This article discusses marketing performance by identifying marketing mix variables that influence marketing performance and its indicators in the hotel industry. The purpose of this writing was to find the correlation between marketing mix with marketing performance and signs in the hotel industry. This article was expected to extend the insights and provide valuable suggestions for future researches. The method applied in this article was a literature study. The literature study was used systematically towards 24 research articles in the field of marketing performance that written from 2000 to 2018. Based on the results and discussion, it could conclude that marketing mix variables influence marketing performance that covers product, price promotion, and distribution channel. This research also identifies three selected indicators for marketing performance in the hotel industry. Those indicators include customer mindset, expression of customer preference, and customer behavior. The potential future research, among others, is a research that will employ marketing performance indicators that suitable to other service industries.

The number of tourist arrivals during the low season tends to decline. It also has an impact on sightseeing. Therefore, marketing strategy is very important to be able to increase the number of tourist visit to be able to compete with other tourism object and can give positive impact for society Sembalun. Sembalun tourism is located on Jalan Wisata Rinjani, Sembalun Bumbung, Kab. East Lombok Kec. Sembalun, Sembalun Village of West Nusa Tenggara. This study aims to determine the marketing mix, and marketing strategy at Sembalun Tour. The data collection in this research is done by observation, in-depth interview, document and literature study. The determination of informants was determined on the basis of random purposive sampling in which subjects were chosen on the basis of specified criteria. These criteria are Sembalun tourism managers and communities around Sembalun East Lombok. The result of this research is marketing mix at Sembalun tourism based on product, price, distribution channel, promotion, person, physical proof and process. In this research also discuss about SWOT analysis about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are owned by Sembalun tourism which is related to mix mix (marketing mix), from marketing strategy that is Increase promotion to other market, Increase cooperation with Travel agent good Outside and inside the country, improve access, improve the quality of human resources.   Keyword : Management, Marketing Mix, Marketing Strategy , Sightseeing Tour

ABSTRAK. Pokok permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam penulisan ini adalah konsep marketing mix yang sesuai dengan syariah. Penilaian konsep marketing mix yang sesuai syariah ini menilai variabel Product (Produk), Price (Harga), Place (Penempatan), dan Promotion (Promosi) dengan aturan-aturan muamalah dalam islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan konsep marketing mix syariah, serta sebagai kontribusi keilmuan berkaitan dengan marketing mix syariah. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori marketing, marketing mix, serta teori tentang muamalah yangsesuai dengan syariah. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada penilaian marketing mix dengan aturan-aturan muamalah dalam islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka baik bersumber data buku ataupun jurnal, sedangkan untuk aspek penilaiannya yaitu ditinjau dari Al -Qur’an, Hadits, Ijtihad para ulama, dan karya ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Penelitian ini menghasilkan konsep marketing mix yang sesuai dengan syariah meliputi variabel Product (Produk), Price (Harga), Place (Penempatan), dan Promotion (Promosi) yang telah disesuaikan dengan aturan-aturan dalam muamalah islam, penelitian ini juga sebagai saran bagi para pelaku bisnis yang ingin menjalankan bisnisnya sesuai syariat Islam. Sehingga konsep marketing mix syariah ini memiliki perbedaan dengan marketing mix pada umumnya karena telah disesuaikan dengan aturan muamalah dalam islam.Kata kunci: marketing, marketing mix, marketing mix syariahABSTRACT. Surabaya City Archives and Libraries use the strategic marketing to disseminate information resources at their disposal. The purpose of this research is to know, how the marketing of library in Surabaya City Archives and Libraries. The research method uses literature study with data collection techniques derived from interviews and literature study. Fordata analysis, the results were processed and analyzed interviews with marketing theory using some of the literature from books, journals and the results of previous studies. Surabaya city Library and Archive wasfoundsome elementsin the 'Marketing Mix' or library marketing strategy that has beenappliedin thelibrary since 2007. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of seven elements of marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence) on customer satisfaction of GOJEK users. Data were collected from 90 customers residing in South Jakarta using self-reporting questionnaires. Factor analysis is used to validate the instrument and regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that although the elements of the marketing mix simultaneously significant effect on customer satisfaction, however partially, only the product have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (p-value 0.045). Based on these findings, the future research needs to re-examine the influence of marketing mix elements on customer satisfaction, in particular, transport mode users GOJEK by increasing the sample size and expanding the area of research so that research results can be generalized. Modern manufacturing involved many productions’ constraints and corporation’s objectives. This study tries to considering manufacturing process with customer preference modification; beside, takes convenience stores producing thawing and heating prepared (THP) food for an example. The study constructed a THP diversity with customer preference selection model. Two distribution data of customer behavior were introduced to design parameters of customer preference indicators. Through computer system simulations, the results showed it would increase the profits if manufacturing process considering customers preference. However, it may result in different profits if some of the assumptions are revised. Future research suggests applying this model to others industries.

