APO river has a length of 3 kilometers with a width of 7 meters and flows from headwaters in the village Angkasa Pura to empty into the sea which is administered into the village administration area Bhayangkara. The purpose of this study to (1) identify the biophysical conditions in the area of the buffer zone of the river sepantaran Apo. (2) Identifying the form of land use in the bufferzone area of the Apo River from downstream to upstream. (3) Provide management recommendations in the form of land suitability directions to carry out Forest and Land Rehabilitation activities in the bufferzone area of the Apo river. Descriptive method with map interpretation and consists of several stages that include the preparation stage, the stage of processing and preliminary processing of data, field checking stage, the stage of data analysis, and recommendations on the implementation of Forest and Land Rehabilitation activities in the area of the river BufferZone Apo. Biophysical conditions of the area BufferZone river Apo has the characteristics of land cover types that include dry forest primary dry forest secondary, dryland farming mixed with shrubs, bushes, settlements, soil types litosol, with altitude ranging from 0 m asl - 690m above sea level . BufferZone slope in the area of very varied ranging from flat to very steep.In accordance with the decline in the quality of primary dryland forest to secondary dryland forest covering 22.04 hectares in 2009-2018 and activities that resulted in the removal of 44.80 hectares of secondary forest in 2000-2009, the large changes in the nature of both deforestation and degradation of from 2000 to 2018 thus covering an area of 66.84 hectares or 18.94% of the total research area, namely the Apo river bufferzone. Most of the areas that are categorized as quite suitable are forest areas that are experiencing deforestation and degradation and the recommended land is suitable enough to carry out RHL activities in the bufferzone area of the Apo River, only covering an area of 91.05 hectares or 25.80% of the bufferzone area. The aimed of this study was to analyze the management of Boonpring Ecotourism by Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in order to increase income of the village (PADes). This study uses a case study design with a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative data obtained by conducting in depth interviews, observations and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of village, the Head of BUMDes, staff and community. Data reduction, data presentation, trianggulation and conclusion are data analysis  used in this study. The results of the study stated that the management of Boonpring Ecotourism had been carried out well by the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) of Sanan Kerto in accordance with the cooperative, participatory, transparent, accountable, and sustainable principles. Good management of Boonpring Ecotourism is expected to increase Income of village in a sustainable manner by exploring the potential of villages through the tourism sector even though there are obstacles in the application of participatory principles, namely the quality of Human Resources (HR) that need to be trained.Keywords: Management Principles; tourismp; BUMDes; Income of Village. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan desa (PADes). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, kepala BUMDes, karyawan, dan masyarakat. Reduksi data, penyajian data, trianggulasi dan penarikan kesimpulan merupakan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menyatakan pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring sudah dilakukan dengan baik oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Sanan kerto sesuai dengan prinsip kooperatif, partisipatif, emansipatif, transparan, akuntable, dan sustainable. Pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring yang baik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa secara berkelanjutan dengan menggali potensi desa melalui sektor pariwisata walaupun ada kendala dalam penerapan prinsip partisipatif yaitu kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang perlu dilatih.Kata Kunci: Prinsip Pengelolaan, wisata, BUMDes, PADes.

