<p><span id="docs-internal-guid-b4328e83-7fff-2a27-2390-ae4a80a4acce"><span>Determination of iddah and mut'ah living is a manifestation of one of the cases that must be resolved by a judge who comes to him by bringing justice to the parties. Of course, this cannot be separated from how a judge deeply examines the existing problems with his considerations. The purpose of this study is to find out how the judge's considerations in determining the nominal iddah and mut'ah income for the wife whom her husband divorces in a case, then how is the judge's consideration in determining the nominal iddah and mut'ah income when viewed epistemologically. The research method that the author does is to use empirical normative research methods with a qualitative approach. Based on the research results that the author did, there are at least 7 (seven) things that the judge can consider in determining the nominal iddah and mut'ah living. However, what if, in a case, all the things considered are in one case? Of course, a judge must choose his considerations, which should come first, the interests of the wife or husband. Therefore, it takes wisdom and wisdom from a judge in deciding while still realizing a sense of justice for the parties.</span></span> </p><p>Penentuan nafkah <em>iddah</em> dan <em>mut’ah</em> merupakan wujud dari salah satu perkara yang harus diselesaikan seorang hakim yang datang padanya dengan mewujudkan keadilan kepada para pihak. Hal ini, tentu, tidak terlepas dari bagaimana seorang hakim mengkaji lebih dalam terkait permasalahan yang ada dengan pertimbangan-pertimbangannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pertimbangan hakim dalam menentukan nominal nafkah <em>iddah</em> dan <em>mut’ah</em> bagi istri yang diceraikan suaminya pada suatu kasus. Kemudian bagaimana tinjauan epistemologi terkait dengan pertimbangan hakim dalam menentukan nominal nafkah <em>iddah</em> dan <em>mut’ah</em>. Adapun metode penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian normatif empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan, setidaknya ada 7 (tujuh) hal yang dapat dijadikan pertimbangan hakim dalam menentukan nominal nafkah <em>iddah </em>dan <em>mut’ah.</em> Namun bagaimana bila semua hal yang dipertimbangkan tersebut ada dalam satu kasus, tentu seorang hakim harus mampu memilih pertimbangannya, mana yang harus didahulukan, kepentingan istri atau suami. Oleh karena itu, memang dibutuhkan kearifan dan kebijaksanaan dari seorang hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan dengan tetap mewujudkan rasa keadilan bagi para pihak.</p>

Tujuan dari peneliti ini yaitu untuk mengetahui (1) karakteristik kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (3) hasil pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, pemilihan subjek dan informan dengan cara acak dan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara terhadap enam orang anak asuh dan tiga orang tua asuh. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa anak sebelum memperoleh pengasuhan dari orang tua asuh di RPSAA memiliki karakteristik kecerdasan emosional rendah. Pola pengasuhan yang diterapkan di RPSAA kepada anak asuh adalah pola asuh demokratis. Sedangkan hasil pengasuhan dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung menyimpulkan bahwa anak asuh usia remaja telah memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang cukup baik, yaitu terlihat dari bagaimana cara mereka mampu mengendalikan segala perasaan yang pada dirinya, meskipun ada remaja yang belum sepenuhnya memenuhi aspek kecerdasan emosional.   The goal of these researchers is to figure out (1) characteristics of the emotional intelligence of teenagers in RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in adolescents; (3) results foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in teens. This research used the qualitative approach with descriptive research method, the selection of subjects and informants by means of random and data gathering techniques through observation, interview and documentation against six people and three foster care parents foster care. The research results obtained by researchers concluded that child before obtaining care of foster parents in RPSAA has the characteristic of low emotional intelligence. Parenting patterns are applied in the RPSAA to foster care parenting is democratic. While parenting results in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung teenager in concluding that foster care teens have had a pretty good emotional intelligence, that is visible from how they are able to control all the feelings on him, even though there are teenagers who do not yet fully meet aspects of emotional intelligence.

The title of this research is "The Role of the Health Office in Tackling Child Malnutrition in Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency". The problem in this research is not yet optimal implementation of the Health Office in Overcoming Malnutrition in Children in Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency. The research method that researchers use is descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The technique of determining the informants used was purposive sampling technique. The results showed that in carrying out its duties and functions, the health office, the Health Office had implemented a sufficiently optimal role seen from the six indicators of success in overcoming malnutrition, namely: All Posyandu carry out weighing operations at least once a month All toddlers are weighed, All cases of malnutrition are referred to the Puskemas Nursing or Home Sick, all cases of malnutrition are treated at the health center. Nursing or hospitalization is handled according to the management of malnutrition. All post-treatment malnourished toddlers receive assistance.

