Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah organization abbreviated Al-Washliyah (AW) was established in Medan on November 30, 1930 to coincide with the 9th of Rajab 1349 H. A name of the largest Islamic community organization in North Sumatera Province, and the third largest in Indonesia after NU and Muhammadiyah.Although Al-Washliyah has businesses, it cannot yet be economically independent. This study tries to explain by looking for information on how the influence of leadership and organizational culture on the development of sharia-based enterprises in Washliyin North Sumatera Province. The research method used is qualitative research methods, while the data collection techniques used are field research which includes observation and interviews, as well as literature. The results of this study indicate that on the one hand leadership has a positive effect on the development of sharia-based businesses in Washliyin North Sumatra Province, for example, has been able to make new innovations by establishing Islamic banks PT. BPR Syariah Al-Washliyah that has never existed before. On the other hand there are still weaknesses in leadership, have not been able to enforce regulations according to demands, as a result the efforts have not been fully ordered by the organization and orderly administration. For example, there are businesses that don't work and eventually close, namely the Al-Washliyah hospital / clinic in 2004. Then there has been a shift in the value of organizational culture, the decline of the ulama tradition in Washliyin circles, and the entry of the Al-Washliyah leadership elite from politicians.This also affected the development of sharia-based businesses in Washliyin, North Sumatra Province.

Currently in Indonesia Islamic Bank has gained a place and interested in the community, causing many emerging Syari'ah Bank and Financial Institutions of the syari'ah, and products in Islamic banks are widely used is murabahah financing. The formulation of the problem in this research are: (1). How is the implementation of the sale and purchase through murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with customers. (2). Is trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat and customers have been according to the principles of Syari’ah. (3). How murabahah financing efforts to resolve the breach between the customer and Muamalat Harkat. This research method is empirical legal research, this study was conducted in Bank Muamalat Harkat based data collection through field research such as interviews, observation and description as well as information from respondents through library research. The results of this research are: before an agreement Bank to assess carefully the prospective customer in the form of a comprehensive analysis and is divided into several stages, such as the assessment using the principle of 5C Character (Character of the debitor), Chapacity (Capability Candidate Debitor) , Capital (Capital candidate Debitor), Collateral (Collateral candidate Debitor) and Condition of economy (economic condition of the prospective Borrower). Trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with the customer has not fully based on the principles of the Syari'ah. Murabahah financing efforts to resolve the defaults can be solved by R3 is Restrukturing (Arrangement Back), Reconditioning (Terms Back) and Rescheduling (rescheduling), sales collateral and auction execution.

This study examines transformative leadership and organizational culture implemented in tertiary institutions. Transformational leaders have an impact on the effectiveness of organizational culture. This paper is based on the study of leadership theory, references about the culture of knowledge organizations, which integrate concepts and facts in the field. Of course the transformation process has an impact on organizational culture including students. Not only does it change the work rhythm that is demanded to be bigger, but more students being taken care of are also more complicated. This reality ultimately also has an impact on habits including good employee performance due to the reduced number of present workforce recruited. The purpose of this study is to examine and discuss the characteristics of transformational leadership and organizational culture at Islamic Institute of Religion Jember. This type of research is field research. The research method used is a qualitative research method. While the data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The validity test of the data used is triangulation, confirmation of reliability, transferability and dependability. While the analysis of the data used is an interactive analysis of Miles Huberman. The results of the conclusions in this study indicate that Transformational Leadership is built by three factors, namely Inspirational in shaping vision and ideas, visionary in articulating vision & mission and intellectual support to achieve targets and goals. Transformational leadership provides a change in work support and team performance. Strong leadership in providing work motivation, stimulating concepts or ideas to group or individual employees can produce harmony in achieving a shared vision, team commitment, work culture and minimal conflict. Transformative leadership needs to improve communication in building a positive organizational culture because communication of leadership and work increases the culture of teamwork, cohesion and conflict. The aims of this study are to evaluate the implementation of PP No. 23 of 2018 at KPP Pratama Banjarmasin Utara and Selatan, to analyze the implications of the implementation of PP No. 23 of 2018 on tax revenue and compliance of SME taxpayers, and to find out the challenges and obstacles in implementing regulations at KPP Pratama Banjarmasin Utara and Selatan. The research method used are the qualitative method of library research and field research in the form of interviews and observations. The results of the research are based on observation, interviewing informants and evaluating the implementing regulations, PP No. 23 of 2018 has been implemented properly. PP No. 23 of 2018 has a positive effect on the revenue and number of SME taxpayers who make tax payments, but it has not made a positive contribution to the compliance of SME taxpayers in reporting annual tax return. This is known through the percentage of SME taxpayers’s annual tax return reporting compared to the number of SME taxpayers registered in Banjarmasin less than 20%. The challenge in implementing this PP is in providing education and awareness of taxpayers who are still low. The perceived obstacles are that taxpayers are not familiar with technology, dependence of taxpayers on officers, and double taxation.

