Singer study conducted to determine the effect a review of Planning and Control lending Against soundness ratio of non-performing loans at PT. BPR-LPN Koto Dalam. Purpose Of Research Singer is to review Test Operations And Operating simultaneous partial influence of Planning and Control lending Against soundness ratio of non-performing loans in PT.BPR-LPN Koto Dalam, used multiple linear regression analysis. The research instruments used test is the test of validity and reliability test. The Classical assumption test used is normality test, test multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. As for the review hypothesis test, F test and t test. The analysis tool used to review the planning and Control Testing the effect of lending against soundness ratio of non-performing loans is a regression WITH 17:00 help SPSS version for windows. Research shows that the planning lending On The Level NOT affect the health of non-performing loans. It indicated WITH Singer t Namely -0176 and 0642 sig> 0.05 And The significant influences of the loan portfolio BETWEEN Control Against Health Level of non performing loan ratio indicated WITH HAL singer t_hitung That 0012 And 0793 sig <0.05. There is a significant influence BETWEEN The Planning and Control lending Against soundness ratio of non-performing loans is shown WITH HAL singer F_hitung 3,448 and sig (0.023 <0.05) and the coefficient of determination R square shows the figure 0327 OR 32.7%. So it can be said that the 32.7% rate of non-performing loans ratio of health is affected by Planning and Control of credit. While the remaining 67.3% is influenced by variables studied hearts lie Yang NOT Singer Research.

Employee motivation is important for a district office and is used to measure the success of the leadership and work environment in improving employee motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze employee perceptions of leadership and work environment in improving employee motivation. Respondents in this study are civil servants in the District office in Lumajang Regency totaling 78 people. Data analysis used is instrument test which includes validity and reliability test, classical assumption test include data normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Then multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. As an independent variable that is leadership and work environment, and the dependent variable is motivation. From the hypothesis test concluded that the two hypotheses that have been built are rejected. The results showed that the leadership perceived employees have no significant effect in improving motivation, meaning there is no important effect of leadership in increasing motivation. The employee's perceived work environment has no significant effect on improving motivation, meaning that the work environment does not have an important effect in increasing motivation. Based on the findings, leadership needs to get attention in improving employee motivation

In this research was conducted at the Central Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum of Majalengka Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the commitment, organizational and influence of job satisfaction on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a survey method with descriptive and verification analysis. The technique of data collection  done by giving a questionnaire.  The population in this study is the Central Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum of Majalengka Regency with 49 respondents. Testing the research. Testing the research instrument is done by testing the validity and reliability test using a Likert scale. Data analysis tool use classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test, and F test. The result of this indicate that commitment organizational, job statisfaction and employee performance is a high category.  Commitment organizational has a positive and significant effect parttially on employee performance. Job satifactions has a positive and significant effect parttially on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect purely on employee performance. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance.

ABSTRACT This study examines the Effect of Product Quality, Prices, and Promotions on Purchasing Decisions of Honda Beat Motorcycle Consumers at the Kalisat-Jember Motor MPM Dealer. The purpose of the research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The study was conducted on consumers who use Honda Beat Motors in the District of Kalisat. The population in this study were all users of Honda Beat Motorbikes in the District of Kalisat as many as 100 respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis used included the research instrument test (validity and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test) and hypothesis testing (t test, F test and coefficient of determination). Data is processed using IBM SPSS 20. The results of the analysis using regression can be seen that the variables of product quality, price, and promotion have a significant effect on the decision to buy Honda Beat motorbikes in Kalisat sub-district. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menguji Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Sepeda Motor Honda Beat di Dealer MPM Motor Kalisat-Jember. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian dilakukan pada konsumen yang menggunakan Motor Honda Beat di Kecamatan Kalisat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna Sepeda Motor Honda Beat di Kecamatan Kalisat sebanyak 100 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen penelitian (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas) dan uji hipotesis (uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi). Data diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS 20. Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pemebelian sepeda motor honda beat di kecamatan kalisat.

The implementation of green banking principle is reflected in a series of initiatives for the community program, community development and business programs, and encourages investment in more responsible businesses as a form of Bank's high concern for the environment. This study aims to analyze Green Investment, and Green Competitive Strategies that have an impact on the implementation of Green Banking in Surakarta City. This research was a survey conducted on bank customer in Surakarta City. The sample in this study was 75 respondents. Data collection methods use in this study were questionnaire and observation. The analysis technique used includes the test of the research instrument, namely the validity and reliability test; classic assumption test include: heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, normality and multicollinearity test. Hypothesis test is done by using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that green investment and green competitive strategies have an impact on the implementation of green banking in Surakarta City. The variable that has the greatest impact is Green Competitive Strategies.

Public transportation is the type of transportation that involves lives of The aims of this study is to determine and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of facilities, timeliness, trust through satisfaction as an intervening variable on the loyalty of Solo Balapan executive railroad passengers. The research method of this study was quantitative descriptive method. The population is all of train passengers in Gubeng executives. In this study data were collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires, literature study and documentation, and using the help of SPSS Statistics. This questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents who were executive train users. The analysis used in this study includes data instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). The results of this study indicate that the variable facilities, timeliness, trust and satisfaction affect the loyalty of train passengers in Gubeng executives. T test results show the facility affects satisfaction of train passengers in Gubeng executives. Timeliness affects satisfaction of train passengers in Gubeng executives. trust affects satisfaction of train passengers in Gubeng executives. satisfaction affects loyalty of train passengers in Gubeng executives. ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine whether or not the effect of operating expense and revenue financial performance on construction services companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2017. In this study, there are three variables, they are operational (X1), the revenues (X2), and ROA (Y). The research method that used is quantitative method. The samples used by researchers is the Return on Assets (ROA) of the construction services company's operating and revenue in the period 2015-2017. This study uses annual financial statements on construction services companies in the period 2015-2017. Kind of data are secondary, The data collection techniques by means of documentation. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS version 16.0. Hypothesis test is done by using F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. While classical assumption test used this research is normality test, auto correlation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The conclusion of this research is that the coefficient of determination operational and revenue affect Return on Assets (ROA) can be saw by R for 26 % and hile the the remaining 94% is influenced by other factors that not examined in this study. So simultaneous operational and revenue has no effect on ROA. Keywords : : operating expense, revenue , ROA (Return On Asset).