In preparing this thesis, the author has conducted research on the Tax Office Primary Padang. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of Tax Object Sale Value (NJOP) of market value. The research method used in this research is descriptive research by illustrating the determination of market value and NJOP with correct perceptions so that no gap assessment NJOP with the existing market value mealui Assessment Sales Ratio method.Based on the research and discussion Analysis of Accuracy Rate Determination Tax Object Sale Value (NJOP) Earth against Market Value Assessment to Sales Ratio method (Case Study in Padang Primary Tax Office) that the research results can be concluded that the area is in a strategic area has a level of accuracy high between 50% -70% while the area is in non-strategic area of the lower level of accuracy that is &lt;50%.After doing research the accuracy of market value through the method of Assessment Sales Ratio is the author suggested to the Tax Office (KPP) Pratama Padang for Tax Object Sale Value (NJOP) can balance out the market value.

This study aims to describe the manufacture and use of Cuisenaire rod learning media for understanding the concepts of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of integers for elementary school students. The research method used is literature study, which is a series of activities related to the methods of collecting library data, reading and recording, and processing research materials. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data sources and research results in library research in the form of a description. Data sources are bibliographic or come from various literature, including books, journals, newspapers, personal documents, etc. The research results are that the utilization of Cuisenaire rod media is more optimized on learning in elementary schools, especially in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of integers because Cuisenaire rod media can help understand and can concrete the concept of numbers. In addition, it can be used as reference material for research on learning addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of integers by utilizing different learning media.

Aktualisasi Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup dalam segala aspek kehidupan perlu untuk diwujudkan. Salah satu upaya mengaktualisasikan nilai nilai Pancasila dapat melalui bidang olah raga, dalam hal ini khususnya adalah sepak bola Indonesia. Tujuan yang penelitian ini ingin mengulas tentang aktualisasi Pancasila melalui olah raga sepak bola. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penentuan subjek penelitian mengunakan teknik sampel bertujuan (purposive sampling) yakni pelatih dan pemain. Sebagai pelengkap hasil penelitian, sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari hasil penelitian yang relevan dan berita di media massa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya aktualisasi Pancasila melalui aktivitas sepak bola di lapangan saat pertandingan maupun di luar lapangan. Aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh pelatih, pemain, dan perangkat pertandingan telah menunjukan pengalaman nyata nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam sila-sila Pancasila. Melalui aktualisasi yang terdapat pada masing-masing sila Pancasila dapat memberikan sebuah pemahaman kembali mengenai arti pentingnya nilai-nilai pancasila itu sendiri. Sehingga sepak bola dapat dijadikan metode untuk pengembangan, pemahaman, dan pengamalan nilai-nilai Pancasila. The actualization of Pancasila as a view of life in all aspects of life needs to be realized. One of the efforts to actualize the values of Pancasila can be through the field of sports, in this particular case is Indonesian football. The purpose of this study is to review the actualization of Pancasila through soccer. This type of research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling technique, namely coaches and players. As a complement to research results, the data sources used come from relevant research results and news in the mass media. The results of this study indicate the actualization of Pancasila through football activities on the field during matches and outside the field. Activities carried out by coaches, players, and match equipment have shown real experience of the values contained in the principles of Pancasila. Through the actualization contained in each Pancasila principle, it can provide a re-understanding of the importance of the values of Pancasila itself. So that football can be used as a method for developing, understanding and practicing the values of Pancasila.

Mass media is a source of information, one of which is information about religion, including Islam. This study aims to examine how issues about Islam are represented in Japan through the mass media Ito Shinbun. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data were collected from articles in the digital version of Ito Shinbun newspaper. Based on the research results it was found that Ito Shinbun represented or reported issues related to Islam in a neutral way. In addition, it is also found that Islamic beliefs are written in Ito Shinbun's news which includes the concept of rejection of LGBT, law and sharia, halal food, and Islamic teachings that do not discriminate against humans.

This research is motivated by the lack of attention to the study of Arabic and reading the Koran. Considering its importance, the need for studies related to the concept and importance of education in Arabic. Therefore, Ibn Khaldun thought of as a great thinker in Islamic education became the main object of this study. The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the concept and importance of education in Arabic according to Ibn Khaldun who then thought relevanced in Indonesia. To achieve these objectives, the researcher uses descriptive research method with qualitative approach. Based on the research results, Ibn Khaldun confirms that the Arabic language education is very important to learn. In fact he believes that education is more important than the education of the Koran and other religious sciences. Ibn Khaldun's thoughts are still relevant in education in Indonesia, especially in Madrasah Aliyah PPI 67 Benda

This event will be based on research by the large number of women leaders in education, especially in TK Aisyiyah Bumiayu where majority of its leader is a woman rather than a man. The research method used is Descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of research, namely the school TK Aisyiyah in Bumiayu. Date collection techniques acquire date, quality of date collection are also related to the quality of the research instrument made by the researchers. Research results are obtained, namely that a woman can also lead an institution especially in the institution because a woman is the main educators of at least within a family. In TK Aisyiyah Bumiayu is indeed the majority must be led by women because the institution is indeed in desaign to women leaders.
