<p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em> </em><em>Academic Information System is an online and interactive learning information system owned by universities. Its function is very important to support the academic activities and to improve the quality of teaching and learning. Excelllent educational services which good quality and easy to use can be reached by improving the quality of the learning web. In an effort to optimize the contribution of information technology and ensure the web services that have been provided are appropriate, it is necessary to know the level of service provided to improve quality. This research was conducted using the IPA method (Importance-Performance Analysis) which is used to measure the level of user satisfaction with the services provided and using the WebQual method to measure the quality of the learning web used. Data collection is done by conducting a questionnaire on STMIK XYZ Palembang students by giving 2 questions. Measurements are made by comparing the value between performance and importance of the assessment variable. The results showed that the quality of the SIA Simponi STMIK XYZ had not met the expectations of the users, so it was necessary for the manager to improve the services provided for all dimensions, namely usability (U), information quality (I), interaction quality (A) especially for variables which is included in  fourth quadrant.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword : </em></strong><em>Academic Information System, WebQual, Importance-Performance Analysis</em></p><p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong></p><p><em>Sistem Informasi Akademik merupakan sistem informasi pembelajaran online dan interaktif yang dimiliki oleh perguruan tinggi. Fungsinya sangat penting untuk mendukung kelancaran kegiatan akademik maupun peningkatan kualitas belajar mengajar. Layanan  pendidikan yang berkualitas secara fungsionalitas maupun yang mudah dalam penggunaan dapat dilakukan melalui perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas web pembelajaran. Dalam usaha mengoptimalkan kontribusi teknologi informasi dan memastikan layanan web yang telah diberikan telah sesuai maka perlu diketahui tingkat layanan yang diberikan guna peningkatan kualitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna atas layanan yang diberikan serta menggunakan metode WebQual untuk mengukur kualitas dari web pembelajaran yang digunakan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan kuesioner terhadap mahasiswa STMIK XYZ Palembang dengan memberikan 2bentuk pertanyaan. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan membandingkan nilai antara performance dengan importance dari variabel penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa </em><em>kualitas SIA Simponi STMIK XYZ belum memenuhi harapan dari pengguna sehingga perlu upaya dari pihak pengelola untuk memperbaiki layanan yang diberikan untuk semua dimensi yang ada yaitu </em><em>usability(U), information quality(I), interaction quality(A) terutama untuk variabel-vararibel yang termasuk dalam kuadran empat</em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci : </em></strong><em>Sistem Informasi Akademik, WebQual, Importance-Performance Analysis</em>

INTISARIPondok Pesantren Imam Bukhari Surakarta merupakan lembaga pendidikan berbasis agama Islam yang menerapkan pendidikan dengan sistem boarding school, dengan jumlah siswa mencapai 2500 siswa aktif. Dalam pengelolaannya saat ini pondok pesantren telah menerapkan penggunaan sistem informasi dalam kegiatan di lembaga pendidikannya, namun dalam penggunaan sistem informasinya belum dilakukan evaluasi layanan dan kualitas website. Oleh karena itu maka sangat diperlukan sebuah evaluasi layanan dan kualitas website untuk pengembangan dan penggunaan sistem informasi yang menjadikan pondok pesantren memiliki sistem informasi yang dapat diandalkan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu melakukan evaluasi layanan dan kualitas website sistem informasi pondok pesantren Imam Bukhari menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0 yang melakukan evaluasi pada variabel independen. Yaitu 3 area meliputi usability, information quality, dan service interaction quality. Hasil dari penelitian adalah rekomendasi berupa hipotesis dan rekomendasi tentang kepuasan pengguna yang merupakan variabel dependen dari penilaian pada standar nilai area variabel independent dan ukuran kualitas website sistem informasi yang diimplementasikan di Pondok Pesantren Imam Bukhari. Kata kunci— evaluasi layanan, kualitas website, sistem informasi, webqual 4,0  ABSTRACTImam Bukhari Islamic Boarding School Surakarta is an Islamic religious-based educational institution that implements boarding school education, with a total of 2500 active students. In its current management, Islamic boarding schools have implemented the use of information systems in activities at their educational institutions, but in the use of information systems there has not been an evaluation of the service and quality of the website. Therefore, it is very necessary to evaluate the service and quality of the website for the development and use of information systems that make Islamic boarding schools have reliable information systems. The research objective is to evaluate the service and quality of the Imam Bukhari Islamic boarding school information system website using the WebQual 4.0 method which evaluates the independent variables. Namely 3 areas include usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. The results of the study are recommendations in the form of hypotheses and recommendations about user satisfaction which is the dependent variable of the assessment on the standard value of the independent variable area and the size of the quality of the information system website implemented at the Imam Bukhari Islamic Boarding School. Kata kunci—  Service evaluation, website quality, information system, webqual 4,0.

