Ki Hadjar Dewantara's teachings which have accumulated as Tamansiswa's teachings are so prerequisite for noble values of manners. One of the teachings in the form of the concept of education formulated by Ki Hadjar Dewantara is the Three Education Centers as teacher saka strengthening character education for the younger generation. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of the Three Education Centers in Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan as an effort to strengthen student character education, and explain the supporting and inhibiting factors and describe the results of the implementation of the Three Education Centers. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with the subject of this study are residents of Pawiyatan Ibu Muda School in Yogyakarta, which is the center of elementary school students' education level. Data collection techniques used are observation of recording techniques, and in depth interview techniques. The data validity checking technique uses source triangulation techniques. This study has the benefit of implementing the concept of the Three Education Centers that become the school culture in Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan. In addition, the long-term benefits of this study, namely the concept of three education centers can be cultured and implemented holistically in every educational environment.

This study aims to improve the results of learning mathematics of elementary school students SDIT Deli Insani of class V on the subject matter of fractions by using number playing card media. The from of this study is classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles, using number playing cards at SDIT Deli Insani in class V Tanjung Morawa. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of SDIT Deli Insani, amounting to 30 students. This action was carried out in April 2018. Methods of collecting data using observation and documentation. The data analysis used is quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of the study showed an increase in students' ability to understand concepts from the first cycle and second cycle. Percentage of increase in pre-action results, cycle I and cycle II students' concept comprehension ability that is 13.04% for indicators identifying number forms using number game cards (dominoes) and indicators solving problems in fractional form operations using dominoes 27.26%. the success indicator in cycle II reaches 80%. Thus the application of number game cards can improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts at SDIT Deli Insani in Class V.

The purpose of this study is to find out the improvement of elementary school students' learning achievement through the medium of picture word cards. The problem in this study is still the low learning achievement of students seen from the initial test of learning achievement. This research took place in class I SDN Babatan IV/459 Surabaya. The school is located at Jalan Raya Menganti Babatan Wiyung District of Surabaya City. The research time was carried out in semester 1 (odd) in October of the 2020/2021 School Year. The subject of this study was a student of class I SDN Babatan IV /459 Surabaya which amounted to 28 students. This research design is class action research (PTK) through stage flow (planning, research action, data collection and data analysis) carried out with two cycles. The result of this study is an increase in student learning achievement in each lesson cycle with a minimum completion criteria (KKM) of 70, cycle I completed learning of 15 students or 60% of students who have achieved the minimum completion criteria with an average score of 72.95. While cycle II has increased, 28 students completed their studies or 100% of students have achieved the minimum completion criteria with an average score of 85.4.

The purpose of this study was to develop and test the effectiveness of the character education module based on the school literacy movement. This type of research uses Research and Development (RnD). The research subjects used were fifth grade elementary school students in the RA Kartini Cluster, Jaken District, Pati Regency. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data was collected using observation sheets, interview sheets, photos of activities, and filling out questionnaires. Sources of data obtained from filling out questionnaires, observations, and responses from school principals, class teachers, subject teachers, students, and school committees on the implementation of the module. The resulting module is validated by material experts and module experts. Small group trials were conducted in fifth grade SDN Mojoluhur, Jaken District, Pati Regency. Meanwhile, product use trials were carried out in fifth grade SDNs in the RA Kartini Cluster, Jaken District, Pati Regency. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and using the t-test to determine the effectiveness of the module. The questionnaire instrument test used validity and reliability, while the quality of the module in the study used expert validation. The results showed: (1) a character education module developed based on the school literacy movement for elementary schools; (2) the character education module based on the school literacy movement is declared valid, the percentage of eligibility criteria for the validator is 75% (feasible) and 83% (very feasible); (3) the character education module based on the school literacy movement is effective for instilling character education in elementary school students. This is shown in the t test the effectiveness of -121.696 1.86 was obtained and the average student character questionnaire before and after using the module increased by 30.08%; (4) the results of teacher responses from observations showed 75.6% (good).

This study aims to describe the values ​​of character education in the fairy tale Bawang Merah Bawang Putih and its relevance for strengthening the character of elementary school students. The data of this research is the story of Bawang Merah Bawang Putih which was obtained from the fairy tale book by Runna Aulia and Ghais Ramadhani. The data collection technique used is documentation. This stage of the data analysis technique is carried out by data condensation. Presentation of data, as well as conclusions and verification of research results. The results of this study are 5 character values ​​contained in the fairy tale Bawang Merah Bawang Putih, such as the value of the character of hard work, the value of the character of discipline, the value of the character of responsibility, the value of the character of social care, the value of the character of curiosity. This study also found 5 character values ​​that exist in strengthening character education, such as the value of telligiosity, nationalism, integrity, independence and mutual cooperation. The characters in this fairy tale can also be used as learning content at school. there are good examples so that students can find good learning to be applied to everyday life such as the school environment, community and family environment.

The lack of the students ' interest and attention toward the local wisdom values of the local culture is this research background. The phenomena are due to the absence of interactive media to strengthen character education based on local wisdom in school. The purpose of this research is to create an interactive media based on local wisdom values with the implementation of the iconic card to strengthen the local wisdom values of Malay culture which is useful to build students’ character education. The research used a qualitative descriptive method with social anthropolinguistics approach. The subject of this research was students of Nurul Hasanah Senior High School, Medan. The data were collected through field observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that the iconic card might be used as a media to teach Malay wisdom values with the use of the Pak Belalang icon and Malay pantun. Pantun in this research has local wisdom values of Malay culture such as moral, ethical and norm values. Therefore, it can be concluded that the iconic card can be used as media in strengthening the local wisdom values of Malay culture that useful for students' character education.

It was probably not a unique experience, but it sure was fun, and more important, fifteen elementary school teachers improved their skills for teaching mathematics and did away with some anxiety about the subject. While they were about it, these teachers also increased the achievement in mathematics of forty-five elementary school students and showed them that mathematics can be a lot of fun.

<p><em>This study aims to improve critical thinking skills through the application of a Problem Based Learning based. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles with planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data collection instruments use question instruments, observation sheets, documentation, and field notes. The subject of the study was the fourth grade students of SDN 1 Muryolobo. The results showed an increase in critical thinking skills as indicated by the data in the pre cycle of 42%, in the first cycle increased by 67,23%, and in the second cycle increased by 80,72%. Increasing critical thinking skills also affects the students learning outcomes. This is indicated by the learning outcomes on Indonesian language in pre cycle, cycle I, and cycle II, are 45%, 68%, and 81%. Furthermore, the learning outcomes of IPS in pre cycle, cycle I, and cycle II are 36%, 63%, and 81%.</em></p>
