This study aims to determine and analyze the process of handling fraud and embezzlement by Central Java Regional Police Criminal Investigation investigators and the progress of handling fraud and embezzlement crime at the Central Java Regional Police Criminal Investigation Directorate. The approach method used is empirical juridical with descriptive analytical research specifications. The data used in the form of primary data and secondary data so that the method of data collection through field studies and literature studies. Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. As a knife of analysis, the concepts of restorative justice, legal system theory and progressive legal theory are used.The results of the study concluded that the process of investigating fraud and embezzlement in the East Java Regional Police Criminal Investigation Directorate was in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code and the National Police Chief Regulation Number 6 of 2019 on Criminal Investigations. The progress in handling fraud and embezzlement in the Central Java Regional Police Criminal Investigation Directorate is related to the application of restorative justice in investigating criminal acts that starts with two components of the legal basis, namely rules and behavior. Efforts to overcome crime through peace based on Restorative Justice, namely justice for all parties are greatly missed by everyone. In carrying out law enforcement duties, the State Police Investigator of the Republic of Indonesia has the duties, functions, and authorities in the field of investigating criminal acts in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Based on the Regulation of the National Police Chief Number .6 of 2019 concerning Criminal Investigation, it has a role to carry out prevention efforts without having to use the Criminal Justice System (SPP), namely by resolving cases through the peace process. This process is due to the desire of the community who wants the case to be completed immediately and no longer be complicated. The resolution can be supported by the police's discretionary authority so that the type of research is descriptive empirical juridical, using primary data by means of interviews and secondary data by means of documentation studies. Then all data were processed using qualitative data analysis. Based on the research results, the Pemayung Police Sector policy is to settle criminal cases peacefully (penal police), or through the settlement of criminal cases involving the perpetrator, victim and/or their family and related parties, with the aim of achieving justice for all parties/restorative justice can be carried out, if it does not cause public unrest or there is no community rejection, it will not have an impact on social conflict and the case is still in the process of investigation and investigation. So that it can be directed to a settlement by conducting mediation to the parties, both the victim and the suspect. From the results of the mediation, it was agreed by the parties, both from the reporting party and the reported party as a suspect, admitting all his actions. And from the results of the mediation there was an agreement with the parties (victim and suspect) and a letter of peace was made and the revocation of the Police Report by the victim but after that, the victim came and asked again for the case to be continued, the investigator explained that the agreement had become an agreement of both parties and was binding and the investigation has been discontinued.

One of the most significant developments at this time is the online buying and selling transactions. Sellers and buyers do not need face-to-face buying and selling transactions. They only need to have an internet connection that will take them in cyberspace. Until now, there is still a legal vacuum about it in Indonesia. The existence of E-Commerce makes it is necessary to learn about consumer protection in an online sale and purchase agreement. Therefore, there will be no legal dispute that can harm various parties commercially. The approach method used in this study was an empirical juridical approach. This research was conducted in Semarang, Pekalongan, and Magelang. The selection of three cities in Central Java is based on a purposive sampling method. Data were gained by means of an interview, questionnaire, and literature study. Primary data, secondary data. Qualitative analysis. The results showed that the main principle of online transactions in Central Java still prioritized the aspects of trust of sellers and buyers. The principles of online transaction security has not become a major concern for sellers and buyers, especially in small to medium scale transactions.

