STABILITAS HARGA IKAN DI KOTA AMBON MELALUI PERAN COLD STORAGE, OPTIMASI PRODUKSI DAN EFISIENSI TEKNIS

The purpose of this study was to find out the function of cold storage in stabilizing fish prices in Ambon City, analyzing optimal production levels of various types of dominant fish, and analyzing the level of efficiency of utilization of cold storage and auxiliary machinery. This study uses the survey method. Primary data collection through questionnaires is built empirically while secondary data is obtained from several agencies related to this study. The research sample was drawn by exhausting sampling, amounting to 6 cold storage units in Ambon City. The role of cold storage to stabilize fish prices was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach, while the quantitative techniques used included analysis of optimization of cold storage production with linear programming and analysis of the efficiency of utilization of cold storage. The results of the study show that cold storage has not played a role properly to stabilize fish prices in Ambon City. To achieve optimal use of production factors, the cold storage management needs to reduce the raw material by 24,915.9 kg / month; 7 HOK / month workforce; cold storage storage space capacity of 2.09 kg / month; and demand for flying fish 1,402.6 kg / month, while the use of production factors efficiently (fully utulized) is the capacity of the freezing machine, demand for tuna, skipjack, and cob. The level of technical efficiency of the utilization of cold storage facilities is reached, the total use of installed capacity must be proportional to the capacity used.

Kabupaten Banyuwangi merupakan salah satu sentra penghasil udang vaname terbesar di Indonesia. Udang ini merupakan komoditas ekspor ke berbagai negara yaitu Amerika Serikat, Uni Eropa, Jepang, dan beberapa negara di kawasan Asia. Peluang pemanfaatan udang vaname di Kabupaten Banyuwangi masih perlu mendapatkan perhatian serius dari stakeholder terkait untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing udang vaname di kancah nasional. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengggambarkan profil budidaya udang vaname serta rangkaian sistem distribusi udang vaname dari hulu sampai hilir.  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey pada lima kecamatan sentra budidaya udang vaname di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Survei dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara dengan kuesioner terstruktur yang telah disusun. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk menggambarkan temuan-temuan selama di lapang. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1) petambak udang vaname di Kabupaten Banyuwangi memiliki kapasitas usaha dan kondisi budidaya yang berbeda-beda tergantung pada luasan lahan yang dimiliki, jumlah lahan, waktu pemeliharaan, jumlah siklus pertahun, bahkan jumlah benur yang digunakan pada setiap siklus tebar, 2) pemasaran udang vaname di Kabupaten Banyuwangi melalui dua sistem yaitu dari pembudidaya langsung dijual ke supllier untuk dijual ke cold storage di Banyuwangi dan Surabaya, dan yang kedua dari pembudidaya dijual ke pedagang pengepul, selanjutnya dari pedagang pengepul dijual ke pasar lokal di wilayah Banywuangi Bali dan Situbondo. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini yaitu perlunya dukungan akses informasi dan perbaikan sarana dan prasarana dari pemerintah sehingga arus distribusi udang vaname dapat berjalan lancar, efektif, dan efisien.Title: Distribution System of Vannamei Shrimp in Banyuwangi Regency, East Java Province he distribution system influences the availability of vannamei shrimp in local market of Banyuwangi Regency. However, there is less information on shrimp stock availability. This study aimed to describe the profile of vannamei shrimp farming and to analyze its distribution system in Banyuwangi Regency. The study used qualitative approach with a survey method in Banyuwangi Regency during April 2019. The primary data were collected through interview and discussion with 40 respondents oftraditional shrimp farmers, semi-intensive and intensive farming methods, collectors, suppliers, fish processing plant, logistic services, government officers, and Indonesian Shrimp Club associations(SCI). Secondary data were collected through literature studies. Data were analyzed with descriptive qualitative to illustrate research findings. The findings showed that; 1) vannamei shrimp farmers in Banyuwangi Regency differ in business capacity and farming condition depending on the farm size, 2) vannamei shrimp in Banyuwangi were marketed in two systems; first, direct selling from the farmers to suppliers for cold storage in Banyuwangi and Surabaya; second, sales from the farmers tocollectors for local markets in Banyuwangi, Bali and Situbondo. Therefore, government need to provide information access and infrastructure to support the ease, effectivity and efficiency of vannamei shrimpdistribution.