Abstrak: Sistem Organisasi Pemasaran Ekspor Pada PT. Indo Veneer Utama Karanganyar. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai pembagian tugas atau pengorganisasian yang dijalankan perusahaan dalam melakukan pemasaran ekspor dan mempelajari faktor pendorong maupun penghambat dalam pemasaran ekspor. Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif sedangkan objek penelitian yaitu PT. Indo Veneer Utama Karanganyar. Jenis data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini merupkan data lapangan dan data kapustakaan yaitu data yang diperolah langsung dari pihak perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT.Indo Veneer Utama Karanganyar menggunakan strategi segmentasi pasar (segmentation), strategi penentuan pasar sasaran (targetting), dan strategi posisi pasar (positioning). Perusahaan juga menggunakan  bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) yang terdiri dari 4 unsur yaitu produk (product), harga (price), saluran distribusi (place), dan promosi (promotion) dalam mengembangkan pemasaran ekspor. Faktor-faktor pendorong dalam pemasaran ekspor yang dilakukan PT.Indo Veneer Utama Karanganyar adalah tersedianya pasar mancanegara, optimalisasi laba, jumlah barang produksi tinggi, produk berdaya saing tinggi, tersedianya layanan house trading. Selain faktor pendorong juga ada faktor penghambat yaitu Sumber Daya Manusia yang terbatas, Kuota Impor setiap negar yang berbeda, kurs mata uang yang tidak stabil, dan adanya aturan regional setiap organisasi negara yang berbeda. Abstract: Export Marketing Organizational Systems at PT.Indo Veneer Utama Karanganyar. The research carried out aims to find out information about the Division of tasks or organization carried out by companies in carrying out export Marketing and studying the driving and inhibiting factors in export marketing. The Analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive technique while the object of research is PT. Indo Veneer Utama Karanganyar. The type of data needed in this study is field data and library data, which are data obtained directly from the company. The results showed that PT.Indo Veneer Utama Karanganyar used a market segmentation strategy, a target market determination strategy (positioning), and a market positioning strategy (positioning). The company also uses a marketing mix consisting of 4 elements, namely product, price, distribution channel (place), and promotion in developing export marketing. The driving factors in export marketing conducted by PT. Indo Veneer Utama Karanganyar are the availability of foreign markets, optimization of profits, high quantities of manufactured goods, highly competitive products, and availability of house trading services. The purpose of this research is to know marketing communication strategy conducted by PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. using media webpage in increasing sales especially in the month of Ramadan. This research uses descriptive research type using qualitative method. Data collection techniques used in this study are literature study and field study of field observation (field obersvation) and depth interviews (depth interview) on the parties who play an important role in PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Based on the results of research, found that marketing communication strategy conducted by PT. Unilever Indonesia through media webpage is known to be quite effective in increasing consumer buying interest and increasing sales during the session. This study aims to analyze The Effect of Marketing Mix Towards Intention become Partner on Perspective of Islam at The Branch Office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun. The tests carried out using multiple linear regression method, where the endogenous variable (Y) is a intention become partners and exogenous variables (X) is the marketing mix that is identified with product (X1), price (X2), place/distribution channel (X3), promotion (X4), people (X5), process (X6), physical evidence (X7), promise (X8), and patience (X9). In this study added two variables in the marketing mix of services in accordance with Islamic values that promise and patience.This study uses a quantitative approach. The characteristics of the population in this studi is a partner at The Branch Office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun are actively engaged in transactions in 2014 and live in Madiun. Total sample of the respondents is 100 (one hundred). These samples were selected using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method with particular consideration.The results of this study indicate that simultaneous and partially, marketing mix variables consisting of product, price, place/distribution channel, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, promise, and patience shown the effect to intention become a partner on perspective of Islam at the branch office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun. Variable place/distribution channel is the most dominant variable to the intention become partners on perspective of Islam at the branch office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun.Suggestion for the branch office of BMT Beringharjo in Madiun should increase promotional activity to be more diverse so it can attract attention to prospective partners or partners who have joined, socialize product from BMT Beringharjo more clearly and detail, especially the difference with the product from conventional bank, and make a direct sales pitch way more exciting and creative by adding facilities and infrastructure in the promotion or by making a series of interesting activities and carried out in the crowd with direct sales activities.

The marketing mix strategy is one of the efforts undertaken by the company to increase product sales and earn profits for the company consisting of four groups, namely: product, price, promotion, and place or distribution channel. This study aims to describe the marketing mix strategy related to product, price, promotion, and place conducted by the owner of tenun ikat handicraft business of CV. Silvi MN Paradila in Parengan village, Maduran district, Lamongan regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Determination of research location uses purposive area method, while the determination of subject and informant research using purposive method. Data collection uses observation methods, interviews, and documents. Data analysis used in this research is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The result of the research shows that marketing mix strategy related to product, price, promotion, and place conducted by the owner of tenun ikat handicraft business, namely: product strategy by maintaining product quality, and providing various motives. Pricing strategies are by setting the selling price of the cost of goods and profit margins and setting prices based on 3 levels: low, medium, and high. Promotional strategies are with advertising, publicity, personal selling, and direct marketing. As for the distribution is using direct and indirect distribution.
