The hypothesis in this research are (1) There is a positive influence motivate to learn diklat subject of vocational interest (2) there is and environmental positive influence learn to achievement learn diklat subject of vocational interest and (3) There is a positive influence motivate to vocational interest of class XI technique of light venicle of the country vocational high school 1 karanggayam kebumen of teaching year 2012/2013.The population in this research is all light venicle technique class student of the contry vocational high school 1 karanggayam kebumen of teaching year 2012/2013 a number of 112 students. The sample of research is taken by 95% pursuant to Nomogram Harry King, as much 80 students and 30 students to test drive instrument. This research is inclusive of research of expost facto, while technique of intake of sample use random system (Random Sampling). In analysing data of research used technique of double regresi two prediktor and coleration parsial.From result analyse correlation of parsial obtained (1) The influence which are positive and significant motivate to learn to achievement learn diklat subject of vocational interest, (2) The influence which are positive and significant environment learn to achievement learn diklat subject of vocational interest and (3) The influence which are positive and significant motivate to learn and environmental learn to achievement learn diklat subject of vocational interest of class XI technique of light venicle of the country vocational high school 1 karanggayam kebumen of teaching year 2012/2013.

This is a quantitative research which is done to the twelfth class of Accounting competence program of Ten State Vocational High School Surabaya. This research aims at finding out the influence of ethical content in Finance Accounting Teaching and Student’s Learning Achievement to the Student’s Profession Ethical Perception of the twelfth class students of Accounting Competence Program Department of Surabaya Ten State Vocational High School.The sample is taken by using the proportional random sampling technique. The amount of sample is 89 out of 114 students of the twelfth class of Accounting competence program department of Surabaya Ten State Vocational High School students.The Research Instrument Test is done first before taking the data. It covers the validity test and the reliability one. The method of collecting data is documentation and questionnaire. Analysis Prerequisite Test which is done is normality test, multicolonirity test, and heterocedasticity test. The analysis done in this research is doubled linear regression one. The result of the research shows that there is  positive and significant influence of ethical content in Finance Accounting Teaching to the student’s profession ethical perception. This is shown by t-count  as many as 5.133 with the significant score of 0.000 under the determined significant score standard of 0.05. While student’s learning achievement does not influence significantly to the student’s profession ethical perception. This is shown by t-count as many as 0.765 with the significant score of 0.446 above the determined significant standard as many as 0.05. However, there is positive influence simultaneously of the ethical content in Finance Accounting Teaching and the student’s profession ethical perception.

The research aims to determine the effect of learning intensity and social capital to result of learning of students at state vocational high school 2 of Pariaman in academic year 2019/2020. The population in this research was all students of class XI until XII. The sample use are 107 with proportional random sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 20 program. This research use asosiatif method with deskriptive analysis. The data is analyted by using multiple regression. The result show that 1) There were a learning intensity and social capital to results of  learning of students (F sig = 0,000 < dari 0,05). 2) There was a effect between learning intensity to result of  learning (sig = 0,001< 0,05). 3) There was a effect between social capital to result of  learning (sig = 0,000< 0,05).   Keywords: intensity of learning, social capital, result of learning

The aims of this study to find the validation conducted by the material expert validator on the development of the exposition text writing module. This research used development method by using population data of all student grade X vocational high school Brigjen Katamso Medan with total 92 students. The technique of collecting data by using by simple random sampling. . The results of the validation carried out by the material expert validator on the development of the exposition text writing module with the genre approach 89.11% with the category "Very Good". The results of the validation carried out by the design expert validator on the exposition text writing module overall average value of 90.80% with the category "Very Good". The teacher's assessment of the exposition text writing module with the genre approach for grade X students obtained an average value of 80.70% in the "good" category

