The purpose of this study was to develop and test the effectiveness of the character education module based on the school literacy movement. This type of research uses Research and Development (RnD). The research subjects used were fifth grade elementary school students in the RA Kartini Cluster, Jaken District, Pati Regency. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data was collected using observation sheets, interview sheets, photos of activities, and filling out questionnaires. Sources of data obtained from filling out questionnaires, observations, and responses from school principals, class teachers, subject teachers, students, and school committees on the implementation of the module. The resulting module is validated by material experts and module experts. Small group trials were conducted in fifth grade SDN Mojoluhur, Jaken District, Pati Regency. Meanwhile, product use trials were carried out in fifth grade SDNs in the RA Kartini Cluster, Jaken District, Pati Regency. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and using the t-test to determine the effectiveness of the module. The questionnaire instrument test used validity and reliability, while the quality of the module in the study used expert validation. The results showed: (1) a character education module developed based on the school literacy movement for elementary schools; (2) the character education module based on the school literacy movement is declared valid, the percentage of eligibility criteria for the validator is 75% (feasible) and 83% (very feasible); (3) the character education module based on the school literacy movement is effective for instilling character education in elementary school students. This is shown in the t test the effectiveness of -121.696 1.86 was obtained and the average student character questionnaire before and after using the module increased by 30.08%; (4) the results of teacher responses from observations showed 75.6% (good).

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaan gadget pada kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Desa Kondang Jaya RT 54 / RW 06 Kecamatan Karawang Timur Kabupaten Karawang. Adapun penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan angket sebagai instrumen penelitian dan 10 orang siswa kelas V sebagai responden. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk perhitungan angket dilakukan dengan sakala Guttman yang mempunyai rentang skala presentase antara 0% sampai 50%, 50%, 50% sampai 100% dengan hasil presentase titik kesuaiannya di atas 50% yaitu 66.5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebanyak 66.5% penggunaan gadget mendekati berdampak pada kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar di Desa Kondang Jaya RT 54 / RW 06 Kecamatan Karawang Timur Kabupaten Karawang. Kata kunci:  Dampak penggunaan gadget, interaksi sosial The purpose of this study was determine the impact of the use of gadgets on the sosial interaction abilities of 5th grade elementary school student Desa Kondang Jaya RT 54 / RW 06 Kecamatan Karawang Timur Kabupaten Karawang. The research used is descriptive qualitative with a questionnaire as a research instrument and 10 fifth grade elementary school students as respondents. Data collection techniques for qustionare calculations performed with the Guttman skala has a percentage scale ranging from 0% to 50%, 50%, 50% to 100% with results of the percentage point of conformity above 50% that is 66.5%. The results showed as much as 66.5% of the use of gadgets could have an impact on the ability of social interaction grade 5 elementary school students in Desa Kondang Jaya RT 54 / RW 06 Kecamatan Karawang Timur Kabupaten Karawang. This study aimed to assess local knowledge as one of the character formation values of Islamic elementary school students through Heutagogy and Cybergogy learning approach. The writers employed a qualitative method with a post-positivism interpretive phenomenology approach. The research subjects were the fourth, fifth, and sixth-grade teachers and students of SD (Elementary School) in Ternate. The writers collected the data through interviews, observation, and documentation and then analyzed the data using phenomenological data analysis. The results showed that the school applied Heutagogy and Cybergogy approaches in learning activities through online learning instructions combined with local wisdom. The values of local wisdom that supported the formation of student characters were tabea (respecting teachers and elders), dodara ngofa (a sense of love and affection with others), and fohaka biasa toma dodoto madaha (providing an example of habituation in education). These three dominant values formed the student characters.

This research is motivated by the problems of the low value of the student's character on SDN Gedanganak 01, which does not use attributes complete when the flag ceremony, taking out the trash is not in place,  students who do not do their homework. The formulation of the problem is whether scouting extracurricular effect on the character values ​​of elementary school students. This study aims to determine the effect of scouting extracurricular on the character values ​​of student at SDN Gedanganak 01, District East Ungaran. The method used is quantitative. The study population were students of class IV and class V SD Negeri Gedanganak 01 with total 51 students. Data collection techniques in this study was the observation. Research hypothesis testing using t test. The results showed Scouting extracurricular effect on the character value of students at SDN Gedanganak 01. This is evidenced by the results of the analysis of the t-test is equal to 0.000 as significant value. The significant value of 0.000 ≤ α (0.05). So the hypothesis which says scouting extracurricular affect to character value of students at SDN Gedanganak 01, District East Ungaran accepted

This research aims to determine the positive and significant correlation between mathematics self-efficacy and motivation of elementary school students, using the correlation method. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this research was all fifth grade students of Elementary School in Cluster I of Marpoyan Damai District in Pekanbaru, which totaled 705 students. The research sample consisted of 183 students who were selected using cluster techniques. Data collection was carried out using a mathematics self-efficacy questionnaire and a motivation questionnaire and documentation. To test the hypothesis using the product moment correlation test and t test. The results showed that: (1) There was a positive correlation between mathematics self-efficacy and motivation of fifth grade elementary school students in cluster I Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru District, indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.353 with a fairly strong relationship category, 2) There was a significant correlation between mathematics self-efficacy and motivation of fifth grade elementary school students in cluster I Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru, as seen from the tcount = 5.078, greater than ttable = 1.653, at a significance of 5%. The contribution made mathematics self-efficacy to motivation is equal to 12.5%.

