At present the incidence of bronchial asthma on the rise, its pathogenesis and the genetic immune and the relationship between social environment and other aspects are inseparable the activity of vitamin D (Vit D) in the body in the form of 1, 25 - (OH) 2 d3, mainly involved in bone metabolism and calcium absorption in addition to this, a growing number of studies show that in Vit D plays an important role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma, play a role in the immune function of bronchial asthma growth hormone sensitivity adjustment and airway remodeling in this paper, the development of a variety of mechanisms, such as Vit D. Review the possible mechanisms affecting bronchial asthma, hoping to provide adjuvant treatment for patients with bronchial asthma, discover new treatment approaches, and improve the quality of life for patients.

Bronchial asthma (BA) is a common disease of airways in children characterized by chronic inflammation, as well as respiratory symptoms varying in time and intensity. In recent years, an increase in the prevalence of BA has been seen, both among the adult and children’s population. The current trend stimulates scientists to continue studying the probable influence of various factors on this process, including the role of micronutrient deficiency, especially antioxidants, methylene donors and vitamin D (VD). Hypovitaminosis D has been considered as a provoking factor affecting the pathogenesis of various pathological processes. The results of numerous studies confirm the opinion that VD affects the intensity of inflammation, reducing the produc-tion of proinflammatory cytokines and secretion of mucus, and stimulates the secretion of the antiinflammatory cytokine IL-10. VD-regulated genes encode the synthesis of antimicrobial peptides that provide protection against bacteria and viruses provoking BA exacerbations. The article discusses the role of tissue growth factor (TGF-β) as an initiator of fibrosis in the epithelial cells of the respiratory tract through the activation of epithelial mesenchymal transition signals, and also discusses the inhibitory effect of VD on the processes of airway remodeling in BA. To-day it is known that VD can inhibit the progression of pulmonary fibrosis in various ways, in-cluding suppression of the expression of TGF, inhibition of the motility of epithelial cells induced by TGF-β, reduction of the excessive activation of RAS (antifibrotic effect), increase in the level of TGF antagonist. Separately, the issue of the possible strengthening of the antioxidant defense of the body in BA is considered through optimization of the supply of the organism with VD. Conclusion. Thus, taking into account the fact that to date, the results of clinical studies of the use of VD in the treatment of BA gave conflicting results, additional studies are needed to address controversial issues regarding the role of VD deficiency in the pathogenesis of BA and its control. Further understanding of the mechanisms underlying the airway remodeling will help develop a set of measures aimed at minimizing the risk of structural changes in AD.

As a fat-soluble vitamin, Vitamin D is a necessary hormone to maintain normal physiological activities of the body. In recent years, vitamin D has been considered as a new neuroendocrine-immunomodulatory hormone, and researchers have paid more attention to the study of immune regulatory mechanism. It is not only related to calcium and phosphorus metabolism, bone metabolism and other important metabolic mechanisms of the body, but also closely related to the immune regulation mechanism of the body. Vitamin D deficiency caused by many factors can play a certain role in the development of autoimmune diseases. In this paper, the related mechanisms of vitamin D affecting autoimmune diseases were reviewed, with a view to expound the close correlation between vitamin D and autoimmune diseases, so as to find new diagnosis and treatment approaches for clinical autoimmune diseases and improve the quality of life of patients with autoimmune diseases.

Vitamin D is a class of hormones necessary to maintain normalphysiological activities of the body. A large number of studies have shownthat vitamin D, as a fat-soluble vitamin, is not only related to calcium andphosphorus metabolism, but also closely related to immune regulation,humoral regulation, cell cycle and so on. Systemic Lupus erythema-Tosus(SLE) is a specific autoimmune diffuse connective tissue disease thatcauses tissue and organ damage under the joint action of multiple factorssuch as environment and heredity. Among many factors, the vitamin Dmetabolism pathway gene is particularly important for its influence. Someliterature has shown that the genetic polymorphism of vitamin D metabolicpathway genes is correlated with SLE. Therefore, by referring to relevantliterature, this paper summarized the progress in the research on themechanism of genetic polymorphism of vitamin metabolism pathway genesand the development of SLE.