Website is an important part of any organization namely in the government, business, health and education sectors. In the world of higher education, website can be used to disseminate information related to campus life as well as a medium for promoting the existence of the campus to the outside world. As a higher education institution, Polytechnic ATI Padang own a website which is used to display various information about campus academic activities. In its management, the level of user satisfaction of the website of Polytechnic ATI Padang has never been measured. The Webqual 4.0 method used in this study aims to measure the satisfaction of internal website users by looking at the dimensions of Usability, Information Quality, Interaction Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Measurements performed by using a questionnaire instrument with Likert scale then calculated with the help of SPSS software. The results obtained that the independent variables, namely Usability, Information Quality, Interaction Quality have an influence on the dependent variable Customer Satisfaction of 70.1% and there are still 29.9% of other independent variables that can affect the dependent variable Customer Satisfaction. Furthermore, based on the results of the calculation of the satisfaction level with Likert scale, it was found that the variables of Usability, Information Quality, Interaction Quality and Customer Satisfaction received a satisfied interpretation, so it can be concluded that the Polytechnic ATI Padang website provides good service to its users.

Website Portal Alumni Amikom Yogyakarta yang dapat diakses pada alamat domain alumni.amikom.ac.id merupakan bagian dari Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta yang berfungsi sebagai sarana berbagi informasi sekaligus bertindak sebagai penghubung antara perusahaan pencari tenaga kerja dan para pencari kerja khususnya alumni Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta. Selama ini website alumni sudah berjalan belum dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kualitas layanan website yang didasarkan pada persepsi pengguna akhir sebagai umpan balik kepada pengelola website sehingga pengelola dapat mengetahui sejauh mana kepuasan pengguna dan kualitas layanan yang sudah diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan website alumni menggunakan tiga dimensi yang ada pada metode Webqual 4.0. Tiga dimensi itu sendiri terdiri dari Kegunaan, Kualitas Informasi, dan Kualitas Interaksi Layanan. Pendistribusian kuisioner dilakukan terhadap 200 sampel responden. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh ketiga dimensi Webqual 4.0 terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Dimensi yang paling berpengaruh yaitu Kualitas Informasi dan Kualitas Interaksi Layanan. Hal ini berarti peningkatan dapat dilakukan pada indicator yang memiliki nilai rata-rata terendah. Peningkatan pada dimensi Kualitas Informasi dapat dilakukan perbaruan secara berkala sehingga informasi yang disajikan menjadi lebih relevan. Sedangkan untuk dimensi Kualitas Interaksi Layanan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap keluhan seputar website alumni.Kata Kunci — Kualitas Layanan, Website Alumni, Webqual 4.0The Alumni Amikom Yogyakarta Website which can be accessed at the domain address alumni.amikom.ac.id is part of the Amikom University of Yogyakarta which serves as a means of sharing information while acting as a liaison between the company and job seekers, especially alumni of Yogyakarta Amikom University. So far, the alumni website has been running, yet an evaluation of the quality of website services has been carried out based on the perception of the end user as feedback to the website manager so that the manager can find out how far the user satisfaction is and the quality of the service provided. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of the alumni website service using three dimensions that exist in the method of Webqual 4.0, there are Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality. The conclusion of this study is the influence of the three dimensions of Webqual 4.0 on user satisfaction. The most influential dimensions are Information Quality and Service Interaction Quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of academic information systems in improving the quality of higher education implementation in PGRI STKIP Bangkalan, and the extent to which the policies of implementing higher education before and after the use of information systems and how satisfaction is felt by students towards academic information systems at STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, named STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad.The study was conducted by conducting a survey of users of the internet-based academic information system (Siakad STKIP PGRI Bangkalan), namely lecturers, students and employees with the method of observation and conducting in-depth interviews to obtain as much information as possible from all respondents/informants. The number of informants was 5 people consisting of the chairman of STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, Vice Chairman I, Head of BAAK and two students who had experience in their respective fields of work, knew deeply and had many roles in the process of using information systems.Based on the results of the study, it was shown that with the use of the information system/ STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad which is one of the facilities for the smooth activities of the teaching and learning process, it proved to provide convenience, many benefits and benefits that greatly support the duties of serving lecturers, students and outsiders requiring. This is evidenced by the support of the support of lecturers and students, capacity, namely the ability of employees to process data and value, namely the benefits felt by lecturers, employees and students as well as outside parties in need.

