Persaingan yang ketat merupkan salah satu tantangan yang harus dihadapi suatu perusahaan. Banyaknya kompetitor-kompetitor baru yang bermunculan menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan sumber daya manusia yang ada di dalamnya meningkatkan pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan. PT. Toto Indonesia melakukan peningkatan kualitas kerjanya untuk dapat bersaing dengan kompotitor-kompotitor baru, agar dapat melakukan hal tersebut maka kinerja karyawan perlu ditingkatkan dengan memperhatikan budaya kaizen dan disiplin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh budaya kaizen dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.            Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskritif kuantitatif, yaitu menjelaskan hubungan antara variable dengan menganalisis data numerik (angka) menggunakan metode statistic melalui pengujian hipotesa. Variable yang diteliti adalah pengaruh budaya kaizen (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) sebagai variable bebas, sedangkan variable terikat adalah produktivitas kinerja (Y). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier, uji t (t-test) untuk uji secara parsial dan uji F (F-test) untuk analisis secara simultan.            Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 21,260 + 0,200X1 + 0,269X2 artinya ada pengaruh yang positif dan searah antara X1 dan X2 terhadap Y. Pengujian t-test dari hasil regresi di peroleh besarnya thitung X1 sebesar 2,083 dan X2 sebesar 3,166 yang lebih besar dari ttabel 1,664. dengan nilai siginifikan 0,000 untuk variable X1 dan X2, yang berarti variable X1 DAN X2 berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variable terikat Y secara partial. Pengujian F-test untuk regresi linier berganda diperoleh Fhitung  8,583 yang lebih bsar dari Ftabel 3,12 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 yang berarti adanya pengaruh nyata (signifikan) antara variable bebas X1 dan X2 dengan variable terikat Y secara simulant.Kata kunci : Pengaruh Budaya Kaizen dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Surya Toto Indonesia

This research is conducted in order to assess the effect of competency, motivation, and communication on employee’s performance (case studies at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang West Bandung Regency) partially and simultaneously. There are many factors that affect the employee’s performance, but this research is only limited to the factors of competency, motivation, and communication. The researcher used primary and secondary data. The research approach used is quantitative approach which the samples are 55 civil servants which is assessed by 5 Heads of Fields and 2 Heads Sub-Division. Before analyzing, all research validity and reliability instruments are examined. After the data are valid and reliable then analyzed by using classical assumption test, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test) helping by IBM SPSS version 23 software. The result of analysis showed that competency, motivation, and communication variables are affected positively significantly and partially to the employee’s performance. Competency, motivation, and communication variables simultaneously affected positively and significantly about 54,3% and the rest is about 45,7% affected by other variable that is not observed in this research.

Profitability in this study is calculated by return on assets (ROA) because it can show how the company's performance is nseenn from the overall use of assets owned by the company in generating profits. The purpose of the research was to know the affect of many factors which affected to the production volume in PT. Kelola Mina Laut Gresik. What the price of raw materials was and the used of raw materials partially and simultan eously affected on the production volume. The analysis tool which used was a model of multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing used t test and F test, both at the significant level 5%. Based of the analysis of research on PT Kelola Mina Laut Gresik. Partially, inventory raw material price had not significant effect on the production volume, consumption of raw material inventory affected significantly of the production volume. Inventory of raw material price and the use of raw material simultan eously affect significantly to the production volume.

ANALISIS VARIABEL YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIAOleh : Suseno STIE SATRIA Purwokerto ABSTRACT The aims of the research are (1) to analyze influence of age, scale, financial leverage, and profitability to performance of firms at The Indonesian Stock Exchange. (2) to determine the most influential variable on the performance of the firms. Hypotheses proposed in this research were: (1) Age, Scales, Financial Leverage, Profitability influences the performance of firms, (2) Age influences the performance of firms, (3) Scales influences the performance of firms, (4) Financial Leverage influences the performance of firms, (5) Profitability influences the performance of firms. Instrument of analysis employed in the research was multiple linear regression with t test and F test.The results of analyses of t test showed that profitability did not influence the performance of the firms. It was indicated by the value of computed t which was smaller than the value of t table. Meanwhile, the t test of age, scale and financial leverage indicated that the value of computed t > t table. It means that these variables (scale and financial leverage) influenced the performance of the firms. The F test showed that the independent variables of age, scale, financial leverage and profitability as a whole significantly influenced the performance of the firms. It was indicated by the calculated F > the value of F table, the value the age computed t which was smaller than the value of -t table..Based on the research results that age and profitability do not influence the performance of the firms, it is suggested that investors should not pay any attention to those variables. On the other hand, they should pay attention to the variables of scale and financial leverage. It is recommended that for further research should include longer periode of the sample.

