The supervisor’s role is quite essential to support developing teacher competencies, and also to improve their professionalism. In this article, the author formulates the problem: what is the role of supervisors in continuing professionalism development for teachers?. The purpose of this article is to describe strategies executed by supervisor on carrying out the academic task related to improving teacher’s pedagogical and professional competence. The results appertained to their role of improving teacher’s competence both pedagogically and professionally can be accomplished through academic supervision competencies. Other observable strategies are developing scientific publication, creating learning tools or teaching aids (innovative works); modifying practicum and self-development tools came under education and training, and KKG.

Currently, there is a change in the role of education in the direction of forming a vector of continuing education, cultivation of self-development skills, self-organization in order to improve the professional competences of management. The article examines the need to reorganize the existing education system at enterprises and formation of new technologies of development of professional competences of managerial staff. It is proved that the main objective of the competence approach in vocational education is the formation of a competent managerial specialist with appropriate competence sets needed for successful achievement of an organization's strategic goals. The acmeological aspects of professional competence of managerial staff with the use of basic acmeology categories are discussed in details. The process of development and application of archeological technologies at domestic enterprises is proposed. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research was: the principles of system, integrity, unity and mutual determination of the external and internal. As theoretical methods, theoretical-methodological and retrospective analysis, generalization and interpretation of scientific data were used.

In the article the problem of readiness of teacher from student�s cognitive competence development is considered. The authors substantiates the term of form cognitive competence. The special attention is given to the analysis of characteristic an educational space. Attention is focused on the problem of forming of teacher�s personality in the conditions of continuous education, from student�s cognitive competence development is considered. In the perspective of learning there is an increasing need for customized education and training. In a preceding case study, a process-focused demand-driven approach for organizing flexible educational programmers in higher professional education was developed. The authors offers his view at the role of selfeducation in the process of the personality, that is able and has great wish for self-realization. The rapid development of innovative technologies and the rapid change in the social environment necessitate the search for tools for the formation of professional competence that meet the modern requirements of training students in vocational educational institutions. Purpose of the article: analysis of the implementation of foresight sessions in the professional self-development of students. Methodology: the article presents the dynamics of student participation in foresight sessions, an increase in the number of students over several years, as well as the results of a survey of participants in foresight sessions to determine the advantages of the method. Results: Conducting foresight sessions expands the possibilities of forming the professional competence of future specialists.

Intellectual skills contribute to self-development and form the basis of professional competence of a specialist needed for adaptation to the conditions of life in the era of modern rapid renewal of knowledge. In this connection, the authors analyze non-linguistic factors and language mechanisms, which, in turn, in the age of "information explosion" are the main causes of errors in structuring information. The article offers some guidelines for the use of certain didactic technologies and cognitive strategies on the development of intellectual skills of students in higher education in the study of various aspects of the French language. The presented methods were successfully integrated into the process of teaching junior students at the Military University of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Special attention is paid to the role of the teacher as a facilitator of language teaching and the guarantor of the latter’s success.

The international tourist hotel industry that focuses on quality of the “tangible” service is a typical high-contact service. Many studies raised the importance of recruitment criteria for aesthetic labour. To survive in the recent competitive work environment, many hoteliers enhance their competitiveness in the process of service employee selection and emphasize the importance of physical attractiveness. However, it is “self-confidence” to be the basic reason for employees to perform their attractive manner and professional jobs. This study uses self-confidence as a moderator which is rare relevant empirical evidence to confirm the relationships between physical attractiveness, professional competence and service attitude. The results show that confidence of the service personnel, physical attractiveness and professional competence have positive significant correlation relationships with service attitude. Service personnel's “self-confidence” is the most important variable towards service attitude. The study borrows selection and training functions of human resource management to integrate the knowledge of psychology, marketing management to expand the theory.

Social problems that exist in the community become the background in this research. Social problems are an inseparable part of social life in society, which ultimately affects society itself. The impact also varies, namely the disparity between social classes and the increase of unemployment rate, community empowerment done by government and private. LKP among others is trying to contribute in helping solve social problems in the community. The development of LKP in Indonesia is very rapid, reaching approximately 20,152 the LKP year 2107 in Indonesia according to the information of Directorate of Training and Training Course. including in West Bandung which reached 35 LKP according to KBB course info. with these programs aim to provide knowledge, skills, skills, life skills, and attitudes to self-development, professional development, work, independent business, and/or continuing education to a higher level. And the purpose of this research is to know how the role of Special Institution and Training of Sewing in Strengthening the Management of Community Empowerment.

ABSTRACTTeacher competence is the teacher's capital in carrying out the main task and its function in educating the students. There are 4 competencies that must be possessed by teachers, namely, pedagogic competence, professional competence, personality competence and social competence. Teachers should have awareness in themselves to continue to learn and develop themselves continuously in an effort to improve services to learners. One of the teacher's efforts in self-development is through education and training. For that, the authors examine the "How education and training Sustainable Development of Keprofesian in improving the pedagogic and professional competence of kindergarten teachers in Bandung?" Where pedagogic competence and professional competence are both mutually integrated and can not be separated. This study aims to describe the process of planning, implementation, assessment and results and the impact of education and training on teacher performance through descriptive and qualitative approaches. The results of this study indicate through education and training program Sustainable Development of Keprofesian in Bandung value Competency Teacher Test average increased significantly and in accordance with the expected minimum achievement criteria. In addition, teachers also feel an increase in knowledge, variations of learning fun to apply to learners and implement sustainable self-development plans.