ABSTRACT One of strategic that has been carried out by several universities in Indonesia to achieve quality academic and governance services is through the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the form of the use of academic information systems that contribute to improving the reputation of universities, as well as increasing user satisfaction. Lecture activities such as teaching and learning activities (KBM), the implementation of the semester exam, lecturer meeting is a daily operational activities. Teaching and learning activities are things that have become routine, but still often happens that students forget the academic activities that become obligations either because of a schedule change or other reasons. Regular schedule changes are usually distributed by the Administration to students or lecturers manually through a notice board The use of media boards raises difficulties for students, especially for students who have off-campus activities so the use of bulletin boards to convey information about lectures and academic activities among students became less effective. Therefore, an application is needed to help the delivery of information in realtime to remind students to carry out academic activities on schedule. Target to be achieved is to provide an e-reminder application of academic activities. This application consists of 3 users, the admin to enter the information mading, user (lecturer) to determine the schedule of guidance and user (student) to display the schedule of lectures, and the payment of the lecture along with notification of the schedule reminder so it can help and provide convenience for the administration in preparing and reminding activities to be carried out so that students can see about academic information and tuition payment information in real time both to students who are inside and outside the campus. Keywords : e-reminder, academic activities, mobile app<br />ABSTRAK<br />Beberapa perguruan tinggi di Indonesia untuk mencapai pelayanan akademik dan tata kelola yang berkualitas adalah melalui pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) berupa penggunaan sistem informasi akademik yang berperan untuk meningkatkan reputasi perguruan tinggi, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna Kegiatan belajar mengajar merupakan hal yang sudah menjadi rutinitas, namun masih seringkali terjadi mahasiswa yang lupa dengan aktifitas akademik yang menjadi kewajibannya karena adanya perubahan jadwal, ataupun hal lainnya. Perubahan jadwal regular biasanya didistribusikan oleh pihak Tata Usaha ke mahasiswa atau dosen secara manual melalui papan pengumuman. Penggunaan media papan pengumuman menimbulkan kesulitan bagi mahasiswa, terutama bagi mahasiswa yang mempunyai aktifitas di luar kampus sehingga penggunaan papan pengumuman untuk menyampaikan seputar informasi perkuliahan dan kegiatan akademik di kalangan mahasiswa menjadi kurang efektif. Aplikasi ini terdiri dari 3 pengguna, yaitu admin untuk memasukan informasi mading, user (dosen) untuk menentukan jadwal bimbingan dan user (mahasiswa) untuk menampilkan jadwal kuliah, dan pembayaran kuliah beserta notifikasi pengingat jadwal tersebut sehingga dapat membantu dan memberikan kemudahan bagi pihak tata usaha dalam menyusun serta mengingatkan kegiatan yang akan dilakukan sehingga mahasiswa dapat melihat seputar informasi akademik dan informasi pembayaran uang kuliah secara real time baik kepada mahasiswa yang berada didalam maupun diluar kampus.<br />Kata kunci : e-reminder, aktifitas akademik, aplikasi mobile

Academic Portal SIAKAD STMIK AKAKOM with address siakad.akakom.ac.id, was built with the aim of improving the quality of performance and services as well as the means of academic interaction between lecturers, students and academic departments based on information technology. Evaluate the success of its application is necessary to always meet its objectives. Based on previous research and basic theory of TAM and DeLone and McLean model hence researcher make model to analyze acceptance factors and intention of sustainability use SIAKAD STMIK AKAKOM. Analyzer used is PLS 3.0. TAM describes the behavioral factors of computer users based on the beliefs, attitudes, intention, and user behaviour relationship. The DeLone and McLean model is an information system success model with three parts of the instrument, the first used to measure the technical success of the system quality, the two measures of semantic success ie the quality of information, and the three measures of effective information system is use, user satisfaction, individual impact and organizational impact. The results of empirical research indicate variable of Information Quality and System Quality that affect the User Satisfaction  towards SIAKAD STMIK AKAKOM, while the sustainability intention using SIAKAD STMIK AKAKOM determined by User Satisfaction variable.

The e-Raport system is used as an information system designed by schools to inform parents of student development by schools, which has been implemented in all state schools in various provinces in Indonesia including Banten province. SMPN 5 Tangerang is one of the public schools in Tangerang city that uses the e-Raport System as a substitute for reports of students' learning outcomes manually. The problem raised in this study is whether the quality of the e-Raport System affects user satisfaction. This research focuses on user satisfaction e-Raport system using webQual 4.0 method consisting of 3 variables namely usability, information quality, and interaction quality. The data used in the primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires using a likert scale with 20 points of statement to 400 respondents. Data obtained and processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS software. Based on webqual variable 4.0, the analysis results showed that the quality of usefulness, information quality, and interaction quality influenced user satisfaction.