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to find out and to analyze the implementation of murabahah financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang its conformity with the DSN MUI Fatwa Number four of two thousand. This type of research is field research field research and library research research. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in the general provisions of Islamic banks that the bank buys the goods needed only on behalf of the bank itself and the purchase must be separate and have personal limitations. However, in practice, it is found that the bank provides money to customers to buy one of the items needed on behalf of the bank using an installment system based on the amount and time determined by the bank. in is allowed by the clerics on the condition that the bank authorizes the customer to buy goods under the murabahah bil wakalah contract. However, according to the author's opinion, there is no conformity of the DSN-MUI fatwa regarding murabahah with its</em><em> practice at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pembiayaan murabahah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang kesesuaiannya dengan Fatwa DSN MUI No. 4 Tahun 2000. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan <em>field research</em>. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya dalam ketentuan umum fatwa murabahah di bank syariah yaitu bank membeli barang yang dibutuhkan nasabah atas nama bank sendiri dan pembelian harus sah dan bebas riba. Akan tetapi pada prakteknya dilapangan adalah bank memberikan uang kepada nasabah untuk membeli salah satu barang yang dibutuhkan atas nama bank dengan sistem angsuran berdasarkan jumlah dan waktu yang telah ditetapkan oleh bank. Hal ini dibolehkan oleh ulama dengan ketentuan pihak bank menguasakan kepada nasabah untuk membeli barang dengan akad <em>murabahah bil wakalah</em>.</p>

Abstract: The research is effort to look how to study saraf with book of krapyak method. The writer do this research with field research is collect information with direct research from place of research. As for kind of research is descriptif research that purpose to explore of condition or etc and then analysis the result of research and expalained in the report of research. Researcher give illustration about the reality of object researched as objective. The research to bring closer on the one variabel about study of saraf  krapyak method. The kind of research method are interview methode, observation and documentation. Latter is analysis fact to get result of research. The result of research adduce that study of saraf in Islamic School Class 2 of Pesantren Mahasiswa (PESMA) An Najah  Purwokerto use eclectic method is integration methods of study saraf in Islamic Studies Class 2 Pesantren Mahasiswa (PESMA) An Najah Purwokerto such as reading method, memorize, demonstratation, dictatation, quetion and answer, discussion, drill and sorogan. The research aimed to ; 1) describe and analyse how the leadership type of Kyai Mohammad Ali Shobirin in forming independent santri; 2). what kind of habits were done in the Islamic dorm of al Qoyyim , to form independent santri; 3). model of  Kyai Ali shobirin leadership in forming independent santri in the islamic dorm Al Qoyyim Kasembon Malang. The applied research method to answer the aim above was grounded theory, because the research was field research. While the references consisted of primary, secondary and tertiary data. Collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analyze used qualitattive data analyze.  The research showed that kyai Ali Shobirin belonged to the one of three type of leadership. Firstly, visionary leadership. Secondly, transformative leadership. Thirdly, charismatic leadership. The habit of Santri to form independent santri in the era 4.0 was discipline in every aspect, santri ‘s habituality to be entrepeneur and  The model of leadership of kyai Ali Shobirin  was individual-kolektif, it happened because collaboration in developing Islamic dorm. While, the policy was taken by the head dominantly.

Police officers duties and roles in today’s democratic society are getting complex. As theparty whose responsibility is to enforce law and order, it makes their performance matter themost. This research is aimed to figure out the effect of organizational culture on employeeperformance with the mediating role of organizational commitment. The researchmethodology that used in this study is a case study with survey research method. Purposivesampling technique is used to determine the sample for this research. The sample of thisresearch are 200 police officers of Polres Ciamis. SPSS and Amos statistical software arebeing used for data analysis purpose. The results of this study indicate that organizationalculture has a positive effect on both organizational commitment and employee performance.Additionally, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance aswell as mediating the causal relationship between organizational culture and jobperformance. The result of this study is expected to give the implications to Polres Ciamis inincreasing the performance of its officers.

Paddy rice production needs to be improved because rice is the staple food of the community. Batu Bara Regency is one of the rice granaries in North Sumatra so it is very important to make various efforts to increase rice production. Among the factors that can increase rice production are the availability of subsidized fertilizer and the price of subsidized fertilizer according to the Highest Retail Price (HET).The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of subsidized fertilizer availability and the price of subsidized fertilizer in accordance with the Highest Retail Price (HET) on paddy rice production in Batu Bara Regency. The research method is quantitative method with 100 respondents of rice farmers in Batu Bara Regency.Based on the results of the research, it is known that the availability and price of subsidized fertilizer simultaneously and partially have a significantly effect on the production of lowland rice in the Batubara Regency. The effect of variation in availability and price of subsidized fertilizer on rice production is 66.7%..The availability of subsidized fertilizer at Batubara Regency is 94.56%. Partially, the availability of subsidized fertilizer has a negative effect on the production of lowland rice in the Batubara Regency. The condition is caused by some farmers who get subsidized fertilizer more than needed. The price of subsidized fertilizer partially has a positive effect on paddy rice production, meaning that the price of subsidized fertilizer is still in the level of farmers' ability

Background - Human resources are an important factor in an organization and must be of good quality, that is to have a competent spirit and also perform well. The existing commitment in employees towards the organization is an important instrument for improving employee performance. Organizational culture is a need to be developed in an organization with the aim to be able to overcome all problems that arise. Organizational culture can be said to be good when it can be proven by looking at employee turnover Aim - This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of organizational culture variables, organizational commitment and employee performance. Design / methodology / approach – This research belongs to exploratory field research to explain the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. The number of respondents involved was 100 respondents, all of whom were employees at the One Stop Integrated Capital and Service Office in East Kalimantan. Research instruments using questionnaires, research analysis using path analysis. Finding – The results prove all paths in this path analysis are significant. Employees in the organization need an understanding of the culture in the organization so that performance increases while there is also an element of commitment that is a variable between the organizational culture and employee performance. Research Implication – In this study has the implication of providing direction for organizational behavior research by taking into account organizational factors and other individual factors that can improve employee performance in the organization. besides that, in subsequent studies can add the variable job satisfaction, motivation. Limitation – The limitation that can affect the results of this study is to use a questionnaire so that the possibility of researchers less anticipating respondents who just answered
