The purpose of this research is to know the geographic information system of tourism that is in Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency and develop it Research methods used by doing observationin Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency, then proceed with the system development method. the research method used is by the method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). By using the Software Notepad ++ to build tourism Geographical Information System web-based. PHP as a programming language, MySQL as the database server and the design of the map using the Google Maps API. The object-oriented approach that is used UML (Unified Modeling Language) can explain the flow of the existing system. Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency has been doing promotion through mass media such as newspapers and brochures in the delivery of information. But the way is not enough to inform tourism and places of attractions. It is therefore through the design of Geographical information system of tourism was able to resolve the issue. After the results of the study of geographic information systems is expected delivery of tourism information becomes more widespread, and the tourists could be quick and precise in finding information a tourist want to visit.

The research reported in this dissertation focuses on the development of a web-based frugal information system (frugal IS) that supports the financial management of very small enterprises (VSEs), with a special focus on their business transactions. In most developing countries, VSEs have some significant contributions at various socioeconomic objectives, such as fostering entrepreneurship and improving growth of employment. They represent an income opportunity to retrenched and retired entrepreneurs which is recognised to be crucial to the livelihood of many poor local households and local citizens. In addition, these enterprises have a remarkable role to play in the areas of employment and poverty alleviation. Despite this, the majority of VSEs in developing countries, especially those in rural regions are faced with miscellaneous issues and challenges, which could be ascribed to their resource scarcity. In particular, most VSEs are resource-constrained in terms of knowledge and information resources, financial resources and human resources. What also exacerbates their situation is the fact that the majority of VSEs are still ingrained in their traditional ways of running the business and they are unready to adopt new and innovative working methods. In particular, VSEs are still accustomed to manual paper-based systems which are monotonous, error-prone, highly fragmented and severely inefficient. Unfortunately, all this gravely challenges the growth and development of VSEs. In this dissertation, a concept of frugal innovation, precisely frugal IS, is applied to distinctively address specific and unique business needs of VEs in developing countries. A methodology that is employed in this research is called design science research methodology (DSRM). The DSRM helped to address the problem of VSEs through design, construction, utilization and evaluation of a web-based frugal IS prototype system. A novel system life cycle model that favours the notion of frugality was employed for the design and development of a web-based frugal IS. The evaluation of the prototype system and its design revealed quite interesting results. The design of a web-based frugal IS prototype system was characterized with low complexity which promoted reusability, maintainability and reliability. The evaluation of usability indicated that the system was fairly simple to use, reliable and effective in terms of managing financial information of VSEs. Based on the general findings of this research, the design and development of a web-based frugal IS for VSEs in developing countries promises to assist VSE owners to assess their profitability, improve their financial management, promote sound economic decisions and help them to avoid business failure.

Abstract - Dairi is one of the districts located in the area of Lake Toba which has considerable tourism potential. The development of information technology currently plays an important role. With the help of technology, many things become easier, one of which is the delivery of information. This study aims to design a prototype web-based tourism information system in Dairi so that tourists is more easily in obtaining tourism information. The method used in this research is descriptive because this research analyzes and presents facts systematically so it can be easier to conclude. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and observations. The design of the system prototype in this study includes the design of Data Flow Diagrams, Flowchart, Database Design, and Output Design. The result of the prototype of tourism information system in Dairi covers various information about tourism in Dairi such as Dairi history, cultural art, custom and culture of Batak, cultural heritage, arts and crafts, art community, transportation to tourism object, tourism map, calendar of events, facilities in tourist attraction, nature tourism, shopping tourism, religious tourism, culinary tourism, cultural tourism, and other information. Keywords: Prototype, Information System, Tourism Abstrak - Kabupaten Dairi merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang berada di kawasan Danau Toba yang memiliki potensi pariwisata cukup besar. Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini memegang peranan penting. Dengan bantuan teknologi, banyak hal yang dijadikan menjadi lebih mudah, salah satunya penyampaian informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototipe sistem informasi pariwisata berbasis web di Kabupaten Dairi agar wisatawan lebih mudah dalam memperoleh informasi pariwisata. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif karena penelitian ini menganalisa dan menyajikan fakta secara sistematis sehingga dapat lebih mudah untuk disimpulkan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dan observasi. Perancangan prototipe sistem pada penelitian ini diantaranya perancangan Data Flow Diagram, Flowchart, Perancangan Database, serta Perancangan Output. Hasil protipe sistem informasi pariwisata di Kabupaten Dairi meliputi berbagai informasi tentang pariwisata yang ada di Kabupaten Dairi seperti sejarah Dairi, seni budaya, adat dan budaya Batak, cagar budaya, seni dan kerajinan, komunitas seni, transportasi menuju objek wisata, peta pariwisata, calendar of event, fasilitas di objek wisata, wisata alam, wisata belanja, wisata religi, wisata kuliner, wisata budaya, dan informasi lainnya. This study aims to develop a Web-based Tourism Information System for Tukad Campuhan Tampaksiring Tourism Object as a natural tourism object in the Tampaksiring Tourism Village. The tourism information system aims to make it easier for tourists to get information about Tukad Campuhan Tampaksiring Tourism Object. This research is a type of development research with reference to a place / tourism object that still needs to be developed or a tourist object that is still new. The trial subjects in this study were expert subjects, namely the managers of the Tukad Campuhan tourism object, as well as the tourists as potential users of the information system (users). The results of our research directly to the field show that, in the Tukad Campuhan Tourism Object, development is still very necessary, especially in the Information System. Therefore we have the idea to develop a Web-based Information System, in order to make it easier for tourists to get information about this Tukad mixed tourism object.

The web-based South Pemalang Regency tourism information system is used as a tool in delivering information on tourist and cultural areas in Pemalang Regency to people who want to know tourist areas in Pemalang Regency. The web-based Pemalang Regency tourism information system is one form of regional tourism promotion in Pemalang Regency, in order to attract tourists to visit Pemalang Regency. The research methods used include direct observation, interviews with related parties, and literature studies related to the issues raised. The application development methodology that the author uses is the waterfall model. The programming language used is Sublime Text using mysql as the database. This research is useful as a medium of information and promotion of tourism potential in Pemalang Regency, so that people will be more familiar with regional tourism places in Pemalang Regency. The more tourists who visit, the income of the area and the surrounding community will increase.

Bootstrap is an open source CSS framework by providing CSS classes that are already integrated with JQuery. The design responsive layout support on bootstrap will create a website that automatically adjusts to the width of the user's browser so that the website created by bootstrap is compatible with all smartphone, tablet, laptop and desktop PC devices. The design of library information system in this research using Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC) method. WDLC is a method that used to design web-based information systems, stages of system design on WDLC ranging from Planning, Analisys, Design and Development, Testing and Implementation and maintenance. This research produces a responsive web-based information system that enables members and librarians for doing book searching, lending and book returning.
