This research aims to determine the difference of self-times students of grade X SMA Swasta PGRI Kupang based on modeling and self-management techniques, gender, and interaction of modeling and self-management techniques with gender in Student's self-affiliation needs. The research method used is the Quasi-experiment with the two-factor design research plan or often called 2 X 2 factorial design. The population of this study is all students of grade X private school SMA PGRI Kupang, which amounted to 423 students, with samples of 100 students. Every single group consists of 25 students where each group is divided into male and female groups. Sampling techniques using simple random sampling. The results showed that: (1) There is no difference of self-affiliation students of grade X  SMA Swasta PGRI Kupang based on modeling and self management techniques; (2) There is no difference of self-affiliated students of grade X SMA Swasta PGRI Kupang based on students' gender; and (3) No interaction of modeling and self-management techniques with the gender of students in determining the need of self-affiliated students of grade X SMA Swasta PGRI Kupang.

Background/Objectives: This study investigated differences in the attitude of users according to type of scarcity message and price discount conditions to compose T-commerce sales messages and search for effective strategic plans. Methods/Statistical analysis: This study empirically verifies the difference in promotion attitude and purchase intention between the type of T-Commerce scarcity message (quantity limit message / time limit message) and the price discount policy (price discount / non-discount) message. For this purpose, 2 (scarcity type: limited quantity, limited time) X 2 (with or without price discount: price discount, no price discount) factor design between subjects was used.

Protected Areas (PAs) are created for the protection and maintenance of biological diversity, but many of Ghana’s PAs are subjectto severe pressures and threats, the main pressures being the illegal extraction of natural resources. Rattans are indisputablyone of the most important Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFPs) in Ghana’s Protected Areas that is without doubt one of thereasons for which it has drawn the attention of researchers. In this study the illegal rattan extraction patterns in the AnkasaConservation Area (ACA) in Ghana was inspected. Simple random sampling and Snowball sampling techniques were used. Datacollection employed the use of semi-structured questionnaires, interviews and field enumeration of rattans as well as an analysisof Effective Patrol Man-days (EPMDS) from 2004 to 2012. The results showed a significant positive correlation (r = 0.75, p<0.05, r2 = 0.557) between patrol effort and rattan extraction encounters. In addition, there was a general reduction in illegalrattan extraction encounters from 2004 to 2012 at a rate of 4.3 per year. The highest illegal rattan extraction incidences wererecorded in 2006 (76 encounters), 2005 (35 encounters), 2008 (22 encounters), 2004 (18 encounters) and the least incidencewere recorded in both 2010 (3 encounters) and 2011 (3 encounters). The research also revealed that Eremospatha macrocarpawas the most extracted rattan species followed by Laccosperma secundiflorum. The major rattan extraction and trade routesoriginate in the northern parts and in the area east of the reserve and also south of Draw River Forest Reserve. Generally, rattanpoaching in Ankasa Conservation Area has declined, but there are still human incursions in the northern part of the reserve. Thestudy recommended an intensification of patrols in the north of the reserve. Also, enrichment planting and Agroforestry practicesof inter-cropping rattans with seasonal crops should be pursued vigorously for the local communities.

Abstract Self management is a strategy in which the cognitive behavioral approach in the application, subject to the expected full attendance during the intervention process. NAP is an HIV patient and had undergone antiretroviral therapy. Saturation, fatigue experienced by NAP during the ARV therapy, so found some times subject medical leave provisions. Healthy behavior in a sick person (in this case a person suffering from HIV) one of which is adherent to treatment that must be endured. This research aims to gain result the applying of self management techniques against medication adherence of NAP patient with HIV in the Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Pamardi PutraYogyakarta. This study focuses on the application of self-management techniques that include self-monitoring, self reinforcement and self evaluation of medication adherence that includes aspects of belief, accept and act on the subject. Researchers used quantitative approach by using the method of single subject design N = 1 model A-B-A now where the measurements and observations made in each phase. The subject in this study as many as one person with initials NAP. The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of applying the self management technique against NAP’s medication adherence. The results of this study indicate that the application of self-management techniques have a positive effect in improving NAP’s medication adherence with skor of 2SD smaller than skor of the mean phase difference A2 and A1. Stages through the application of this technique is extracting and determining value, set goals, formulate an action plan, the implementation of self-monitoring, self reinforcement and self evaluation. Based on the analysis of the results of the study concluded that the motivation, participation and discipline will determine the effectiveness of the intervention. Support of family members is also important to support the commitment of the subjects in this therapy. Keywords: behavior modification, HIV, medication adherence, self-management AbstrakManusia dapat memutuskan dan menentukan dirinya sendiri.

Polydipsia is a disorder that has received little attention in the research literature. Treatment has been mainly confined to medical or pharmacological intervention. Few studies have reported the use of contingency management techniques and none have sought to encourage self-management. This study shows how such a procedure brought about a significant change in rates of water drinking in a thirty-one year old man with a mild learning disability.