The purpose of this research is to test the effect of working capital (cash turn over, inventory turnover and receivable turnover) towards profitability at LQ-45 companies listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia. The population of this research are all LQ-45 companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). The samples are 19 LQ-45 companies listed in BEI during the year 2004 - 2006. The samples are chosen by using purposive sampling method. The data are analysed with partial test (T-test) and simultant test (F-test) by means of SPSS Ver 13.0. The results show that cash turn over, inventory turnover, and receivable turnover simultaneously have significant influence towards profitability. Partially cash turn over, inventory turnover, and receivable turnover have also significant influence to profitability.

Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : Apakah kepercayaan dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat kunjungan wisatawan pada Hotel Dante di Gianyar ? Tujuan penelitian adalah Untuk mengetahui kepercayaan dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat kunjungan wisatawan pada Hotel Dante Gianyar. Jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan metode sensus sebanyak 25 orang wisatawan yang berkunjung di Hotel Dante Gianyar. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis determinasi, uji signifikansi simultan (F-test) dan uji signifikansi parsial (t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan maupun parsial antara Pengaruh Kepercayaan Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Minat Kunjungan Wisatawan Pada Hotel Dante Gianyar.

Trading volume is a sheet of company shares traded on a particular transaction and has beenagreed between the seller and the buyer, Simple Moving Average is a method that studies themovement of the previous stock price based on the number of certain days in order to predict thestock price that will occur to the next.The objective of the study is to find out how much influenceTrade Volume and Simple Moving Average on Stock Prices is and what are the most dominantaspects in influencing Stock Prices. The type of the research uses a quantitative approach, namely anapproach in which the data are in the form of numbers or qualitative data that have been used asnumbers. The technique of collecting data uses documentation. The analytical tool used is multiplelinear regression tests including T Test, F Test and Coefisein R² Determination processed usingEviews. The results of the study show that partially the trading volume variable does not have asignificant effect on Stock Prices and the Simple Moving Average variable shows a positive andsignificant effect on stock prices while the results of the research simultaneously show that theTrading Volume and Simple Moving Average variables simultaneously affect the Stock Price .

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak implementasi insentif dan program jaminan sosial membantu meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UD Kembang Batu Lestari Di Mengwi Badung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan UD Kembang Batu Lestari berjumlah 35 orang, metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu seluruh karyawan dijadikan responden. Teknik analisisyang digunakan yaitu analisa regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda Y = 0,603 + 0,400X1 + 0,515X2. Artinya meningkatnya produktivitas kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh meningkatnya insentif dan jaminan sosial secara bersama-sama.Pengujian F-test adalah uji signifikansi koefisien regresi linier berganda diperoleh F-hitung 83,262 > F-tabel 3,23, menunjukkan memang benar ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara insentif dan jaminan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Uji signifikansi dengan menggunakan t-test diperoleh nilai t-hitung untuk variabel insentif dan jaminan sosial masing-masing sebesar 2,747 dan 4,157 > t-tabel 1,684, menunjukkan memang benar ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara insentif dan jaminan sosial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. This paper is analyzing the influence of marketing mix customer perception that feels and make scoring by post paid customer to ESIA cellular operator in Surabaya. Post paid customer as research object is active customer using their cell phone to become ESIA post paid customer in Surabaya. This research have to be done because understanding customer active is essential for keeping and protect them to switch another cell phone operator. This research purpose to watching carefully the perception about service of marketing mix that bargained by ESIA cellular operator to loyalty of using post paid customer cell phone. The variable in this research taking from Zeithaml and Bitner service marketing theory and Yazid adopt it (1999:21) and the composition7P’s are product, price, place, promotion, participant, physical evidence, and process. Analyze model adapted from Customer Behavior simple model by Assael (1984:11) with using multiple linear regression technique, F test and t test.  Base on analyze, can take a resume that marketing mix perception variable (cellular telecommunication service, price, facility ease, promotion, staff servicing, physical evidence, and administration process)  post paid ESIA customer feels influenced to using cell phone loyalty at ESIA cellular operator in Surabaya as significantly both of single test and simultaneous test. As a single test, this result can look at each of t test that always have score more than 1,6616. While as simultaneous test, can take a look of F test result is 51,611 that more than score of F table 2,127. From the result of analysis, knows that price of cellular telecommunication that charged to post paid customer have dominant influence to loyalty of cell phone used  post paid customer ESIA  in Surabaya. While, the variable of facility ease have very little influenced.
