Coffee is a kind of beverage that is widespread and much-loved in the world. Today coffee has become a lifestyle. Various kinds of coffee are offering in many shops. This is a great opportunity for entrepreneurs, especially SMEs providers of coffee products, in introducing and marketing variants of coffee products that are owned at the national and international level. One of the problems often arises in the marketing of SMEs products is the lack of information and marketing access to potential markets. An effective and appropriate marketing strategy is needed, especially for SMEs producing coffee products. The research method is done by observation and interview to get primary and secondary data. After the data obtained, analyzed the current condition using SWOT analysis and then followed by strategy mapping using SOSTAC method. From the analysis that has been done, needed a website for the directory to introduce SMEs engaged in the production and sale of coffee in Besuki Raya area.

Abstrak Kiwari Farmers adalah kelompok tani yang mengusahakan kopi arabika reguler dan kopi luwak Manglayang Karlina. Penjualan kopi luwaknya rendah dan tidak kontinyu selama tahun 2016-2017. Karena itu perlu diidentifikasi penyebabnya dengan tujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran kopi luwak tersebut di Kelompok Tani Kiwari Farmers. Teknik penelitian menggunakan teknik studi kasus. Data primer dan sekunder dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Data dianalisis dengan analisis strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat (SWOT) dan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada 6 strategi alternatif: 1) mengalokasikan keuntungan untuk riset fermentasi biji kopi, dan proses roasting, untuk pelatihan formal tenaga kerja, serta untuk pembangunan lantai jemur dan gudang, 2) melakukan kampanye kreatif berbasis edukasi mengenai animal welfare, dan jenis, manfaat serta proses pengolahan kopi luwak, 3) menggunakan Instagram dan Facebook untuk mengedukasi konsep pengolahan mandiri dari hulu hingga hilir dan animal welfare, 4) memperluas jalan kebun, lantai jemur, dan tempat pengolahan pasca panen kopi untuk kepentingan agrowisata, 5) meningkatkan riset pengolahan roasting dan pelatihan tenaga kerja, serta 6) mempertahankan dan menambah inovasi produk baru dan kemasan. Strategi prioritas atau yang terbaik adalah strategi kesatu. Disarankan Kiwari Farmers menerapkan strategi ke 1) tersebut di atas, dan melakukan survei terhadap konsumen kopi luwak.Kata kunci: kopi luwak, strategi pemasaran, SWOT, QSPMAbstractKiwari Farmers cultivates for regular Arabica coffee and Manglayang Karlina Luwak coffee in Bandung district. The sales volume of civet coffee is still low and has experienced discontinue sales during 2016-2017. Thus, it is necessary to identify the causes of the low sales of civet coffee in order to formulate the marketing strategy of the civet coffee in the Kiwari Farmers Group. This study uses case study techniques. Primary and secondary data are collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. Data on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats encountered by Kiwari farmers groups were analyzed using SWOT Analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning (QSP) Matrix. As a result, there were six alternative strategies: 1) allocate profits for coffee bean fermentation research, roasting processes, formal labor training, building dry floors and warehouses, 2) create creative campaigns such as the animal welfare education campaign, and campaigns on civet coffee types, the benefits of civet coffee consumption, and the processing of civet coffee, 3) use the benefits of social media in particular Instagram and Facebook to educate the concept of civet coffee processing from the beginning to the end of the process, and animal welfare, 4) enlarge the road area in the garden, drying area, build a post-harvest site and processing coffee for the development of an agro-tourism business unit, 5) improve roasting processing research and employee training, and 6) maintain by innovating new products and packaging. This study aims to determine and analyze the analysis using SWOT analysis which includes Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats as one of the strategies to improve competitiveness in Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi. This research is a type of associative descriptive research using primary data that is collecting data for hypothesis testing and answering questions from research subjects by collecting through a list of questions with survey research instruments. This research uses triangulation method. The population in this study is Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through interviews and observations. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative analysis research method.The results of the study show that currently Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi has not fully utilized the opportunities available. The strategy implemented by Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi has not yet fully used a good marketing strategy, for that Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi must implement a suitable strategy to use in optimizing its competitiveness by managing hotels by evaluating and implementing the strategies that must be achieved. By improving marketing strategies and increasing hotel facilities so as to provide satisfaction and desire for patients in Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi.

Competition in the restaurant and cafe industry at this time is very tight and competitive. This is marked by the growing number of new competitors in the world of Resto and Cafe. The restaurant and cafe industry as one of the food and beverage supply sectors that can support national and regional economic development. In Depok, there are 170 restaurants and cafes operating. The purpose of this study was to find out how the results of the implementation of Marketing Strategy During the Covid19 Pandemic at Like No Other Cafe Depok. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Using interviews, questionnaires and observations to related parties as data collection techniques. Thus, the data analysis techniques used were VRIO and PESTLE analysis to analyze the business environment, profitability analysis to evaluate the results of the implementation of the marketing mix program used and descriptive analysis to analyze planning, implementation and marketing strategy activities. The results showed that the strategy implemented by Like No Other Cafe during the Covid19 pandemic was considered effective so that Like No Other Cafe was still able to survive and generate income even though the income was only 50% of normal conditions.

