Introduction. Air pollution with aerosols of mineral fibers in the manufacturing heat-insulating building products is the primary harmful production factor that can increase the risks of developing several diseases of various organs and systems. It determines the relevance of conducting comprehensive studies of the dust factor in such industries, assessing the relationship between mass measurements and fibre counts, the development of targeted preventive measures, considering the features of the technological process. The study aims to conduct comprehensive hygienic studies of the dust factor in the manufacturing heat-insulating building products from basalt fiber and determine the morphological features of dust at different stages of the technological process, the presence of a relationship between mass measurements and fibre counts. Materials and methods. The studies were carried out based on manufacturing heat-insulating building products from basalt fiber. To assess the dust factor, the authors carried out the analysis of mass measurements of dust and fibre counts using phase-contrast light microscopy. The authors used linear regression analysis to study the dependence of the mass measurements and fibre counts. Results. The mass measurements of dust in the working area don't exceed hygienic standards and ranges from 0.51 mg/m3 to 1.19 mg/m3, and the fibre counts are from 0.45 f/cm3 to 1.23 f/cm3. The morphological analysis of the dust samples' preparations collected on filters from the air of the working area made it possible to reveal the characteristic features of the composition of the dust at various stages of the technological process. The study confirmed a positive correlation of weak strength between fibre counts and the mass measurements. The resulting dependence model is statistically significant, but the coefficient of determination of this model (R2) is 0.043. Fibre counts in the first phase of the production cycle are significantly higher than in the second. Simultaneously, the mass measurements do not have significant differences in different phases of the production cycle. Conclusions. There is a positive correlation of weak strength between fibre counts and mass measurements, but the resulting linear regression model can explain only 4.3% of the variation of fibre counts based on the mass measurements, which does not allow using this model for converting of the results of measurements of several particles. Microscopy of dust preparations makes it possible to determine the morphological picture characteristic of various stages of the technological process. Fibre counts depend on the phase of the production cycle. The data obtained can be used to design air purification systems and operating modes at various stages of the technological process.

The effect of pH on the degree of autolysis of cultures of Aspergillus niger autolysed at different pH values has been studied. In each experiment the fungus was grown in a chemically defined medium until autolysis commenced. At that time the pH was adjusted to values of 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 and automatically controlled at that pH throughout the autolytic period. A positive correlation (r = 0.77) between pH and the degree of autolysis was found. Linear regression analysis indicated that the data were fitted by a line of slope 2.53 and an ordinate intercept of 41.83.

This study evaluated the fluoride intake from dentifrices with different fluoride concentrations ([F]) by children aged 24-36 months, as well as the influence of the dentifrice flavor in the amount of fluoride ingested during toothbrushing. Thirty-three children were randomly divided into 3 groups, according to the [F] in the dentifrices: G-A (523 µgF/g), G-B (1,062 µgF/g) and G-C (1,373 µgF/g). Dentifrices A and B are marketed for children, while dentifrice C is a regular product. The amount of F ingested was indirectly obtained, subtracting the amount expelled and the amount left on the toothbrush from the amount initially loaded onto the brush. The results were analyzed by ANOVA, Tukey's test and linear regression analysis (p < 0.05). Children ingested around 60% of the dentifrice loaded onto the brush, but no significant differences were seen among the groups (p > 0.05). Mean daily fluoride intake from dentifrice for G-A, G-B and G-C was 0.022ª, 0.032ª and 0.061b mg F/kg body weight, respectively (p < 0.01). There was a strong positive correlation (r = 0.86, p < 0.0001) between the amount of dentifrice used and the amount of fluoride ingested during toothbrushing. The results indicate the need for instructing children's parents and care givers to use a small amount of dentifrice (< 0.3 g) to avoid excessive ingestion of fluoride. The use of low-[F] dentifrices by children younger than 6 years also seems to be a good alternative to minimize fluoride intake. Dentifrice flavor did not influence the percentage of fluoride intake.

The question of compensation in addition to sensitive to be driving someone to worl due to an effect on morale and discipline employees. Therefore , any  agency or any organization should be able to provide compensation equal to the workload  to create a workforce that efficient and effective manner can be realized. Amaore than that, the company’s goal to improve performance. Performance assessment is a subjective process that involves human judgments. Thus, performance assessment is very likely wrong and very easily influonced by sources that are not actual, so it must be taken into account and considered reasinable. Frformance appraisals are considered  to meet the target if it has a good impact on new employees who rated their performance. Simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 12:00 data processing obtained tegression equation Y = 0,487 X 74 + with an explanation of X = award, 74 = constant, 0.487 = coefficient awards, and Y = performance based on simple linear regression equation in case of increase of one unit of the  performance award will be increased 0.487 units. If company policy negates the performance award will remain at a constant rate (74) units . (A) Test results obtained thitung significant constants of (12.574) > t table for (1.960 then reject Ho constanta significant meaning. (B) significant Test award coefficient t count the results obtained by (2.164)> t table foe (1.96) then reject Ho the mean coeffent of appreciation affect the performance . (C) correlation coefficient analysis is done by calculating the product moment corration (pearson)  to test  whether or not a strong  relationship between the variables X  dan Y , based on the results of cakculations with SPSS  table valuse obtained by calculating the  correlation coefficient r (0.3100> r on the table for a = 0,05 (0.291) then reject Ho, which means there is a relationship of respect for performance. When we enter these valuse in the table shows the interpretation of the correlation coefficient between the interval from 0.20 to 0.399 which has a low relationship
