This study is intended for educational psychologists, teachers and those interested in the development of a psychologically safe educational space for higher education. The research materials can be used in the organization and implementation of measures for psychological prevention and support of the adaptation processes of students of higher and secondary educational institutions.

Este trabajo hace un análisis de las limitaciones pedagógicas que tiene el profesor universitario frente a los requerimientos de la educación actual para la formación de profesionales y la necesaria profesionalización pedagógica del colectivo docente de la universidad, tendiente a elevar la calidad de la educación superior. Luego de describir la situación problemática se establecen los antecedentes investigativos, se hace un diseño teórico y metodológico, un sustento teórico sobre la profesionalización pedagógica del docente universitario, se realiza el diagnóstico de la situación actual, y se esboza un modelo y estrategia pedagógicos en base al vínculo docencia-investigación, para favorecer el desempeño pedagógico de los profesores de la Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí, extensión Bahía de Caráquez. Palabras Clave: Profesionalización pedagógica, desempeño pedagógico, docencia universitaria, vínculo docencia-investigación ABSTRACT This paper analyses pedagogical limitations that professors have against the requirements of current education for training of professionals and the necessary pedagogical professionalization of the faculty in order to raise quality at higher education. Abstrak: Di dalam perkembangan dunia pendidikan yang terus berubah maka dibutuhkan pemahaman akan gagasan penelitian yang mutakhir. Gagasan peneltiian dalam lingkup pendidikan tinggi tercermin dalam proposal penelitian dimana mengacu Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 tentang Pendidikan Tinggi (UU No. 12-2012) dijelaskan bahwa didalam mengembangkan bakat, minat serta kemampuan dirinya maka hal tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan kokurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler. Kedua kegiatan itu dapat dilaksanakan melalui organisasi kemahasiswaan. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini para mahasiswa mendapatkan pemahaman secara komprehensif akan proposal peneltiian yang memenuhi kualifikasi Ristekdikti. Adanya perancangan proposal penelitian dan pemaparan secara individual menjadikan mahasiswa siap secara maksimal untuk mengetahui apakah penelitian yang digagasnya dapat dilaksanakan secara rasional atau tidak. Abstract: In the development of an ever changing education world, it is necessary to understand the latest research ideas. The idea of research in the scope of higher education is reflected in research proposals which refer to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2012 on Higher Education (Law No. 12-2012) explained that in developing his talents, interests and abilities, this can be done through co-curricular activities. and extracurricular. Both activities can be carried out through student organizations. In this community service students gain a comprehensive understanding of research proposals that meet the Ristekdikti qualifications. The existence of individual research proposal design and presentation makes students optimally prepared to find out whether the research they initiated can be done rationally or not.

Classroom teaching, academic publishing, and community service may be considered the primary responsibilities among academics in higher education institutions (HEIs). While there have been a number of studies that explored the teaching–research nexus in different contexts, little is known about the perceived roles of HEI academics with regard to teaching and research. This article explores Philippine HEI doctoral academics’ (academics with doctoral degrees) views of their roles in teaching and research. Data were obtained from interviews with 53 doctoral academics who had 11–25 years of teaching experience. Findings revealed that doctoral academics viewed themselves as classroom teachers, which undermined the teaching–research nexus due to their inadequate training and exposure to research and publication when they were pursuing their doctoral degrees. This article argues that academic orientation plays a key role toward academics’ perceptions of teaching and research in HEIs. Such findings suggest the need to revisit both national and institutional policies on teaching and research pedagogy among Philippine HEIs.
