The article briefly highlights the life path and scientific heritage of Vlas Platonovich Zhukov (1921– 1991), Doctor of Philology, Professor, Honoured Scientist of the RSFSR, one of the leading phraseologists in Russia. The constructive pillars of the scholar’s concept consisted in two oppositions: 1) a phraseological unit and a word 2) a word and a component of a phraseological unit. In line with this direction and using the method of phraseological application, a whole complex of fundamental problems can be solved: the originality of the phraseological meaning in comparison with the lexical meaning, the sign properties of the components, the typology of accompanying words, the differentiation of synonymy and variance of phraseological units, the role of evaluativity in the formation of the semantics of a phraseological unit and its categorical properties, etc. The author’s main theoretical provisions were successfully implemented in his textbooks, teaching aids and dictionaries.

В публикации приводится юбилейное стихотворение и гимн, написанные в честь 100-летия пребывания Академии в Троице-Сергиевой Лавре (1814-1914). Автор поэтических строк протоиерей Феодор Делекторский на момент их составления заканчивал Московскую духовную академию в священном сане, принятом задолго до поступления в неё. Приходское служение не охладило, а, наоборот, усилило стремление его души к духовному образованию. Дальнейший жизненный путь отца Феодора, принявшего монашеский постриг, епископский сан и вступившего на путь юродства, является яркой страницей в академической агиологии. Строки гимна о крестоношении стали пророческими по отношению к судьбе самого автора. Статья основывается на архивных данных и публикациях, часть из которых хранится в библиотеке Московской духовной академии. The publication contains an anniversary poem and anthem written in honor of the 100th anniversary of the Academy in the Trinity-Sergius Lavra (1814-1914). The author of poetic lines Archpriest Theodore Delektorsky at the time of their composition graduated from the Moscow Theological Academy in the rank of clergy, adopted long before entering it. Parish Ministry was not discouraged, but rather strengthened the desire of his soul to spiritual education. The further life path of the author Theodore lead him to monastic vows, and then to the Episcopal rank. His life ended in martyrdome - a bright page in academic hagiology. The lines of the hymn about the cross became prophetic in relation to the fate of the author. The article is based on archival data and publications, some of which are stored in the library of the Moscow Theological Academy.

Administrative activities in the field of educational facilities and infrastructure include; planning, procurement, inventory, distribution, utilization and maintenance, deletion, and supervision of educational facilities and infrastructure. The role of the teacher in the administration of school infrastructure: involved in planning the procurement of teaching aids, involved in the use and maintenance of teaching aids used by teachers, supervision in the use of practical tools by students.

A brief review of information about the life and scientific path of the famous domestic geneticist and breeder of vegetable and melon crops, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor F.A. Tkachenko, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of his birth, is given. The main stages of the formation of F.A. Tkachenko as a person and a scientist during periods of war, training and work at the Institute of Vegetable Growing and Melon Growing of the NAAS are shown. The data on its participation in the development of genetics of heterosis and selection of heterotic hybrids of vegetable and melon crops in Ukraine are presented. The main scientific achievements and results of F.A. Tkachenko's activity as a scientist and teacher are indicated. The role of F.A. Tkachenko in the work of the Institute of Vegetable and Melon Growing of the NAAS and the formation of the national scientific school in the field of genetics and selection of vegetable and melon crops is shown. Most researchers of socialization processes agree that the primary socialization carried out in the family is crucial. The phenomenon of the family was considered in terms of psychological, sociological, anthropological, philosophical, biological and cultural approaches. Now the question of surrogacy is being studied in terms of the psychology of the life path of the individual; as manifestations of the meaning of life, will, responsibility; as a world of the subjective, where is always something more. Many scientists pay attention to the methodology, organization, functioning of foster families; the problems of lifestyle of orphan children in general, and in particular – in a professionally foster family. Scientists have considered the motivation of the adopted child into the family and some socio-psychological characteristics of parents. However, there are almost no studies of some individual-typological features that dysfunctionally affect family relationships, although these features may be the reason for the denial of the family's ability to be a substitute. The relevance of the study is due to the need of supplement the structural and semantic components of the psychological diagnosis of potential parents in foster families. The empirical study was conducted on the basis of the Odessa Regional Center for Social Services for Families, Children and Youth, a territorial division of the Odessa Regional State Administration. In testing took a part about 30 applicants for foster parents. With the help of Individual-typological questionnaire LM Sobchyk (ITO) there was created an average statistical portrait of candidates for the role of parents in foster families. They are characterized by a high level of extraversion (48.6%); average level of rigidity (82.9%), aggression (54.3%), anxiety (82.9%), introversion (71.5%), lability (74.3%), sensitivity (62.9%), spontaneity (60%). All these qualities positively characterize all members of the sample and confirm their reliability as potential parents in foster families. These conclusions can be used by psychologists in the selection of candidates for the role of foster parents in foster families, as well as in psychological counseling.

The supervisor’s role is quite essential to support developing teacher competencies, and also to improve their professionalism. In this article, the author formulates the problem: what is the role of supervisors in continuing professionalism development for teachers?. The purpose of this article is to describe strategies executed by supervisor on carrying out the academic task related to improving teacher’s pedagogical and professional competence. The results appertained to their role of improving teacher’s competence both pedagogically and professionally can be accomplished through academic supervision competencies. Other observable strategies are developing scientific publication, creating learning tools or teaching aids (innovative works); modifying practicum and self-development tools came under education and training, and KKG.

The principal is a leader in educational institutions that regulates and manages educational activities in schools. Therefore, school principals play an important role in improving the quality of education, especially improving teacher performance to be more enthusiastic and professional in teaching and developing themselves who are in charge of delivering lessons to students. This study aims to identify the role of principal supervision as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching at SMA Negeri 10 OKU.This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 OKU. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from September 2020 to November 2020. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include: (1) Interview or Interview; (2) Observation; (3) Documentation. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the principal had a role in the supervision carried out as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. It is known: (1) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher in planning lesson plans which are made reported and approved by the principal and according to the curriculum; (2) The role of principal supervision is proven by the teacher in carrying out the learning process in accordance with the learning device guidelines and using teaching aids; (3) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher evaluating the learning outcomes and reporting to the principal; (4) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher following up on the learning outcomes in accordance with the direction of the principal; (5) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher providing guidance to students.

This article aims to describe the basic concepts, processes and roles of teachers in the administration of facilities and infrastructure, the method used to compile this article is a systematic literature review (SLR). First researchers find relevant theories, followed by analyzing, then making conclusions based on the analysis of the researcher. The results of the analysis of researchers are the administration of educational facilities and infrastructure is everything needed directly or indirectly in supporting the process of educational activities to achieve predetermined goals. In the process of administration of facilities and infrastructure including planning, procurement, inventory, distribution, utilization of maintenance, deletion, and supervision. The role of humanism and national values are important in the contemporary policy of Uzbekistan.
