This study aims to analyze personality, job satisfaction and the influence of personality on job satisfaction of employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai. Respondents in this study were employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai consisting of 43 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics and simple regression. The results of the test show that the personality of openees to experience is a prominent personality of the employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai with an average score of 3.8889. Meanwhile, the average value of descriptive statistics for the job satisfaction variable was 3.1457, indicating that the employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai still did not have good job satisfaction. The results of the analysis show that personality does not have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees with a P-value of 0.382 greater than 0.05. The managerial implication that can be given is that companies need to consider the factors of employee personality, especially when recruiting employees. Companies also need to consider aspects of job satisfaction, especially in terms of good salaries

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty Wardah Cosmetic at Transmart Bahu Manado. This research method uses a quantitative method, with a sample of 96 respondents who are Wardah product costumers. The sampling techniques in this study are using Purposive Sampling. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is a simple regression data analysis method with an associative approach to see a causal relationship that includes validity test, reliability test, and simple regression analysis processed using the help of computer program SPSS 25. From the test result can be known statistically, it can be seen clearly that the independent variable Product Quality affects the dependent variable Customer Loyalty. The result of the study show: Based on the calculation results of the determinant coefficient obtained the R square value of 0,725 or 72,5% which states that there is variable influence Product Quality on the variable Customer Loyalty, while the remaining 24,5 % is influenced by other factors not present in this study. This shows that Product Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Where if the Product Quality is getting better, Customer Loyalty will be higher too.

Leadership is one of the factors that have an important role in achieving the company's vision and mission. The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of leadership on job satisfaction and employee performance at Geo Space Intimatika Ltd. (GSI). There were three hypotheses tested: 1) The effect of leadership on job satisfaction, 2) The influence of leadership on employee performance, and 3) The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The research was conducted at Geo Space Intimatika Ltd. in Jakarta. Sampling is done on a census basis (saturated samples). The data analysis method used is SEM-PLS analysis, with the help of smart PLS software. The results of statistical test analysis obtained that leadership variables have a real (significant) effect on job satisfaction and employee performance at Geo Space Intimatika Ltd. In addition, job satisfaction variables also affect employee performance. Thus it can be concluded that leadership factors greatly affect the company's performance.

The purpose of this study is to improve the anti-corruption behavior of students of the Informatics Engineering Study Program at the Universitas PGRI Madiun through the internalization of anti-corruption values ??with the Nampe Model. The research was Classroom Action Research. Data were collected qualitatively by using observation, tests, and non-tests, while the data analysis used descriptive statistics. Based on the research carried out for two cycles, it was found that the anti-corruption behavior of students increased after internalizing the anti-corruption values ??with the Nampe Model. This increase is shown by the assessment of anti-corruption behavior in pre-cycle at 30.4%, increased to 62.2% in cycle 1 and at 78.2% in cycle 2. The average value of all domains also increases, such as; (a) affective domain in pre-cycle at 59.1, cycle 1 at 65.5, and cycle 2 at 75.5 (b) cognitive domain in pre-cycle at 78.9, cycle 1 at 82.4, cycle 2 at 85, 4, (c) psychomotor domain in pre-cycle at 62.44, cycle 1 at 66, cycle 2 at 75.6. The increase in anti-corruption behavior is also shown by the average score of the anti-corruption component in pre-cycle at 62.4, cycle 1 at 66.4, and cycle 2 at 77.1.

This study aims to observe the influnce of communication and leadership style to motivation and job satisfaction of employee salaries on Lhokseumawe secretariat the council representative people. This research is a quantitative research described by description. The instrument of data collection is a questioner. The sample of this research is 123 employee salaries on Lhokseumawe secretariat the council representative people. Data analysis method used is AMOS-22 program with SEM and Sobel test model. The result of data analysis get some findings as follows those are communication has a positive and significant effect to motivation, leadership style has a positive and significant effect to motivation, communication has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, leadership style has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, motivation mediates fully the influence between communication to job satisfaction, motivation mediates partially the influence between leadership style to job satisfaction. Keywords: Communication, Leadership Style, Motivation, Job Satisfaction

Basically, companies need not only qualified, capable and skilled employees, but most importantly they are willing to work hard and are eager to achieve optimal work. One of the things that can optimize employees in work is with business progress, because with the business progress of employees can perform their duties to the maximum in accordance with the set targets. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of supervisory leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction that contribute simultaneously and significantly to work business progress PDAM Malang Velage employees. In accordance with the principal problems and research objectives that have been formulated, then this type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this research is 157 employee PDAM Malang Velage. Data analysis method used is path analysis. Based on the data analysis found that : (1) the supervision of leadership and work motivation influence simultaneously and significantly to job satisfaction, (2) the supervision of leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously and significantly affect the business progress , and (3) the supervision of leadership and motivation of work simultaneously and significantly affect business progress through job satisfaction. compensation is one of the implementations of HRM functions that are closely related to all types of awards that aim to increase work passion and job satisfaction. Compensation is deemed important in order to avoid negative prejudices arising from a sense of injustice between management and the labor force. This study aims to find out to analyze the relationship of compensation to Job Satisfaction. Data analysis method in this study uses regression analysis by involving all employees as many as 94 employees. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction.

The aim of study was to determine and analyze the influence of the quality of work life to the commitment of lecturer organization at Muhammadiyah University of Cirebon. The data of this research were obtained from the questionnaire (primary) which was disseminated on the lecturers of Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon as many as 51 samples from the population of 257 people. Data analysis method used in this research using simple regression showed that influenced significantly and positively because Fhitung 25.819 bigger than value Ftabel 3.18 and value of Adjusted R Square equal to3.32 or 33.2% which indicate influence of quality of work life to organizational commitment. This shows that there are still 66.8% factors or other variables that affect the organization's commitment. Inadequate and fair reward indicators are the most influential factors on organizational commitment.

This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee performance. This research was conducted at Dira park Ambulu Jember. The population in this study were all employees of Dira park Ambulu Jember, totaling 186 employees. The sample used was 46 respondents chosen by random sampling. Data analysis method uses path analysis. To determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee performance was analyzed using the sobel test. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also showed that job satisfaction did not significantly influence employee performance. In the results of this study also explained that the variable job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of the relationship between leadership on the employee performance of Amba Jember Park. Abstract: This Study aims to analyze how the financial inclusion levels of people in the District Teluk Segara Bengkulu City. This study used questionnaires distributed a total of 300 questionnaires and only 288 questionnaires that can be used. The data analysis method is descriptive statistics. Financial inclusion level of respondens was low. The results showed the level of financial inclusions community in District Teluk Segara Bengkulu City, throught indicator of financial inclusions, banking penetration and use of banking service. The questionnaires of this study use OECD/INFE Toolkit For Measuring Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusions 2015.Keyword: Financial Inclusions, Society in District Teluk Segara Bengkulu City.

Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. The sample is part of the number and characteristics of the population. The researcher chose a sample of 10% of the total population, namely 220 samples. The data analysis method used is simple regression.