According to Article 13 of Law No. 2 of 2002, the main task of the National Police is to maintain public security and order, uphold the law and provide protection, protection and service to the community. The formulation of the problem in the study is, first, How the Existence of the Inner Sector Police Realizes the Security and Order of the Nagari Kuranji Hilir Community and Koto Tinggi Kabupaten Padang Pariaman? Padang Pariaman? what three efforts should be corrected in the Existence of the Sector Police in Realizing the Security and Order of the Nagari Kuranji Hilir Community and Koto Tinggi Kabupaten Padang Pariaman? This research is a legal research wicth analysis descriptive specification. The approach used is a normative Juridical approach supported by an empirical Juridical approach. The data used are secondary data and primary data collected through library studies and field studies. The data is then analyzed qualitatively and presented in the form of descriptive qualitative. The issues that will be reviewed by the authors in this paper are: 1) How can the application of Restorative Justice in the criminal investigation police persecution in the Middle Semarang?; 2) What are the obstacles in the implementation of Restorative Justice in the criminal investigation police persecution in the Middle Semarang; 3) What is the solution to implement Restorative Justice in the criminal investigation police persecution in the Middle Semarang? The method research approach used socio-juridical. Specification of the research is descriptive.The the type of data used is primary data, secondary data consisting of secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials.Based on the results of the study concluded that the application of Restorative Justice in the investigation of criminal mistreatment in police Middle semarang has been able to implement, but still refer to the existing rules that reduce the evidence to the non-fulfillment of the evidence in accordance with Article 184 Criminal Procedure Code so that the case can be implemented degrees termination of an investigation or SP3 , Obstacles in the implementation of Restorative Justice in the criminal investigation police persecution in the Middle Semarang is the existence of internal factors and external factors that should be corrected so that Restorative Justice can be implemented without violating the rules. <p align="center"> </p><p><em>As happened to the Notary Eli SatriaPilo, S.H, Mkn, who was appointed as the Notary who made the Deed of Relinquishment of Land Rights in the Land Acquisition activities for the Construction of Campus III of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) of Padang which was located in Sungai Bangek District, Padang</em><em> </em><em>in 2010. The method used was descriptive, in which describing the applicable legislation associated with legal theory in the facts and realities about the Notary’s Responsibility in Making Deed of Land Acquisition for the construction of Campus III of IAIN Padang in Sungai</em><em> </em><em>Bangek. This study used a Normative Juridical approach, in which researching by using and processing secondary data or literature related to the</em><em> </em><em>study. The data collected were in the form of primary data obtained from the District Court of Padang, secondary data obtained from secondary legal materials and primary legal materials. Based on the study, it was found that the role of Notary Eli</em><em> </em><em>Satria</em><em> </em><em>Pilo, in the land acquisition of campus III IAIN was proven to have misused the authority resulting in violation of the Notary Ethics Code and was responsible for accepting termination disrespectfully. Furthermore, he was also shown to be committing a Criminal Corruption made based on the Deed of Relinquishment of Land Rights in the land acquisition for the construction of Campus III of IAIN Padang, so that the State incurred losses of Rp. 1</em><em>.</em><em>946</em><em>.</em><em>701</em><em>.</em><em>050 (one billion nine hundred forty-six million seven hundred one thousand and fifty rupiahs). The collection of regional taxes and levies must be based on Law Number 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Levies, and for the Banyumas Regency area, it has been regulated in Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2011 concerning Regional Taxes in conjunction with Regional Regulation Number 22 of 2016 concerning Amendments to the Second Regulation Region Number 1 the Year 2011 concerning Regional Taxes. One type of tax that is under the authority of the regions is the Fees for Acquisition of Rights on Land and Buildings, hereinafter referred to as BPHTB. The approach method used in thisresearch is the normative juridical approach method. The data used are secondary data and primary data as a complement to secondary data. The results and discussion are the application of BPHTB based on the  sale and purchase of the implementation including the process of filling in the SSPD BPHTB, determining tax objects, tax taxes, calculating taxes, research or validation, and payment. BPHTB is based on the sale and purchase of applications based on the PDRD Law and Regional Tax Regulations, the basis for calculating the BPHTB is the transaction price, therefore based on the Regent Regulation, the RegionalFinance Agency carries out a research procedure (validation) of BPHTB based on buying and selling with the truth of the transaction price value used to calculate BPHTB. PPAT which regulates the deed of transfer of rights, without ta  supervision has been paid and validated giving legal consequences for PPAT in the form of sanctions in the form of fines for each award. Purpose research These are 1) To analyze the concept of criminal responsibility notary law in the deed that is based on false information. 2) To analyze the legal consequences of the deed notary Based on False Information.The method used by researchers is Empirical Juridical (socio legal research)and specification in this study were included descriptive analysis. Even the sources and types of data in this study are primary data obtained from field studies with an interview with a notary in Grobogan. And secondary data obtained from the study of literature. This study uses qualitative data analysis Based on the results of research that 1) Notaries can not be held criminal liability associated with the manufacture of the deed (partijnakten) based on false information, and can not meet the crime of counterfeiting element formulation in Article 266 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. 