2019 was a year full of turmoil for the KPK (Corruption Eradication Commission) due to the revision of the KPK Law after 17 years of the KPK Law being in effect. Despite many rejections, the latest KPK Law was still passed in September 2019 so that it became Indonesia's positive law. Therefore, the statements of the problem in this research are: what is the cause of the KPK Law revision and what is the impact of law enforcement on corruption by the KPK after the ratification of the latest KPK Law. The purpose of this research is to find out the reasons for the revision of the KPK Law and the impact of the implementation of the latest KPK Law. The method used in this research is a normative juridical method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the research indicate that there are several weaknesses of the previous KPK Law which have an impact on the performance of the KPK so that it has not provided maximum results. In fact, regarding the impact of the enactment of the latest KPK Law, it has not given positive results so that it affects the stability of law enforcement for corruption. Therefore, there needs to be a good adaptation for the KPK and all related parties so that the latest KPK Law can run well.

The crime of rape is a serious threat to women by criminals that cause unrest in society. It is not uncommon for minors to become victims of the crime of rape. Women who should receive protection from all forms of threats have not yet materialized in practice. Indonesian positive law is more focused on the perpetrators of criminal acts than on victims. Many other regulations on the handling of crimes since investigation, investigation, prosecution, pretrial and law enforcement, witnesses, and victims have received little attention. The impact that is difficult to cure for rape victims in the form of mental and psychological illnesses is a concern for rape victims. It is not uncommon for crimes related to women to be left untouched by law enforcement. The impact of the modernization era on elementary and Kindergaten children can be seen from the intensity of children playing with gadgets, and the low level of literacy in children. This is the background for the presence of the Oemah Dolan organization. This study aims to identify and describe Oemah Dolan's programs and the role of Oemah Dolan in increasing reading interest in children in Kedongdong Village. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with the analysis technique of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that Oemah Dolan has several programs, namely: book stalls, reading, fun learning, and creativity week.

The purpose of this research is to build a collaboration between the travel business and the relevant government and the people of the City of Parepare in dealing with disasters. In addition, the parties who are members of the collaboration group carry out the stages of the safety process for tourists affected by the disaster to facilitate the handling of accident victims in the field. in the City of Parepare. Then this study, using a descriptive qualitative approach, the data collection techniques used are interviews, literature study, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to establish cooperation carried out by travel business parties to related sectors in the form of collaboration and the need for a soup or guide book to be made as a way to facilitate and understand the duties of each member of the cooperation group. are required to be able to equip their employees by adding skills and training, especially those related to First Aid in Accidents (P3K) this is important for travel businesses and related agencies to avoid more serious accident victims for tourists.

<p>Mustahiq zakat is the person entitled to receive zakat. In a letter Qur’an At-Tauba verse 60 explains that mustahiq zakat consists of eight classes. But for the Hamlet of Pond Village Laok Padelegan Kec. Pademawu, Kab. Pamekasan, class mustahiq zakat is not only limited to the eight classes. The majority of the people also give alms to the clerics of nature by definition not included into the eight groups that exist. The purpose of this study is to investigate the public perception as well as their reasons or motivations in giving alms to the Kyai nature. This study used a qualitative approach and methods of<br />analysis used descriptive qualitative method. The result of this is the majority community penelititian Laok Fishpond yet fully understand about “mustahiq Zakat Al-Fitr”, they only mentioned the indigent, poor and clerics. The motivation of people Laok Pond in giving alms to the Kyai Fitr is a teacher of the Koran because their clerics. In addition, the motivation of social sanctions in the form underestimated, shunned, ostracized and even zakat is not considered valid as Zakat Al-Fitr if zakat nature not given to clerics.</p><p>Mustahiq zakat adalah orang yang berhak menerima zakat. Dalam Al-Qur’an surat At-Taubah ayat 60 menjelaskan bahwa mustahiq zakat itu terdiri dari delapan golongan. Namun bagi masyarakat Dusun Laok Tambak Desa Padelegan Kec. Pademawu, Kab. Pamekasan, golongan mustahiq zakat tidak<br />hanya terbatas pada kedelapan golongan tersebut. Mayoritas masyarakatnya juga memberikan zakat fitrahnya kepada kyai yang secara terminologi tidak tercantum ke dalam delapan golongan yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat serta alasan atau motivasi mereka didalam memberikan zakat fitrahnya kepada kyai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode analisisnya menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelititian ini adalah mayoritas masyarakat Laok Tambak belum memahami secara utuh tentang “mustahiq zakat fitrah”, mereka hanya menyebutkan fakir, miskin dan kyai. Adapun motivasi masyarakat Laok Tambak dalam memberikan zakat fitrah kepada kyai adalah karena kyai merupakan guru ngaji mereka. Selain itu, motivasi sanksi sosial berupa diremehkan, dijauhi, dikucilkan dan bahkan zakatnya tidak dianggap sah sebagai zakat fitrah jika zakat fitrahnya tidak diberikan kepada kyai.</p><p>Kata kunci: Persepsi, Masyarakat, Mustahiq zakat, Kyai.</p>

