This study aims to determine the effect of learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of the students, knowing the influence of students' self-confidence in the results of learning mathematics. Furthermore, to determine the effect of learning models and students' self-confidence altogether to the result of learning mathematics. The research used is experimental method. The samples used from the affordable population taken from 34 people as the sample of the test instrument, and 68 people as the research sample using proportional random sampling technique from all grade X on SMA Negeri 3 Kabupaten Tangerang. The data were collected by giving the result of learning tests and questionnaires. The data analysis consists of testing the research instrument of validity, reliability, difficulty index, and distinguishing power*. Furthermore, there are the test of requirement analysis through normality and homogeneity test. The hypothesis tested by ANOVA 2 Lanes and Tukey. This study was conducted on February to May, 2017. Based on the results of the hypothesis and data analysis, it is concluded that the following things are: 1) There is an influence between the learning model on the learning outcomes of mathematics. 2) There is an influence between students' self-confidence on mathematics learning outcomes. 3) There is an interaction effect between learning methods and students' self-confidence on mathematics learning outcomes.

This study aims to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes in the material wake up flat through the learning model Team Games Tournament in grade 2 students SDN Majaksingi Borobudur. The study design uses Class Action Research with II cycle where each cycle consists of 2 meetings. The subjects of the study were class II of 26 students. The population of this research is 26 students. The sampling technique used is total sampling. research variables using 2 variables that are learning outcomes Mathematics and learning model Team Games Tournament. Methods of data collection using tests and observations. Data analysis used is descriptive percentage. The results showed, TGT learning model can improve learning Mathematics about wake flat. This is evidenced by data from the initial condition until cycle II. In the initial condition the percentage of students completeness reached 61.53% and in cycle II, the percentage of students mastery reach 88.46%.

The aim of this research is to know the difference of the average of mathematics learning outcomes between the students Whose learning using cooperative learning model of type Head Head Together (NHT) Whose learning with the students using Think Pair Share (TPS) on the subject matter of the Circle. The population in this research is the eighth class of the second half of SMP N 1 Adiluwih in the academic year 2017-2018. Sampling was taken by cluster random sampling technique. The research instrument used to Obtain the data in the form of the test while for the data analysis is done normality test and homogeneity test. Since the sample comes from a normal and homogeneous distributed the data then it is continued with t-Test. Result of the data analysis can be concluded that there is difference of the mean result of student learning of mathematics using NHT type cooperative learning models with a mean of mathematics learning result of student using TPS learning models and the mean of student learning result by using cooperative learning model of type NHT is greater than the average mathematics learning outcomes of students taught by using the TPS learning models.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang menunjukkan masih rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan self-confidence siswa dalam belajar matematika. Learning Cycle 7E merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan self-confidence siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan self-confidence siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran learning cycle 7E dengan yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan populasi siswa di salah satu SMP di Kabupaten Garut. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupas tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan skala sikap self-confidence siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan self-confidence siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran learning cycle 7E lebih baik daripada siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran konvensional. AbstractThis research is motivated by the results of previous studies which indicates the low ability of mathematical communication and self-confidence of students in learning mathematics. Learning Cycle 7E is one of the learning model that is expected to improve the ability of mathematical communication and self-confidence of students. The purpose of this study to determine the improvement of mathematical communication skills and self-confidence of students who get learning model of learning cycle 7E with which get the conventional learning model. This research is a quasi-experiment research with student population in one of junior high school in Garut. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in this study examined the ability of mathematical communication and the scale of student self-confidence attitude. The result of data analysis shows that the improvement of mathematical communication ability and self-confidence of students who get the learning model of learning cycle 7E is better than students who get conventional learning.