This research focuses on the process of strategic planning completion of the Ma'had Aly Pondok Quran establishment in Bandung Regency. This research uses Kurt Lewin model of action research method which consists of planning, acting and fact finding on the result of the action. The results of this study indicate that there are several efforts to meet the conditions that have been determined by the Minister of Religious Regulation 71/2015 on the establishment of Ma'had Aly Pondok Quran. The contributing factors of the succesful strategic planning are the results of the present and expected future conditions analysis, the results of Ma'had Aly SWOT analysis, the Master Plan Development Document (RIP)of Ma'had Aly Pondok Quran, Strategic Plan Cycles and Strategic Plan Matrix of the Ma'had Aly performance. These constitute as the guidelines for the realization of the ideal establishment of Ma'had Aly which is in accordance with the Guide of Establishment of Ma'had Aly as stated on the operational guidelines of the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Human is the creation of Allah swt who have morals, potentials, orientations, and tendencies toward positive and negative things. It is a characteristic and moral tied in every human. To neutralize and create a better human which is in accordance with the main purposes of  His creator, it needs specific ways to maintain a pure human appearance in their daily life. One of the ways to return and maintain their pureness is through dhikr. It has been implemented by one of the traditional educational institutions in East Aceh, namely the Islamic Boarding School Asasul Islamiyah and the Islamic Boarding School Darul Muta'allimin. In addition, besides teaching a religious subject as the main subject matter, they are also having daily dhikr-routine, before and after praying, and it becomes the main purpose to develop students’ morals. This study explores the implementation of dhikr as a development toward Islamic boarding school’s students’ daily morals in East Aceh regency, with aims (1) To figure out what kind of the several dhikr in the Islamic Boarding School Asasul Islamiyah and Islamic boarding school Darul Muta'allimin, East Aceh regency, (2) To figure out a mechanism of implementing dhikr in the Islamic boarding school Asasul Islamiyah and the Islamic boarding school Darul Muta'allimin, East Aceh, (3) To know an implication dhikr toward daily morals’ development in Islamic boarding school Asasul Islamiyah and Islamic boarding school Darul Muta'allimin, East Aceh. This present study is qualitative research which is used as a field research method and uses primary and secondary data. The data collection methods used are observations and interviews. The present study found that the varied of dhikr words which are pointed in Islamic boarding school Asasul Islamiyah and Islamic boarding school Darul Muta'allimin, East Aceh Regency is istighfar, tauhid (لا اله الا الله), tasbih, tahlil, shalawat (remembering The Prophet), yassin, reciting Al-Qur’an verses and having a close-by reciting do’a. The mechanisms of implementing dhikr used in both Islamic boarding schools, methodology and time, are similar; using dhikr dzahir and dhikr sirri, in addition, the time is daily; before and after praying. Moreover, one of the dhikr implications toward the students’ daily morals development is enhancing Islamic spirituality through remembering Allah SWT in order to form a balancing life between the world and the day after, also have good morals toward humans (habl min al-nās)  and Allah SWT (habl min Allāh).

The covid-19 pandemic has caused a global economic slowdown. Trade institutions and customs institutions provide facilities that are expected to encourage the economy not to fall into a sharp decline. The World Trade Organization (WTO) and the World Customs Organization (WCO) as world organizations that regulate the movement of goods between countries have also issued instructions for their member countries to deal with this pandemic situation. This study aims to determine how the implementation of customs facilities and international trade during this pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative research method with descriptive techniques. The data used in this study are secondary data such as reports, research, and guidelines. The results of the study show that Indonesia has implemented customs facilities and international trade during this pandemic. This is following the guidelines published by the WTO and WCO, which are world organizations related to international trade. Programs carried out by Indonesia are also carried out by other countries which are good practices in international trade activities. The implication of this research is to recommend the customs institution to continue to increase cooperation with other border agencies in the form of coordinated border management..   Pandemi covid-19 telah membuat perlambatan ekonomi secara global. Institusi perdagangan dan institusi kepabeanan memberikan fasilitas yang tujuannya diharapkan dapat mendorong perekonomian tidak jatuh dalam penurunan yang tajam. World Trade Organization (WTO) dan World Customs Oganization (WCO) selaku organisasi dunia yang mengatur pergerakan barang antar negara juga telah mengeluarkan petunjuk bagi negara anggotanya untuk menghadapi situasi pandemi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi fasilitas kepabeanan dan perdagangan internasional dalam masa pandemi ini. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder seperti laporan, penelitian, dan buku petunjuk. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia telah mengimplementasikan fasilitas kepabeanan dan perdagangan internasional selama masa pandemi ini. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan panduan yang diterbitkan oleh WTO dan WCO yang merupakan badan dunia terkait dengan perdagangan internasional. Program yang dilakukan Indonesia juga dilakukan oleh negara lain yang merupakan good practices pada kegiatan perdagangan internasional. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah merekomendasikan kepada institusi kepabeanan agar terus meningkatkan Kerjasama dengan badan perbatasan lainnya dalam bentuk coordinated border management.