Tokome.id is an e-commerce company that provides merchandise manufacturing services by sending a design image of the product that we want to buy or sell. The purpose of this research is to measure the quality of the website owned by Tokome.id. To see the quality of a website, it is necessary to measure based on the quality based on the users using Webqual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables (usability, information quality, service interaction quality), and 22 question indicators. The technique used by researchers is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method which provides an overview of what indicators need improvement or needs to maintain their quality based on user perceptions and expectations. Based on the results of the analysis of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), it shows that the 22 items analyzed using the importance-performance analysis method are divided into quadrant I (8 items), quadrant II (6 items), quadrant III ( 5 items), and quadrant IV (3 items). Items that are considered very important and need to be improved are in quadrant I, namely the sense of data or information security when accessing the website. These outcome show that the quality of the Tokome. id website is still lacking and has not met user expectations.

Etik Ipda Riyani: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the success of the implementation of the information system e-SPT Sales Tax (e-SPT PPN) to tax compliance. The model used in the study was the model of success of information systems updated D & M IS Success Model. This model is based on six measures of success is the quality information system (System Quality), the quality of information (Information Quality), quality of service (Service Quality), user interest (Intention to Use), the satisfaction of users (User Satisfaction), and tax compliance. The population of this research is all taxpayer is incorporated and registered in Madya Tax Office A and B. Researchers using simple random sampling in the sampling. The analytical tool used in this study were Path Analysis (Path Analysis).The results showed the successful implementation of the information system e-SPT PPN with dimensions System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality, Intention to Use and User Satisfaction effect on Tax Compliance.Key words: the success of information systems, e-SPT VAT, tax compliance

Abstrak: Sistem Informasi Akademik membantu kegiatan pengelolaan atau pengadministrasian berbagai kegiatan dalam rangka terselenggaranya proses belajar mengajar yang efektif dan efisien di suatu Lembaga Pendidikan tinggi. Universitas Bina Insani telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi Akademik selama lebih dari dua tahun. Namun pada kenyataanya sistem tersebut memiliki beberapa masalah terhadap pengunaannya. Agar suatu sistem informasi dapat berjalan dengan optimal sesuai dengan keperluan penggunanya, maka perlu adanya evaluasi terhadap sistem informasi. Evaluasi ini menggunakan metode DeLone & McLean (2003) dengan 4 variabel yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pengguna. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa dan dosen fakultas informatika serta bagian akademik dan bagian Pendidikan dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 92 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner online. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil analisis ini adalah diterimanya tiga dari tiga hipotesis yang diuji. Sehingga hasil tersebut menunjukan kualitas sistem mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai koefisiensi jalur sebesar 0,407 dan t-statistic sebesar 4,699, kualitas informasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai koefisiensi jalur sebesar 0,336 dan t-statistic sebesar 2,782 sedangkan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai koefisiensi jalur sebesar 0,206 dan t-statistic sebesar 1,898. Dengan demikian, Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Sistem Informasi Akademik yang telah diterapkan di Universitas Bina Insani dapat dikatakan sukses dalam memberikan manfaat yang baik terhadap penggunanya.     Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Akademik, DeLone & McLean, SmartPLS, PLS   Abstract: The Academic Information System assists activities in the management or administration of various activities in the context of implementing an effective and efficient teaching and learning process in a higher education institution. Bina Insani University has implemented an Academic Information System for more than two years. However, in fact the system has several problems with its use. In order for an information system to run optimally according to the needs of its users, it is necessary to evaluate the information system. This evaluation uses the DeLone & McLean (2003) method with 4 variables, system quality, information quality, service quality and user satisfaction. The population in this study were students and lecturers of the faculty of informatics as well as the academic and education sections with a total sample size of 92 respondents. The research instrument used an online questionnaire. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS software. The result of this analysis is the acceptance of three of the three hypotheses tested. So that these results indicate the quality of the system has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.407 and a t-statistic of 4.699, information quality has a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.336 and a t-statistic of 2,782 while service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on user satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.206 and a t-statistic of 1.898. Thus, this study shows that the Academic Information System that has been implemented at Bina Insani University can be said to be successful in providing good benefits to its users.     Keywords: Academic Information Systems, DeLone & McLean, SmartPLS, PLS