Pembangunan berkelanjutan yang diselenggarakan oleh suatu negara berkembang khususnya di Indonesia, membutuhkan adanya pemerataan yang tidak hanya terfokus pada infrastruktur dan perekonomian  saja, melainkan   juga  dapat diselenggarakan  melalui peningkatan  mutu sumber daya manusia dan aspek kelayakan  hidup masyakat  yang  dapat ditinjau dari segi kesehatan. Upaya tersebut, dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengurangi angka kurang gizi (stunting) yang menjadi  salah satu faktor penghambat berlangsunngnya proses pembangunan  berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Upaya ini telah dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah Desa Ko’olan, Kecamatan Blega Kabupaten Bangkalan  melalui program GOPO (Gojek Posyandu) yang diselenggarakan  oleh Karang Taruna dan Bidan desa, dengan tujuan memberikan layanan antar-jemput bagi peserta posyandu. Jenis penelitian ini  menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang dilakukan melalui proses wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Fokus penelitian mengunakan 4 indikator menurut (Yeti, 2014: 24) meliputi : 1) Ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, tersedianya sepeda motor yang digunakan berasal dari relawan, pemerintah desa sejauh ini hanya memberikan bantuan berupa 3 unit HT (Handy Talky) untuk memudahkan  relawan gojek posyandu dalam menjalankan program ini. 2) Ketersediaan anggaran, tidak adanya alokasi dana desa yang dikhususkan untuk program GOPO,  karena anggaran dana dikhususkan untuk pembangunan sekolah 3) Kemitraan, dalam menjalankan program ini telah melibatkan karang taruna, bidan desa, pemerintah desa serta Puskesmas Kecamatan Blega dan 4) Partisipasi dari masyarakat, mendukung adanya program, baik secara tenaga ataupun finansial. Sehingga melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan nantinya Pemerintah Desa Ko’olan mampu mengoptimalkan fungsinya dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat  dalam menekan stunting, melalui program GOPO (Gojek Posyandu) sebagai salah satu wadah yang telah dibentuk oleh karang taruna. Kata Kunci : Pembangunan berkelanjutan, stunting, GOPO (Gojek Posyandu)   Sustainable development which is carried out by a developing country, especially in Indonesia, requires equality that is not only focused on infrastructure and the economy, but can also be carried out through improving the quality of human resources and aspects of the feasibility of community life which can be viewed from a health perspective. These efforts can be done by reducing the number of malnutrition (stunting), which is one of the inhibiting factors for the continuation of the sustainable development process in Indonesia. This effort has been carried out by the Ko'olan Village government, Blega District, Bangkalan Regency through the GOPO (Gojek Posyandu) program organized by Karang Taruna and village midwives, with the aim of providing shuttle services for posyandu participants. This type of research uses a descriptive method using a qualitative approach, which is carried out through a process of interviewing, documentation and observation. The research focus uses 4 indicators according to (Yeti, 2014: 24) including: 1) The availability of facilities and infrastructure, the availability of motorbikes used come from volunteers, the village government has so far only provided assistance in the form of 3 HT units (Handy Talky) to facilitate motorbike taxi volunteers posyandu in carrying out this program. 2) Availability of budget, there is no allocation of village funds specifically for the GOPO program, because the budget is devoted to school construction 3) Partnership, in carrying out this program has involved youth organizations, village midwives, village government and Puskesmas Blega District and 4) Participation from community, support the program, both physically and financially. So that through this research, it is hoped that later the Ko'olan Village Government will be able to optimize its function in providing health services to the community in reducing stunting, through the GOPO program (Gojek Posyandu) as one of the platforms that have been formed by Karang Taruna. Wattled Brushturkey hunting system in the Sigim and Sinaitousi communities in the buffer zone of the Arfak Mountain Nature Reserve, West Papua, Indonesia. Biodiversitas 19: 849-856. Illegal hunting is still the cause of the decline of wildlife populations in nature. This is particularly the case with protected wildlife and endemic species, such as the Wattled Brushturkey in Palau West Papuan. Thus, research needs to be done on the hunting system at the site. The aim of this research was to know Wattled Brushturkey (Aepypodius arfakianus) hunting system by Sigim and Sinaitousi villagers, Arfak Mountains of West Papua. The research used descriptive method with field observation technique and semistructured interviews. The results showed that the main purpose of hunting Wattled Brushturkey conducted by the Sigim and Sinaitousi communities is to consume the meat, while a part of egg hunting is for sale. The hunting by the two villagers was generally done in groups. The frequency of hunting depends on needs and demand. Hunting is done using snares, dogs, and combinations of snares and dogs. The tools used are snares, machetes, air rifles, arrows nad bows. The modern tools such as gun have been used in both villages. The hunting of Wattled Brushturkey begins in the morning and continues until late afternoon. The location of hunting is usually primary forest, secondary forest of former garden and river basin.

Development in harmony is needed, between the buffer zones and urban areas.Development in harmony must demonstrate the important role of buffer zones tourban areas because of the synergy potential of different regions and need eachother. So by knowing the potential of each area required mapping potential areascan provide a buffer for future development plans. This study has the objective to provide information to SMEs located in the Donowarih Village, Karangploso District., Malang Regency, which has good characteristics as a buffer zone for the surrounding urban environment. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. The study states that the majority of SMEs in the village Donowarih still using simple management in the management of its business. Many factors are influential in this regard, education, mental, environmental and other factors. Based on the need for repair and improvement programs that can improve the ability of SMEs and the other is the most important thing the government can directly determine program development program that is in harmony with the  state of local characteristics.