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on the teacher performance in vocational school. This research used a quantitative approach. Data collection technique was by distributing a questionnaire using a five-likert scale. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Samples taken from each school amounted to 3 teachers from each department, so there were 42 respondents from 5 schools. Validity test used the Pearson product moment. The analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis uses simple linear regression. The results showed that teacher compensation had an effect on teacher performance in vocational high school.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap semangat kerja guru sekolah menengah kejuruan. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei eksplanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala 1 sampai dengan 5 model skala likert. Responden sebanyak 32 guru sekolah menengah kejuruan. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara iklim sekolah terhadap semangat kerja guru. Dengan demikian semakin kondusif iklim sekolah, maka semakin tinggi tingkat semangat kerja guru.Kata Kunci: iklim sekolah, semangat kerjaSCHOOL CLIMATE AS THE DETERMINANT OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS’ WORK ENTHUSIASMThe research aims to find about the influence of school climate on vocational high school teachers’ work enthusiasm. It adopted an explanatory survey method. Data were collected with a 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire. The respondents consisted of 32 vocational high school teachers. Data were analyzed with regression technique. The findings show that school climate had positive influence on teachers’ work enthusiasm. Therefore, the more conducive the school climate is, the higher teachers’ enthusiasm will be.Keywords: school climate, work enthusiasm

This research objective to find out the impact of motivation and compensation through teachers performance Vocational High School in Bangil district. Collecting data technique used questionnaire and distributed to respondent. Sampling technique is cluster random sampling. Sample for every school are 3 teachers from each major. Totally sample 42 respondents from 5 schools. Validity test used pearson product moment. Analisis technique to answer the research questions are inferential statistic multiple linier regression. Research results showed motivation and compensation have an impact through teachers performance Vocational High School in Bangil District.

This aim of the research to knows: (1) Influence of world works information for being readiness teacher at vocational high school; (2) Influence of engineering knowledge for being readiness teacher at vocational high school; (3) Influence of world works information and engineering knowledge in common for being readiness teacher at vocational high school in students for 5 semester of engineering education FKIP UST for 2016/2017 periods. This research results: (1) There are positive influence and significance of word works information for being readiness teacher at vocational high school in students for 5 semester of engineering education FKIP UST for 2016/2017 periods consists 76,345% relative contributes and effective contribute 27,857%; (2) There are positive influence and significance of word works information for being readiness teacher at vocational high school in students for 5 semester of engineering education FKIP UST for 2016/2017 periods consists relative contribute 23,655%and effective contribute 8,631%; (3) There are positive influence and significance of worldworks information for engineering knowledge in common for being readiness teacher atvocational high school in students for 5 semester of engineering education FKIP UST for2016/2017 periods. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK negeri dan SMK swasta di Kabupaten Lamongan sebagai badan pertimbangan, badan pendukung, badan pengontrol, dan badan penghubung.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Populasi sebanyak 61 SMK (enam SMK negeri dan 55 SMK swasta). Sampel sebanyak 42 SMK (empat SMK negeri dan 38 SMK swasta) ditentukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK negeri secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peran yang paling tinggi adalah sebagai badan pertimbangan, kemudian sebagai badan pendukung, dan sebagai badan penghubung, sedangkan peran yang paling rendah adalah sebagai badan pengontrol. (2) Peran komite sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan SMK swasta secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peran yang paling tinggi adalah sebagai badan pendukung, kemudian sebagai badan penghubung, dan sebagai badan pertimbangan, sedangkan peran yang paling rendah adalah sebagai badan pengontrol. THE ROLESOF THE SCHOOL COMMITTEE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN LAMONGAN REGENCY, EAST JAVAAbstractThis study is aimedat investigating the roles of the school committee in the implementation of state vocational high schools (VHS) and private VHSs in Lamongan Regency, as anadvisory agency, supporting agency, controlling agency, and mediator agency.This study isanevaluation. The population was 61 VHSs (six state VHSs and 55 private VHSs). A sample of 42 VHSs (four state VHSs and 48 private VHSs) was established using the proportional random sampling technique. The data collection used a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis used the quantitative descriptive analysis.The results show as follows. (1) The overall role of the school committee in the implementation of state VHSs is in a good category. The highest is the role as the advisory agency, then the role as the supporting agency, and the role as the mediator agency, while the lowest is the role as the controlling agency. (2) The overall role of the school committee in the implementation of private VHSs is in a good category. The highest is the role as the supporting agency, then the role as the mediator agency, and the role as the advisory agency, while the lowest is the role as the controlling agency.