This research is a quasi-experimental study that aims to determine the effect of the Group Investigation (GI) type of cooperative learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of junior high school students. The population in this study were all VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Kediri, which were divided into three classes. The research sample of two classes was taken by the purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique using tests and observation sheets. The experimental class uses a Group Investigation (GI) type of cooperative learning model and the control class uses a direct learning model. The sample in the study was class VIII-A as the experimental class and class VIIIB as the control class. The normality test and homogeneity test showed that the two samples were normally distributed and homogeneous. The data analysis using t test with  show  and  so  is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Group Investigation (GI) type of cooperative learning model on students mathematics learning outcomes. To find out how much the effect of the Group Investigation (GI) type of cooperative learning model has on the students mathematics learning outcomes, it can be done by using effect size calculations with Cohen’s formula and the calculation results are 1.18 including in the high category. This means that the application of the Group Investigation (GI) type of cooperative learning model has a high effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 2 kediri academic year 2021/2022

The purpose of this research was to know: (1) there is difference of mean of result of student's mathematics learning on cube and block material whose learning apply cooperative mind mapping model based on audio visual media and without audio visual media, (2) average result learning mathematics of students on the material of cubes and blocks learning to apply cooperative learning model mind mapping based audio visual media greater than the average learning outcomes of students learning mathematics applying cooperative mind mapping learning model. The population in this study were VIII class students even semester SMP Negeri 1 Sukoharjo academic year 2015-2016, sampling using sampling technique and obtained samples of two classes. This study involves only one variable that is the result of learning mathematics in cube and beam material, consisting of two samples that is the result of learning mathematics of students whose learning applying cooperative learning model mind mapping based on audio visual media as sample 1 and the result of learning mathematics of students whose learning apply cooperative learning model mind mapping as sample 2 obtained through the test of mathematics learning result given to sample 1 and sample 2 in the form of description test. Technique of data analysis using quantitative data analysis covering data normality test stage, homogeneity test, t-test, U test one side, conclusion. Based on the results of research concluded that there are differences in the average results of students' mathematics learning on cube and beam material that learning applying cooperative learning model mind mapping based audio visual media and without audio visual media. The average of students' mathematics learning outcomes on cube and beam materials whose learning is to apply cooperative mind mapping model based on audio visual media is greater than the average of mathematics learning outcomes of students whose learning applied cooperative mind mapping model. This is due to mind mapping cooperative learning based on audio visual media provides an opportunity for students to be more active and students become more motivated in the learning process that lures students become more imaginative and creative in developing the potential work of the brain and mindset so that students can think actively, critical, full of ideas, and easy to organize and remember all forms of information conveyed by the teacher.

Students' low disposition in mathematics causes students to view mathematics as difficult to understand, thus affecting mathematics learning outcomes. Not many students are active because they lack self-confidence, interest in learning mathematics, and curiosity about mathematics. This has an impact on low mathematics learning outcomes. This study aims to test the increase in the mathematical disposition of students who take part in open-ended learning based on ethnomathematics and determine the effect of mathematical disposition on students' mathematical abilities. This quantitative study refers to a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques in this study used non-test and test techniques. The instruments used are questionnaires to measure students' mathematical dispositions and test questions to measure students' mathematical abilities. Data analysis techniques used are gain test and regression analysis. The results study indicates that the mathematical disposition of students who participate in open-ended learning based on ethnomathematics increased by 47%, which means that they are in the medium category and mathematical dispositions affect students' mathematical abilities through the application of open-ended questions learning based on ethnomathematics by 57.9%. It is concluded that ethnomathematics-based open-ended learning can improve students' mathematical disposition. This research is that teachers can use open-ended learning based on ethnomathematics to improve students' mathematical dispositions.

. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics through Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 14 Biru Tanete Riattang Sub-district  Bone District. Students' learning outcomes on material count arithmetic addition and fractional breaking is still much below the established KKM that is 75. This is caused by factors derived from the teacher are: (1) the presentation of the material is still monotonous, (2) the lack of mastery of the class, (3) The teacher's attention to the students is less, that is only focused on some students only, (4) instructional Media. Meanwhile, from the aspect of the students, it can be seen that during the learning process of mathematics, (1) the students feel bored during the learning process, (2) the students become noisy, (3) other students are allowed to do whatever activities they want, (4) teach. Therefore researchers attempt to solve problems through the application of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK) consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The focus of the research is the application of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model and student learning outcomes in mathematics learning. Subjects in this study were active fourth graders and enrolled in the even semester of the academic year 2016/2017 consisting of 24 students, 11 male students and 13 female students. Technique of collecting data in this research is done obeservasi, tes and documentation. While data analysis technique in this research that is 1) reducing data, 2) data presentation and 3) drawing conclusion. The results of the research have been analyzed, indicating that there is an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I with enough category (C) increased to either category (B) on the second cycle. Results of data analysis concluded that the model of Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve student learning outcomes in learning mathematics in class IV SD Negeri 14 Biru Tanete Riattang sub-district Bone District.

