Penelitian dan pengembangan konten LMS Google Classroom pada mata kuliah geometri untuk calon guru matematika memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui proses, hasil, dan kualitas dari LMS Google Classroom pada pembelajaran Geometri dengan metode Blended Learning yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan calon guru matematika. Untuk mengetahui proses dan hasil, penelitian dan pengembangan konten  dilakukan mengikuti tahapan penelitian dan pengembangan Plomp. Kemudian kualitas hasil LMS dievaluasi menggunakan standar MTebe dan Raisamo yang terdiri dari aspek kualitas mata kuliah, kualitas sistem, penggunaan LMS, kepuasan pengguna, dan kebermanfaatan. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan terdiri dari invesigasi awal, desain, realisasi, tes-evaluasi-revisi, dan implementasi. Hasil dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah sebuah LMS Google Classroom yang telah lengkap dengan konten Geometry. Konten telah divalidasi oleh ahli dan diujicobakan pada subyek bukan sampel. Setelah itu, LMS diimplementasikan dan diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan evaluasi terhadap kualitas LMS. Evaluasi menunjukkan kualitas aspek mata kuliah bernilai 3.66 dari 4, kualitas sistem 3.72 dari 4, kualitas kepuasan pengguna 3.16 dari 4, kualitas pengunaan LMS 3.29 dari 4, dan kualitas kebermanfaat 3 dari 4. Beberapa respon diperoleh dari penerapan penelitian ini yaitu dengan mahasiswa dapat belajar lebih baik dengan tersedianya semua materi, video, dan silabus di LMS, selain itu pembelajaran menjadi transparan. Hal ini kemudian penting untuk mahasiswa calon guru karena pengalaman ini membantu membentuk keyakinan tentang pembelajaran. Mahasiswa juga menyatakan kualitas sistem LMS Google Classroom baik dan mahasiswa menyukai tampilan sederhana di LMS, notifikasi pengingat tugas, serta kemudahan untuk mengumpulkan tugas dalam berbagai format.The Research and development (R&D) of LMS Google Classroom of Geometry course for mathematics teacher candidates aims to know and describe the process, result, and quality of the LMS Google Classroom in geometry course for the blended learning model which is appropriate for mathematics teacher candidates’ needs. To answer the process and result of LMS, the research and development followed the R &D steps of Plomp. After that, the quality of the LMS is evaluated using the MTebe & Raisamo standard which consists of these aspects: course quality, system quality, learner satisfaction, LMS use, and perceived benefits. The R&D methods consist of these steps: initial investigation, design, realization, test-evaluation-revision, and implementation. The result of this R&D is a complete form of LMS Google Classroom for Geometry Course. The content is validated by experts and is tested into teaching and learning geometry for non-sample or non-participants. After that, the LMS is implemented in the Geometry course and the quality is being evaluated. The evaluation result shows that the course quality got a score of 3.66 out of 4, system quality scored 3.72 out of 4, user satisfaction scored 3.16 out of 4, user quality scored 3.28 out of 4, and benefit quality scored 3 out of 4. Other qualitative responses show that the pre-service teacher likes the LMS because it shows all of the content, video, and syllabus so the pre-service teacher able to learn better. Other than that, the pre-service teacher agreed that the availability of all materials made them know the purpose and expected result of the course. Therefore, the course becomes transparent and it is important for giving this example for the pre-service teacher so they change beliefs about teaching. The pre-service teacher also agreed that the system quality of LMS google classroom is helpful especially for the simple design of the LMS, notification reminders of the assignment, and the easiness of submitting the assignment by various formats.

Abstract Background Telepathology is the practice of reviewing and exchanging pathological images through telecommunication systems to obtain diagnoses remotely. Studying the factors that make such a system successful and favourable is important to ensure the merits of its implementation in clinical practice. Objective This study aims to evaluate the success of a telepathology system from the users’ perspectives, using specific evaluation criteria, namely: system quality, information quality, technical service quality, user satisfaction, and benefits. Methods A sequential explanatory mixed methods design was adopted in this study, which consists of two phases. Initially, a questionnaire was distributed via WhatsApp to all of the pathologists (total: 45) working at governmental hospitals in Kuwait. Followed by, semi-structured interviews with ten senior pathologists. Results Forty pathologists responded to the questionnaire, giving an 89% response rate. There were 42.5% of the respondents aged between 35–44 years old, and 52.5% were male. The quantitative results reveal that most of the respondents were satisfied with the quality of the telepathology system with a mean of 2.6025 (Standard Deviation (SD) = 0.47176), whereas they were dissatisfied with the quality of the information with a mean of 2.4100 (SD = 1.580) and the technical support services with a mean of 2.2750 (SD = 0.99535). In addition, there was disagreement on the benefits of telepathology in clinical practice among the pathologists with a mean of 2.4667 (SD = 0.77552). The qualitative results indicate that the lack of interest in and little experience with using the system were behind the general dissatisfaction of most of the respondents. All of the interviewees were satisfied with the performance of the telepathology system and considered it successful; however, the quality of the technical support services, including training workshops, was deemed deficient. Conclusion This study concluded that telepathology system in Kuwait is functioning well and has been successful in its implementation; however, pathologists are dissatisfied with it, mainly due to the deficient quality of the technical support services provided. In addition, the successful implementation of such advanced technologies requires careful steps to be taken on multiple levels: technical, organisational, and managerial. Recommendations were suggested.

