The research is inspired by the difficulty of the early adult women to get appropriate jobs. This research aims to know about motivation of the early adult women to work in the monastery. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects are early adult women aged 19-22 years, graduate from senior high school/vocational school that work in Tanah Putih Monastery, Semarang. The data was collected through interview and observation, and then the data was analyzed qualitatively with these steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data was done with persistence, triangulation, peer discussions, and extensive of participation. The results showed that early adult women worked in the monastery because it is based on the strong belief of the law of cause and effect (law of kamma). Early adult women while working at the monastery have had the belief that working in a monastery with doing kindness. In addition, they were motivated by the job availability that existed in the monastery, seeking capital, and getting experience.

This research aims to know the teaching of the speaking skill using the audio-oral method for the students of Islmic Senior High School of Zainul Hasan Genggong Probolinggo and to know its problems. This qualitative research used observation, interview, and documentation to collect data. To analyze the data, this research based on three basic things, data reduction, data presentation, and extrapolation. And, to measure the validity of the data, this research used triangulation. The results of this research are the teaching of the speaking skill using the audio-oral method for the students of Islmic Senior High School of Zainul Hasan Genggong Probolinggo by giving the dialogues, then translates them and represents the pronunciation in the Arabic dialect, which the students hear and then imitate afterwards sometimes the tape recorder used for improving the arabic speaking skill correctly while teaching continued with more exercises in various Arabic dialogues. The problems of the teaching of the speaking skill using the audio-oral method for the students of Islmic Senior High School of Zainul Hasan Genggong Probolinggo consist of three basic problems which are related to the language environment, the local language, the monotonic teaching method and learning media.

The barrier of learning listening is experienced by students that make them feel anxious. Consequently, it easily effects their performance during listening class. Therefore, this study is aimed to describe the anxiety types and causes of anxiety confronted by EFL students in listening class at university level. To accomplish this aim, Qualitative research designs was applied by the researchers. The research subjects were English Department Students in IAIN Tulungagung. The research data were obtained through observation in listening class and in-depth interviews to the six most anxious informants. Then, the collected data was analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. In order to check trustworthiness of data, theoretical and methodological triangulations applied. The result of this study was revealed that there were six symptoms of anxiety confronted by the students in listening class, that were categorized as the type of Arousal Anxiety (ArA), Apprehension Anxiety (ApA), and Mixed Anxiety (MA) also revealed five causes of anxiety. Those results inform the lecturer to be understood about students’ anxiety and start to create the joyful learning in listening class so that they are more comfortable following the class.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah segi empat pada fase konkret, dan fase transisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskritptif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 4 subjek yang diambil berdasarkan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi data. Kesalahan yang sering dilakukan siswa fase konkret yaitu siswa salah dalam menggambar bangun yang diceritakan soal, salah dalam menentukan rumus dan tidak menuliskan rencana penyelesaian, salah melakukan prosedur penyelesaian dan tidak menggunakan rumus secara semestinya, serta tidak melakukan pemeriksaan kembali jawaban. Kesalahan yang sering dilakukan siswa fase transisi yaitu siswa salah dalam menggambarkan bangun yang diceritakan dalam soal, salah dalam menuliskan rumus yang perlu digunakan, pada tahap melaksanakan rencana tidak terjadi kesalahan, serta tidak melakukan pemeriksaan kembali jawaban.</p><p> </p><p>This study aims to describe the mistakes made by students in solving rectangular problems in the concrete phase and the transition phase. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with four research subjects taken based on purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using the test. Data analysis techniques using a model developed by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding/verification of data. Students often made mistakes. In the concrete phase, students making drawings that are told about problems.  Errors in determining formulas and not writing completion plans, error when doing completion procedures and not using formulas properly, and not re-checking answers. In the transition phase, students who are wrong in describing the shapes told in the problem. Errors in writing the formula that needs to be used, at the stage of carrying out the plan there is no error, and not re-checking the answers.</p>