The complex patient, that has often multiple, chronic and progressive disorders, that’s undergone at polytherapy, should be evaluated totally with respect not only to medical side, but also to psychological and clinical side. The shortage of specialists in disciplines that require technical skills, obtained by training and performing a sufficient number of annual procedures, contributes to the need for reorganizing health care; in this background the Internist devolves less time to charitable activities in favor of competences related to the processes. The knowledge of the clinical governance (CG) should be the common heritage of all the actors of the health system, that need to be made up of professionals able to coordinate and make easy the implementation and the spread the CG culture. At least initially we propose to focus the testing strictly within the medical department. As already mentioned above, the natural Internist predisposition, cultural and training, leads him to a multidisciplinary vision of medicine that allowing to acquire more easily the tools that make up the structure of CG, being able to facilitate the application. The acquisitions of professional competence and clinical governance play a key role in the Internist culture. The purpose of an Internist with professional skills and managerial capacity, is to act within the department to facilitate and simplify the horizontal interaction among other similar corporate structures and to help the Management to improve structural and clinical appropriateness in Hospital and to better the relations between hospital and territory, identifying the critical issues and the possible solutions.

The article presents some aspects of teaching and training future specialists in the sphere of decorative and applied arts alongside some issues devoted to the development of their opinion that modern artistic textiles are innovative means of decorative and applied arts and play a significant role in the development of creative competence of textile artists. The need to rethink the history of textiles in Ukraine and analyse the problems of its current artistic and industrial state, especially in the Southern regions, has been grounded. It has been proved that the role of artistic textiles, together with carpet weaving and batik, in the socio-cultural and economic development of Ukraine’s artistic space remains relevant today. Special attention is given to the genetic basis for using Ukrainian textiles (the spiritual component of the ornamental carpet) through the symbolism of which representatives of all segments of the population tried to identify with Ukraine, this basis being an integral component in the development process of the professional competence of future specialists in the sphere of decorative and applied arts. It has been substantiated that one cannot forget the ancient traditions of textile art; it is necessary to revive them in original modern forms, to promote the development of experimental tendencies, to work creatively with textiles while teaching the course "Decorative and Applied Arts", to show how promising it is in its artistic and cultural essence, to provide an analysis of the exhibition activity as a guarantee for the development of creative search, a stimulator to the creative activity of a future specialist in decorative and applied arts. The purpose of the article is to identify the interrelations and interactions of folk and professional art; to outline the role of profession-centred art education in the development of artistic textiles in Ukraine; to analyse experimental tendencies and concepts of Ukraine’s modern professional textiles. The conclusions state that the language and style of the Ukrainian textile art has always depended on traditions and national sources, as well as on the latest trends in Western European Art. The analysis of the existing methodological approaches to teaching future specialists in decorative and applied arts, aimed at searching for new methods of improving the quality of education, and developing their professional competence enables us to assess the idea of innovative learning, teaching and assessment in a new way. An important condition for successful training of future professionals in the sphere of decorative and applied arts is the development of their creative competence, which includes the ability to emotionally perceive the environment, to creatively transform it, the awareness of the culture of peoples and nations in different periods of society development, to master universal human values, including creative values, providing creative self-realisation and self-development.

The study aims to analyze the understanding of pedagogic and professional competence of social studies teachers in Bawen District, Semarang Regency. The results of the analysis show that pedagogical and professional competence is not fully understood due to several constraints. Pedagogical competency constraints include; (1) the frequency of meeting and emotional closeness, (2) the number of teachers, (3) the ability of human resources, (4) the readiness of students, (5) the burden of multiple subjects, (6) less effective communication, (7) preparation of evaluation procedures not , (8) low willpower. While professional competency constraints include; (1) educational background is irrelevant, (2) readiness of students, (3) motivation to learn, (4) lack of willpower, (5) HR ability. The school seeks to develop teacher competencies, among others through the IHT (In House Training) program including training in the use of instructional media, training in writing scientific papers, training in the preparation of learning tools, etc. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru IPS di Kecamatan Bawen Kabupaten Semarang. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional belum dipahami secara maksimal karena beberapa faktor kendala. Kendala kompetensi pedagogik meliputi; (1) frekuensi bertemu dan kedekatan emosional, (2) jumlah guru, (3) kemampuan SDM, (4) kesiapan peserta didik, (5) beban mata pelajaran ganda, (6) komunikasi kurang efektif, (7) penyusunan evaluasi tidak prosedural, (8) rendahnya kemauan. Sedangkan kendala kompetensi profesional meliputi; (1) latar belakang pendidikan tidak relevan, (2) kesiapan peserta didik, (3) motivasi belajar, (4) rendahnya kemauan, (5) kemampuan SDM. Pihak sekolah berupaya untuk mengembangkan kompetensi guru antara lain melalui program IHT (In House Training) meliputi pelatihan penggunaan media pembelajaran, pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah, pelatihan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran dsb.
