The purpose of this research was to determine the improvement of the ability of kindergarten teachers in the preparation of learning media, and to improve the ability of teachers to innovate in developing information technology(IT)-based learning media. The problem in education in kindergarten lies in the ability of teachers in teaching and learning activities in which teachers teach without developing their abilities in developing learning media used, the lack of teachers' ability to use computers, and lack of willingness to improve creativity in providing learning media.This research uses a classroom action research (CAR) model with a collaborative model between the cycle models developed by Kemmis and Taggar. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase starting from the initial research activities there is a percentage of the ability of teachers in developing learning media is equal to 49.62%, the percentage of teacher completeness is 23.08%.Finally, in the second cycle there was an increase in the percentage of the teacher's ability to develop learning media at 91.54%, the percentage of teacher's completeness was 100%. the improvement of teacher information technology competencies can stimulate teachers to innovate in developing learning media. Student activities in teaching and learning activities are absolutely necessary. But even more important in increasing student activity is the teacher's ability to plan a teaching and learning activity to achieve learning goals. Based on these phenomena, researchers will conduct an action research activity on students of class I Sengon 1 SDN Jombang Regency emphasizing on increasing student learning motivation through activity-based learning activities. The researcher uses the observation method or observes objects directly in the classroom with action research methods. Based on the research activities of the actions that have been carried out by researchers, conclusions can be formulated, including: 1) Learning strategies with Teaching Approaches Based on Natural Activities Islamic Education Learning Standards Competence "Memorizing Short Letters" Class I students of Sengon 1 Elementary School Jombang Regency can improve achievement of learning outcomes, motivation, creativity, and problem solving in, learning; 2) Positive impacts obtained from activity-based learning strategies are: (1) students are more motivated in learning, (2) students are more creative, (3) students are more willing to express and answer questions, (4) students are more responsible, and (5) learning achievement increases. While the negative impact is that students who lack creativity and low ability will always be left behind in the learning process. On the other hand, students who are more creative and have more abilities will feel good compared to students below.

The purpose of this study is to improve students' interest in English vocabulary through picture media in TK Nur Assalam. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The participants of this research were 6 students. The results obtained from efforts to the improving students interest in English vocabulary using the picture media involving active learners in the learning process. The role of picture media in learning activities is very important for children, especially in the next education level. Teaching and learning activities in early childhood will quickly develop if parents and teachers intensive to develop it. There are several attempts to create a sense of pleasure in early childhood by using picture media in the learning process. From the result of research indicate that when pre-action take result (15%). In cycle I, it increased to (55%) sufficient criteria. In cycle II, it increased again to (85%) good criteria. So, the increase that occurred from the pre-action to the cycle I that is (40%). The increase from cycle I to cycle II that is (30%). And increase from pre-action to cycle II that is (70%). From the research results obtained, then to the improving students interest in English vocabulary can be improved by using picture media in the learning process.Keywords : Students’ Interest, Vocabulary and Picture Media

  The purpose of the study was to find out how the ability to write job application letters for class XII students of SMK Negeri 2 Depok City in 2019-2020 and to find out whether cooperative learning with the Think-Pair-Share model could improve the ability to write cover letters for class XII students of SMK Negeri 2 Depok City. This study uses classroom action research (action research) in two rounds (cycles). Each round consists of four stages, namely: planning, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is Class XII Computer Network Engineering (TKJ) SMK Negeri 2 Depok City in 2019-2020. The data obtained in the form of subjective test results and observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. The results show, class XII students of TKJ SMK Negeri 2 Depok City in 2019-2020 are able to write job applications. This can be seen from the average score of students' ability to write job application letters and student learning completeness in cycle I and cycle II has increased. The average score of students' ability to write job application letters in the first cycle was 72.77 and learning completeness reached 64.70%. The average score of students' ability to write job application letters in cycle II was 78.38 and learning completeness reached 85.29%. The application of the Think-Pair-Share model of cooperative learning has a positive influence on Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM). Think-Pair-Share model of cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes. This is indicated by the average student answers stating that students are interested and interested in the Think-Pair-Share cooperative learning method so that they become motivated to learn. Abstract. Currently, there are more teachers who only use textbooks as the only medium of teaching and learning. For this reason, an alternative solution is needed by developing Microsoft PowerPoint as a teaching and learning medium. The objectives of the study are to develop positive attitudes and generate teachers’ interest in the use of informatics education media into teaching and learning activities. The research used school action research method conducted in 2 cycles. The data was analyzed by using percentage technique and was qualitatively descripted. The results showed that the performance of teachers in teaching by making, presenting material using the media presentation of MicrosoftPowerPoint in SMAN 1 Banjarmasin is categorized as active and very good. The lowest score for the assessment of teaching activities is 59 (81.94%) and the highest is 70 (97.22%). While the lowest value for the assessment of manufacture and presentation is 52 (86.66) and the highest is 60 (100%).  Keywords: teacher performance, presentation media, Microsoft PowerPoint  Abstrak. Saat ini masih banyak guru yang hanya menggunakan buku pelajaran sebagai satu-satunya media pembelajaran. Untuk itu perlu alternatif pemecahan masalah dengan mengembangkan Microsoft PowerPoint sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sikap positif dan membangkitkan minat guru terhadap penggunaan media pendidikan informatika ke dalam kegiatan proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan sekolah dengan 2 siklus. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik persentase dan dideskripsikan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja guru dalam mengajar dengan membuat dan menyajikan materi menggunakan media presentasi microsoft powerpoint di SMA Negeri 1 Banjarmasin termasuk kedalam kategori aktif dan sangat baik. Nilai terendah untuk penilaian kegiatan mengajar 59 (81,94%) dan tertinggi 70 (97,22%), sedangkan nilai terendah untuk penilaian pembuatan dan penyajian 52 (86,66) dan tertinggi 60 (100%).   Kata Kunci : kinerja guru,  media presentasi, Microsoft Powerpoint.