Nowadays technology grow extremely fast and it is helpful in communication and transactions, this effect to human behavior that people consider using technology intentively in daily activites cause of its facilities, one of facilities is digital economic transactions or e-money. Due to increasing of technology, there are some companies run their business form e-money based applications, one of the applications is the PayTren. The purposed of this research is to examine the satisfactory of the user who apply PayTren applications, such as the influence of information quality, system quality, service quality and security. The method of the research is based on DeLone and McLean models, then it will be modified. The research’s data is quantitative data. researchers collected 89 questionnaires from the population of PayTren application users in Batam by using a purposive sampling technique.  The conclusion of the research show that there is an influence between the quality of information, service quality and security on the satisfaction of e-money users based on the PayTren application, while it is found that there is no influence between the quality of the system on the satisfaction of e-money users based on PayTren applications.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan komik matematika berbasis kontekstual untuk materi lingkaran yang berkualitas baik berdasarkan tiga kriteria, yaitu valid, praktis, dan efektif. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D). Prosedur-prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan meliputi empat langkah: (1) melakukan perencanaan produk yang akandikembangkan, (2) mengembangkan produk awal, (3) validasi dan revisi produk, (4) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi. Uji coba komik dilakukan secara terbatas oleh 10 siswa kelas VIII SMP. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, sedangkan instrumen penelitian yangdigunakan meliputi lembar validasi, angket penggunaan media, dan angket respon siswa. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komik matematika dinyatakan valid dengan skor kevalidan 4 oleh ahli media dan 3,9 oleh ahli materi dari skor maksimum 5 sehingga dikategorikan valid, komik matematika dinyatakan praktis dengan hasil analisis persentase kepraktisan 76,28 % dan komik matematika dinyatakan efektif degan hasil analisis persentase keefektifan 79,4%, sehingga dikategorikan efektif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka media komik ini memiliki kualitas yang baik sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai satu upaya atau alternatif media dalam proses pembelajaran sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan bagi siswa.Kata Kunci: media pembelajaran, komik matematika, lingkaranThis research is a research that aims to develop contextual based mathematical comics for good quality circle material based on three criteria, namely valid, practical, and effective. The design of this research is Research and Development (R&D). The development procedures used include four steps: (1) conducting product planning to be developed, (2) developing initial products, (3) product validation and revision, (4) small-scale field trials and revisions. Comic trials are limited to 10 students in grade VIII SMP. Data collection techniques applied in this study were questionnaires, while the research instruments used included validation sheets, media use questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. The research data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that mathematics comics are declared valid with a validity score of 4 by media experts and 3.9 by material experts from a maximum score of 5 so that they are categorized valid, mathematical comics are declared practical with the results of a practicality percentage analysis of 76.28% and mathematical comics are declared effective with the result of the analysis of the effectiveness percentage is 79.4%, so it is categorized as effective. Based on these results, this comic media has good quality so that it can be used as an alternative media used by teachers in the teaching and learning process in an effort to improve the quality of education and create a pleasant atmosphere for students.Keywords: learning media, mathematical comics, circles

Interest is growing in educational designs that blend MOOCs with on-campus teaching and researchers are seeking to incorporate the spirit of a MOOC into a hybrid model. This article reports on the current experience of a higher education institution embarking on blended learning models. The aim of this article is to present a case study and to discuss the strategic approach to integrating a MOOC at undergraduate level. The evaluation strategy of this experience uses surveys and focus groups to interpret the results and the perspective of the various stakeholders. The analysis synthesizes the opinion of the main stakeholders – the institution, the students and the academic staff – and shows that in addition to improving the financial viability of MOOCs, blended learning models improve the quality of students' education, strengthen students' academic performance, and encourage academic staff to constantly innovate their teaching and learning process.

The traditional context of learning is experiencing a radical change. Along with the advancement of information technology, the electronic learning (eLearning) has played an important role in teaching and learning, which has become more and more popular not only in different levels of schools but also in various commercial or industrial companies. Measuring and evaluating eLearning systems have become a priority for both schools and commercial or industrial companies to justify investments, assess impacts, and better meet learner and teacher expectations. In context of eLearning, few studies have been conducted to assess the success of eLearning systems. This study provides the first empirical test for an adaption of Delone and McLean’s information systems success model considering both parts of the model, dimensions and relationships, to assess eLearning systems success from educators’ perspective. Data collected by questionnaire from 74 higher education educators that using eLearning systems in Bahrain was analyzed. Except for the link system quality to user satisfaction, the hypothesized relationships between the six success variables are significantly or marginally supported by the data. The findings show several important implications for eLearning research and practice.