This study aims: (1) to find out promotion, advertising and experiential marketing simultaneously influence the purchase decision at PT. Transrekreasindo Transstudio Mini Jember. (2) to find out promotion, advertising and experiential marketing partial effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Transrekreasindo Transstudio Mini Jember. In this study researchers used primary data. Primary data in this study were obtained by conducting interviews by giving questionnaires. Researchers took a sample of 50 respondents using the total sampling method. The analysis techniques used include validity and reliability, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, hetoroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing (F test and t test). From the results of the study show that promotion, advertising and experiential marketing simultaneously influence the purchase decision.

This  research  aims  to  analyze  the  influence  of  the  quality  of  service  of customer  satisfaction  on  service  businesses  Grab-Bike  transport  in  Yogyakarta. This  research  uses  the  five  independent  variables  i.e.  tangible,  reliability, responsiveness,  assurance  and  emphaty  with  one  dependent  variable  i.e. consumer  satisfaction.  After  a  review  of  the  literature  as  well  as  field  and preparation  of  the  hypothesis,  the  data  in  this  study  were  collected  through  the dissemination  of  a  questionnaire  to  70  people  who  never  use  the  Grab-Bike transport  as  research  samples.  Sampling  technique  used  is  a  Non  probability sampling  method  sampling  incidental.  Methods  of  data  analysis  used  is  the quantitative analysis that is test validity and reliability, multiple linear regression analysis,  t-test  and  F-test  as  well  as  the  coefficient  of  determination.  Based  on data  analysis,  the  results  showed  that  the  indicators  on  research  is  valid  and reliability.  Hypothesis  test  on  tangible,  responsiveness,  assurance  and  emphaty no effect significantly to consumer satisfaction. Hypothesis test of reliability has a positive and significant influence toward customer satisfaction.

The research purpose was to revealed and described those impact which is from job satisfaction, communication and compensation towards employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Tangerang Area. The method that used on this research was an explanatory survey to explain and described the phenomena which occured through examining the impact which occured between variables, the research population was 150 people with sample of 109 employees at PT Pegadaian (Persero) in Tangerang Area which consisting of collateral appraisers, cashiers and from micro credit department. Data collection techniques by the surveys through questionnaires, interviews and observations. The analysis method that used was descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, which includes normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicolonierity test and hypothesis test through multiple linear regression analysis techniques which processed by the SPSS 25 program. The results from this research was illustrated that both partially and simultaneously the job satisfaction, communication and compensation have an impact towards employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in Tangerang Area.

Usaha Jelli Kelapa  merupakan usaha industri yang berkesimpung dalam bidang produksi makanan ringan, usaha ini dilakukan oleh industri rumah tangga  tujuan”  penelitianUntuk mengetahui  secara parsial maupun simultan  kebijakan harga dan distribusi Apakah berpengaruh  terhadap  penjualan jelli kelapa pada UMKM Dekla di Bangkinang Kabupaten kampar. Populasi  dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelanggan  toko, rumah makan  serta  konsumen  langsung  pada UMKM Dekla  di Desa Salo Bankinang Kabupaten Kampar, Teknik pengambilan sampel  dalam penelitian ini  adalah dengan  menggunakan Accidental sampling yaitu  metode dengan cara  pengambilan sampel secara kebetulan. Anggota  populasi yang secara kebetulan dijumpai oleh peneliti  pada saat penelitian , maka itulah menjadi sampel  Penelitian ini penulis   megambilan sampel  sebanyak 100 orang . Adapun yang menjadi variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1. Variabel bebas (Independent Variabel/X) yaitu harga (X1)dan distribusi (X2)2. Variabel Terikat (Dependent Variabel/Y) yaitu volume Penjualan (Y).  Analisa data yang digunakan data secara kwantitatif  meliputi uji validitas data dan reabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linear berganda,  pengujian hipotesis  melalui uji f dan uji t serta koefisisien determinasi  (R2). Hasil  penelitian menemukan variabel harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan (Variabel Y) dan Variabel distribusi  (X2) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variable volume penjualan Jelli kelapa pada UMKM Dekla di desa Salo Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar. Jelli Coconut business is an industrial business which is engaged in the field of snack production, this business is carried out by home industries, the purpose of "research. To know partially or simultaneously the price and distribution policies are influential on the sale of coconut jelly on the UMKM Dekla in Bangkinang, Kampar District.                  The population and samples in this study were customers of shops, restaurants and consumers directly at UMKM Dekla in the Salo Bankinang Village, Kampar District,The sampling technique in this study is to use accidental sampling, namely the method by sampling by chance. Population members who were accidentally found by researchers at the time of the study, then that became the sample of this study the authors took a sample of 100 people.The variables in this study are: 1. Independent variables (Independent Variable / X), namely price (X1) and distribution (X2) 2. Bound Variables (Dependent Variable / Y) namely Sales (Y).   Analysis of data used in quantitative data includes test data validity and reliability, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through f test and t test and coefficient of determination (R2), he results of the study found that the price variable had a significant effect on sales volume (Y variable) and the distribution variable (X2) did not significantly influence the volume of sales of coconut jelly on the UMKM Dekla in the village of Salo Bangkinang, Kampar Regency