This study examines the task of village heads in carrying out their duties in Aur Kuning Village, Kampar Kiri Hulu Subdistrict, as agreed in the Regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform Number: 13 of 2009 concerning Guidelines for Improving the Quality of Public Services, Rights, Duties and Obligations of Village Heads in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. Article 26 The Village Head who organizes the Village Government, implements Village Development, Village community development, and empoweres the Village community. The design of this study uses a qualitative descriptive method that will discuss and review secondary data related to documents relating to the Village Head in the Task Process in Aur Kuning Village, Kampar Kiri Hulu Subdistrict. In addition, so that the research objectives can involve researchers also using primary data as a result of interviews with research informants, namely: Village Chief Aur Kuning, Secretary of Desa Aur Kuning, Village Staff of Aur Kuning and Community of Desa Aur Kuning. The Village Head in Aur Kuning Village, Kampar Kiri District has been effective in the context of development. His job was as the head of Aur Kuning Village, Kampar Kiri District

Village fund as a tool for policy strategy that Indonesia constructed from the periphery. The purpose of the village fund is to improve the welfare and quality of life of village people, manifested by encouraging the development of independent and sustainable villages with social, economic, and environmental resilience. The amount of budget allocation is designed to build Indonesia from a small scale and drive the revival and passion for creativity and innovation in all elements of the village. Pujon Kidul Village is a village in Malang District that serves as a reference ‘building village’ in the development of an agro-tourism village. Using a qualitative approach to a descriptive method, this research was collected from the village head and the government of Pujon Kidul, as well as NGOs and purposive societies, totaling approximately 15 informants. The findings show the development of tourism village Pujon Kidul has successfully brought change for the local community, especially in the development of human resources using natural resources. Both synergize and complement each other without elements of exploitation and are managed by the village-owned enterprises or Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDesa), which has the authority to include the village in the government’s policy of building from the suburbs (village) to create sustainable development-based localities. Village level policy is a new era of the form of an independent government and encourages the realization of community participation to accelerate the progress of the village and leave the old village mindset behind.

Construction of the mosque not only pay attention to the physical building, but also must be optimized pemakmurannya. Efforts to raise the quality of life can be achieved by improving the Human Resources (HR) to carry out economic and social activities based mosques. This paper discusses How do standards of living and the mosque's role in public life, and how the role of the mosque in the village of Wonosasi improve people's lives, District Tapango, Polman. This study uses qualitative descriptive method, since it attempts to find the mosque's role in improving the welfare of the ummah. Research is needed to understand the organization's activities (mosque) in accordance with the wishes and needs of society.

This study aims to determine the improvement of the quality of village apparatus in order to strengthen the implementation of development in Ilotidea Village, Tilango District, Gorontalo Regency. The research method used qualitative descriptive method. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The sample used in this study were 25 respondents from the total population of 50 respondents. The results of the research show several findings are: First, the quality of village apparatus is still not optimal or still very need to be improved. Secondly, the ability, willingness and potential of the village apparatus and the impacts and approaches of governance and the implementation of development have not been maximized because human resources are still limited.

The study used a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive method, aiming to describe and analyze the social phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, and thoughts of individuals and groups. The subjects of this study were the children of fishermen, the fishermen, the teachers of Islamic Religious Education, the village head, and the community figures of Meucat Village, Samudera Sub-district, North Aceh District.

East Java Provincial Government in 2013 to implement the program Other Way toward Welfare Society (JALINKESRA) in the Village Bunulrejo, Blimbing district, Malang form of support productive enterprises, and to facilitate Very Poor Households (RTSM) with the hope of increasing the motivation to strive (need for achievement ) of the RTSM. So it is necessary to identify the role of program implementation and JALINKESRA in improving the quality of Human Resources in Household Very Poor (RTSM) in the research area. This research is qualitative descriptive with case study technique. Data collection was done by using in-depth interviews, field observation and documentation. JALINKESRA program implementation can be grouped into 4 sectors, where the program is implemented and the Department of Fisheries Department of farms actually a failure, whereas the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs implemented and the Department of Industry and Trade is good enough achieve the objectives of this program. Program JALINKESRA role in improving the quality of human resources in the village RTSM Bunulrejo, Blimbing district, Malang pretty good.
