In Nglurah tourism village, it can be found some attractions that have the potential to develop. Some attractions have been developed by involving the community in its management, but its development has not been as expected. The purpose of this research is to know the attitude of the community and the level of human resources of the community of Nglurah tourism village in supporting the development of community-based tourism and the right strategy for its development. The CBT concept (Community-Based Tourism) that is applied to achieve sustainable tourism management was applied in the forms of local community participation, tourism village institute creation, environmental-based tourism attractions management, and the creation of small business activities by the locals. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The data resource of this research was in the forms of primary and secondary data with a data collection that was done through observation, interviews, documentation, and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The data analysis uses stages, which are data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of this research shows that the management of tourist attraction in "Sewu Kembang" Nglurah Tourism Village appears from the initiative of the local's people, the locals have agreed on the creation of tourism village institute, the creation of Pleseran Campsite, Dukutan ceremonies, Embankment site management priority programs as the main attraction and the emergence of community business activities as a result of the tourism attraction management.

Facing the implementation of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) at the end of 2015 requires strategic measures to make Indonesia ready to compete with other nations in ASEAN. East Java Province has great potentials and contributions in the national agribusiness. Establishing agribusiness in East Java towards increased competitiveness is the right step to welcome AEC 2015. This research attempts to study the appropriate model of agribusiness development strategy for East Java. The selection of strategy model is expected to prepare a strong and competitive economy in East Java. Through three principles of data analysis model of Miles and Huberman with the emphasis on data collection, data display, and verification, this study also used a variety of data collection techniques and verifications such as Focus Group Discussion (FGD), observation, and others. This research was conducted in four regions as the focus of the study area: Probolinggo District, Sidoarjo District, Pasuruan District and the City of Batu. The results provide the following conclusions: (a) the agribusiness development strategy in East Java should be done with the target approach. This means that the introduction to the target is the most important factors to determine the strategy to be implemented; (b) the role of the government is highly important and strategic in developing agribusiness in East Java. These can be implemented through a variety of program models that are tailored to the target.

This study discussed the right of notaries to refuse the creation of deeds containing usuries by reasons of implementing the principles of sharia and the legal implications of notaries based on Article 16 Law on Notary Position. This study was normative research that used conceptual and legislation approaches. Data collection techniques used library studies. The analysis results showed that notaries had the right to refuse the creation of deeds containing usuries based on the theoretical, juridical, and philosophical aspects. Due to the law of notaries that refused the creation of deeds containing usuries, it violates Article Article 16 Law on Notary Position so that notaries could be subject to tieredly administrative action. The Law on Notary Position had not provided legal protection to notaries who practice their profession under the principles of sharia.

This study aims to determine the dependence of society on natural resources in Ringinsari village, Boyolali district. To obtain a representative sample there, the qualitative method was carried out by conducting interviews with locals related to the topic of writing. Primary data collection is obtained by means of observation, namely question and answer sessions with the local community. Secondary data is obtained from agencies related to the issue. The data were analyzed by dividing into an analysis of the village environment, an analysis of the lifestyle of the locals, and an analysis of the population's dependence on nature or natural resources. The results showed that the Ringinsari village, Boyolali district is the largest village in one sub-district and has the largest population, namely 66 Family Cards (KK). Most of the locals work as factory workers, farmers and some have set up their own businesses, such as opening basic food stalls. Society is still very dependent on nature because some locals own livestock and manage plantations.

Nungnung Waterfal is located in Pelaga Village, Petang District, Badung Regency. Nungnung Waterfal have several potentials that can be developed into a natural taourist attraction. It is the researchers wanted to know the potential of what is owned by NungnungWaterfall that can be developed into a tourist attraction. Types of data and data sources used are the data Qualitative, Quantitatif, primary data and secondary data. Collection data by Observasi, interviews, library, and using purpose sampling method, data analytic method using qualitative descriptive that applies the facts found in the field. Nungnung Waterfallhas the potential of natural and artificial potential that could be developed into a tourist attraction. Natural potential possessed NungnungWaterfallis landscapes, mountains, waterfalls, and forests. As for the potential of artificial owned by Nungnung Waterfallnamely supporting facilities including a gazebo for resting place for tourists and take pictures in the area of Nungnung Waterfall.