2) However, the notary can be held criminal liability against relaas deed or deed of officials (ambtelijke akten) if deliberate or careless notary make a fake deed to the detriment others. That made base on notary deed against false information does not in itself result in the deed null and void. <p>Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi dengan adanya Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014</p><p align="center">Pedoman dan Tata Cara Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) menerima laporan hasil pemeriksaan  audit  keuangan  pemerintah  provinsi  oleh  Badan  Pemeriksa  Keuangan  (BPK),</p><p align="center">mewajibkan  bagi  pemerintah  daerah  agar  melakukan  kegiatannya  berdasarkan  tugas  dan tanggung  jawab  dari  pejabat  yang  berwenang.  Dalam  penelitian  ini  akan  melihat  tentang</p><p align="center">kewenangan DPRD Provinsi jawa Tengah dalam menerima laporan hasil audit BPK, kendala</p><p align="center">DPRD dalam menerima laporan hasil audit BPK dan upaya mengatasinya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis sosiologis dengan spesifikasinya deskriptif analitis. Metode penentuan</p><p align="center">sampelnya  adalah  <em>purposive  sampling</em>.  Data  yang  dipergunakan  adalah  data  primer  yang</p><p align="center">diperoleh  melalui wawancara didukung dengan  data sekunder,  kemudian  di  analisis  secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kewenangan DPRD Provinsi Jawa Tengah dalam</p><p align="center">menerima laporan hasil audit BPK sudah maksimal. Tetapi belum terlaksana dengan baik yaitu</p><p>terdapat kendala dalam internal adalah tenggang waktu pembahasan yang sedikit, minimnya rancangan undang-undang, kurangnya sumber daya manusia, kurangnya proses pencatatan mengenai aset daerah, upaya dari jawaban kendala internal, berpedoman pada perundang- undangan, melakukan pembahasan bersama Gubernur, menambah aspek regulasi, SDM, dan teknologi informasi, memberi sanksi/menindak lanjuti panitia kerja yang lalai mencatat pengeluaran aset daerah.</p><p><em>This research is in background with the existence of Law Number 23 Year 2014 The Guidelines and Procedures of the Regional People's Legislative Assembly (DPRD) receive reports on the audit results of the provincial government's financial audit by the Supreme Audit Board (BPK), requiring local governments to perform their activities based on their duties and responsibility of the competent authority. In this research will see about the authority of Central Java Provincial DPRD in receiving BPK audit report result, obstacle of DPRD in receiving report of BPK audit result and effort to overcome it. The type of research used is sociological juridical with descriptive analytical specification. The method of determining the sample is purposive sampling. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews supported by secondary data, then analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the authority of Central Java Provincial DPRD in receiving BPK audit report has been maximal. However, it has not been well implemented that there are internal constraints is the lack of discussion time, the lack of draft law, the lack of human resources, the lack of process of recording of local assets, the effort of the internal constraint answer, guided by the legislation, The governor, adding aspects of regulation, human resources, and information technology, sanctioned / followed up the work committee that neglected to record the expenditure of regional assets.</em></p>

E-commerce is a buying and selling activity carried out via the internet with electronic media. Based on this, two problems were raised as follows: 1). What are the aspects of consumer protection against electronic business transactions, 2). How to regulate the control of electronic business transactions in ensuring the implementation of consumer rights. The research method used in the preparation of this research is normative with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach, namely analyzing the problems to be discussed through legal concepts taken from several books and literature that have relevance to the problem. The data sources used are primary data, namely through statutory regulations, secondary data, namely using legal theory and experts, and tertiary data, namely related to legal dictionaries and encyclopedias. The technique of collecting data is through the method of recording legal materials and collecting references used. The data analysis used systematic legal interpretation and legal argumentation based on deductive logic. However, all the benefits that are offered, there is a concern about the responsibility of online companies to online consumers considering so many online companies. The Trade Law and the Consumer Protection Act are the basis for trading in online trading and / or in conventional trading. In this case the need for supervision in order to improve harmony in each application. The results showed that the aspect of protection was carried out by defending the rights of consumers against the disturbance of other parties. In order to increase awareness, knowledge, concern and independence of consumers, especially in choosing, determining and demanding their rights as consumers. There are several principles in consumer protection, namely the principle of benefit, the principle of justice, the principle of security and safety, the principle of balance, the principle of legal certainty.

The problems discussed in this study are efforts to tackle traffic accidents by law enforcers in the Blora Police Law Area and the application of Act No. 22 Of 2009 On Road Traffic and Transportation to accident rates in the Blora Police Law Area. The approach method used is sociological juridical, descriptive analytical research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods are field studies and library studies. The data analysis method uses qualitative analysis. As a knife analysis, crime prevention theory and law enforcement theory are used. The results of the research show that the handling of traffic accidents by law enforcers in the Blora Police Law Area is carried out through preventive and repressive measures. Preventive efforts are carried out through routine patrol activities, zebra operations, counseling at schools and in the community and installing biilboard warning signs in accident-prone areas. The repressive effort is carried out through a series of investigative actions against traffic accidents which are guided by applicable laws and regulations. The application of Act No. 22 Of 2009 On Traffic and Road Transportation towards accident rates in the Blora Police Law Area is not optimal. The accident rate is still relatively high from year to year despite various efforts have been carried out. This is due to the lack of public awareness and legal culture of the community which does not support the programs implemented by the Blora Police Law Area in reducing the level of traffic accidents.Keywords: Implementation; Countermeasures; Traffic Accidents.
