The purpose of this research is to study the factors that influence trust and purchase intention on Islamic Bank Products in Medan City and produce models for measuring trust and purchase intention on Islamic Bank products in Medan City. In this study the population is unknown, therefore a representative sample with non-probability sampling technique is needed and the method used is purposive sampling. In this study, the number of indicators is 21, so by using ten times the indicator calculation, the required sample size is 170 people. Data collection was carried out using observations, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis in this study was carried out by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on Bank Reputation on Trust, There was a positive and significant influence of Religiosity on Trust, there was a positive and significant influence on Bank Reputation on Purchase Intention, there was a positive and significant influence on Religiosity on Purchase Intention, there was a positive and significant influence. trust in Purchase intention. Trust can positively mediate the effect of Bank Reputation on Purchase Intention and Trust can positively mediate the influence of Religiosity on Purchase Intention.

This research aims at analyzing (1) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward e-commerce customers’ trust in UBM; (2) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward the level of e-commerce customers’ participation in Indonesia; and (3) the effect of trust variable toward level of e-commerce customers participation in UBM. This research makes use of UBM e-commerce users as research samples while using Likert scale questionnaire for data collection. Furthermore, the questionnaires are sent to as many as 200 respondents. For data analysis method, Structural Equation Model was used. Out of three predictor variables (ability, benevolence, and integrity), it is only vendor’s integrity that has a positive and significant effect on customers’ trust. On the other hand, it is only vendor’s integrity and customer’s trust that have a positive and significant effect on e-commerce customers’ participation in UBM. Technology and industry in Indonesia grow very rapidly and have an impact on changing lifestyle of the community which becomes easier, faster and more economical. So this is what cause the community to be very spoiled by all the conveniences of today’s development. However, the rapid growth of thr coffeeshop business lately has incrased competition. So that demand evey company engage in this industry must pay attention to and balance every need and desire of customer expectations so that statisfaction and trust can always be created which can ultimately lead to puchace interest. Therefore, it is important to conduct research to determne how the influence of public relation and sales promotion on buying interest in Starbucks products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of each indicator of Public Relation and Indicator of Sales Promotion on Purchase Interest in Starbucks product. This research uses quaanttative methods and data collection is done by distributing questioners online, to people who know Starbuck but have never bought, with a total  sample of 100 people. With technical analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Which is processed using the AMOS 25 program. The result obtained in this study are variables Public Relation and Sales promotion have a positive and significant effect purchase intention.   Keywords : public relation, sales promotion and purchase intention

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and situasional leadership on employee engagement through compensation as a mediator. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Astra Welab Digital Arta which has 216 employees. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Lisrel, sample of this research uses purposive sampling. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture to compensation, there is a positive and significant influence of situational leadership to compensation, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and situational leadership to compensation, there is a positive and significant influence compensation to situational leadership, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and situational leadership on employee engagement through compensation as a mediator

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of celebrity endorser on purchase intention with emotional attachment and brand trust as an intervention. This study uses a survey method as a data technique using a questionnaire that is distributed by online. The sample used in this study are 210 women who had never used ESQA Cosmetics in Jabodetabek. This study is using a purposive sampling technique. The SEM (Structural Equation Model) method that will be used in this research is using data processing tools, namely SPSS version 24 and Lisrel. The findings indicates that 1) celebrity endorser has a positive and significant influence on emotional attachment, 2) celebrity endorser has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase intentions, 3) emotional attachment has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase intentions, 4) brand trust has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase intentions, 5) celebrity endorser has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase intentions. <span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this study was to analyze the model of the influence of authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity to bullying in students. The population in this study were all students of grade eight of X, Y, Z state middle school in Yogyakarta, consisting of 524 students. The sample in this study was 185 students. The sampling technique used in this study was cluster random sampling. T<span>he data were collected with the scales which were developed for each variable studied. Data analysis was performed by testing the outer and inner models using structural equation model (SEM) through the Smart Partial Least Square 3.2.8 program. The </span>results of this study were the formation of the model of the influence of authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity to bullying that was found to be fit with empirical data. Overall, the findings suggested that all variables under investigation (authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity) had positive and a very significant influence on bullying. This model can be used as a valid reference in developing bullying variables.</span>

