People’s Housing Credit (KPR) by indent, as the product of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), is buying houses which have not been built by contractors by credit system. The houses will be built when the contract is signed by the prospective buyers who have ordered the houses. The Bank is vulnerable to the risk of developers’ default in building the houses; it is also take the risk of the default the debtors who are not able to pay the installment while the houses are being built. It is necessary to study the legal realationship in giving KPR by indent so the research was done at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk, KCP Sutomo, Medan. The research used juridical normative method with descriptive analytic approach, supported by primary data. The data were gathered by conducting library research, field study, documentation, and interview and analyzed by using qualitative method. The legal relationship between PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk KCP Sutomo with developers and borrowing customers in providing indent housing loans (KPR) is a form of tripatrit legal relationship, because of the cooperation agreement between Bank BTN and the developer and provision of credit between Bank BTN. and borrowing customers where the three parties each have rights and obligations.  Keywords: people’s housing credit, indent, prudential principle, bank

The purpose of this study was to determine the activity of commercial lending at Bank Nagari Sijunjung Branch. In this study the authors use the method of collecting the data in two ways: Collection Method DataStudi Library (Library Research) This research was conducted by studying books, papers, articles, reading reports and publications related to the object of research , Field Study (Field Research) research directly carried out at Nagari Bank Branch Sijunjung to obtain the necessary data and conducting interviews for primary data. From the discussion above, the writer can draw conclusions as follows: Activity granting commercial loans at Bank Nagari Branch Sijunjung implemented according to the procedure of loans comprising the loan application, credit analysis, a signatory to the contract credit agreement, loan disbursements (disbursement), and credit control made for the smooth repayment of the loan so that any problems that arise can be immediately recognized and can immediately find a way out. The development of commercial loans in 2014 through 2016, which increased as the type of multi-use working capital loans increased from year to year is 33.9% to 50.7% and 90.3%. The existence of the potential for heritage tourism in center of Kota Serang is now almost eliminated and forgotten, whereas if it is managed optimally, many benefits can be generated. The purpose of the research is to reveal the potential of heritage tourism in center of Kota Serang to be developed as a tourist destination. The research method used is a qualitative method. Primary data collection through observation techniques and in-depth interviews. Secondary data through library research. Data analysis uses an interactive model, through three activities namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that there is no clear strategic policy and the lack of efforts in achieving optimal utilization of potential inheritance for tourism development. The synergy of all stakeholders and decision makers is needed to run in line with the vision and mission of development. The proposed development model is community-based heritage tourism. <p><em>The purpose of this research is to find out and to analyze the implementation of murabahah financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang its conformity with the DSN MUI Fatwa Number four of two thousand. This type of research is field research field research and library research research. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in the general provisions of Islamic banks that the bank buys the goods needed only on behalf of the bank itself and the purchase must be separate and have personal limitations. However, in practice, it is found that the bank provides money to customers to buy one of the items needed on behalf of the bank using an installment system based on the amount and time determined by the bank. in is allowed by the clerics on the condition that the bank authorizes the customer to buy goods under the murabahah bil wakalah contract. However, according to the author's opinion, there is no conformity of the DSN-MUI fatwa regarding murabahah with its</em><em> practice at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pembiayaan murabahah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang kesesuaiannya dengan Fatwa DSN MUI No. 4 Tahun 2000. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan <em>field research</em>. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya dalam ketentuan umum fatwa murabahah di bank syariah yaitu bank membeli barang yang dibutuhkan nasabah atas nama bank sendiri dan pembelian harus sah dan bebas riba. Akan tetapi pada prakteknya dilapangan adalah bank memberikan uang kepada nasabah untuk membeli salah satu barang yang dibutuhkan atas nama bank dengan sistem angsuran berdasarkan jumlah dan waktu yang telah ditetapkan oleh bank. Hal ini dibolehkan oleh ulama dengan ketentuan pihak bank menguasakan kepada nasabah untuk membeli barang dengan akad <em>murabahah bil wakalah</em>.</p>

The Village

The success of developing a village cannot be separated from the role of the Village Head and the entire community. A developed village can be seen from the adequate facilities and infrastructure. The head of government has a big responsibility for the progress of his village in order to create a prosperous society. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village and how the Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law review the role of the village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village. This type of research is classified as field research (field research), which is descriptive analysis, namely research that tells and describes data sourced from primary data through interviews, observations and reports in the form of documents and secondary data by conducting library research in the form of Al- Qur'an, Hadiths, opinions of scholars, laws and regulations, documents and books and other scientific works. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the role of the Li-Eue Village head in the implementation of development in Li-Eue Village is generally less than optimal so that it is less trustworthy or responsible for the duties as village head. Judging from the existence of several developments that have not been implemented. And less transparent and less mobilizing community participation. Review of Siyasah Fiqh and Village Law, namely leaders who are less trustworthy and less responsible.

