This study aims to obtain decision accuracy in determining teacher achievement using the Simple Additive Weighting method. Problems in Batam Muhammadiyah Vocational High School in determining the achievement of teachers using assessment criteria with the weight of educational qualifications, discipline, neatness, character, personality and teaching methods. The ranking process stage determines the alternatives of selected teacher achievement using the input of criteria weights. The results of this study get an accuracy rate of 80% with an accurate, fast, objective value. In the future, this research will be used as a new standard in determining teacher achievement.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) peran DUDI dalam mendorong produk kebijakan pendidikan Pemda Kota Mataram dalam mengembangkan SMK berbasis kearifan lokal; (2) implementasi penyelenggaraan kebijakan pendidikan SMK yang sesuai dengan kearifan lokal; dan (3) peran DUDI dalam pengembangan SMK. Informan kunci pada penelitian adalah Kepala Dinas Dikmen sub-bagian kepala seksi kurikulum, Kepala Sekolah, Wakasek Humas Industri, Pembimbing Industri, dan Siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) peran DUDI dalam mendorong kebijakan Pemda terkait pengembangan SMK berbasis kearifan lokal belum memadai; (2) implementasi kebijakan Pemda, antara lain: (a) monitoring dan evaluasi, (b) menyediakan unit gedung baru, (c) membuka kompetensi keahlian baru, (d) pemberian dana, (e) mengadakan Gebyar SMK se-Kota Mataram; dan (3) peran DUDI dalam pengembangan SMK antara lain: (a) penyelenggaraan prakerin siswa berjalan dengan baik. b) industri sebagai tempat pemagangan guru, c) industri terlibat dalam uji kompetensi siswa tingkat akhir dan tempat menyalurkan lulusan, d) belum ada kerja sama terkait penyediaan sarana dan prasarana, dan e) pengembangan kurikulum dalam bentuk workshop kurikulum. Kata kunci: peran DUDI, penyelenggaraan SMK, kearifan lokal THE ROLE OF BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (VHS) BASED ON LOCAL WISDOM IN THE CITY OF MATARAM Abstract This research aims to know: (1) the role of business and industry in encouraging the product education policy of the local government in Mataram City for developing vocaational high school (VHS) based on local wisdom; (2) the implementation of VHS education policy with an appropriate local wisdom; and (3) the role of business and industry in developing VHS. The key informants in this research were the Head of Secondary Education Curriculum Sub-section, Principal, Vice Principal of Industry Public Relations, Industry Counsellors, and students. The data were collected by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique included data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (1) the role of business and industry in encouraging the regional government policy related to VHS development based on local wisdom had not been adequate; (2) the implementation of regional government policy were among others: (a) monitoring and evaluation, (b) providing a new building unit, (c) opening new expertise competencies, (d) providing funds, (e) conducting Gebyar SMK in the city of Mataram; and (3) the roles of business and industry in the development of VHS were among others: (a) the implementation of the students’ industrial practice ran well, (b) the industry as the place for teachers’ apprenticeship, (c) the industry was involved in students’ competency test at the end of the students’ study and as an institute which would recruit the graduates, d) there had not been any cooperation related to the provision of facilities and infrastructure, and e) curriculum development in the form of a curriculum workshop. Online Game is a game that entertain which is by connected by a network, so that it can be played between one player and another player in different places. As a matter of fact, Online Game can have a negative impact, that is an addiction. Students who are addicted to play online game have been influenced by several factors, the factor of facility, individual factors, family factors, social factors, and the online game itself. An analysis that can be used to look at the factors that influence addiction online game in private senior high school students in the city of Padang is a logistic regression analysis.This type of research is experimental research and the population in this study are private senior high school students in Padang City who play online game on a smartphone. The sample in this research are about to 96 respondents and the sampling technique used was technique non probability sampling with the sampling method accidental sampling and using a questionnaire. Based on the research results, we obtained the factors that influence it and factors that significantly influence addiction online game in students private SMA is a facility, family, and types game online.

The Indonesian government believes that textbooks play a strategic role in improving the quality of primary and secondary education (Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia No.11 of 2005). Nevertheless, Abdulkarim (2010) revealed that the quality of school textbooks, either in junior or vocational / high school is very low. The contradiction between Regulation of the Minister of National Education Regulation goal and Abdulkarim (2010), and some previous research, such as Heskett et al. (1997), and Dimitriades (2006) motivates this study to analyze the effect of satisfaction to commitment and loyalty of vocational teachers in Bandung. The results showed that there was no correlation between satisfaction and the commitment and between the commitment and loyalty, but there is a significant direct correlation between satisfaction and loyalty. This shows that users of textbooks as the government policy consumers has loyalty in the sense will do its use continuously, but the loyalty is not based on a commitment, but only based on satisfaction.This is suggests that vocational high school teachers are satisfied with the textbook but don’t want to rely on Regulation of National Education Minister, since commitment is defined by Dwyer et al. (1987), Morgan and Hunt (1994), and Pritchard et al. (1999) as a stable seeking and defensive attitude towards not to change a choice. They are easy to change attitudes through using of Electronic Text Boook (ETB) as teaching materials. The Authors also revealed some limitations and recommendations

Zakat in Islam is a cleansing of wealth by setting aside some of it and then being distributed to mustahik. Zakat management becomes important thing to do in Indonesia because the majority of population in Indonesia is Muslim. One of zakat management institutions in Indonesia is Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Semarang. Zakat distribution from muzaki to mustahik in BAZNAS Semarang is distributed by utilization program, such as the Semarang Cerdas programs that focus on the distribution of funds in the field of education. One of Semarang Cerdas program provides educational assistance for orphans, du'afa and disadvantaged students that aim to alleviate the cost of education. The problem encountered is that the election of mustahik is still being done manually. This method often leads to miscalculations that result in less accurate of mustahik election. There are five criterias in determining mustahik; the status of children, family income, family responsibilities, house index, and ownership of property. The use of simple additive weighting method was chosen because this method is able to select the best alternative by calculating and considering the weight value of each criterion, and then proceed to determine the process of ranking the mustahik based on the amount of available fund. The test results showed that the accuracy of the new system with the old system of BAZNAS Semarang is 81%, so it could be concluded that this zakat recipient decission support system is able to process the mustahik election quickly and efficiently.

