The objective of the study is to develop the teaching materials in writing descriptive texts in Grade X students of SMK Binaan UMN Al-Washliyah 3, Medan. The study is conducted by  the Development Research method, and the evaluators are the instructors of the Indonesian Subject (specific instructors), and the subjects are Grade X students. Pre-test and post-test are done to find out the effectiveness of the result. The result of the pre-test shows that the average score is 67% with the category of satisfactory; the result of the post-test shows that the average score is 85% with the category of distinction. The process of developing teaching materials includes three aspects of assessment: 1) teaching materials, 2) presentation, and 3) language structure. The validation of material experts includes content with an average score of 4.9% and a percentage of 82.2% with the category of distinction. The feasibility of presenting teaching materials has an average score of 113% with the category of distinction, and the language element has an average score of 11.4% with the category of distinction. The conclusion indicates that the design for developing teaching materials of descriptive texts by using a scientific approach in the subject of Indonesian is very effective.

Abstract Developing Student Worksheet is one of the competences that must be mastered by Physics Education Student of FMIPA Universitas Negeri Jakarta. An integrated lecture tool has been developed to train students' writing competencies in the Physics Worksheet. This development research applies the ASSURE model. Lecture devices have been tested against physics education students. Students give very good appreciation to the lecture, by giving average score equal to 83.97. Students' performance in preparing the Student Worksheet physics subjects is also very good, which is shown by the average of student performance compiled the Subject Student Worksheet 84.52. Based on the results of testing the use of educational tools to students of education students FMIPA Universitas Negeri Jakarta showed that the lecture tools are worthy to be used as teaching materials. Keywords: Integrated lecturing tools, KPS, Student Worksheet. Abstrak Mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Siswa merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang harus dikuasai oleh Mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika FMIPA UNJ. Telah dikembangkan perangkat perkuliahan terpadu untuk melatih kompetensi mahasiswa menulis Lembar Kerja Siswa mata pelajaran fisika. Penelitian pengembangan ini menerapkan model ASSURE. Perangkat perkuliahan sudah diujicoba terhadap mahasiswa pendidikan fisika. Mahasiswa memberikan apresiasi sangat baik terhadap perangkat perkuliahan, dengan memberikan skor rerata sebesar 83,97. Kinerja mahasiswa menyusun Lembar Kerja Siswa mata pelajaran fisika juga sangat baik, yang ditunjukan oleh rerata nilai kinerja mahasiswa menyusun Lembar Kerja Siswa mata pelajaran  sebesar 84,52. Berdasarkan hasil ujicoba penggunaan perangkat pekuliahan terhadap mahasiswa pendidikan mahasiswa FMIPA UNJ menunjukan bahwa perangkat perkuliahan terpadu layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar. This study aims to develop accounting teaching materials and to see the feasibility of teaching materials in improving the quality of classroom learning on the subject matter of the accounting cycle of service companies. This research is a development research adapted from the ADDIE model. There are 5 stages, namely: 1. Analysis (Analysis), 2. Design (Design), 3. Development (Development), 4. Implementation (Implementation), 5. Evaluation (Evaluation). Validation was carried out by material experts, media experts and assessments from class X accounting students of Ar-Rahman Medan Private Vocational School. Based on the assessment of material 1 on the feasibility of teaching materials for accounting books, the average score is 3.87 with the "Eligible" category, and the material expert orders 2 obtained an average score of 4.20 in the "Eligible" category, an indication of media experts is obtained on average. amounting to 4.00 in the "Eligible" category. Students' assumptions about accounting book teaching materials show an average of 4.45 with the category "Very Appropriate". Thus, the teaching material for the Accounting Service Company Cycle book is declared "Feasible" to be used as an accounting learning medium in improving the quality of learning.

The purpose of this study is to produce teaching materials that can enhance the creativity of the learning process, increase development and improve the quality of the application of the development of cooperative models of the type of Round Table with audio media in improving the learning outcomes of writing the description of class X high school students. This research is a research development or Research & Development (R&D). Research and Development is a research method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The results of the study can be concluded from the analysis of teaching material scores by material expert teachers and media expert teachers obtained an average score of 4.74 or 94.74% of the maximum average score of 5.00 with a very good collection. The application of the development of teaching materials in the excellent category is 29 or 90.62% of the students' attention to the material delivered and student activity is included in the excellent category of 30 or 93.75% of students. The quality of the application of the development of cooperative learning model teaching materials of the round table type in learning 100% with very good assessment and the results of post-test analysis of 96.87% indicate whether the learning tools used have practical qualities and the learning devices developed have effective qualities according with student completeness of more than 75%.

This study aimed to develop and determine the advisability of chemical worksheets based on a scientific approach to improve students' critical thinking skills. The research method uses five design research steps simplified from Borg's and Gall's research and development. The subject of this research are science education program students at one university in Indonesia. Validation subject matter feasibility on the worksheets is 4.34 (best criteria), while the feasibility is 4.17 (best standards). A random assessment from several students is obtaining an average score of 98.67% (positive response). The research results conclude that a worksheet is advisable for students. Expert opinion conveys that using a scientific approach to the problems presented in the worksheet reveals stimulates, encourages, and improves critical thinking skills.

The problems of this research were how to improve students’ structure mastery by using Numbered Heads Together cooperative learning strategy and how to motivate the students to apply it in English learning. The research type was a classroom action research. The subject consisted of 60 students of the third semester of English Department at University of Indraprasta PGRI in 2015-2016 academic year. The research data were collected by using pre-test and post-test. Data on students’ structure mastery were analysed by using descriptive and statistical analysis, to know the improvement in mean students. The result of cultivation data identified that the average score of post-test was 67.4 and the average score of pre-test was 55.5. It indicated that the score of post-test was higher than pre-test and teaching English language structure by using Numbered Heads Together can improve students’ structure mastery.

