ANC visits are very important for a pregnant woman, to ensure the quality of ANCservices, there needs to be an indicator stating the visit of pregnant women with coverage of K1 and K4, where K1 is the first contact of pregnant women with health workers and K4 is the fourth contact of pregnant women or more with health workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors influencing maternal behavior to conduct ANC (K4) visits at Centro Saúde Comunitaria Letefoho. This research method was observational analytic with cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study consisted of 136 mothers and determined by using systematic random sampling techniques. Data were collected by using questionnaires and were analyzed by applying descriptive and bivariate using SPSS version 21. The results showed suggested that maternal education (p = 0.956), mother's knowledge (p = 0.420), mother's attitude (p = 0.817) and social culture (p = 0.618) had no association with ANC visit while the husband support (p = 0.032) and distance to health services (p = 0,000) were found to be correlated to ANC visits.

The prevalence of stunting in five-year-old infants in Indonesia in 2018 it is 30.8% while in two-year babies it is 29.9% which consists of 12.8% very short and 17.1% short. Stunting can be caused by a variety of factors, such as the implementation of initiation of early breastfeeding which is not appropriate and the provision of breast milk is not exclusive. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between early breastfeeding initiation and exclusive breastfeeding with stunting in two-year-old infants aged 7-24 months in the work area of Pantoloan Health Center. This type of research is an analytical survey with design cross sectional. The sample in this study were two-year-old infants aged 7-24 months totaling 57 samples with sampling techniques namely simple random sampling and data analysis using Chi Square. The results showed that respondents who experienced stunting were 36.8% and not stunting 63.2%. Respondents who had early breastfeeding initiation tended not to experience stunting (79.2%), while respondents who received exclusive breastfeeding tended not to experience stunting (81.0%). The results of the statistical test showed a significant relationship between early breastfeeding initiation and exclusive breastfeeding with stunting with the same p-value of 0.033 (α <0.05). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between early breastfeeding initiation and exclusive breastfeeding with stunting. Suggestions for researchers for health workers to promote and implement early breastfeeding initiatives and exclusive breastfeeding for mothers to prevent and minimize the incidence of stunting in children in the future.

Various studies show that the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still very low. Exclusive breastfeeding is very important for the survival of the baby because it contains growth factors and antibody substances. If breast milk is not given exclusively, the immune system's maturation process will be disrupted and cause the baby to get infected easily. The purpose of this study was to find out the most dominant factors affecting the failure of exclusive breastfeeding at Turi Health Center, Lamongan Regency. This research is descriptive descriptive analysis with cross sectional design. A sample of 132 mothers who have babies aged 6-12 months with the Simple Randem Sampling technique, questionnaire instruments, data analysis with the Logistic Regression test. Most of the mothers did not initiate early breastfeeding, namely 78 (59.1%), got enough husband support 80 respondents (60.6%) and interested in promoting formula milk as many as 74 respondents (56.1%). For partial test Early breastfeeding initiation has a Sig 0.003 value, husband's support for Sig 0.004 and promotion of formula milk Sig 0.001. The results of the analysis of the most dominant variable on the failure of Exclusive ASI were husband's support with a value of OR 1.868. The nutritional status in the first 1000 days of life is very important. WHO and UNICEF recommend that newborn babies should only be breastfed for at least six months, so that babies can grow and develop optimally. The recommendation has been applied, but the failure of exclusive breastfeeding still occurs. This study aimed to analyze the determinants of exclusive breastfeeding of not working mothers in the work area of Oesapa Public Health Center, Kelapa Lima subdistrict in 2019. This is a quantitative study with cross-sectional study design. This research was conducted in the work area of Oesapa Public Health Center with a sample of 61 babies. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test and multiple logistic regression tests. The results showed that the variables of mother’s knowledge (ρ= 0,001), mother’s trust (ρ= 0,024), family’s support (ρ= 0,000), and health care provider’s support (ρ= 0,028) are related to exclusive breastfeeding, but mothers’ age (ρ= 0.257) and information exposure (ρ= 1,000) are not related to exclusive breastfeeding. The factor of family’s support (ρ= 0,001) and mother’s knowledge (ρ= 0,005) had the highest correlation with exclusive breastfeeding. The mothers' level of knowledge also had a major contribution to the success of exclusive breastfeeding. To achieve exclusive breastfeeding success, mothers need support from the family (especially husband) and complete information from health workers so the mothers’ knowledge can be improved. The health centers need to utilize various health promotion media to increase the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding.
