<p>This study aims to determine (1) the relationship of reading ability to<br />student learning independence (2) the relationship of the ability to think<br />critically towards the independence of student learning (3) the discipline<br />of learning to the independence of student learning (4) the influence of<br />reading skills, and the ability to think critically, and towards Student<br />learning independence (5) Effect of reading ability, and learning discipline<br />on student learning independence (6) Effect of critical thinking skills, and<br />learning discipline on student learning independence (7) Effect of reading<br />ability, critical thinking skills, and learning discipline on student learning<br />independence.The results of the study: 1) There is a Positive and<br />Significant Relationship in the Ability to Read Against Learning<br />Independence Students who proved the correlation is worth 0.761. 2)<br />There is a Positive and Significant Relationship to the Critical Thinking<br />Ability of Students' Learning Independence which is worth 0.883. 3) There<br />is a Positive and Significant Relationship in Learning Discipline Against<br />Student Learning Independence, with a value of 0.938 Multiple linear<br />regression obtained by regression equation, Y = 15.238 + 0.352X1 +<br />0.623X2 + e. 5) There is a positive and significant influence between<br />reading ability (X1), and learning discipline (X3) on student learning<br />independence (Y), the results of the calculation of multiple linear<br />regression analysis obtained regression equation that is Y = 12.865 +<br />0.224X1 + 0.720X2 + e . 6) There is a Positive and Significant Influence<br />Between Critical Thinking Ability (X2) and Learning Discipline (X3) on<br />Student Learning Independence (Y). Multiple linear regression analysis<br />obtained regression equation, namely Y = 15.671+ 0.312X1 + 0.594X2 + e.<br />7) There is a Positive and Significant Influence Between Reading Ability<br />(X1), Critical Thinking Ability (X2) and Learning Discipline (X3) Against<br />Student Learning Independence (Y) which is proven through the results of<br />the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the<br />regression equation that is Y = 11.302 + 0.173X1 + 0, 276X2 + 0.524X3 + e. <br />Results of hypothesis analysis Simultaneously, fcount&gt; ftabel where <br />237.611&gt; 2.77. And the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination in this study is the R Square value of 0.963. And with a<br />significance level of 5%.</p><p> </p>

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. Keywords: motivation, discipline, performance ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan displin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Background: Blood supplies estimated to be around 2% of the total population1. However, only 1.88 million bags of blood can be met or 40% of the total needs, so there is a 60% lack of blood from the minimum requirement2. Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the intention to donate blood regularly at UTD PMI Bantul Regency Yogyakarta using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach. Methods: This research was conducted at UTD PMI Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta in September-December 2018. The number of respondents was 35 voluntary blood donors, with sampling techniques using accidental sampling. Results: The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control have a significant effect on the intention to donate. While the results of the regression analysis partially, based on a significant level of value, attitudes have a significant influence on one's intention in donating, while subjective norms and behavioral control do not significantly influence one's intentions in donating. Conclusion: The attitude had the most significant influence on the intention to donate regularly on UTD PMI Bantul Regency Yogyakarta using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach.

The purpose of this study was to (1) To determine the significance of partial effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (2) To determine the significance of the simultaneous effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (3) To find out which of the factors Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects that have a dominant influence on work motivation Head of the Village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. Methods used are causal research. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires given to 90 respondents. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence on the Simultaneous Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. (2) There is a significant influence on the Partial Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. The objective of the research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality on decision-making, both simultaneously and partially. The research is verificative. The sample involves consumers of Agya car at PT. Hadji Kalla. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of regression equation from the study is -2.887 + 0,237 X1+ 0,220X2 + 0,217X3 + 0,319X4 + 0,166X5 + 0,418X6 + 0,140X7. Product Quality partially has significant to decision-making.                                 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk keputusan menandai baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian verifikatif. sampel adalah konsumen Of Agya di PT. Hadji Kalla. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah beberapa analisis regresi linear.  The people in Samosir believe that pigs are livestock that bring many benefits. That is why many people raise pigs. At this time there is a downward trend in pig population.This research was conducted at the people's farm in Simanindo District, Samosir Regency.   This study was conducted from May until July 2019 and aimed to investigate the factors that affect the rate of decline in the pig population. The result of research will show dominant factors that causes the rate of decline in the pig population and improvement could be conducted to prevent pig population decline trend. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the variable of animal feed limitations, farmer experience, long time raising, local environmental customs, religious holiday production. This research was conducted by asking the farmer directly and giving a randomly selected questionnaire. In total there were 84 pig farmers in 4 villages in each district. The results of this study indicated that the limitations of feed, long time raising, environmental customs around and religious day have a very significant influence on the decline in pig population in Simanindo District Samosir Regency.