Tujuan dari penelitian kualitatif ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita pada materi barisan ditinjau dari Adversity Quotient (AQ). Kemampuan pemecahan masalah memiliki 4 indikator yaitu: 1) mengidentifikasi masalah, 2) merumuskan masalah, 3) melaksanakan strategi, dan 4) memverifikasi solusi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 30 Siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang yang telah diajarkan materi barisan. Kemudian dipilih subjek berdasarkan tipe AQ yaitu Climber, Camper dan Quitter. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket AQ, tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa bertipe Climber mampu memenuhi seluruh indikator dari 4 indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah yaitu indikator 1, 2, 3, dan 4. Siswa bertipe Camper mampu memenuhi 3 dari 4 indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah yaitu indikator 1, 2, dan 3. Siswa bertipe Quitter hanya mampu memenuhi 1 indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah yaitu indikator 2. Analysis of students' problem-solving abilities in solving word problem sequence in terms of adversity quotientAbstractThe purpose of this qualitative research was to describe the students' problem-solving abilities in solving word problems in the sequences material in terms of Adversity Quotient (AQ). Problem-solving has four indicators namely: 1) overcoming the problem, 2) formulating the problem, 3) implementing the strategy, and 4) verifying the solution. The study was conducted in the even semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. The research subjects consisted of 30 students of class XI IPA 1 of Kesatrian 1 Semarang High School who had taught the sequences material. Then the subject was chosen based on the type of AQ namely climber, camper and quitter. Data collection techniques using the AQ questionnaire, the problem-solving test, and interview. The data analysis techniques of this study include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that students of the climber type were able to meet all the indicators of the four indicators of problem-solving namely indicators 1, 2, 3, and 4. Students of the camper type were able to fulfill three from four indicators of problem-solving namely indicators 1, 2, and 3. Students' quitter type were only able to meet one indicator of problem-solving, namely indicator 2.

Learning mathematics requires the ability to think logically and critically, not only learning to count. Therefore, teaching concepts is very important. Many students have incorrect, incomplete concepts and so on. As a result, mistakes occur when students do simple mathematics. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the errors in the castor stage. The stages of castor are used including concept errors, procedure errors and technic errors. This research is a qualitative research. The research subjects were students of grade VI SDN Belitung Selatan 1 Banjarmasin. The procedure for selecting subjects used purposive sampling. The data techniques used were tests and interviews. The test is in the form of description questions. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and data collection. Based on the research data, it can reveal that students made misconceptions, procedural errors and technical errors. Each student made these mistakes with different indicators.

It is still unknown whether the futsal extracurricular management in Jepara regency is the success of the futsal extracurricular. One of them is determined by management and some schools still do not carry out management functions in extracurricular activities. Therefore, this study aims to determine how the management of futsal extracurricular activities in SMA State Jepara Regency. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with the research subjects namely coaches, trainers and students. Collecting data using interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis using methods that are carried out continuously with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are seen from the indicators: (1) Planning is said to have not been programmed properly, seen from the absence of planning in the program being made. Regarding funding, it is not yet detailed in the planning. (2) Organizing is said to be still not competent, seen from the absence of an organizational structure for futsal extracurricular activities. (3) The implementation is said to still experience obstacles in the training process such as the field often collides with other extracurricular activities. The available facilities and infrastructure are inadequate. (4) The supervision is said to have not been maximally carried out because the evaluation is fully left to the trainer. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the extracurricular management of Futsal in SMA State Jepara including planning, organizing, mobilizing and monitoring has not been implemented properly. From the overall suggestion it can be concluded that, to the principal of SMA State in Jepara Regency and the management of the futsal extracurricular that oversees the futsal extracurricular activities of SMA State in Jepara Regency to be able to use the results of this research as input and information in order to improve management performance in order to continue to develop and improve the achievements of futsal extracurricular. Keywords: Management, Extracurricular, Futsal Abstrak Manajemen ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri se – kabupaten Jepara masih belum diketahui, dimana keberhasilan ekstrakurikuler futsal. Salah satunya ditentukan oleh manajemen dan beberapa sekolah masih belum menjalankan fungsi manajemen dalam ekstrakurikuler. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan subjek penelitian ini yaitu Pembina, Pelatih dan siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode yang dilakukan secara terus menerus dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dilihat dari indikator : (1) Perencanaan dikatakan belum terprogram dengan baik dilihat dari tidak adanya perencanaan dalam program yang dibuat. Mengenai pendanaan belum secara terperinci dalam perencanaan. (2) Pengorganisasian dikatakan masih belum berkompeten dilihat dari tidak adanya struktur organisasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal. (3) Pelaksanaan dikatakan masih mengalami hambatan dalam proses latihan seperti lapangan sering berbenturan dengan ekstrakurikuler yang lain. Sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia kurang memadai. (4) Pengawasan dikatakan belum maksimal dilakukan karena evaluasi sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada pelatih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkkan bahwa Manajemen Ektrakurikuler Futsal SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Jepara meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengawasan belum bisa terlaksana dengan baik. Dari saran keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa, kepada kepala sekolah SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Jepara dan kepengurusan ektrakurikuler futsal  yang menaungi ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Jepara untuk dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian ini sebagai bahan masukan dan informasi dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja manajemen agar terus mengembangkan dan meningkatkan prestasi dari ekstrakurikuler futsalnya. Kata kunci : Manajemen, Ektrakurikuler, Futsal.