The formation of national character which is mandated through education in schools at every level, but in its implementation has not given optimal results. The Strengthening Character Education Program designed by the government focuses on three main activities, namely Strengthening Class-Based Character Education, Strengthening Community-Based Character Education, and Strengthening School-Based Character Education. Strengthening Community-Based Character Education is intended to support and strengthen the character education that has been given in classrooms and schools. This study discusses local wisdom that is still adhered to by the indigenous people of Kampung Naga as a reinforcement for community-based character education. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation study. Data analysis is based on Miles & Huberman (2014), in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the indigenous people of Kampung Naga reflect the main character values contained in Character Strengthening Education. These character values include religion, nationalism, cooperation, independence, integrity, and cooperation. The manifestation of these character values can be seen in their lives, both physically (in the form of houses, clothes, and furniture), social (life of social interaction, cooperation, deliberation system), and culture (certain arts and ceremonies). warning). Therefore, the indigenous people of Kampung Naga can be used as school partners as a learning resource for Strengthening Community-Based Character Education.

This research aims to make the unemployed scholars be active in society by conducting various activities as real devotion. The undergraduate scholar returns prove and the social mindset of thinking that the scholar is not jobless. This can be proved through socialization of character education that is global competition and productive in society. This kind of research uses Community Based Research (CBR). The research subjects were skilled undergraduates who lived in Wek IV Subdistrict, Padangsidimpuan Utara Subdistrict, as many as 20 people, and also people aged 25-85 years totaling 125 people. Community-Based Procedure review through basic laying stages, research planning, data collection and analysis, action on findings. The instruments of data collection were interviews and Forum Group Discussion (FGD). The research results are the dedication that socializing global competition level in Padangsidimpuan town that is done with the motivational process with knowledge council and full attention with the IPAS delivery program and Kehemaita fleet and model example, giving usual plastics and helping the victims of natural disasters.

The purpose of this study is: 1) to find out and analyze how the implementation of employee performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation; 2) to find out what factors are hampering the implementation of employee performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The result of the research shows that the implementation of employee performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation based on 7 (seven) performance evaluation indicators can be said to be not yet fully appropriate. Three categorized indicators are by performance appraisal, namely obedience, honesty, and cooperation. Meanwhile, the indicators of leadership, responsibility, and achievement are not appropriate because in the performance evaluation that indicators still less influential. And, the initiative is categorized as inappropriate because in the performance evaluation it does not become a benchmark in performance appraisal. The factors that hampered the implementation of performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation were seen from seven factors. Based on the results of the research five factors hinder the performance evaluation, are lack of objectivity, halo effect, Leniency, Strictness, and Personal Prejudices. While the other two factors, i.e. Central Tendency and Recent Behavior Bias is inappropriate because these two factors did not hamper the implementation of performance appraisal at the Bina Mandiri Gorontalo Foundation.

Franchising is a marketing concept in order to expand the business to support the economy, in this case there are often problems related to the agreement that has been set. Therefore, a legal protection is needed for the recipient of the right. The purpose of this study is to reveal the choice of agreement in the implementation of franchise agreements in Indonesia and the form of legal protection for franchisees in Indonesia. The research method in this study is normative research focusing on the behavior of the legal community and through legal science book references. Sources of data used are primary data by examining regulations related to franchises and secondary data by examining literature, books, papers and journals. Data collection techniques by classifying primary legal materials with secondary legal materials as a support. Analysis of Legal Materials obtained by qualitative analysis. The results of the study reveal that the franchise business in Indonesia has been regulated in the provisions of PP No. 42 of 2007 concerning franchising, for the legal requirements for the establishment of a franchise business, it must meet the provisions in Article 1320 of the Civil Code, and the form of legal protection for franchisees is contained in Article 7 of the Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 12/ MDAG/Per/3/2006 so the franchisor cannot terminate the agreement at any time or at any time.

