Meskipun pada kenyataannya tidak begitu berjalan dengan lancar. Hal ini terlihat dari pelanggan mengeluhkan tata letak yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Mereka mengeluhkan papan petunjuk yang tidak jelas dan tinggi penempatannya sehingga membuat mereka kebingungan untuk mencarai barang yang diinginkan Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan secara induktif untuk memperoleh data yang bersifat menyeluruh atau holistic dan mendalam. Metode penelitiannya adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian mennujukkan bahwa Ritel Modern menggunakan jenis tata letak ritel. Penataan tata letak didasarkan untuk memberikan kenyamanan bagi konsumen ketika berbelanja. Selain daripada itu penempatan layout yang baik akan memberikan dampak dan meningkatkan daya saing. Adapun saran yang diberikan adalah Adanya petunjuk yang jelas tentang penempatan barang, sehingga tidak memusingkan konsumen ketika berbelanja Kata kunci : ritel modern, strategi tata letak

This research is motivated by the still problems that arise in the implementation of the Single Tuition Policy (UKT) in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) University of Riau. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the Single Tuition Policy (UKT) at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau in 2018. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Informants were determined by purposive method. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that effectiveness, adequacy, responsiveness and accuracy in implementing the policy have been fulfilled. Whereas for efficiency and equity not yet fully fulfilled.

The background of this research is problems relates to implementation of the Uang Kuliah Tunggal Policy in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) University of Riau. UKT is a policy of Single Tuition for students. Tujuan dari peneliti ini yaitu untuk mengetahui (1) karakteristik kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (3) hasil pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, pemilihan subjek dan informan dengan cara acak dan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara terhadap enam orang anak asuh dan tiga orang tua asuh. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa anak sebelum memperoleh pengasuhan dari orang tua asuh di RPSAA memiliki karakteristik kecerdasan emosional rendah. Pola pengasuhan yang diterapkan di RPSAA kepada anak asuh adalah pola asuh demokratis. Sedangkan hasil pengasuhan dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung menyimpulkan bahwa anak asuh usia remaja telah memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang cukup baik, yaitu terlihat dari bagaimana cara mereka mampu mengendalikan segala perasaan yang pada dirinya, meskipun ada remaja yang belum sepenuhnya memenuhi aspek kecerdasan emosional.   The goal of these researchers is to figure out (1) characteristics of the emotional intelligence of teenagers in RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in adolescents; (3) results foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in teens. This research used the qualitative approach with descriptive research method, the selection of subjects and informants by means of random and data gathering techniques through observation, interview and documentation against six people and three foster care parents foster care. The research results obtained by researchers concluded that child before obtaining care of foster parents in RPSAA has the characteristic of low emotional intelligence. Parenting patterns are applied in the RPSAA to foster care parenting is democratic. While parenting results in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung teenager in concluding that foster care teens have had a pretty good emotional intelligence, that is visible from how they are able to control all the feelings on him, even though there are teenagers who do not yet fully meet aspects of emotional intelligence.

This research was conducted to analyze the accounting policy for excise tape inventory which is implemented in the KPPBC Type Madya Cukai Kediri. The research method used is through a qualitative approach. To support this research, data collection methods were carried out which included literature studies and field studies related to the supply of excise stamps for the 2019. The results of the study can be concluded that KPPBC TMC Kediri has recognized and recorded excise inventory accounting by applying accrual basis and as a whole is in accordance with the regulations of government accounting standards, but there is an acknowledgment of inventory excise stamps in KPPBC TMC Kediri which is not yet in accordance with PMK Number 224/PMK.05/2016. Furthermore, KPPBC TMC Kediri has implemented the SAKTI application to support its accounting business processes. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa kebijakan akuntansi persediaan pita cukai yang diimplementasikan di KPPBC Tipe Madya Cukai Kediri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk mendukung penelitian tersebut, dilakukan metode pengumpulan data yang mencakup studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan terkait persediaan pita cukai TA 2019. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa KPPBC TMC Kediri telah melakukan pengakuan dan pencatatan akuntansi persediaan  cukai dengan penerapan basis akrual dan secara keseluruhan telah sesuai dengan peraturan standar akuntansi pemerintahan, namun terdapat salah satu pengakuan persediaan pita cukai di KPPBC TMC Kediri yang belum sesuai dengan PMK Nomor 224/PMK.05/2016. Selanjutnya,  KPPBC TMC Kediri telah mengimplementasikan aplikasi SAKTI untuk menunjang proses bisnis akuntansinya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji kearifan lokal komunitas sebagai modal sosial dalam manajemen bencana alam untuk memperoleh gambaran secara utuh tentang makna substantif dari komunitas, kearifan lokal dan manajemen bencana alam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan yang bersifat kualitatif. Terbentuknya komunitas tidak terlepas dari kebutuhan individu untuk berada dalam rasa aman dan memiliki mekanisme pertahanan ketika menghadapi situasi yang membahayakan. Komunitas mengembangkan suatu pengetahuan untuk memahami cara kerja alam, dan kemudian mengikutinya, serta berupaya menghindari apa yang dapat mengancam keselamatan. Kearifan lokal seharusnya dimaknai sebagai pengetahuan komunitas tentang keadaan setempat, atau kearifan setempat, yaitu pengetahuan yang menjawab situasi setempat, yang mana di tempat lain tidak ada. Suatu manajemen bencana alam perlu memperjelas kedudukan komunitas, serta memberi ruang gerak komunitas untuk menggunakan seluruh modal utama yang dimilikinya, yaitu diri (komunitas) dan kearifannya. This study aims to examine the local wisdom of the community as social capital in the management of natural disasters to obtain a full picture of the substantive meaning of the community, local wisdom and management of natural disasters. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The formation of a community is inseparable from the individual's need to be in a sense of security and to have a defense mechanism when facing a dangerous situation. The community develops a knowledge to understand how nature works, and then follows it, and seeks to avoid what can threaten safety. Local wisdom should be interpreted as community knowledge about local conditions, or local wisdom, namely knowledge that answers the local situation, which is not available elsewhere. A management of natural disasters needs to clarify the position of the community, and provide space for the community to use all the main capital they have, namely themselves (the community) and their wisdom.