Its function is very important to support the academic activities and to improve the quality of teaching and learning. Excelllent educational services which good quality and easy to use can be reached by improving the quality of the learning web. In an effort to optimize the contribution of information technology and ensure the web services that have been provided are appropriate, it is necessary to know the level of service provided to improve quality. This research was conducted using the IPA method (Importance-Performance Analysis) which is used to measure the level of user satisfaction with the services provided and using the WebQual method to measure the quality of the learning web used. Data collection is done by conducting a questionnaire on STMIK XYZ Palembang students by giving 2 questions. Measurements are made by comparing the value between performance and importance of the assessment variable. The results showed that the quality of the SIA Simponi STMIK XYZ had not met the expectations of the users, so it was necessary for the manager to improve the services provided for all dimensions, namely usability (U), information quality (I), interaction quality (A) especially for variables which is included in  fourth quadrant.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword : </em></strong><em>Academic Information System, WebQual, Importance-Performance Analysis</em></p><p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong></p><p><em>Sistem Informasi Akademik merupakan sistem informasi pembelajaran online dan interaktif yang dimiliki oleh perguruan tinggi. Layanan  pendidikan yang berkualitas secara fungsionalitas maupun yang mudah dalam penggunaan dapat dilakukan melalui perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas web pembelajaran. Dalam usaha mengoptimalkan kontribusi teknologi informasi dan memastikan layanan web yang telah diberikan telah sesuai maka perlu diketahui tingkat layanan yang diberikan guna peningkatan kualitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna atas layanan yang diberikan serta menggunakan metode WebQual untuk mengukur kualitas dari web pembelajaran yang digunakan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan kuesioner terhadap mahasiswa STMIK XYZ Palembang dengan memberikan 2bentuk pertanyaan. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan membandingkan nilai antara performance dengan importance dari variabel penilaian. This research aims to analyze the success of the website of Borobudur University using Delone & Mclean Model. Variables used in this research are the quality of information, system quality, service quality, and user satisfaction. The research population is a regular student at the University of Borobudur, with a population of 431 people. The number of samples used in this research was 82 people, with a significance level of 10%. Meanwhile, in determining the sample using non probability sampling approach by using accidental sampling technique. Data collection activities were conducted using questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, to describe the profile of respondents and to know the user perception of research variables. Based on the results of research, showed that students' perceptions of the website of the University of Borobudur is high. While based on the results of hypothesis testing, also obtained result that all hypothesis in test accepted, where there is a positive and significant relationship between information quality to the user satisfaction of website, there is a positive and significant relationship between system quality to the user satisfaction of website, and there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality to user satisfaction of website.

Teaching in an era dominated by millennials represents a challenging task for educators in Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs). One distinct feature in teaching millennials is the advancement in digital learning which has improved learning styles in higher education. Besides face-to-face interactions with the instructors, the blended learning approach has been introduced in many courses to cater to the needs of millennial learners. This study aims to provide an insight into on students’ acceptance and satisfaction towards the use of Learning Management System (LMS) in a blended learning environment. An online survey was administered to 167 respondents. The majority of the respondents are below 22 years of age and first-year students who are fresh and new to the blended learning concept. This study measured factors like technology experience, computer anxiety, service quality, system quality, information quality, course quality, and instructor to determine the students’ overall satisfaction. The model was analysed using the partial-least-squares structural modelling approach. The result shows that service quality, instructor quality, and course quality are among the critical factors towards students’ acceptance and satisfaction. Therefore, to ensure LMS’s effectiveness and students’ satisfaction, decision-makers at the higher institution should consider these factors before implementing a blended learning initiative via LMS as the platform.

This study aims to determine the success of the implementation of the Regional Financial Management Information System (SIPKD) in the Regional Work Unit (SIPKD) in the Sumedang District Government, by examining the effect of system quality, information quality and service quality on user satisfaction and its implications for net benefits. This study uses primary data from questionnaires given to leaders of agencies, operators, and administrators of SIPKD. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the system, the quality of information, and the quality of service affect user satisfaction and impact on net benefits both partially and simultaneously. The results of this study contribute to adding literature on the implementation of information systems in public sector organizations, and influencing factors can be used as a reference for public sector organizations in assessing the application of information systems.

Academic Portal SIAKAD STMIK AKAKOM with address siakad.akakom.ac.id, was built with the aim of improving the quality of performance and services as well as the means of academic interaction between lecturers, students and academic departments based on information technology. Evaluate the success of its application is necessary to always meet its objectives. Based on previous research and basic theory of TAM and DeLone and McLean model hence researcher make model to analyze acceptance factors and intention of sustainability use SIAKAD STMIK AKAKOM. Analyzer used is PLS 3.0. TAM describes the behavioral factors of computer users based on the beliefs, attitudes, intention, and user behaviour relationship. The DeLone and McLean model is an information system success model with three parts of the instrument, the first used to measure the technical success of the system quality, the two measures of semantic success ie the quality of information, and the three measures of effective information system is use, user satisfaction, individual impact and organizational impact. The results of empirical research indicate variable of Information Quality and System Quality that affect the User Satisfaction  towards SIAKAD STMIK AKAKOM, while the sustainability intention using SIAKAD STMIK AKAKOM determined by User Satisfaction variable.