This development research aims to produce thematic teaching materials that are feasible and effective to use as additional teaching materials besides textbooks on the theme of living things and the environment. The research was conducted at SDN 1 Alue Dua Langsa. The research sample was students of class V B SDN 1 Alue Dua. The method in this research is the method of research and development (Research and Development) with the Three D (3D) development model. The results of increasing student competence in the form of cognitive abilities using pre-experimental methods with One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The results showed that the additional thematic teaching materials in the form of modules based on Community Science Technology (STM) were declared valid by experts / experts with a validation rate of 84%. Furthermore, there was an increase in students' cognitive abilities which could be seen from the post-test average score increased to 70.5 from the pretest score of 39.27 and the N-Gain score on the high criteria, namely 71.28. So it can be concluded that thematic teaching materials in the form of STM-based modules are feasible to use and have a significant effect on improving the competence of students' cognitive abilities. Abstrak Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar tematik yang layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai bahan ajar tambahan selain buku paket pada tema makhluk hidup dan lingkungan. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN 1 Alue Dua Kota langsa dengan  sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas V B SDN 1 Alue Dua. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Researchand Development) dengan model pengembangan Three D (3D). Hasil peningkatan kompetensi siswa berupa kemampuan kognitif menggunakan metode pre-experimental dengan One Group Pretest-Postest Design.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar tematik tambahan berupa modul berbasis Sains Teknologi Masyarakat (STM) dinyatakan valid oleh ahli/pakar dengan tingkat validasi sebesar 84%. Selanjutnya terdapat peningkatan kemampuan kognitif siswa yang dapat dilihat dari skor rata rata postes meningkat menjadi 70,5 dari skor pretes 39,27 dan skor N-Gain pada kriteria tinggi yaitu 71,28. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar tematik berupa modul berbasis STM layak digunakan dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi kemampuan kognitif siswa di SDN 1 Alue Dua. This study aims to determine the feasibility of learning media electronic module (e-module) based on Kvisoft Flipbook Maker Pro on derivative material with Scientific approach using Research and Development research methodology. The study was conducted in two schools by taking 4 students as a student response in small classes and 20 students in a large class. The research instrument used in the form of evaluation formative form of teaching materials for material experts, media experts, and student responses. From the result of the assessment of expert material instrument obtained an average score of 101.25 with very good criteria, the assessment of expert media instruments obtained an average score of 116 with good criteria as well as on student response instruments obtained 86.44 with very good criteria. These results indicate that the e-module of mathematics with the scientific approach of the derived material for the XI class of the even semester high school is worthy of use in the process of learning in the classroom.

This research is motivated by the low use of Malang Local Wisdom Teaching Materials based on Adobe Flash CS3 Media on Inclusive Elementary School Students because each teacher teaches with conventional methods, and the lack of students' knowledge about local wisdom around the area of residence. The objectives are (1) producing interesting teaching materials and (2) testing the effectiveness of teaching materials based on Malang local wisdom in inclusive elementary schools. This research is an R&D research that adapted the development model of Borg & Gall (1983). The research design is twofold namely preliminary field trials and main field trials with the subject of elementary school students' inclusion grades IV in the academic year 2018/2019 in Malang Regency. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis in this research is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of this study Malang Local Wisdom Teaching Materials based on Adobe Flash CS3 Media on Inclusive Elementary School Students, this will provide an excellent interest for students so that students' insights and learning outcomes increase. This is supported by the results of assessments in the field trials of the main cognitive aspects with an average of 53,5 for pre-test and an average of 91,5 for post-test. Affective aspects on average for pre-test 2,125 "Not Good" category and 3,57 post-test "Very Good" category. The psychomotor aspect has an average of 3,75 "Very Good" categories.

This research aims to determine the validity of comic-based module andro-web on the subject of an ideal gas and increased capacity problem-solving physics students after using comic-based module andro-web on the subject an ideal gas. The research uses the design nieveen model of development. In the assessment phase, the module then tried out on 30 grade XI science 2 Jenggawah Senior High School. The instruments of product quality are an instrument validation and instrument increased capacity problem solving of physics students about pre-test and post-test completed by using 5 indicators problem-solving. The average score validation comic-based module andro-web by validator 81,7 % with valid category. The score validation by user validator obtained score 93,3 % with a very valid category. Besides, increased capacity problem-solving physics students a score was obtained for 47,3 % in by test n-gain medium category. Thus, it was stated that comic-based module andro-web can be used in teaching material XI science class and will raise the ability problem-solving physics students on the subject of an ideal gas.

This research is to determine the effect of realistic mathematical approach on students’ learning motivation. The research method is pre-experiment of one group pretest posttest design. This study was conducted with 34 fifth grade students from a public school in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. The results indicate that students’ learning motivation significantly increases. Among six indicators measuring students’ learning motivation, the indicator of interesting activities in learning is the most increase, from 80.76% in pre-test to 86.40% in post-test. The average score of pretest in form of students’ learning motivation questionnaire before applying treatment was 90.56 while score posttest after treatment was 95,09 and the results of the research hypotheses using the comparative t-test tcount (6.997) > ttable (2.039). This means that there is an effect of applying the realistic mathematical approach to students’ learning motivation.
