The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of compensation, competence and self-efficacy on job satisfaction and its impact on theperformance of inpatient nurses in the Patut Patuh Patju Hospital.Collecting data using the census method with a number of respondents63 nurses. Primary data collection was carried out by distributingquestionnaires which were prepared using a Likert scale and thenanalyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the PartialLeast Square (PLS) program. The results showed that the compensationvariable had a significant effect on job satisfaction and nurseperformance. The competency variable has no significant effect on jobsatisfaction, but has a significant effect on nurse performance. The selfefficacyvariable has no significant effect on job satisfaction. but has asignificant effect on nurse performance. Job satisfaction variable has asignificant effect on nurse performance. The conclusion of this study isthat the variables of compensation, competence, self- efficacy, and jobsatisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of inpatientnurses in the Patut Patuh Patju Hospital Gerung. Keywords: compensation; competence; job satisfaction; nurseperformance; self efficacy

This research aims at analyzing (1) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward e-commerce customers’ trust in UBM; (2) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward the level of e-commerce customers’ participation in Indonesia; and (3) the effect of trust variable toward level of e-commerce customers participation in UBM. This research makes use of UBM e-commerce users as research samples while using Likert scale questionnaire for data collection. Furthermore, the questionnaires are sent to as many as 200 respondents. For data analysis method, Structural Equation Model was used. Out of three predictor variables (ability, benevolence, and integrity), it is only vendor’s integrity that has a positive and significant effect on customers’ trust. On the other hand, it is only vendor’s integrity and customer’s trust that have a positive and significant effect on e-commerce customers’ participation in UBM. Keywords: e-commerce customers’ participation, ability, benevolence, integrity

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. This research conduct at PT. XD Sakti Indonesia. The population is employees belonging to grade 2 (non-staff); The sample was taken, 200 respondents. Primary data and analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. The findings of this study prove that compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, which can further improve employee performance. The independence of employees in performing has not been able to show their ability according to their duties and responsibilities, which is caused by the lack of employee confidence.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Environment towards Job Satisfaction with Motivation as intervening. This study uses primary data that was collected from questionnaires distributed indirectly (through social media). The population in this study are employee of PwC Indonesia based in Jakarta in the audit division. The samples used in this study are 115 respondents in total that was collected using Slovin formula. The data was processed with Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model using SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. Findings of this study show that Work Environment does influence Job Satisfaction with Motivation as intervening. Motivation partially intervenes the influence of Work Environments towards Job Satisfaction.

We examined the impacts of emotional intelligence and self-leadership on coping with stress, and assessing the mediating roles that positive affect and self-efficacy play in this process. Participants were 575 students at 2 Chinese universities, who completed measures of coping with stress, self-leadership, emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and positive affect. The structural equation model analysis results indicated that self-efficacy fully mediated the relationship between emotional intelligence and active coping, as we had predicted. Further, self-leadership had a direct effect on active coping. However, positive affect and self-efficacy did not mediate the relationship between self-leadership and coping with stress. Implications are discussed in terms of theoretical contributions and interventions for coping with stress.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of role conflict on employee job satisfaction with job stress as a mediation variable at PT. Jombang Intermedia Press (Jawa Pos Radar Jombang). The research used explanatory research with a quantitative approach to explain relationship variables through hypothesis testing. This study uses questionnaires which is distributed to 30 respondents of PT. Jombang Intermedia Pers (Radar Jombang) with saturated sampling method. The analysis method uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) with PLS (Partial Least Square) 3 . The result of data analysis known has significant positive influence between role conflict on work stress. But, role conflict has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work stress positively influence to job satisfaction, while work stress is not able to mediate between role conflict to job satisfaction.
