Improving the quality of public services involving many absolutely necessary. Similiarly, in PT.PLN(Persero) Branch South Medan Rayon providing services costumers in the payment of electricity of bills. Although the service is quite good ad fast, the queses still common. Therefore, this study tries to provide alternative solutions to address the queue by applaying simulation method . Simulation analysis begin with collecting the data rate and the rate of arrival costumers service and continued analyzing the characterisrics of the service rate and the rate of arrival of acquired characterisrics of costumers. From created a simulation model that approaches the accrual conditions and proceed with the vaiduty test . Based on research conducted can be determined characteristics of queing models, namely random costumer arrivel patterns, time waitress exponential , service discipline FCFS (First Come First Served). To determine optimal number of officers carried out and optimal simulation. Optimal conditions obtained 6 (six) officers and six lines with cisideration of time in the most minimal system. By ontaining optimal conditions , we can made the allocation of officers eachtime interval in proportion to the number costumer arrivals.

Applying ADAMS to vibration control field of heavy truck. The vibration simulation model of a truck is established. With the simulation model, different acceleration responses under different suspension stiffness and damping force are simulated. The simulation result is close to the actual result. It shows that the simulation method is benefit to reduce the number of vibration experiment and to forecast the vibration response of heavy truck.

The hydraulic system of radiator fin blanking machine plays a leading role in the radiator fin production. Its performance directly affects the efficiency and quality of product line. The hydraulic system of blanking machine for radiator was composed of blanking circuit and support circuit. The hydraulic system realizes the cutting action using the reciprocating movement of the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic system simulation model was built by the simulation software of AMESim in this paper. Using the simulation model, the simulation analysis of the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system were completed. The hydraulic system has been through the debugging and put into production, running in good condition.

The creation method of simulation model of manipulator grab the workpiece is studied based on PRO/E, and the steps how to do the simulation analysis of the manipulator grab the workpiece by PRO/E4.0 software are stated. The results of simulation analysis showed that, in the workpiece quality of 0.08 kg, normal force is about 54.11 N between 0.7 seconds to 7.5 seconds, tangential force is about 0.3924 N between 0.65 seconds to 7.7 seconds, the sum of tangential force of both sides is 0.784 N, it’s exactly equal to the workpiece weight, so that the manipulator can grab the workpiece quickly and accurately.

In this paper, we propose a simulation model for mapping Quality of Service (QoS) parameters to Quality of Business (QoBiz) in IP networks. We assume that Internet Service Provider (ISP) offers tariff packages based on the proposed QoS to QoBiz mapping and users? requirements. Available bit rate and security are chosen as the key QoS parameters, and price is selected as a main QoBiz parameter from users? perspective, while revenue singles out as the main QoBiz parameter from ISP?s perspective. We also assume that ISP applies hybrid pricing so that price reduction is performed depending on QoS violation, defined through network load. The simulation model is conducted using agent-based simulation methodology. Agents can be seen as autonomous units that mutually interact in the environment. In this research, users and ISP are observed as simulation agents and IP market is seen as the environment. Output parameters in the simulation analysis are ISP?s revenue and service price. The proposed model enables direct reflection of QoS violation on service prices and consequently on ISP?s revenue. Simulation results show prices decrease for most of the tariff packages.

Increasing of the service quality that related to the community is a must. So that is with PT.PLN (Persero) Cabang Medan, Rayon Medan Selatan ,that gives an electric bill service to their costumers. Although their service is good enough , but there’s always queue. Becouse of that, this research is trying to give an alternative solution to solve the queue problem by applying a simulation method. Simulation analyses began by collecting the service rate and costumer rate data, then continue with a validity testing. According to this research , then we can characterize the queue model, that include the randomize costumer arrival pattern, the exponential service time and FCFS (First Come First Served) service discipline. The optimal condition reached with 6 (six) officers and 6 (six) lines according to the time of the most minimum system. By achieving the optimal condition, then we make an allocation of the officer every time interval according to the proportion number of costumer arrival.

The residues cutting and ridge cleaning equipments of Ridge-tillage planter are important working parts which can prevent no-tillage planter from clogging and ensure good quality of seeding. For this, How to use ADAMS software to establish the simulation model of residues cutting and cleaning equipment is introduced, and the simulation analysis of its cutting residues and cleaning the ridge is done in this paper. Simulation results show that running results are in line with the theoretical analysis, which improved the design of residues cutting and ridge cleaning equipment of No-tillage planter.

The system of indicators of quality of carbon-carbon composite material and technological operations of its production is proved in the work. As a result of the experimental studies, with respect to the existing laboratory equipment, the optimal number of cycles of saturation of the reinforcing frame with a carbon matrix is determined. It was found that to obtain a carbon-carbon composite material with a low cost and the required quality indicators, it is necessary to introduce additional parameters of the pitch melt at the impregnation stage.

An algorithm has been developed and on a mathematical model analyzed to stabilize the reaction temperature of a batch reactor. The reaction has been a zero-order one and the reactor has been operated in a instable operating point. The action variable is the heat exchange surface whose area is increased if the temperature is above, or decreased if the temperature is below the set point. The following two-point regulators have been studied: An ideal relay, a relay with hysteresis and an asymmetric PD relay. The effect has been discussed of the parameters of the regulators on the quality of regulation. Stability analysis has been made of the stationary switching cycles and the domains of applicability have been determined for individual regulators with respect to the rate of change of the area of heat exchange surface.

Stochastic simulation is widely applied for estimating the design flood of various hydrosystems. The design flood at a reservoir site should consider the impact of upstream reservoirs, along with any development of hydropower. This paper investigates and applies a stochastic simulation approach for determining the design flood of a complex cascade of reservoirs in the Longtan watershed, southern China. The magnitude of the design flood when the impact of the upstream reservoirs is considered is less than that without considering them. In particular, the stochastic simulation model takes into account both systematic and historical flood records. As the reliability of the frequency analysis increases with more representative samples, it is desirable to incorporate historical flood records, if available, into the stochastic simulation model. This study shows that the design values from the stochastic simulation method with historical flood records are higher than those without historical flood records. The paper demonstrates the advantages of adopting a stochastic flow simulation approach to address design-flood-related issues for a complex cascade reservoir system.

The Mindfulness-Based Interventions: Teaching Assessment Criteria (MBI:TAC) was originally developed as a tool to assess the teaching competence of mindfulness-based program (MBP) teachers. The tool was made freely available and has since been used by mindfulness-based teacher training organisations internationally. During this time the MBI:TAC has evolved in its usage, from an assessment tool to one which informally supports how MBP teachers are trained. In this article, we first examine the rationale for implementing the MBI:TAC in MBP teacher training; second, we offer practical guidance on ways of integrating the tool into teacher training pathways with awareness of its potential and possible pitfalls; and third, we offer guidance on using the tool as a framework for giving effective feedback to trainees on their teaching practice. Implementing the MBI:TAC in teacher training may support the quality and integrity of MBP teacher training, and thus ensure high quality MBP teachers graduating. In turn this may help avoid the ‘implementation cliff’ – that is, the quality of an intervention delivery is delivered in optimal conditions when it is being researched, and drops in quality when delivered in sub-optimal, ‘real world’ conditions.