<p>This article discusses to what extent mathematics teachers do Biblical integration in their class, explores the challenges that mathematics teachers face when they do or want to do Biblical integration, and explores the school’s expectation of Biblical integration for mathematics teachers with more clarity and intentionality. Research was conducted from September until October 2016. The research subjects were the curriculum coordinator, head of the Department of Mathematics, seven mathematics teachers, and 362 senior high students. The data collection techniques that were used were a semi-structured interview, and a questionnaire. The results of the research showed that the school’s expectation is that teachers should be able show how mathematics is capable of expressing truths about God’s work, God’s beauty, and God’s regularity because God created mathematics. All of the mathematics teachers modeled Biblical qualities. The challenges and obstacles that mathematics teachers were confronted with was that they had little time to find Biblical integration material, they did not have enough understanding, they had difficulty doing Biblical integration from the material, and the teachers were afraid that their explanations about Biblical integration would sound forced to students, especially non-Christian students.<em></em></p><p class="abstrak"><strong>ABSTRAK BAHASA INDONESIA:  </strong>Artikel ini membahas sejauh mana guru matematika melakukan integrasi Alkitabiah di kelasnya, tantangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru matematika saat mereka melakukan atau ingin melakukan integrasi Alkitabiah, dan untuk mencari tahu ekspetasi sekolah tentang integrasi Alkitabiah untuk guru matematika dengan lebih jelas dan mempunyai maksud. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari September sampai Oktober 2016. Subjek penelitian adalah kordinator kurikulum, kepala departemen matematika, tujuh guru matematika, dan 362 siswa sekolah menengah atas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara terencana-tidak terstruktur dan kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspetasi sekolah adalah bagaimana matematika mampu menjadi tempat untuk mengantarkan siswa mengenal kebenaran seperti pekerjaan Tuhan, keindahan Tuhan, keteraturan Tuhan karena Tuhan menciptakan matematika. Kemudian, semua guru matematika menjadi contoh kualitas Alkitabiah. Hambatan dan tantangan yang dihadapi guru matematika adalah kekurangan waktu untuk menemukan integrasi Alkitabiah dari materi, mereka juga tidak mempunyai pemahaman yang cukup, mereka merasa kesulitan dalam melakukan integrasi Alkitabiah, dan guru merasa takut jika penjelasannya tentang integrasi Alkitabiah terdengar memaksa bagi siswa, terkhusus siswa yang beragama lain.</p>

Scabies is a skin disease caused by an infestation of the sarcoptes scabie mite, which is transmitted by direct human contact and indirect human contact. The problem of santries  experiencing scabies is related to their poor personal hygiene, because each individual has different characteristics in maintaining personal hygiene. This research is qualitative research, the research subjects are male santries of junior high school and high school darullughah wal karomah sidomukti kraksaan probolinggo. data collection methods used observation, interviews, and documentation. This qualitative research with a phenomenological approach aims to obtain in-depth information about personal hygiene exsperinces of male santries in islamic boarding schools. Five participants were selected based on the research criteria and were saturated. Focusing selective analysis (the selective or high-painting approach) was used in data analysis. four themes identified in this research: 1) personal hygiene experience for santries 2) the environment around the santris 3) the impact of scabies on the santries 4) the handling of the satries in dealing wiht scabies. The results of this research indicate : 1) there is a description of how santries maintain ther personal hygiene properly in islamic boarding school, namely that clothes and toiletries are not used interchangedably 2) there is description of how the santris protect the environmennt around the santries 3)there is an illustration of the impactt that will arise when santris experience scabies. 4) there is a description of how the santris can overcome  scabies in islamic bording schools

This study aims to describe the occurrence of pseudo thinking of high school students who have a normal IQ in solving the mathematical problems in the material Position and Distance from Point, Line, and Field. This research is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected by through giving tests and verification with interviews. The subject is taken using the snowball technique. The research subjects were students who had a normal IQ (80-119). Where subject who have a normal IQ in this research are two students. The data analysis techniques used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that high school students with normal IQ have a low understanding of the concepts in Geometry (Position and Distance from Points, Line, and Fields).

This study departs from the rampant phenomenon of people believe and go shaman. Shamans believed to have the ability and expertise to provide suggestions in the process of healing and helping people. The problem in this study is how the experience, skills and expertise shaman in Lamongan in his work treating and helping the client? The purpose of this study was to understand and explore in depth the communication competence magical shaman related to his work in serving and treating clients in Lamongan East Java Province. This study used a phenomenological approach to qualitative research methods The subjects in this study were shamans and existing clients in the area of Lamongan East Java Province. Data sources or selected informants purposively with the terms directly experience the events that are the focus of research, able to recount events that happened, and be willing to research informants. Data collection techniques in this study using the technique of interviewing, observation, and document review. While the data analysis techniques used in this study are three flow activities: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. The results of this study describes the capabilities and expertise of shaman is suwuk, petungan, penerawangan, and prewangan. Ability and skills possessed shaman on that gave birth a new communication concept is suwuk communication, petungan communication, penerawangan communication, and prewangan communication.