Performance can be viewed as a process or a work result. The purpose of this research is to find out how to increase the motivation and performance of employees so that it has an impact on the progress of the company by paying attention to the factors of remuneration and work environment. This research was conducted at JO WIKA-MPK PLTD MFO 50 MW. The number of samples used was 105 employees, using the total sampling technique method. Data collection was carried out through observation, literature study, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was the Structural Equation Model assisted by the AMOS 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the effect of remuneration on motivation was significant. Furthermore, the effect of work environment on motivation is significant. The influence of motivation on employee performance is significant. The effect of remuneration on employee performance is significant. The influence of the work environment on employee performance is significant. To be able to foster morale in order to improve employee performance, employees must be motivated to be enthusiastic in carrying out their duties in order to achieve the vision and mission the company wants to achieve. This study aims to analyze the effect of learning organizations and authentic personal branding on work achievement with authentic happiness as a mediator. Considering work achievement must be used as a goal to motivate employees in order to prepare themselves to enter the era of society 5.0. Data analysis techniques were carried out using structural equation model. The results of this study indicate that; (1) there  is a positive and significant influence on authentic happiness on work achievement; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of learning organizations on authentic happiness; (3) there is a positive and significant influence on authentic personal branding on authentic happiness; (4) there is a positive and significant influence of learning organizations on work achievement with authentic happiness as a mediator; and (5) there is a positive and significant influence on authentic personal branding on work achievement with authentic happiness as a mediator.

This aimed of this study is to explain the empiricly of factors that influence the purchase intention of halal-meat by Moslem consumers. This research used Fishbein and Ajzen’s Theory of  Reasoned Action (TRA) as a model. There are four latent variables that being used to construct this model. Purchase intention of halal-meat was predicted to be influenced by attitude, salesperson trust and halal label. While the salesperson trust and halal label was the antecedent that influence the attitude of halal-meat. The method used halal-meat as the object, population that used are adult or married Moslem consumers in Indonesia with the sample is women buyer. Data collected used convenience approach. The sample was 300 respondents in Yogyakarta, Surabaya and Jakarta.Empirical data analyzed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) Amos. The research result explained that there is positive and significant influence between  salesperson trust and label-halal toward attitude, and attitude is positive and significant influence purchase intention of halal-meat. While, the salesperson trust had significant negatively toward purchase intention of halal-meat. This research focuses on developing new concepts and empirically testing eWoM variable-forming factors on consumer purchasing intentions, and looking at the indirect influence of e-wom forming indicators. This study used a sample of 100 respondents who had purchased after seeing tik-tok. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling by spreading questioner online. This study also uses structural equation technique with data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that Platform Assistance has a significant effect on purchase intention. Not only that, but the concern of others and also helping the company has a positive and significant influence on purchasing intentions. This study is still rare in looking at what factors form the variable e-whom and how these factors influence consumer purchasing intentions. This research in the design is static, a model that develops based on empirical studies and testing that is only limited to establishing a simple relationship related to e-wom forming factors that can affect consumer purchasing intentions through a tik-tok application.

This study aims to produce a Brand Loyalty Improvement Model Based on Brand Satisfaction and Self Congruity of Iphone Users in Medan City. The population in this study were iPhone users in Medan City. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling, while the sample was set at 125 people. Data collection techniques used were interviews (Interview) and a list of questions (Questionaire). The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model method. The results showed that Actual Self affects Brand Satisfaction, Actual Self affects Brand Loyalty, Ideal Self affects Brand Satisfaction, Ideal Self affects Brand Loyalty, Brand Satisfaction affects Brand Loyalty. Brand Satisfaction can positively mediate the influence of Actual Self on Brand Loyalty and Brand Satisfaction can positively mediate the influence of Ideal Self on Brand Loyalty.
