Abstract: To achieve high levels of performance, it depends on a variety of influence factors. There are at least six external factors that determine an employee's performance level, namely: (a) environment, (b) management behavior, (c) position design, (d) level of education, (e) training, (f) motivation and (g) administration Remuneration. The purpose of this research was to determine the principal's leadership style and organizational culture on the motivation of teachers and employees. With a total population of 150 people, this study used quantitative research methods. The focus of this research is to measure variables. The procedure of this research emphasizes theories through the measurement of variables. By using the path analysis included in the multivariate model with the Amos version 5.0 program. The sampling technique are used in this research is a random method, where the samples taken were 60 people. This reseach00 uses a survey approach that examines by taking samples from a population using a questionnaire to collect data. Based on the results of the research , it can be concluded that the Principal's leadership style affects the Work Motivation of Teachers and employees, and organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational performance and employee job satisfaction. Keyword: Organizational culture, Leadership style, Motivation Abstrak: Untuk mencapai tingkat kinerja yang tinggi, sangat bergantung pada berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi. Setidaknya ada enam faktor eksternal yang menentukan tingkat kinerja seseorang pegawai yaitu: (a) lingkungan, (b) perilaku manajemen, (c) design jabatan, (d) jenjang pendidikan, (e) pelatihan, (f) motivasi dan (g) administrasi pengupahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi guru dan karyawan. Dengan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 150 orang Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Fokus penelitian ini untuk mengukur antar variabel. Prosedur penelitian ini menekankan pada teori-teori yang melalui pengukuran variabel. Dengan menggunakan path analysis yang termasuk dalam model multivariate dengan program Amos versi 5.0. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode  random, dimana sampel yang diambil adalah 60 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survey yang meneliti dengan mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru dan karyawan, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Budaya organisasi, Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi.

The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. <p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p> </p><p><em>This study entitled "The Effect of Leadership Style of Organizational Culture  In LP3I Polytechnic Campus Jakarta North Jakarta". The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style on organizational culture at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, North Jakarta Campus and determined the dominant leadership style indicators affect the organizational Culture at Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus conducted in this experiment, namely descriptive quantitative research methods</em></p><p><em>The population of this research is all employees of Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus that counted of 33 empolyees and sampling technique used is by simple random sampling which resulted in a sample of 33 employees.</em></p><p><em>The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and analysis of the data used is simple regression. The results of this research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on organizational culture amounted to 3.50%. <p><em>This study entitled "The Effect of Leadership Style of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) In LP3I Polytechnic Campus Jakarta North Jakarta". The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, North Jakarta Campus and determined the dominant leadership style indicators affect the organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus conducted in this experiment, namely descriptive quantitative research methods. The population of this research is all employees of Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus that counted of 33 empolyees and sampling technique used is by simple random sampling which resulted in a sample of 33 employees. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and analysis of the data used is simple regression. The results of this research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 24.4%. There is a positive correlation between leadership style to organizational citizenship behavior demonstrated by the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.494 (very high).</em><em></em></p>

How is the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction with organizational culture as a moderating variable at the PT WKS Jambi? This research uses quantitative methods. The data analysis used the structural-partial least square equation model. Eighty-four employees from each company plantation district were used as samples. The results showed that: 1). leadership style affects the work environment; 2). leadership style has a significant effect on organizational culture; 3). the work environment does not affect organizational culture; 4). organizational culture has a strong relationship with job satisfaction; 5). Leadership style does not affect job satisfaction; 6). the work environment does not affect job satisfaction; 7). through organizational culture, leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction; and 8. through organizational culture, the work environment does not significantly affect job satisfaction.

This study was to determine the effect of Operating Costs (ROA), level of capital adequacy (CAR), and Liquidity (QR) to Profitability (ROA) at the Islamic Banks in 2011-2014. This study used quantitative research methods. Source of research data are secondary data from the quarterly financial statements of Islamic Banks in 2011 to 2014 were obtained from the website. This study using path analysis because there are two models of the equation (substructure) with IBM SPSS application program. Purposive sampling technique is used to determine number of sample. The sample was seventh quarterly financial statements Islamic Bank (BRI Syariah, Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Panin Syariah, BCA Syariah, Bank Mega Syariah, and Maybank Syariah) from 2011 to 2014, each bank was obtained 16 financial statements in order to obtain 112 data. The results of this study indicate that the Operating Costs (ROA), level of capital adequacy (CAR), and Liquidity (QR) had an influence on profitability (ROA). There are also indirect influence between the level of capital adequacy (CAR) to Profitability (ROA) through Liquidity (QR), the liquidity position (QR) as the weakening of the influence.

