Traditional sports are folk games that develop in the community. Traditional sports are a cultural culture that characterizes a country. Traditional sports are experiencing a decline in the western part of the Seram Regency, where people are no longer doing traditional sports in their area but what they are doing now are modern sports. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of traditional sports in West Seram Regency. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative using observation, interviews, and documentation. The sampling technique chosen from a study was traditional leaders, communities, and village government in the four sub-districts. Among other things, West Seram District, Kairatu District, Waisala District, and West Kairatu District. The instruments used were questionnaire and interview sheets. The results showed that these traditional sports have declined due to the influence of globalization and modernization with increasingly advanced science and technology. Therefore, research on the identification of traditional sports was carried out and it was found that the development of traditional sports still exists today, because the values ​​contained in these traditional sports are very important for the development of community identity.

This study aims to analyze conflicts over ancestral land ownership in Leppangeng Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. This study concludes that conflicts over ancestral land ownership in Leppangeng Village have an impact on the estrangement of relations between relatives in the community. Difficulties in finding solutions to these problems are the lack of an active role from the village government and the absence of interference from local traditional leaders in this case sando batu and all of his staff.

This paper attempts to analyze the development of integrative science at two Islamic universities, namely UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta and UIN Malang. The changes are not just ordinary administrative changes, but based on the epistemological basis of integrated scientific development between science and Islam. The changing of IAIN Sunan Kalijaga and STAIN Malang also showed a new relationship between science (general sciences) and Islam, which requiresmutual relations, mutual dialogue, mutual reinforcement to solve the problems of postmodern human life. The purpose of this relation is to create the graduates who are capable of competing in the postmodern world that increasingly sophisticated and advanced science and technology, in addition, the value of religionbased morality is not abandoned, so they become the holistic human being. Tulisan ini mencoba menganalisis pengembangan keilmuan integratif pada dua universitas Islam negeri, yaitu UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta dan UIN Malang. Perubahan keduanya bukanlah hanya perubahan administrasi biasa, tapi didasari oleh basis epistemologi pengembangan keilmuan terintegrasi antara sains dan Islam. Perubahan IAIN Sunan Kalijaga dan STAIN Malang juga menunjukkan adanya relasi baru antara sains (ilmu-ilmu umum) dan Islam, yaitu relasi saling membutuhkan, saling berdialog, saling menguatkan untuk menyelesaikan problema kehidupan manusia postmodern ini. Tujuan relasi ini untuk mewujudkan lulusan yang mampu bersaing di dunia postmodern yang semakin canggih dan maju ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologinya, selain itu nilai moralitas yang berbasis agama tidak ditinggalkan, sehingga menjadi manusia yang utuh.

This research was conducted to analyze how modernization affects the implementation of public service administration policies, especially in Kediri, East Java. As is well known, from time to time various aspects of life are required to undergo changes to a more modern direction. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive qualitative research is aimed at obtaining an overview of how modernization affects public service administration policies in Kediri. To obtain the necessary data, the authors used a purposive sampling technique so that the sample taken was more focused, assisted by a review of several related previous studies. The results showed that modernization, especially in the field of technology, was sufficient to influence public service administration policies in Kediri.

Bimaruna Jaya Depot is one of the companies engaged in services related to the handling and stacking of containers. This company is currently experiencing problems regarding employee work productivity which is decreasing from month to month from the achievement target. The purpose of this study was to determine whether work competence and workload affect the work productivity of surveyors in container survey activities at Bimaruna Jaya Depot. The research method used is direct observation to the field, distributing questionnaires to insurveyors and out, estimators, andsupervisors maintenance and repair and interviews with depot managers andsupervisors maintenance and repair. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative by distributing questionnaires and interviews, namely purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that the work productivity of aofficer surveyor can be influenced by competence and workload with targets set by the company.

