This study aims to find out how the implementation of the qardh contract in the Almuna Sharia Microfinance Institutions Blessing Mandiri Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study uses an empirical juridical method. Empirical juridical research is used to analyze various regulations regarding qardh financing contracts in Islamic Microfinance Institutions (LKMS) and to analyze applicable laws of community behavior in their lives. The type of data and materials of this study come from primary data and secondary data. Primary data comes from the results of interviews and secondary data derived from literature. The collection technique in this study was conducted by interviewing respondents to get the right and reliable information. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach.This study found findings, namely financing products carried out at LKMS Almuna Mandiri Blessings, among others, namely Qardh (borrowing virtue). The qardh contract implemented at LKMS Almuna Berkah Mandiri is in accordance with sharia principles. This qardh agreement is intended for LKMS Almuna Berkah Mandiri customers who have small businesses but are not economically capable and want to expand their business. The LKMS Almuna Berkah Mandiri program fund comes from LAZNAS BSM Umat. The amount of qardh financing granted by LKMS Almuna Berkah Mandiri is Rp. 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiah) with a period of 50 (fifty) weeks or equivalent to 1 (one) year over 2 (two) weeks. The qardh installment payment is made after 1 (one) week after the disbursement of funds.

Pesantren, Islamic boarding school, as Islamic educational institutions by setting the main objectives of Islamic education is simply to generate the Santri (students) to explore religious knowledge (tafaqquh fid-din). However, since the 1970s Pesantren began to open up indicating that Islamic boarding schools with their dynamics required recognition by the community about their existence. Kiai Sahal Mahfudh, a Pesantren intellectual figure with a traditional background helped encourage the Pesantren to be able to respond to modernization and the demands of society in the right way. Kiai Sahal Mahfudh presents himself as a figure with transformative, innovative and visionary vision in transforming Pesantren education. He argued that Pesantren education cannot be separated from its two potentials: religiosity and social potential. This study aimed to determine the perspective of Pesantren education based on the perspective of Kiai Sahal Mahfudh and its relevance to the development of contemporary Pesantren. This study is a library research using the primary data in the form of Nuansa Fiqh Sosial, papers, or any works of Kiai Sahal Mahfudh. Meanwhile, the secondary data were in the form of books related to the Pesantren or AZJAF Vol.1 No. 2 (Special Issue 2021) Page 24 the thoughts of Kiai Sahal Mahfudh. The analysis technique used content analysis in which the phases of analysis started by determining the problems, formulating the frame of thoughts and preparing the methodology devices, data analysis and data interpretation.The results of this research showed that the teaching of the kitab kuning needs the abilty to understand contextually for solving contemporary social problems. The formulation of the objectives of pesantren education in preparing righteous and akram people in line with the functions of humans personally as khalifah of Allah who also carry out social functions to prosper and manage the earth.The da’wah islamiyyah or propagative potential in pesantren is not only articulated in word but also in deeds or da’wah bil hal. For kiai Sahal Mahfudh, da’wah can also in the form of community empowerment. Both have the same end goals. These are relevant and in accordance with the direction of development of contemporary pesantren which wants pesantren to no longer only carry out their traditional functions as religious educational institutions, but also as social community institutions.

This paper aimed at answering the goal of establishing Cirebon Raya Metropolitan as a center for economic development. Accelerated development is needed to increase economic growth in Kuningan Regency as one of the Greater Cirebon Metropolitan Area by increasing investment realization. Because one of the determinants of economic growth is investment, an analysis of the investment needs plan and data on investment sectors that are potential to be developed in Kuningan District are needed. Through this research, accurate data is obtained about the condition and development of investment in Kuningan Regency.To achieve this goal, an analytical description research method was conducted with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data sourced from DPMTPSP, Bappeda, and BPS in Kuningan Regency related to Sectoral GRDP and investment data in both Kuningan and West Java Provinces. The data analysis technique uses the Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR) method. This study lasted for 1 (one) year. The results of the study show that in welcoming the Greater Cirebon Metropolitan, the investment in the base sector in Kuningan Regency must be focused on the development of the Education Services, Transportation and Warehousing sector, and the agricultural and tourism products processing industries based on Agriculture, and natural resource potential.

This study aims to analyze BMT's role in poor women's economic empowerment in the Cianjur Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using economic and sociological approaches. This research's data sources are primary data obtained from BMT and interviews and secondary data from library research. Furthermore, the data collection method is carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation for further analysis by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that BMT played a role in empowering the economy of women. Their income increases so that they can meet their daily needs and become more independent. Besides, they became smarter in managing finances and began to be actively involved in household decision making. Empowerment of women can improve women's welfare and independence in various aspects of life, particularly the economy. Applying the function of empowering women in microfinance institutions such as BMT is the right solution to improve the economy of the community, especially women

This study aims to find out what laws and regulations in Indonesia protect children as criminals due to being stimulated by pornography. This research uses normative legal research methods. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis techniques. The study results indicate that several laws in Indonesia protect children as perpetrators of criminal act due to being stimulated by pornography. In this case, it consists of Law No. 4 of 1979, Law No. 39 of 1999, Law No. 17 of 2016, Law No. 44 of 2008, and Law No. 11 of 2012. This can be seen from all the considerations of the Panel of Juvenile Judges in deciding the criminal case of sexual intercourse committed by the perpetrator YY against the victim of FH. Therefore, it is hoped that law enforcers regarding the handling of children who commit criminal acts resulting from being stimulated by pornography can distinguish their treatment from criminal acts in general, such as theft. In addition, children who commit crimes due to being stimulated by pornography must also be accompanied by a psychologist to ensure that the child's mental condition can return to normal. Assistance by religious leaders must also be done so that children can return to the right path and be blessed by God.