Data from the City Blitar City Police Unit in 2016, as many as 1,799 or 15.9% of students committed traffic violations, from January to March 2017 as many as 438 or 11.3% of students committed  traffic violations. In addition to violations, 25 or 15.1% of traffic accidents involving students occurred. The accident caused 68 students to become victims. In 2017 January to March as many as 6 or 12.5% students were involved in traffic accidents. The accident caused 21 students to become victims. According to the data, it can be seen that the number of traffic violations in Blitar City is dominated by students, both students of junior high schools, senior high schools or vocational high schools. Then the Save Our Student (SOS) program was implemented to reduce the number of traffic offenses for students. The Save Our Student (SOS) Program is a Satlantas Polres Blitar Kota program in collaboration with schools, both Middle School (SMP), Senior High School (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) in Blitar City. The Save Our Student (SOS) Program is a program based on Law Number 22 Year 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transport and the Safety riding program. The Save Our Student (SOS) program is not just a momentary program, but an ongoing program in an effort to reduce the number of traffic violations on students in the City of Blitar. The Blitar City Police Traffic Unit Police in implementing the Save Our Student (SOS) Program needs a communication strategy, where the success rate of a goal will be achieved along with how the communication strategy is carried out in implementing the Save Our Student (SOS) Program. The purpose of the program, which is to reduce the number of traffic violations among students and prevent traffic accidents with fatality fatalities will be achieved.

At present, many problems that occur in the school environment are mainly related to the low character values. There is a lot of cheating in the National Examination, student fights, child abuse, drug abuse, corruption, and various other social riots. From a number of these problems can be asked the question "what is the effect of character education on the entrepreneurial readiness of Vocational High School (SMK) students?". To answer these questions, research needs to be held. This research was conducted through a literature review of references and relevant research results, and continued through focus group discussion (FGD). The research found: (1) there is an influence of character education on the level of entrepreneurial readiness of vocational students; (2) character education values that influence entrepreneurial readiness, are creative, independent, honest, cooperative, curiosity, disciplined, courageous to take risks, strong motivation for success, communicative, realistic, commitment, never give up, oriented to action, leadership, and innovation; (3)Vocational students must obtain character education in accordance with the character possessed by an entrepreneur. Because in character education includes discipline, honesty, cooperation, curiosity, creativity and independence, almost all must also be owned by an entrepreneur; (4) The relationship between vocational students who already have character education will grow a mentality for entrepreneurship; andEntrepreneurial readiness is influenced by four dimensions of entrepreneurial readiness, namely intention, ability, learning and attraction; and (5)In order for entrepreneurial readiness to be realized optimally, there must be support from the government, changes in various theories that lead to improvement, and open to various developing innovations.

Employability skills for students are believed to reduce the mismatch between the supply of vocational high school graduates and the demand of job vacancy from industry. For more than three centuries, the gap between the vocational high school and the workplace has become people’s concern. It seems that this issue will not end in the near future, rather will be more interesting to be studied because of the complexity of the relationship between the two sectors. The objective of this study, therefore, is to discover of how well employability skills is adopted in the school level curriculum (KTSP) of vocational high schools in Indonesia. To achieve the research’s objective, the content analysis to the curriculum was applied. The analysis of KTSP in the subject of entrepreneurship (ENT) and the computer and information management (KKPI) discovers the limited concern and the incomprehensive areas of employability skills adopted. The research findings demand the government to improve the content of employability skills in the curriculum, especially in dealing with the high unemployment rate of vocational high school graduates.

The development of tutoring or bimbel does not only occur in big cities but also in the city of Bengkulu. Like Primagama, Ganesha, Talenta, and Onma. One of the tutoring in Bengkulu City is Onma. Onma Foundation is an institution that aims to help the government to realize a society that has competitive value in the world of education and the labor market, especially in Bengkulu Province. Up to now the addressable guidance institution on Mayjend street. Soetoyo No. 25 Tanah Patah Sub-District of Bengkulu City is still one of the partners of the Provincial Government and the City of Bengkulu to realize Bengkulu City Students. The ability and trust of students studying at Onma is influenced by the quality of the teacher. Teachers who are confident and have good interpersonal communication with their students will make students more quickly master the subject matter and they also have confidence in themselves that they are able to complete the tasks given by the teacher in tutoring. In this case, the teacher plays a very important role in increasing students' trust in their guidance teacher. Given that there are still many high school students in the city of Bengkulu not yet fully have good beliefs and morals even though in the field of academic achievement they excel, like Public High School 05 City students Bengkulu. The purpose of this study was to examine the process of tutoring for students through interpersonal communication between teachers and students which has a relationship with the level of trust possessed by high school students 05 City of Bengkulu who are currently attending the tutoring process at Onma Bengkulu.