The research aims to reveal, describe and analyze about the Form of Presentation of Silek Axe as a Culture of Community Tradition in Kanagarian Padang Laweh District Koto Tujuah Sijunjung Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods of analysis. The data type uses primary data and secondary data. The main instruments are the researchers themselves and are assisted with supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of literature, observation, interview and documentation. The steps to analyze data are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that Silek Kapak is a tradition of Padang Laweh people. Silek Axe was performed by 2 players, which was displayed in the courtyard of Rumah Gadang during the day. The form of presentation of Silek Axe in Kanagarian Padang Laweh Sub-District Koto Tujuah Sijunjung Regency is representative. Elements of Silek Axe Presentation Form as follows: (1) opening greeting motion, amuak kapalo, amuak dado, pata tobu, klotiak and closing greetings. (2) Silek Axe floor pattern uses a straight line pattern or horizontal line. (3) Silek Axe's accompanying music consists of: talempong, drums, gongs. (4) the costume used by the player in Silek Axe taluak balango in black, black pants, asamping and deta. Introduction : Perilaku remaja banyak yang berubah seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi. Dalam kondisi semacam ini  remaja membutuhkan informasi mengenai kesehatan reproduksi, aktifitas yang bermanfaat dan menjadi kreatif. PIK Remaja BPMP & KB Kabupaten Sumenep merupakan tempat remaja mendapatkan informasi yang benar, tepat dan objektif tentang TRIAD KRR dengan informasi yang positif dan tempat peningkatan life skill yang bermanfaat bagi kehidupannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan pelaksanaan kegiatan Pendidik Sebaya dan Konselor Sebaya dalam upaya pencegahan TRIAD KRR di PIK Remaja dan faktor penyebab serta pendukungnya. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang prosesnya dimulai dari pengumpulan data dan diakhiri dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Subjek utama penelitian ini adalah Lima orang Pendidik Sebaya dan Lima orang Konselor Sebaya yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Dengan pengumpulan data subjek utama dengan indepth interview  Subjek triangulasi adalah sepuluh teman dekat subjek utama dengan teknik Focus Group Discussion, Ketua dan Pembina PIK Remaja BPMP & KB Kabupaten Sumenep dengan indepth interview. Teori perilaku dari Lawrence Green digunakan sebagai kerangka konsep dalam penelitian dengan analisis data secara induktif. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan Pendidik Sebaya dan Konselor Sebaya dalam upaya pencegahan TRIAD KRR sudah baik. Hal ini terjadi karena pengetahuan, persepsi, motivasi, pemberian materi, pengaruh teman dekat, dukungan keluarga dan supervisi Pembina yang baik. Adolescent behavior has changed much in line with technological developments. Under these conditions young people need information about reproductive health, activities that are beneficial and be creative. CICA RISMA is where adolescents get the right information, accurate and objective information about TRIAD ARH with a positive and a life skill enhancement for the benefit of life. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of Peer Educators and Peer Counsellors in the prevention TRIAD ARH in CICA RISMA as well as supporting factors. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach of data collection process began and ended with inferences. The main subject of this study is Five Peer Educators and Peer Counsellors Five persons selected by purposive sampling. With the main subject of data collection by indepth interview . Triangulation subject is a close friend of ten major subject with Focus Group Discussion techniques, the Leader and Supervisor CICA with indepth interview with. Behavioral theory of Lawrence Green is used as a conceptual framework in research with inductive data analysis. The results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of Peer Educators and Peer Counsellors in the prevention TRIAD ARH is good. This happens because the knowledge, perception, motivation, provision of materials, the influence of a close friend, family support and supervision of a good coach.