AbstractThis study aims at explaining the symbols used in the novel and describing the values of optimistic of life reflected in the symbols used in Coelho’s The Alchemist. This research is classified as a descriptive qualitative method. The primary data source of this study is the novel The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. The collecting data process is a note-taking technique. This study is also categorized as library research. Based on the findings and discussion, the researcher draws the conclusion such follows. First, there are six elements or values which characterize someone as the one who has an optimistic view of life and these ones are reflected as the symbols used in this novel. They are the values of hope, faith, power, struggle, positive-thinking, and respect. Second, that there are twelve symbols used in The Alchemist, those symbols are divided into three groups which consist of four symbols of characters, two symbols of events or concepts and six symbols of things. The result of the study shows that the twelve symbols in The Alchemist are how the author addresses Optimistic through a story of self-quest of the author. According to the whole finding, the symbols lead the readers to understand the message of Paulo Coelho that everybody can find their happiness in themselves.  Keywords: Concept of optimistic of life, Symbol, Self-quest. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan simbol-simbol yang digunakan dalam novel dan menggambarkan nilai-nilai optimistis kehidupan yang tercermin dalam simbol-simbol yang digunakan dalam Coelho's The Alchemist. Penelitian ini diklasifikasikan sebagai metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data primer dari penelitian ini adalah novel The Alchemist karya Paulo Coelho. Proses pengumpulan data adalah teknik mencatat. Penelitian ini juga termasuk penelitian kepustakaan. Berdasarkan temuan dan diskusi, peneliti menarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Pertama, ada enam elemen atau nilai-nilai yang mencirikan seseorang sebagai orang yang memiliki pandangan hidup yang optimis dan yang tercermin sebagai simbol yang digunakan dalam novel ini. Mereka adalah nilai-nilai harapan, iman, kekuatan, perjuangan, pemikiran positif, dan rasa hormat. Kedua, bahwa ada dua belas simbol yang digunakan dalam The Alchemist, simbol-simbol itu dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok yang terdiri dari empat simbol karakter, dua simbol peristiwa atau konsep dan enam simbol benda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua belas simbol dalam The Alchemist adalah bagaimana penulis membahas Optimistic melalui kisah pencarian diri penulis. Menurut seluruh temuan itu, simbol-simbol itu mengarahkan para pembaca untuk memahami pesan Paulo Coelho bahwa setiap orang dapat menemukan kebahagiaan mereka dalam diri mereka sendiri. Kata kunci: Konsep optimistis kehidupan, Simbol, Self-quest.

This study aimed to investigate the implementation of social responsibility in a broadcasting program Coffee Morning in programa 2 LPP RRI Bengkulu. This study used qualitative method, where the informants in this study was the Head of Press LPP RRI Bengkulu, Kasubsi Programa 2 LPP RRI, Stage Manager, Presenter, Presenter dialogue. Primary data in this study was obtained from interview to the informants, and secondary data obtained through library research. This study found that the implementation of social responsibility in a broadcasting program Coffee Morning in Programa 2 RRI Bengkulu LPP has been carried out based on the legal framework and institutions, meet the high standards of professionalism and information, correctness, accuracy, objectivity and balance, avoiding anything that might induce crime, detriment, public disorder or insult against ethnic or religious minorities, seeks to reflect the plurality and diversity of society, set high achievement standards, and intervention can be justified to safeguard the public interest. In other words, the implementation of this program fulfills a social responsibility towards the community listeners.

The Potential Analysis Availability Of Bamboo Plants and The Marketing ofBamboos Product at Kayubihi Village, Bangli Distric, Bangli Regency. Analysis of the potential availability of bamboo plants in Kayubihi Village, BangliSubdistrict, Bangli Regency is divided into two analyzes, namely the analysis ofpotential availability and marketing analysis. Analysis of potential availability to knowthe potency of bamboo found in Kayubihi Village while for marketing seen marketingchannel, marketing margin, and profit margin with the election of three main productsproduced by Kayubihi Village. Types of data used in this study are qualitative data andquantitative data and data sources obtained from primary data and secondary data. Datacollection methods used there are three namely Library research, field research andstudy literature. The population in this study were 50 bamboo farmers who were alsobamboo craftsmen. Data analysis was done descriptively quantitative and qualitativedescriptive. The results showed that the analysis of potential availability with five typesof bamboo plants is under 200 clumps/ha which means not yet potential. Bamboo isprocessed into handicrafts and marketed for marketing the main products are sokasi,cakes basket, and coocked rice basked. Each product has three marketing channels. Themost profit margin obtained in each marketing channel is at producer level. The shortestmarketing margin in each channel because it is directly to the consumer.