This research was conducted from April to October 2015 and located in a new landfill in the District of Rumbai Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to analyze the parameters of the landfill site selection based on SNI 03-3241-1994 and feasibility (in the environmental, social, and economic) in District of Rumbai as substitute final waste processing site Muara Fajar. This type of research is descriptive and comparative survey method. Data needs, including primary data obtained through filling the questionnaire by respondents and secondary data. The amount of sample is 19 respondents who were around the new landfill. Data processing is divided into processing of quantitative and qualitative data were processed using descriptive method. The data analysis technique used in this research is the analysis of quantitative and qualitative with the analysis method of scoring. Tassel feasibility of a new landfill site as substitute final waste processing site Muara Fajar, based on the criteria of SNI and the results of a critical analysis of SK SNI is feasible

The Arabic language is one of the competencies that must be mastered by the elementary school (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/MI) students. However, in the course of learning Arabic, there are still various learning problems, especially in writing and translating Arabic. Speaking about the problem of learning Arabic, which was the object of research, the writers hoped to solve that problem or at least could reduce the gap. This study aimed to describe the learning patterns of writing skills and the ability to translate Arabic in MI, problems and find the right solution to support the learning of writing skills and the ability to translate Arabic in MI involving all components in the school, namely teaching materials, teachers, the principal's learning and policy process. This research is a qualitative study using descriptive-qualitative methods. The data used include two things, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection technique was in the form of documentation. The researchers were trying to collect data relevant to learning Arabic in MI systematically, which were then analyzed by theory. The data analysis technique used grounded research in which the researchers analyzed the data and existing problems with the theory used. This research takes focus on the students of Class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Jihad Karanggebang Jetis Ponorogo. Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that learning to write and translate Arabic in MI had been going well. However, there were still problems including lack of student interest, students' negative assumptions about Arabic, and students who were still at the level of reading (iqra'). Teachers' efforts in overcoming these problems included familiarizing students with the Arabic vocabulary (mufrodat) used in learning materials through the translating method and extra activities in the form of Foreign Language Development Programs.

The purpose of this research is to find out the operational budget and revenue budget affect the level of financial performance at the crocs tm counter in Malang City. The design of this research is to use a quantitative descriptive method, in this research the data sources used are secondary data and primary data. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. It was found in the results of this research that operational variables can have a significant effect on the change ratio, while the revenue budget has no significant effect on the change ratio in Counter Crocs TM in Malang City, Malang City

Al-Qur'an memorization juz 30 needs to be supported by the right functional suitability of the brain and the use of appropriate and appropriate methods. So far, in Bangilan and other nearby districts, there is only one school that has a memorization juz 30 programs. Also, to reduce children's dependence on gadgets, children can be preoccupied with activities that are by their psychological and physical development, namely in the form of schedules or daily schedules. Children are filled with activities that are useful for themselves, now and for later days. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Researchers obtained data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. Preliminary data were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation conducted by researchers at the Islamic Scholar Assalam Elementary School. Meanwhile, secondary data obtained from library materials in schools include school vision and mission, teacher data, student data, and learning methods applied in schools. The results showed 9 of 39 students were able to memorize juz 30 faster. Only in one year, so starting from class 2, 9 students can continue memorization starting juz 1. As for the 30 other students, continue to memorize until completing juz 30. SD Islam Cendekia Assalam Bangilan chooses to use the method of tilawati in optimizing the right brain function. Long-term memory through music and art can help students more quickly remember and recite verses in Surah juz 30.

The purpose of this study is to explain whether the plan to change the status of Teluk Kapuas village into kelurahan in district of Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya is feasible and meets the requirements in terms of philosophical, sociological and juridical aspects. The research method used in this research is Descriptive method with normative and empirical juridical approach by using secondary data and primary data which analyzed qualitatively. Methods of data collection from this study are interviews, observations, and documentation studies in the form of proposals of pemekaran desa and others. Techniques to establish data validity are: credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Data analysis technique used in this research is data analysis technique model of Miles and Hubberman that is data reduction, display data and withdrawal conclusion. The results showed that: the philosophical, sociological, and jurisdiction of Teluk Kapuas Village based on the requirements established by Law no. 6/2014 on the Village and administrative requirements set forth in the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation no. 1/2017 on Village Arrangement has been fulfilled and deserves to change status to kelurahan

School cooperatives are cooperatives whose members are students or students of a school that serves as a forum for educating the growing awareness of cooperatives among students. For this reason, we need a forum that is expected to be able to achieve these objectives, namely school cooperatives. Cooperatives have a direct contribution to the welfare of their members because cooperatives have the principle of kinship and also the function of cooperatives for the welfare of their members. DDI Lilbanat Islamic boarding school as one of the business units, Islamic boarding schools aim to meet the needs of teachers and students in daily life. This research was conducted by raising the issue of: 1. How the efforts of DDI Lilbanat boarding school cooperatives in meeting the needs and improving the welfare of teachers and students, 2. How is the function of the DDI Lilbanat boarding school cooperatives in order to improve the welfare of teachers and students.This type of research used in this thesis is a qualitative descriptive method, the data in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the inductive method and the deductive method.The results showed that: 1. The efforts of DDI Lilbanat Islamic Boarding School Cooperative in meeting the needs and improving the welfare of teachers and students, namely by improving both the activities of cooperatives, the management of their business units and their cooperative management so that the needs of members (teachers and students) are met and the welfare of members can improve the welfare of teachers and students, namely building and developing the potential and economic capabilities of members (teachers and students), helping members' needs, fostering awareness of cooperatives and fostering a sense of responsibility, discipline and cooperative spirit
