Based on the Performance Accountability Report of Government of West Papua Provincial Transport Department in the 2017, there is a decline in the percentage of the performance of civil servants. On the semesters of 2016 amounted to 83,22% to 79,27% in the half of 2017. This shows that for three consecutive semesters there are problems associated with the performance. The research objective is analyze the effect of compensation and career development of the performance of civil servants in the West Papua Provincial Transport Department. The population for the sample of respondents was 40 people by using non probability sampling method. Data analyze techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression.   Result of the analysis showed, partially compensated no significant effect (0,870 > 0.05) on the performance of employees, partially significant effect of career development (0.001 < 0,05) on the performance of employees, and simultaneously compensation and career development have significant influence  (0,000 < 0.05) on the performance.

Abstract : Research aims to understand the influence of competence, training and career development simultaneously and partial of the performance of employees PT.Kharisma Potensia Indonesia in Jakarta. The kind of research to research this is explanatory research. The size of the population in this research was 55 employees and  The sampling method used is a saturated sampling. Variable free is competence ( X1 ), training ( X2 ) and career development ( X3 ), while variable their lack of roots is a an employee ( y ).Equation of Multiple Linear Regression Y = 0,450+ 0,278x1 + 0,258x2 + 0,402x3 + e; Rsquare = 0,403; F = 11,498, Career development is the most dominant factor in employee performance. Competence, training and career development have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of employee performance are 0.450, If X1, X2, and X3, are considered zero, it will affect employee performance of 0.450 if the 1-5 Likert scale is included in the not too good category.   Keywords : competence, training, career development, employees’ performance, outsourcing   Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan dan perkembangan karir baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Kharisma Potensia Indonesia di Jakarta. Jenis penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah explanatory research Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 karyawan dan Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampel jenuh. Variabel bebasnya adalah kompetensi (X1), pelatihan (X2) dan Perkembangan Karir (X3), sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Persamaan Regresi Linier berganda Y = 0,450+ 0,278x1 + 0,258x2 + 0,402x3 + e; Rsquare = 0,403, F =11,498, Perkembangan Karir menjadi factor paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi, Pelatihan, dan Perkembangan Karir memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0,450, Apabila X1,X2,dan X3, dianggap nol, maka akan mempengaruhi kinerja karawan sebesar 0,450 jika dalam skala likert 1-5 termasuk dalam katagori sangat tidak baik.   Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Pelatihan, Perkembangan Karir, Kinerja Karyawan, Outsourcing

Automotive companies suffered a loss due to a decrease in sales caused by high taxes and the proliferation of manufacturing components.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure on value of company, Company size on value of company and profitability on value of company of IDX period 2012-2016, with 6 companies using purposive sampling method. Method of analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis.The result of the research shows that the capital structure do not have positive and significant influence to company value, and company size do not have positive and significant influence to company value while profitability has an effect on company value. This shows that high profitability influences company value in the eyes of investors.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and family environment partially and simultaneously on the interest in entrepreneur in student of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. The number of samples is determined by the Probability Sampling technique using the Simple Random Sampling method of 75 students in the sixth semester of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. Analyzed by classical assumption, multiple linear regression analys, determination analys, simultaneous significant test (F-test) and partial significant test (T-test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between entrepreneur education and the family environment towards the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar.

This study aims to measure the value of willingness to pay and analyze the factors that affect consumer willingness to pay toward Pertamax fuel. This study's dependent variable is income, number of owned vehicles, the frequency of vehicle use, and product literacy. In this study sample of 100 Pertamax fuel users in Yogyakarta were selected using the Purposive Sampling method. This study using multiple linear regression or Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results show that the value of consumer willingness to pay toward Pertamax fuel is Rp. 10,545. The factors that influence willingness to pay are income, frequency of vehicle use, and product literacy. These three variables are positive and have a significant influence on consumer willingness to pay toward Pertamaxfuel. While the variable number of the owned vehicle

This study aims to analyse the influence of audit experience, audit expertise, compliance pressure and complexity of tasks on auditor judgment audits. The sample in this study was an auditor working with the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia, representative of West Papua Province. The sample is selected based on purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 42 respondents and returned as many as 32 questionnaires. The data was analyzed using linear regression analysis with SPSS 21. The results of this study show that audit experience affects audit judgment auditors. Audit expertise has no effect on auditors' judgment audits. Compliance pressure affects auditors' judgment audits. The complexity of the task has no effect on the auditor's audit judgment.

The study was aimed to find out whether or not the emotional intelligence, communication, and working environment individually have a significant effect to the work performance of the civil servants. The respondents in the study were all the state servants working in three public service offices, including the Office of Integrated Investement and Business Permits, the Vehicle-Tax Payment Office (Samsat), and the Office of Population and Civil Administration. The sampling method was a saturated sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the result of analysis, it could be concluded that the variables of emotional intelligence, and working environment individually have no significant effect to the work performance of the employees. One variable having a significant effect on the work performance among the civil servants is the communication. However, the three variables simultenaously have significant effects to their performance. From the findings, it is suggested that the offices should explore more deeply the emotional intelligence, communication, and the working environment to improve their staffs. Research on work achievement is still relevant and exciting to study in companies worldwide. There are three variables tested for work achievement effects, namely work discipline, rewards, and job training. The location chosen in this study is Perumda BPR Lamongan. This study's population was 130 employees of Perumda BPR Lamongan Regional Bank with 98 samples using a probability sampling method. The data analysis of this study used SPSS, namely multiple linear regression. The results showed that work discipline, rewards, and job training had a significant positive effect on BPR Perumda BPR Lamongan Regency's work achievement, where the Job Training variable had the most significant influence on work achievement.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability, sales growth, and asset structure on firm capital structure in manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange during the years 2011-2018. This study uses purposive sampling method to collect data and consists of 11 manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange during the years 2011-2018. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that profitability has negative significant influence on firm capital structure, sales growth have negative significant influence on firm capital structure, asset structure have negative significant influence on firm capital structure, and also fluctuating exchange rate strengthen the relationship between profitability and firm capital structure.

This study aims to explain the effects of compensation, career development, and organizational commitment to employee retention. The research was conducted at Bintang Kuta Hotel. The number of samples taken as many as 92 employees with saturated sampling method. In this study data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires with analytical techniques used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis results found that compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee retention. Career development has a positive and significant impact on employee retention. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee retention. To increase employee retention it is important for the company to review the salary conformity received with the level of position so that employees can feel satisfaction, then to grow the expected commitment the company is able to establish good relationships with each other and the company is expected to provide continuity training to each employee where later employees feel cared for and appreciated ability so have a strong desire to remain part of the company.

This research purpose is to know the influence of targeted profitability and company size to income smoothing in manufacture companies listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia period 2015-2017. Method that used for sample target is purposive sampling method. Population of this research are 57 manufacture companies listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia period 2015-2017 which already fulfill the sample criteria that used in this research. To identify companies that did income smoothing practical with using Eckel Index. Result from Eckel Index shown that income smoothing practical also did by a certain companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia. Statistic method using multiple linear regression, which are; multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, autocorrelation testing, and normality testing. Testing did to proof any significant influence targeted profitability and company size to income smoothing. Research result shown that there is no influence of targeted profitability and company size to income smoothing in manufacture companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia period 2015-2017.