This study aims to examine and analyze the simultaneous effect of service quality on student satisfaction, test and analyze the partial effect of service quality on student satisfaction, test and analyze variables that have a dominant influence on student satisfaction. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis which is used to determine how much influence the independent (independent) variables, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy on the dependent variable is student satisfaction. Research site is at STES Ihya 'Ulumiddin Banyuwangi. The study took a sample of 39 people. While the results of this study can be drawn as follows, the variables Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty simultaneously affect student satisfaction. The partial test of the Reliability variable, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty is positive, but the Tangible variable is negative. Reliability variables are variables that have a dominant and significant influence on student satisfaction.

The respondents are all traders who sell in the market of alai which has shops , a variety of types of businesses and turnover are almost the same. The vegetable farmers need an effort to increase their ability so they can produce the optimal quantiity and quality vegetables for meet an increasing demand. Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali  is an agribusssines association that seeks to self farmer so that market demand can be met.This reasearch aims was to analyze the role of the Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali Association in to improve self relience anoy farmers. The role of the Association of Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali in empowerment can be seen through empowerment strategies. The research was conducted on  February 2th - March 4th 2019 in Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali Association located in Teras Village, Boyolali Regency. The method used in this study was survey with 35 members of the association. Analytical methodin used descriptive analysis conducted bay multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study were 1) the role of the Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali Association in empowering its members and self relience were categorized as high, 2) there was significant influence betwen relo of associantion in empowering strategies toward self relience anoy the farmers. 3) Partially the variables that influence self relief are counseling and mentoring strategies, and strategies for access to science and technology.

The Relationship

In order to supply a scientific basis for uniting the normal reference value standard of hemoglobin of Chinese older boys. Methods: A research is made about the relationship between the normal reference value of 14751 examples of hemoglobin of older boys and five geographical factors in 92 areas in China, which are determined by the hemoglobincyanide method. Results: It is found that the correlation of geographical factors and the normal reference value of hemoglobin of older boys are quite significant (F = 9.68). By using the method of multiple linear regression analysis, one regression equation is inferred: Ŷ = 108.0 + 0.003633X1 + 0.003945X2 + 0.1680X3 − 0.6310X4 + 0.005518X5 ± 8.3 Conclusion: If geographical values are obtained in some areas, the normal reference value of hemoglobin of older boys of this area can be reckoned by using the regression equation. Furthermore, the depending on the geographical factors, China can be divided into six districts: Qingzang, Southwest, Northwest, Southeast, North and Northeast district.

This study aims to analyze the effect of convenience, profit, safety simultaneously and partially on the public's interest in using the rahn product of Bank Aceh Syariah in Bireuen Regency. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis method with a total of 31 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the perception of convenience, the perception of profit and the perception of security simultaneously have a significant effect on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using the rahn products of Bank Aceh Syariah in Bireuen Regency. The perception of convenience has a significant influence on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using Bank Aceh Syariah rahn products in Bireuen Regency. Perceptions of profit have a significant influence on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using Bank Aceh Syariah rahn products in Bireuen Regency. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan total responden sebanyak 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan, persepsi keuntungan dan persepsi keamanan secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pengusaha mikro dalam menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah Di Kabupaten Bireuen. Persepsi kemudahan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pengusaha mikro dalam menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah di Kabupaten Bireuen. Persepsi keuntungan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat  pengusaha mikro dalam menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah di Kabupaten Bireuen. Persepsi keamanan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat  pengusaha mikro dalam menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah di Kabupaten Bireuen.      Kata kunci: Persepsi, Minat, Rahn, Keuntungan, Keamanan, Kemudahan