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi lahan, benih, pupuk Phonska, pupuk Za, pestisida, dan tenaga kerja terhadap hasil produksi usahatani semangka merah dan semangka kuning, serta untuk menganalisis tingkat efisiensi ekonomi penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi usahatani semangka merah dan usahatani semangka kuning. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2017 di Gapoktan Ngudi Santoso Desa Bakalan Kecamatan Dukuhseti Kabupaten Pati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Penentuan jumlah responden dilakukan dengan metode slovin, kemudian dari hasil tersebut ditetapkan sebagai kuota dengan metode quota sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari responden dengan wawancara menggunakan panduan kuesioner. Data sekunder diambil dari sumber atau instansi-instansi terkait serta dari pustaka lain yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Analisis data menggunakan fungsi produksi model Cobb-Douglas, analisis regresi linier berganda dan independent sample t-test. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi luas lahan, benih, pupuk Phonska, pupuk ZA, pestisida dan tenaga kerja secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap produksi semangka merah dan semangka kuning. Nilai signifikansi t-test efisiensi ekonomi lahan, benih, pupuk Phonska, pupuk ZA, pestisida, dan tenaga kerja usahatani semangka merah dan semangka kuning berturut-turut adalah 0,001; 0,002; 0,000; 0,000; 0,000; dan 0,000. The results of the study, namely the use of factors of production of land area, seeds, Phonska fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, pesticides and labor simultaneously affect the production of red watermelon and yellow watermelon. The significance value of the t-test is the economic efficiency of land, seeds, Phonska fertilizer, ZA fertilizer, pesticides, and red watermelon and yellow watermelon farming labor. successively is 0.001; 0.002; 0,000; 0,000; 0,000; and 0,000. Abstract— Janggelan farming is mostly carried out under pine stands, but the feasibility of this farming has never been done, besides that, the production factors that affect farming are also unknown, so it needs research that can be used as a basis to determine the steps to be taken in farming to increase the income of janggelan farmers so that worthy of being occupied by the community around the pine forest. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility and production factors that affect janggelan farming in the pine forest area. The method used in this research is a survey method to collect primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed using the F test and t test. Based on the research results, it was found that the cultivation of janggelan under pine stands was feasible. The biggest factor affecting the production of janggelan is the use of manure.  Keywords—: Feasibility; farming; janggelan; pine forest.

Sari et al, 2018. Productivity and an Enlarge Minimum Land Area of Paddy’s Farmers in Swamp Land of the Ogan Ilir Regency. JLSO 7(2):South Pemulutan is one of the sub-districts in Ogan Ilir Regency which has swamp paddy fields potential to be developed. Unfortunately, the use of production factors which applied by the farmers has not been maximized. Therefore, proper management by using production factors efficiently and effectively can increase productivity and maintain the sustainability of their farm. Moreover, the aims of this research were (1) to analyze the factors which affect the low productivity of the swamp paddy fields, (2) to calculate the percentage of an income of the swamp paddy fields’ farmer which can fulfill their household outcome, (3) to calculate the minimum land area of the swamp paddy fields of the farmer. The method were used in this research was survey method. The sample of the farmers which taken in this study were 30 farmers from 187 farmers which works on swamp paddy fields in Lebak Pering village. The data was gathered consist of the primary data and the secondary data. The result of this research showed (1) factors which extremely affected toward swamp paddy fields productivity in Lebak Pering village was the largest of the area, seed variety, the used of urea fertilizer, the experiences of the farmer, while those that have no effect are the used of SP-36 fertilizer, NPK fertilizer and then the pesticides. (2) The contribution of swamp paddy fields farmers’ income to farmers' consumption expenditure were 60.28%. (3) The minimum land area that suggested to be cultivated by the farmer is 1 hectare and if the farmer only relies on their swamp paddy fields farming, then the minimum land area that suggested to be raised by the farmer is 1.66 hectares.