The article presents an analysis of literary sources about contemporary views on the role of vitamin D deficiency in the health problems of women of the perimenopausal period. According to research data of recent years, vitamin D plays a role not only in the control of calcium-phosphorus metabolism, but also plays a role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular and neurological diseases, insulin resistance and diabetes, in the development of cancer and autoimmune conditions, especially in women of perimenopausal age. It is important to continue the study of the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and menopausal and menopausal disorders. Currently, the existing principles and effectiveness of the correction of lack of vitamin D in improving the quality of life of women of perimenopausal age are ambiguously assessed, which determines the relevance of this research direction. Due to increased market orientation and deregulation, welfare services in Sweden have taken on the form of market-based services. The body of research on deregulation and privatization is quite substantial regarding the implications of this kind of development. However, studies of the actual process of how choices are made are less common. This article discusses the implications of greater freedom of choice for Swedish citizens in diverse socioeconomic situations, focusing on factors that limit opportunities for choice. Deregulation and the increasing number of alternatives affect the relationship between the citizen and the welfare state in several ways. The Swedish school system is used here as an example of an empirical field. The analytical focus of the article consists of two different kinds of restrictions on choice: structure-based and agency-based. One conclusion is that both affluent and underprivileged citizens have limited choices. Another conclusion is that social citizenship, when freedom of choice is stimulated, can reproduce and even increase social and ethnic segregation. An additional potential consequence is that, when we consider social rights in their tangible form, the development of greater freedom of choice is focused increasingly on the consumer’s range of choices and less on the quality of the service offered.

BACKGROUND: Vitamin D is essential for children and adults for healthy bone growth. Lack of this vitamin in children can cause rickets, and in adults, softening of the bones and an increased risk of fractures. Vitamin D deficiency can cause immune disorders, increased susceptibility to infections, the development of certain types of cancer, diabetes mellitus, and cardiovascular diseases. AIM: The article presents the literature data and the results of our own research on the analysis of the relationship between chronic kidney disease (CKD) and Vitamin D provision in children from 1 to 17 years old. The aim of the study was to establish the level of Vitamin D in children with different stages of CKD. METHODS: Between January 2020 and September 2020, we examined 40 children (16 boys and 24 girls). The patients’ age ranged from 1 to 17 years inclusive. RESULTS: Vitamin D deficiency was found in 62.5% of children with CKD. Vitamin D deficiency was noted in 25% of cases. The prevalence of Vitamin D deficiency correlates with a decrease in glomerular filtration rate. CONCLUSION: Determination of Vitamin D level in children with CKD is important for timely correction and prevention of further progression of CKD. Timely substitution therapy will improve the quality of life of a child with CKD and prevent the development of complications.

Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is a cardiovascular disease with a high risk of death, seriously threatening the life and health of people. The specific pathogenesis of AAA is still not fully understood. In recent years, researchers have found that amino acid, lipid, and carbohydrate metabolism disorders play important roles in the occurrence and development of AAA. This review is aimed to summarize the latest research progress of the relationship between AAA progression and body metabolism. The body metabolism is closely related to the occurrence and development of AAA. It is necessary to further investigate the pathogenesis of AAA from the perspective of metabolism to provide theoretical basis for AAA diagnosis and drug development.

The review article provides data from modern studies confirming the multifaceted effect of vitamin D in the human body. Vitamin D3 receptors (VDRs) have been shown to be present in most organs and tissues of the body. This confirms the importance of vitamin D not only in the formation of the skeletal system, but also in many of its extraosseous effects. Calcitriol affects the modulation of cell growth, neuromuscular conduction, inflammation processes, and is also an important stimulator of innate immunity due to the synthesis of antimicrobial peptides that provide protection against bacteria and viruses. In recent years, the relationship between the concentration of vitamin D in the blood and the incidence of respiratory infections in children has been actively studied. Many studies have shown that low vitamin D status is characteristic of most children with respiratory infections, and an adequate level of 25(OH)D in serum has a positive effect on the frequency of these infections and the severity of their course. Most authors demonstrate the benefits of vitamin D supplementation in the prevention of respiratory diseases in children, but there is no consensus regarding the frequency and dosage of vitamin D.