This study was aimed to investigate whether there is still an effort to maintain the final solution of conflict existence in the politic and its impact to the society after the peace agreement has been signed. This study used the descriptive qualitative approach by using interview and observation as data collection. The research findings revealed several indicators of conflict existence; they were unfairness, dishonesty, structured, massive and sistematic fraud that is still occured in politic democratic such as black campaign and money politics. As the impact, these indicators remain as a trigger of conflict that cause violence acts in the society in almost every part of Aceh which also occured in Aceh Besar. The most likely impact in the society was a demonstration which often happen in a campaign that often followed by violence acts, terror, and also intimidation

Speaking of corruption is being aggressively reviled by various circles of society , people no longer trust law enforcement corruption . With a variety of reasons escape corruption charges. Is this making people more amused components against corruption . Born as a result of the impact of corruption is very dangerous , one of which the decline of the national economy . Anti-corruption efforts solely through the prosecution of corruption , whereas the present moment awareness need everyone to obey the law of corruption .The perpetrators of corruption in Samarinda always hide behind the policies and provisions contained in the legislation governing the authority of an agency or official , so as though everything is a discretionary authority .This type of research used in this paper is an empirical legal research methods with qualitative approach to analyze the data that refers to the rules and regulations perudang . So as to obtain an overview of the impact of corruption in public life , analyze and formulate on law enforcement corruption , and to analyze the factors that affect the law enforcement corruption in the city of Samarinda

This study is aimed to describe the marriage tradition of Marlojong in community of Mandailing Natal District. This study focuses on study of Islamic and positive law implementation of the marlojong. This study is conducted by using descriptive qualitative approach because this study is to understand phenomena related to the implementation of marriage law in a natural setting of society, to understand a phenomenon based on information data obtained from informants. The result shows that there are there motivations of marlojong marriage implementation in Mandailing Natal District. First because they were unable to pay the dowry / tuor requested by the parents of the girl. Second, because they were not allowed to get married. Third, because they avoided the costs of implementing the marriage customs. The implementation of marlojong marriage in the Mandailing Natal community does not contradict the provisions of Islamic law. Pillars and marital conditions are met in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law. So that the marlojong marriage carried out by the Mandailing community is legal according to Islamic Law. The implementation of Marlojong marriage to the Mandailing Natal community according to Positive Law in Indonesia is legal because it does not violate the material requirements and formal requirements that have been determined in Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and Compilation of Islamic Law.

This study aims to determine the process of relocation of the Pasar Panjang traders to the Central Market of Wua-Wua Kendari City and to determine the impact caused after the relocation. This research uses a qualitative approach, where data is collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the relocation of Pasar Panjang traders to the Wua-Wua Central Market of Kendari City is intended for fire victims. The government provides approximately 1,200 stalls with adequate facilities. The impact caused by the relocation of the Pasar Panjang traders to the Central Market of Wua-Wua, Kendari City, includes social impacts, namely the interaction between traders is well established, some locations are not given much attention to cleanliness. While the economic impact of the lack of merchant income due to lack of visitors, most traders take capital in the bank to open a business so they do not have savings, the volume of business traders to decline.

The aim of this research is to define a linguistic framework based on Donald Trump's manuscript at the 2017 General Assembly since Trump is an influential person in the world and it was essential to note how the impact of his speech could have a strong effect on audiences. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze and describe the types of lexical cohesion of HallidayHasan (1976) and Renkema's Theory (2004). In regard, the researchers analyze the most frequently known types of lexical cohesion following the analysis of the data and drawing conclusions based on the results. The findings showed that 80 data were found and 36 data included repetitions, 10 synonyms, 2 general terms, 3 superordinates, 10 collocations, 5 hyponymies, 6 antonyms, 27 anaphoras, and no cataphora and metonymy found in this analysis. After analyzing the results, the most dominant type found was repetition, which meant emphasizing their speech to show how powerful the American and show profound admiration for others.
