The research explores the factors affecting employees' job motivation in small and medium enterprises in Dong Nai province from June 2019 to June 2020. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there are five factors including the following elements: relationships in the organization; interesting job; Salary, bonus, and benefits; Training and promotion and assessment of job performance affects the working motivation of employees in small and medium-sized enterprises in Dong Nai province with the significance of 5%. In addBesidesstudy results were processed from SPSS 20.0, Amos software. Estimated parameters of the model by the least least-squared with a significance level of 1%. The results are also significant scientific evidence for researchers and policymakers at small and medium enterprises in Dong Nai province to apply research results to human resource development in the future. Based on the five-factor test results, the author proposed the priority governance implications that the author suggested in order of priority, respectively, interesting work, performance evaluation, organization, salary, bonus and welfare regime, and training and promotion.

This study aims to determine the role of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Husnayain Against the Development of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). In the study used survey methods by taking samples from the population. The sample in this research is Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Husnayain customer, with 65 respondents. Micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) is one important part of the economy of a country or region. This important role has encouraged many countries including Indonesia to continue to develop UMKM. Although small in scale the number of workers, assets and turnover, but because of the large enough amount, the role of UMKM is quite important in supporting the economy. The success of UMKM is a factor supporting the improvement of various businesses, both micro, small and medium enterprises, especially in Gresik City. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and business location on the business success. of UKM. The method used in this research is quantitative method, the population of this research is 51 UKM. The analysis techn ique used is multiple linear regression analysis followed by t test with significance level 0,05. The results showed that the entrepreneurial spirit , creativity and business locat ions individually and simultaneous significantly affect the business success.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of owner perceptions, education, socialization, business scale and business age on the application of the Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SAK EMKM) on sharia-based MSMEs in Kudus Regency. This study uses a quantitative research design, with the data used are primary data obtained from respondents through questionnaires, with the method of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. A sample of 100 used purposive sampling technique with the criteria of Sharia-based MSMEs in Kudus Regency. The results showed that the variable owner perception, business scale, and business age had no effect on the application of SAK EMKM. Education and socialization have a positive effect on the implementation of SAK EMKM. The limitations of this study are that the independent variable is only able to influence the implementation of SAK EMKM by 28% and the object is only limited to sharia based MSMEs in Kudus Regency, so it cannot be generalized.

<p>The purpose of this study is to investigate and examine the factors that affect the sales volume SMEs, respondent 101 SMEs obtained that variable Venture Capital (X1) Number of Workers (X2), Hours of Work (X3), Experience (X4) of the Sales Volume (Y), simultaneously influence while variable Production technology and Innovation (X5) and Strategic Marketing (X6) of the Sales Volume (Y) partially has dominant influence.</p><p>The research instrument used questionnaire, were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The unit of analysis of this research is the management of SMEs Surabaya, who became the target Cooperatives and SME Surabaya in 2013 as many as 315 SMEs engaged in some business sectors such as the following: Handicraft (39), Sewing (16), Handicraft Water Hyacinth (38), ribbon embroidery (44), Processed fish (29), Pastry (50), Wet Cake (50) Beverages (26), crackers (37). In this study took a sample of 101 respondents from various fields of business data analysis contained significant effect on the dependent variable, and the result is expected to be used as one of the considerations in making decisions in developing SMEs.</p>

This research aims to determine the factors affecting micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) revenue of people’s business credit (KUR) receivers in Donggala Regency. Factors that allegedly influenced the income of MSMEs of KUR recipients include turnover, length of business, number of manpower and number of KUR.This research was conducted in December 2016 until January 2017 in Donggala Regency. The number of samples used are 43 debtors from Bank Nasional Indonesia (BNI), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) and Bank Mandiri. The sample is using snowball sampling method, and the data analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that the factors that influence the revenue of MSMEsof KUR receiver are the turnover, the number of labor and the KUR number while the old factor of business does not affect the revenue of MSMEs receiving KUR

Labor is a very important asset in economic activities, but often the number of workers exceeds the available employment capacity, so it is very necessary to analyze the factors that affect employment. This study aims to estimate the relationship between wage, capital, production value to the amount of employment in Kerupuk Sanjai Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota This type of research is field research and use questioner to 100 respondens . The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method and data processing using SPSS VR.21 software. The results of the study show that  all independent variabels has a  significant effect on labor absorption in Kerupuk Sanjai SMEs in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. capital is the variable that has the most influence in the absorption of labor in the Kerupuk Sanjai Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota.

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of supervison, communication and organizational commitment for employee performance on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. The data collection was carried out through questionnaires conducted on 43 employees on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 22. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling method and data testing technique used in this study includes the validity test and reliability test. Multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing is also conducted to test and to prove the hypothesis in research. Partial tes results (t test) showed t count (1,721) > t table (1,682) and the significance level was 0,043 < 0,05 proved that supervision had a positive and significant effect on work performance, t count (5,578) > t table (1,682) and the level of significance was 0,000 < 0,05 proved that communication had a positive significant effect on work performance, t count (2,610) > t table (1,682)and the level of significance was 0,013 < 0,05 proved that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on achievement work. Halal certification is one of the company’s strategy that aims to retain their consumers and become a difference with competitors and to give added value for product. Most of the researchers have proved that halal certificates affect big companies’ total revenue. However, there are not many studies that have proved that halal certificate would affect the total revenue of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially in Bogor City. This research aims to determine the characteristics of MSMEs’ owners and their business, analyze the changes of MSME’s total revenue before and after owning a halal certificate, and the factors that affect MSMEs’ total revenue after owning a halal certificate. The questionnaire data were collected through an interview with 40 food and beverage MSMEs’ owners who have halal certificates in Bogor City. This research uses descriptive analysis, paired sample t-test, and multiple linear regression analysis as the analysis methods. Results based on this research showed that there was a difference in the total revenue of MSMEs before and after owning a halal certificate. The factors that have positive and significant effects of MSMEs’ total revenue influences are capital, work hours, length of business, and a dummy of promotion.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s) is a business activity that is able to share work and provide economic services widely to the community and can play a role in the process of equity and increase community income, encourage economic growth, and the role in realizing national stability. The growth of SMEs requires good performance from entrepreneurs who with an entrepreneurial spirit to make business in. The aims of this research are to analyze the influence of managerial skill, entrepreneurship behavior and motivation to business performance on SME’s of Food in Gesing Village, Kandangan District, Temanggung Regency. There are 100 SME owners were taken as samples in this study. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the managerial skill, entrepreneurial behavior and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of SME’s of food. This shows that the better the managerial skill, entrepreneurial behavior, and motivation, the higher the performance of SMEs. the value of Adjusted R square is 0.782 shows the variation of business performance of SME’s in Gesing can be explained by managerial ability factor, entrepreneurship and motivation behavior is 78.2%, while 21.8% is explained other factors outside in the model.