The problem in this study is regarding the Implementation of Marriage According to Dayak Ngaju Customs in the District of Taya Kapuas District "The research method used is descriptive qualitative." Based on the reality that is ongoing now and of the 3 couples who are married ". Based on the results of the study can be explained the implementation of Dayak Ngaju traditional marriages in the District Taya Kapuas District includes the implementation process, knowing the purpose of building a household it has a function to tie each other which can provide and fulfill the Marriage Requirements, Post-Marriage Procession, consists of several stages that must be carried out.The first stage provides contributors who are included in the Hakumbangauh (application) stage; all families and traditional leaders who produce a customary agreement and determine the day of the marriage, the giving of my head or the bride price and the fulfillment of the conditions that must be prepared for marriage; thanksgiving from a family of men. as well as questioning the readiness and certainty of the day agreed upon at mamanggul, the fourth stage, namely Indigenous Marriage in Dayak Ngaju which has seventeen items that are fulfilled by men called paramun pisek, paramun marath and the last stages such as gongs, perpetrators etc. in the implementation of marriage according to the Dayak Ngaju tradition, Pakaja Manantu where this stage is carried out after the marriage process has been completed Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai Pelaksanaan Perkawinan Menurut Adat Dayak Ngaju Di Kecamatan Timpah Kabupaten Kapuas” Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif.” Didasarkan atas kenyataan yang sedang berlangsung sekarang  dan dari 3 pasangan yang melakukan perkawinan". Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat di jelaskan pelaksanaan perkawinan adat Dayak Ngaju di Kecamatan Timpah Kabupaten Kapuas meliputi proses Pelaksanaan, mengetahui tujuan membangun rumah tangga hal ini memiliki fungsi untuk mengikat satu sama lainnya yang dapat memberikan  dan memenuhi  Syarat Perkawinan, Prosesi Pasca Perkawinan. terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yang harus dilakukan. Tahap pertama memberikan  pangumbang yang termasuk dalam tahapan Hakumbangauh (lamaran); tahap kedua yaitu mamanggul atau mamupuh merupakan langkah kedua setelah hakumbang auh, mamanggul dilakukan disaksikan dihadapan semua keluarga dan pemuka adat yang menghasilkan suatu perjanjian adat dan menentukan hari pelaksanaan perkawinan, pemberian palaku atau mahar serta pemenuhan syarat-syarat yang harus disiapkan menuju Perkawinan,; tahap ketiga yaitu maja misek dilakukan  antar kedua belah keluarga sebagai ucapan syukur dari keluarga laki-laki. serta mempertanyakan kesiapan dan kepastian hari yang disepakati saat mamanggul;tahap keempat yaitu Perkawinan Adat secara Adat Dayak Ngaju yang mempunyai tujuh belas item yang dipenenuhi oleh pihak laki-laki yang disebut paramun pisek, paramun hadat kawin dan tahapan terakhir seperti gong, pelaku dll. dalam pelaksanaan perkawinan menurut adat Dayak Ngaju yaitu Pakaja Manantu dimana tahapan ini dilakukan setelah proses pelaksanaan perkawinan telah selesai

This study aims to determine the adaptation form of the Bajo tribe in case study farming activities in the Bajo community in Jawi-Jawi Village, Bungku Selatan District, Morowali Regency. The research was conducted in March 2019 in Jawi-Jawi Village, Bungku Selatan District, Morowali Regency. The informants in the study were people who knew the problems to be studied, namely 8 people consisting of fishermen from the Bajo tribe who did farming, village heads, village secretaries, and community leaders. The technique of determining research informants using the purposive sampling technique. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the form of adaptation of the Bajo tribe to farming activities was conducting land processing, selecting seeds, planting, fertilizing, controlling weeds, and harvesting in cultivating cassava, corn, and vegetables as one of the basic needs of the family in the southern season.

Sayan Village is one of the villages in Ubud that has a lot of potential to be used as a tourism village. The first three great potentials are natural tourism, potential opportunities for water tubing tourism, and also the potential of Puri Sayan as a heritage tourism object in Sayan Village, which is being planned by the village government and local communities. In addition to the three great potentials, Sayan Village also has the potential for water tourism with beji spring sources which are a source of water that is purified by the local community and is usually used for melukat. In this case, the researcher focused more on discussing the development of biology natural tourism which is currently used as the center of tourism village activities in Sayan Village. This study uses collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis. The technique of determining informants used purposive sampling technique. The results of this study contain the existing conditions of Desa Sayan based on tourism product components, namely attractions, amenities, accessibility, and ancilliary. And the strategy for developing SWOT-based Sayan Tourism Village. So that the strategies obtained produce the best ways to realize one of the missions of Desa Sayan as a sustainable tourism village. As man first began to explore the world and to develop trade, the need for safe and predictable operation of the craft was a spur to the application of the most advanced science and technology of the day.