This study was aimed at determining the direct and indirect effects of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation on the performance of the junior high school principals. This study used survey methods with quantitative approaches and path analysis (path analysis) as a research design. The research respondents were 100 heads of Junior high schools located in Jakarta. The data collection was done through research instruments in the form of questionnaires using Likert scale models. Before analyzing the data with path analysis, a number of statistical tests were carried out first which became a requirement in the path analysis, namely: Error Normality Test; Homogeneity Test; and Test the significance and linearity of the regression coefficient. The results show a direct influence of some factors namely leadership style on the work motivation of the principal; organizational culture on the work motivation of the principal; leadership style on the performance of principals; organizational culture on the performance of principals; work motivation on the performance of the principal. Indirect influences were also found in two factors namely leadership on the performance of principals through motivation and organizational culture factor on the performance of principals through motivation.PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KEPALA SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMAAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja kepala SMP Negeri, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif  dan analisis jalur (path analysis) sebagai desain penelitian. Responden penelitian adalah 100 kepala SMP Negeri di DKI Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner melalui model skala likert. Sebelum melakukan analisis data dengan analisis jalur terlebih dulu dilakukan beberapa uji statistik yang menjadi syarat dalam analisis jalur yaitu: Uji Normalitas Galat; Uji Homogenitas; serta Uji signifikansi dan linearitas koefisien regresi. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa terdapat: pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja kepala sekolah; pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja kepala sekolah; pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan  terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah; pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi  terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah; pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah; pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah melalui motivasi; dan pengaruh tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah melalui motivasi.

This study examines the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. And then, to examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and to examine the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance is mediated by job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat Office of Regency / City in South Sulawesi. In this study, questionnaires were distributed and documented collection, using descriptive statistical analysis methods, SEM analysis of Amos. The results of this study found that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on employee performance; job satisfaction positively and significantly affects employee performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Employee job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of leadership style and employee engagement on employee performance at Bank BJB branch of South Tangerang.  The method used is descriptive quantitative, survey, with questionnaire, and with the technique of path analysis. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data obtained using a measurement tool in the form of a questionnaire was processed using SPSS 25, to know the effect of each variable. Data analysis methods used, partial regression analysis and multiple regression combined with path analysis to further clarify the relationship between variables. The results of this study showed that there is: negative and insignificant direct effect between Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance, obtained path coefficient of 0.258 with a significance of t of 0.595. The positive and significant direct effect between the Leadership Style variable on the Employee Engagement variable, obtained a path coefficient of 0.505 with a significance T of 0.000. The effectiveness of the leadership style of a leader depends on factors of organizational culture, authority possessed, goals, ability to influence, both formal and informal. Attachment or involvement of subordinates influences very significantly on organizational performance, and good performance is a performance that follows procedures according to established standards, and with several criteria in order to increase productivity therefore it is expected to run in accordance with what is desired..

This study aims to determine and analyze the contribution of transformational leadership styles and organization policy on employee job satisfaction which has implications for organizational performance in the Athamara Group. Some of the problems on Athamara Group as one of the national shipping company in Indonesia, namely, the level of employee job satisfaction and organizational performance is still low. The research sampling technique used a saturated sample of 102 people. Descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis were used as the analysis method. The results of this study are from seven proposed hypotheses, six of which are accepted and one of the hypotheses have no significant effect on organizational performance. The indirect contribution of transformational leadership style to organizational performance is through employee job satisfaction, although employee job satisfaction has no significant contribution on organizational performance. Finally, organizational policy has an indirect contribution on organizational performance through employee job satisfaction. The indirect contribution of organizational policy to organizational performance is through employee job satisfaction, although employee job satisfaction has no significant contribution on organizational performance. The key funding, that transformational leaders will convey organizational policy properly and appropriately, so that they are easily understood and implemented by employees. <p>This paper aimed to examine and analyze the consequence of transformational leadership and motivation on work performance at PT PLN UWP IV Electric Maintenance Center Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The novelty of this research is by testing the theoretical framework for the consequence of transformational leadership and motivation (need for achievement) on work performance in a different context, scope, and population than existing research. This research uses quantitative research methods with detailed causality research. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling, which was 40 employees at PT PLN UWP IV Electric Maintenance Center. The data investigation approach used is multiple linear regression. The consequence of this study confirm the influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on performance, both partially and simultaneously. The results of this paper are persistent with the theory of transformational leadership and the theory of motivation for achievement. This research contributes scientifically to the consequence of transformational leadership and work motivation on work performance. <br></p>