The purpose of this study was to describe the learning system and the teachers' role in embedding the character education values in Elementary School Students. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling. The subject of this study was the students of Bayt Tamyiz Private Elementary School, Indramayu Regency. The data collection techniques in this study used in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data validity techniques in this study were using source triangulation and structure triangulation. The results showed that the learning system implemented by Bayt Tamyiz Private Elementary School integrated through the components development program of the activities designed and adapted to the objectives of the schools. In this component, there was a teacher's role as the executor of the development of the activities program when the learning process was progressing both in the classroom and outside of the classroom so that the values of character education in the students are reflected in daily life. The implication of this study was to provide an overview of the learning system and the teachers' role in schools so that they could embed good character values in students in the learning process both inside and outside the classroom. This study aimed to describe the planting of environmental care through hydroponic programs. This type of research is qualitative research with purposive sampling technique. The research subjects were students in grade V SDN Susukan 04 East Ungaran Semarang Regency. Data collection techniques through FGD, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument used was a draft FGD, questionnaire sheets, interview guides, and documentation archives. Technique validity of data through source triangulation and technique triangulation. Students carry out the hydroponic program with a floating raft system through the axis technique. The planting of an environmental care attitude is carried out through several stages of the hydroponic program, namely the stages of sowing, seedling, growth/enlarging and harvesting. The results showed that the most dominant environmental care attitude of students was nurturing plants, while the weakest environmental care attitude of students was developing a comfortable environment. The environmental care attitude that has been embedded in elementary school students is the interest in planting and caring for plants, conserving energy by using water as needed, throwing trash into the trash, and recycling used goods.

Welcoming the Golden Generation 2045 program the Indonesian government envisions the literacy movement in schools as an effort to improve the literacy abilities and character of students. The problem in the field is the lack of types of student reading that are able to develop students 'thinking power and character, therefore this study aims to produce reflective module development products based on child friendly schools that are fit for use by fifth grade elementary school students in school literacy activities as a means of increasing students' literacy abilities and character. The type of research used is Research and Development (RnD) research, referring to the type of research developed by Borg and Gall. The subjects of the study were the fifth grade 73 students at SDN Tegalrejo 3 and SDN Bangirejo 1. Collecting data through interviews, observations, questionnaires and response scales. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the child friendly school-based reflective module products met the eligibility criteria by referring to the results of the questionnaire validation by media experts and material experts as well as the scale of responses of teachers and fifth grade elementary school students. AbstrakMenyongsong program Generasi Emas 2045 pemerintah Indonesia mencangangkan adanya gerakan literasi di sekolah sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan karakter siswa. Permasalahan dilapangan adalah kurangnya jenis bacaan siswa yang mampu mengembangkan daya pikir dan karakter siswa oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pengembangan reflective modul berbasis child friendly school yang layak digunakan oleh siswa kelas V SD dalam kegiatan literasi sekolah sebagai sarana meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan karakter siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Research and Development (RnD) mengacu pada jenis penelitian yang dikembangkan oleh Borg and Gall. Subjek penelitian adalah 73 siswa kelas V SD di SDN Tegalrejo 3 dan SDN Bangirejo 1. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara,observasi,angket dan skala respon. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk reflective modul berbasis child friendly school memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dengan mengacu pada hasil validasi angket oleh ahli media dan ahli materi serta skala respon guru dan siswa kelas V SD.

The study aimed at developing a multilingual thematic picture dictionary as a media to support literacy in English language for fifth grade elementary school students in Bali. This study used Design and Development (D&D) model by Richey and Klein (2014). The steps were (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, and (4) evaluation. Fifth grade elementary school students and English teachers from rural and urban area were the research subjects. They were chosen through purposeful sampling technique. In analysis, the data were collected through observation, interview, questionnaire, and document analysis. The result of needs analysis found that there is an urgency of developing multilingual thematic picture dictionary. The students needed dictionary while learning English because it helped them in finding the word’s meaning independently and could help them prepare for additional point while participating in teaching learning process content validity judgement showed that the dictionary was highly valid to criteria of a good multilingual thematic picture dictionary. The result showed that the multilingual thematic picture dictionary was categorized as ‘excellent’ media. Thus, it can be used as a media to support fifth grade elementary school students in developing their literacy skills.

Learning motivation is one of the important things that can affect the student's learning process. This study aims to explore the phenomenon of learning motivation of elementary school students. This research is quantitative research using survey exploratory research. Subjects involved in this study amounted to 51 elementary school students. Data collection uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The questionnaire was compiled based on four components of learning motivation, namely the drive for achievement, discipline in learning, readiness to overcome difficulties, and curiosity. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale with the categories "always", "often", "sometimes", and "never". The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that in general, the students had high motivation. However, this high motivation is not in line with concrete actions that show their enthusiasm for learning. This is because the motivation that develops is extrinsic. Students learn to get rewarded or to avoid punishment from teachers. Nevertheless, the students are aware of their obligations as students and believe in their abilities. This can be used as initial capital to encourage students to improve their learning achievement.

This study examines whether there are differences in the tendency of gadget addiction in terms of gender in elementary school students. The research subjects were 60 elementary school students grade 4,5 and 6 who were selected using purposive sampling. . The data analysis technique used is independent sample t-test. Statistical analysis result with independent samples t-test showed that there was significant difference in the tendency of gadget addiction in terms of the sex of male and female students (t = 3,229, p = 0.002, p <0.05). This shows that the research hypothesis is accepted which means that there are differences in the tendency of gadget addiction in terms of gender. Men have an average tendency of gadget addiction tendencies that is higher at 51.53 compared to female students at 47.62.