For the purposes of data and information that is macro-special is used Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) approach, while micro-data is used in-depth interviews (Deep Interview) using questionnaires. The results of the research conducted, there is an improvement in the management of the city scale Palangka Raya. ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF HOUSEHOLD INCOME ON MEAT CONSUMPTION (BEEF, PORK AND CHIKEN) AT THE VILLAGE OF SEA I, PINELENG DISTRICT.This study aims to determine the magnitude of meat consumption (beef, porl and chiken) of household based on income levels in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district and to determine the effect of household income on meat consumption (beef, porl and chiken) in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. Formulation of research problem is how much they purchased meat (beef, porl and chiken) consumption household in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. This study was conducted in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. Study was conducted using a survey method, and data were obtained through primary data and secondary data. Determination of the location (rural sample) in the study was conducted by purposive sampling method. Number of samples used in this study were 30 people. Data of this study were analyzed by descriptive and mathematical analysis methods. Income indicated the amount of income earned in a month household, whether they were from the household head or sourced from other household members who work and earn income. From the money earned, the highest number of respondents had incomes between 1.000.000 to 3.000.000/month with the percentage of 70 %, while the number of respondents with the smallest income was less than 1.000.000/month with the percentage of 16.67 %. The difference of income held by the respondents in the Village of Sea I, would have an impact on the amount of meat purchases each month. This was in accordance with the opinion Sukirno (2002) stating that most of the disposable income is used to buy food and clothing. Most of the meat consumed by people in the Village of Sea I was pork and chicken meat compared to beef, it was because the price of beef was relatively expensive compared to the price of pork and chicken meat. Based on research results, pork was the most meat consumed by family respondents about 21 families with the percentage of 70 % of respondents, followed by chicken meat about 18 families with the percentage of 60 % of respondents, and beef by 8 families with the percentage of 26 respondents, 67 % of domestic poultry and meat about 6 families with the percentage of 20 % of respondents. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that household income significantly affect the consumption of meat in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district and the average consumption of meat in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district was about 8,9  kg/capita/year, below the national target of 10,3  kg/capita/year.   Key Words : Household income, meat consumption, Sea I Village.

This research is purpose to know the role of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan in overcome fictitious investment in Bengkulu city and To know the efforts of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to protect the consumers that take fictitious investment in Bengkulu city. This research uses empirical approach, that is research in the place by using interviews to get answers about the role of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to overcome fictitious investment in Bengkulu city and the efforts of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to protect consumers that has done fictitious investment in Bengkulu City. This research uses two types of data,that is primary data and secondary data. Then, its data to be analyzed in a research report that is qualitative descriptive. The results of the research is the role of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to  overcome fictitious investment in Bengkulu City that is preventive and repressive efforts. The preventive efforts for example to socializing and educating people to alert investment and coordinating with law enforcers and other regulators. The repressive efforts, for example set up an Alert Investment task force in every area. Then the efforts of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan to protect consumers that have  fictitious investment in Bengkulu City is regulated in POJK Number 1 / POJK.07 / 2013 about Perlindungan Konsumen Sektor Jasa Keuangan

Development the competitive industries primarily small firms ought to be realized for improving economic growth of a community. Small industries have an important role especially on income equity improvement in rural areas. The objective of this study was to assess industry players motivation for developing their business in coffee processing and also to analyze factors which influence business income focused on micro and small-scale coffee industries in Bondowoso District. Survey method was used in this study for collecting primary and secondary data. A number of respondents were 25 coffee industry players who be determined by judgement sampling method. Data were analyzed by descriptive and statistic method. Multiple linear regression was used in the suspected factors that affect small industries income. The results indicated that the main motivation of industry players in initiating and developing coffee business was financial incentive. Consecutively, indicators that may explain industry player’s motivation were expectation, motive and incentive. Micro and small-scale industries income was affected by raw material, marketing reach, technology and business experience. Meanwhile, micro and small-scale industries income was not affected by labor cost and source of capital.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in public and private Junior High School in Banda Aceh City. This research involved two objects, Junior High School 3 Banda Aceh and Islamic Junior High School YPUI Darul Ulum. This research used the qualitative descriptive method and also used primary and secondary data in data collection.  The primary data were obtained directly by interviewing informants that were BOS coordinator in Education and Culture Services of Banda Aceh City and school BOS team consisting of the school principal and BOS treasure. The data were collected by direct observation in the field. The secondary data were collected by using documentation technique. In analyzing the data, the researcher used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of the study showed that the accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Junior High School 3 Banda Aceh were in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 26 of 2017 which reflected good governance, while the management of the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Islamic Junior High School YPUI Darul Ulum Banda Aceh in terms of transparency was still not perfect, but in terms of accountability and effectiveness were in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 26 of 2017.