This study descriptively aims to determine the tendency of mathematics learning outcomes of class V students of Jomblangan Elementary School using the investigation and expository group model. The study was conducted at Jomblangan State Elementary School with a population of all class V students consisting of 2 classes the total are 56 students. The sample was taken by simple random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were documents for initial abilities and tests to measure student mathematics learning outcomes. The instrument testing used uses the trial system. Data analysis techniques were calculated using the t-test, and previously carried out the analysis of the requirements analysis, including balance test, normality test, and variance homogeneity test. Descriptive research results show the tendency of mathematics learning outcomes of class V students of Jomblangan State Elementary School using the investigation group learning model including the high category with an average value of 72,800, while those using the expository learning model are in the moderate category with an average of 53,231. Comparatively, the hypothesis testing shows that the group investigation learning model is better than the expository learning model seen from student learning outcomes. This is indicated by the t-test obtained by count = 4.362 and t table = 1.645 because of the tcount> table. In other words, it can be concluded that the group investigation learning model is more effective than the expository learning model for the results of mathematics learning in the fifth-grade students of Jomblangan Elementary School.

This study aims to improve the students’ confidence through the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model in learning mathematics in class VIII D of SMP N 3 Depok. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) using NHT model. The stages in this study consist of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects include 32 students. The data collection techniques used are a test, questionnaires, and observation. The data collection instruments used are written tests to measure the students’ cognitive learning outcomes, self-confidence questionnaire, and observation sheets to determine the feasibility of learning using the NHT technique. The data analysis technique uses percentages for the learning outcomes using observation sheets, data analysis of descriptive study completeness describing individual and group students’ outcomes, and scoring for self-confidence questionnaire using Likert scale with five criteria intervals. The results of the analysis of this research indicate that mathematics learning increases student confidence by 10.22%. The students’ outcomes (cognitive) have decreased, and one of them is the learning material that is more difficult than the cycle I. The basic competence for cycle I is to complete SPLDV (Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel) while for cycle II, the basic competence is to make and complete mathematical models of problems related to SPLDV. The implementation of learning using the NHT learning model has increased from 81.3% in the first cycle to 96.9% in the second one. It can be concluded that the NHT cooperative learning model is proven to improve the students’ confidence.

The formulation of the problem in this research are: (1) How the result of learning mathematics of students after taught by SAVI learning model?, (2) How the result of learning mathematics of students after taught by NHT learning model?, (3) Is the result of learning mathematics of students who taught with SAVI learning model is higher than students taught by NHT learning model. The purpose of this study are: (1) To know how the results of learning mathematics students after teaching with SAVI learning model, (2) To find out how the results of learning mathematics students after being taught with NHT learning model, (3) To determine whether the results of learning mathematics students taught by SAVI learning models higher than students taught by NHT learning models. Type of research using experimental method. The population in this study is all students of class X spread in 11 parallel classes with the number of 310 people. Sampling was done by using cluster random sampling technique. In this research as a sample taken 2 classes from the entire population that is class X A3 as experiment class 1 using SAVI learning model and class X A1 as experiment class 2 using NHT learning model. From result of data analysis obtained that: (1) result of student learning taught by using SAVI learning model which consist of 25 students show minimum value 62, maximum value 96, mean (mean) 80,36, with standard deviation 9,10; (2) student learning outcomes taught using NHT learning model consisting of 25 students showing minimum score 62, maximum value 96, mean (mean) 79,62, with standard deviation 10,512; (3) result of t-test analysis using independent sample t-test obtained tcount = 0,302 at = 0,05 with degrees of freedom (dk) = 48 obtained t table = 2,011. Because t <t table then Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted. So it can be concluded that the mathematics learning outcomes of students who were taught with the SAVI model was not higher than the students taught by the NHT model.