The purpose of this study is describe feminism and the resilience of women in the world of work in Indonesia and Iceland. Feminism as a system of ideas, as a framework and study of social life and human experience that evolved from a women-centered perspective. In Indonesia and Iceland, this is a long history as a reflection of the responsibility regarding the reality of gender inequality. In this study researchers used a research method with the type of literature study. Data collection techniques that utilize secondary data obtained through the library and then described and analyzed to extract from the literature such as books, journals, report, documents and other materials that support this research. Based on the results and discussion that has been presented, it can be concluded that feminism is increasingly developing and being recognized by the world. Feminism and the resilience of women in these two countries have shown that women have great opportunities in the development of the world of work, politics and other fields. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan feminisme dan ketahanan perempuan dalam dunia kerja di Indonesia dan Islandia. Feminisme sebagai sistem gagasan,   sebagai kerangka kerja dan studi kehidupan sosial dan pengalaman manusia yang berevolusi dari perpsektif yang berpusat pada perempuan. Di Indonesia dan Islandia, hal ini adalah sejarah panjang sebagai cerminan dari tanggung jawab tentang realitas ketidaksetaraan gender. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian dengan jenis kajian kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik penelitian kepustakaan yang memanfaatkan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui perpustakaan kemudian di deskripsikan dan dianalisis untuk disarikan dari literatur seperti buku, jurnal, laporan, dokumen dan bahan lain yang mendukung penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan yang telah dipaparkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa feminisme semakin lama semakin berkembang dan diakui oleh dunia. Feminisme dan ketahanan perempuan di dua negara ini sudah menunjukkan bahwa kaum perempuan memiliki peluang besar dalam perkembangan dunia kerja, politik dan bidang lainnya.

This research aims to determine the marketing strategy that must be taken from the results of the SWOT analysis at the b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection methods through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the SWOT analysis technique which explains, first, the data collection stage at the Bali Hotel & Spa Denpasar regarding the identification of internal and external factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, the second is the analysis stage, and third namely the stage of decision making to determine the strategy to be taken by the company. The research results from the SWOT analysis show that the company is in quadrant I, where it shows a problem regarding for the strength to see opportunities where the strategy taken is the SO strategy used to be applied in developing strategies that can be suggested at management b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar, to can improve the progress of the hotel going forward.

The purposes of this research are to describe, analyze, and determine the online marketing strategy of domestic travel agent at Bandung Tour Expert. In this case, the authors focused on SWOT analysis to find out the right marketing strategy for the tour packaging. In this research, the data was collected using the observation method, meanwhile the data analysis method used were descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis. Internet users number are increasing, especially adults with high mobility. For them who often travel outside the city, internet is crucial because it connects them with the travel agent. Nowadays, the convenient use of Internet technology is used to market products and services offered by travel agents, so that it provides many benefits for business travel agents with minimum marketing costs. The results of this study were the use of internet and online marketing had impacts on the increasing profits of the travel agents. The conclusion of this research is Bandung Tour Expert as a company need to improve their variant of tour package to make tourist more interest to visit the company website.

Various legal issues that have surfaced to date cannot be separated from the development of information technology that has mastered the world map. People as consumers really need fast and cheap transportation services to transport people or goods to meet their daily needs. The presence of the Gojek and GrabCar application services is one of the solutions needed by the community at this time, but there is no legal umbrella that regulates people’s transportation services for motorbikes or motorbikes and the transportation of people or passengers to Gocar or Grabcar in private cars, causing various legal issues in its application. Legal issues that arise, are forms of legal protection for consumer users and dispute resolution due to default by one of the parties. The research method is empirical research by processing primary and secondary data, which are then analyzed qualitatively. Conclusions on the results of the discussion: a form of legal protection for consumers and drivers in the form of compensation or assistance in the amount of five to 10 million rupiahs for guaranteed protection for hospital fees and in the event of accidents and life insurance guarantees from AXA Group. The procedure for resolving a default by a Gojek-GrabCar application provider as a result of private law or civil relations is that the application service user as a party to the agreement can choose to take legal action (litigation) or peace/mediation/conciliation (non-litigation).