Result kindergarten teacher supervision is found in teaching teachers have to plan daily activities, so that learning activities are not effective. For that, it is necessary guidance to teachers in order to increase their competence in planning daily activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase kindergarten teacher competence in planning daily activities through ongoing guidance in the TK Dharma Wanita District of Tembarak 2015.Who is the subject of this research is all kindergarten teachers in the district Tembarak Dharma Wanita, amounting to 18 teachers. With schools, action research is expected 75% of kindergarten teachers are able to plan daily activities properly. Acts done in two cycles each cycle there are three meetings which consist of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Results of the action from the first cycle to the second cycle increased aspects of kindergarten teacher competence in planning daily activities properly in TK Dharma Wanita District if the year 2015 in the first cycle there are 6 teachers or 33% increase to 15 teachers or 83%. While activity has increased from 65% in the first cycle to 79% in the second cycle. It can be concluded that through continuous guidance can improve the competence of kindergarten teachers in planning daily activities in TK Dharma WanitaTembarak District of Waterford District 2015.

In current conditions, the world is shocked by the presence of a deadly virus called the Covid-19 virus. Because of the virus, all human activities are disrupted and even stopped, one of which is teaching and learning activities in schools. With the development of technology like now, we can take advantage of this technology to help students in the learning process at school. Web design is an alternative way to keep the learning process going. With this distance learning process students can still learn and receive the material given.

The pandemic conditions experienced by the world today inevitably force us to practice social distance so that gatherings involving large numbers of people must be avoided first. In universities, especially in the city of Palembang, the use of information technology and learning media is mandatory due to the decision of the minister of education which requires universities to carry out online learning activities. So that information technology governance during a pandemic also has a major influence in the implementation of teaching and learning activities in universities to ensure the quality of the learning and teaching process carried out so that it must be known the shortcomings and advantages of governance which is carried out by conducting further analysis of technology governance in accordance with with the initial goal of education at the university. The method that can be used is to apply the Cobit 2019 where with this method the current maturity level can be known in the application of information technology. The research method in this study uses a descriptive-quantitative method by describing the indicators used as the basis for measurement taken by the Cobit 2019 literature. This study discusses information technology governance form of Design Factor 1 (Enterprise Strategy) to Design Factor 10 (Technology Adoption Strategy) with the result that there are 13 important processes out of 40 total processes in the Cobit 2019 domain that must be considered at STMIK Palcomtech, namely EDM03, APO08, DSS05 EDM02, APO04, APO09, APO12, APO13, BAI01, BAI02, BAI03, BAI06 , MEA03

The aims of this research were to find whether Quantum Learning Method is effective inincreasing students’ understanding in learning poetry and how Quantum Learning Method affects thestudents’ understanding in learning poetry during the teaching and learning process. This researchapplied Classroom Action Research model, thus it used both quantitative and qualitative data. Thequantitative data were taken from the results of final test and the qualitative data were taken fromfield notes and observation sheet. Meanwhile, this study was conducted in one cycle only sincethe results from cycle one was successful. Therefore this study did not continue to the next cycle.The result from the final test showed that 100% of the students passed the test with the averagepoints of 15,05 (75,25). Thus, the use of instrumental music as one of the techniques of QuantumLearning Method helped the students to feel comfortable and relaxed during the activities in theclassroom. The selective instrumental music provided a supportive atmosphere for the students tofeel relaxed and comfortable while doing the learning activities; both reading and analyzing.Basedon the findings, it can be concluded that the use of Quantum Learning Method in learning poetry waseffective. Thus, because of its effectiveness in helping students to learn poetry, it is suggested to beused in the classroom.Keywords: Quantum Learning, Poetry, Classroom Action Research, music, instrumentalmusic.