This study aims at explaining the symbols used in the novel and describing the values of optimistic reflected in the symbols used in Hemingway’s The Old man and The Sea. This research is classified as a descriptive qualitative method. The primary data source of this study is the novel The Old Man and the sea by Ernest Hemingway. The collecting data process is note-taking technique. This study is also categorized as library research. Based on the findings and discussion, the researcher draws the conclusion such follow. First, it is found that there are eight symbols used in this novel. They are classified into Individual symbol and Universal symbol. In the novel the Old Man and the Sea the symbols which the researcher considers as individual symbols. Individual symbols are the old man as a symbol of someone who has optimistic, Manolin as a symbol of hope, Marlin as a symbol Struggle of life, Shark as a symbol of Destruction and problem, joe Di Maggio as a symbol Strong desire, bird as a symbol of help. The second category is Universal symbol. universal symbol are Sea as symbol of universe, Lion as symbol of strength. there are two elements or values which characterize someone as the one who has optimistic life which is reflected in the symbols used in this novel. The performance of a village head as head of village government must be able to carry out its main duties, namely leading and coordinating the village administration in implementing village development. The role of the village head is one aspect that stands out and affects the success of village development. The village head is assisted by village officials, as an element of village government administration. The formulation of the problem in this research is "What is the Role of the Village Head in the Implementation of Development in Mekarjati Village, Haurgeulis Subdistrict, Indramayu Regency" and "How the Siyasah Fiqh Review and the Village Law on the Role of the Village Head in Implementing Development in Mekarjati Village". The purpose of this research is "To know the role of the village head in the implementation of village development, and" to know the Siyasah Fiqh Overview of the role of the village head in the implementation of village development." Protection of workers with the existence of the Manpower Act is expected to reduce or even eliminate treatment that is considered unfair which is generally carried out by employers to workers. The existence of a Manpower Act which is the legal umbrella for workers which includes wage protection. Writing this journal aims to find out and elaborate more deeply on the legal relationship between outsourcing workers and companies that use outsourcing services and to seek efforts to resolve cases at PT. Caterison. The method used in writing the journal is an empirical legal research method, in this case the Manpower Act with the facts that occurred at PT. Caterison deals with outsourcing workers who are not entitled to payment of their wages. The types of approaches used are the statutory approach, the case approach, and the legal concept analysis approach. The data used are primary data obtained directly from field research and secondary data sourced from library research. In data collection techniques, using descriptive analysis techniques. PT. Caterison as an outsourcing service user signed an agreement and made an agreement with an outsourcing service provider company with the aim of filling some parts of the work within the company. The case began when outsource worker who carried out his duties at PT. Caterison felt he was not entitled to his wages for three consecutive months. This becomes necessary to be resolved because the issue of wages is a sensitive matter. Perlindungan terhadap pekerja dengan adanya Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan diharapkan mampu mengurangi atau bahkan menghilangkan perlakuan yang dinilai tidak adil yang umumnya dilakukan oleh pengusaha kepada pekerja. Adanya Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan yang menjadi payung hukum untuk pekerja yang didalamnya termasuk ke dalam perlindungan upah. Penulisan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mengelaborasi lebih dalam mengenai hubungan hukum antara pekerja outsorcing dengan perusahaan yang menggunakan jasa outsorcing dan untuk mencari upaya penyelesaian kasus yang terdapat pada PT. Caterison. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan jurnal yakni metode penelitian hukum empiris, dalam hal ini Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan dengan fakta yang terjadi pada PT. Caterison berkenaan dengan pekerja outsorcing yang tidak mendapatkan hak atas pembayaran upahnya. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan yakni, pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus, serta pendekatan analisis konsep hukum. Dalam penggunaan sumber data, data yang digunakan yakni data primer yang didapatan langsung dari penelitian lapangan dan data sekunder yang bersumber dari penelitian kepustakaan. Dalam teknik pengumpulan data, menggunakan teknik analisis deskripsi. PT. Caterison sebagai pengguna jasa outsourcing menandatangani perjanjian serta membuat kesepakatan dengan perusahaan penyedia jasa outsourcing dengan tujuan mengisi beberapa bagian pekerjaan dalam perusahaan namun bukan pada pekerjaan inti. Kasus bermula ketika pekerja outsourcing yang menjalankan tugasnya pada PT. Caterison merasa tidak mendapatkan hak atas upah nya selama tiga bulan berturut-turutHal ini menjadi perlu untuk diselesaikan dikarenakan permasalahan upah adalah hal yang sensitif.