This study aims to determine the sentence structure of Arabic and Indonesian terms in Surah Al-Baqarah, their similarities and differences, and their implications for translation. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were documentation and triangulation studies. From the results of this study, researchers found 190 the number of shar'iyah in surah Al-Baqarah with various sentence structures. Then, some similarities and differences in the structure between the sentence terms in Arabic and Indonesian, as well as the implications of this study, the researcher found a tendency to translate adawat syarṭ on the translation of the Ministry of Religion and Al-Mishbah.

Conceptually, violence that occurs in the whole world with a various form is an indication of power-abuse, gender inequality and domination. Dating-Violence is an act of violence that against a partner, whether physical, sexual or psychological, that are committed before marriage. Nowadays, it is a problem that is quite prominent in the world community.The objectives of this research to obtain a more specific pictures of a dating-violence behaviour.The method of this research used a descriptive-method using a qualitative approach. Descriptive research was conducted with the objectives of picturing or describing the object or phenomenon to be studied. The technique of this research was conducted using snowball sampling techniques.The samples in this research were Sekretaris Jenderal Pemerintahan Mahasiswa (PEMA). The student who experienced dating-violence at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of South Sumatera was the main sample of this research and another student, was her close-friend and families of students experiencing dating-violence. The data collection techniques using literature study, observation, and interviews. The data obtained and analysed by the researchers in order to found any new facts with a qualitative approach. The results of this research indicated that dating was no longer a matter of love and affection but rather someone tends to think that dating as a form of ownership not an exploratory process to get to know each other before stepping into a more serious step, namely marriage. Because of the opinion, it made a person committed violence to defend what was his/her own. The dating-violence were caused by several things, for examples: jealousy, infidelity, not obeying their couples’ orders. The were two kinds of violence experienced in dating: verbal violence which is a psychological violence and non-verbal violence which is physical violence.

The attitude of language is illustrated in the use of language in public spaces. The use of Indonesian language is required in submission of information to the public. Submission of information using the Indonesian language in information technology is a dignity forms of Indonesian language. This study is aimed to describe the use of Indonesian language in information technology. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The source of research data is the website of cluster one tertiary institutions in Indonesia. The data used are menu and submenu which is on the main website in the college website. The results showed that there are still menu and submenu that use foreign languages/terms. Therefore, the dignity of Indonesian language in information technology has not yet been reached maximally. The solution to these problems is the making of policies related to the use of Indonesian language in targeted information technology.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kebijakan KTP Elektronik (KTP-el) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori evaluasi kebijakan dari William N. Dunn yang terdiri dari enam variabel, yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, perataan, responsivitas, dan perataan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa evaluasi kebijakan KTP Elektronik (KTP-el) di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Sukabumi sudah berjalan dengan baik jika dilihat dari sisi efektivitas, perataan, responsivitas, dan ketepatan. Namun dari sisi efisiensi dan kecukupan belum berjalan dengan baik, hal ini menjadi penghambat keberhasilan dari pelaksanaan program KTP-el di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Sukabumi.   Abstract This study aims to evaluate the policy of Electronic KTP (KTP-el) in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sukabumi City. The research method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. This study uses the policy evaluation theory of William N. Dunn which consists of six variables, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, leveling, responsiveness, and leveling. Based on the results of the study note that the evaluation of the Electronic KTP (KTP-el) policy at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sukabumi City has been going well when viewed in terms of effectiveness, leveling, responsiveness, and accuracy. However, in terms of efficiency and adequacy, it has not gone well, this has become an obstacle to the success of the implementation of the KTP-el program at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sukabumi City.

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the factors behind the rubber farmers working on Sei Lakitan Pom Division of PT. PP. London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk and to calculate the income contribution of rubber farmers working on Sei Lakitan Pom Division of PT. PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk on the income of farmer's family. This research was conducted in Marga Baru Village Muara Lakitan District Musirawas Regency. In February Up to April 2017. The research method used is survey method, for Sampling Method used by Purposive Sampling method. Data Collection Methods used Interview method directly to the respondents who have been determined by using the quisionary aids that have been prepared before and secondary data. Data processing is done using descriptive method with qualitative approach and for second problem using formula systematically. From the research results showed that the factors of income and land factors that lie behind the rubber farmers work on the Division of Sei Lakitan Pom PT. PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk and income contribution of rubber farmers work at Sei Lakitan Pom Division PT.PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk by 73 percent to family income.
