The purpose of this research is to know how much influence product and service to customer satisfaction at KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray Medan. The samples are 80 customer KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray Medan, using random sampling. Random sampling is that provides an equal opportunity for every member of the population to be sample. Data analysis using multiple regression test the accuracy of the model (the classical assumption), hypothesis testing use the coefficient of determination (R2), partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test), data processing use SPSS 20. The results showoff the coefficient of determination (R2) variable product and service are able to explain the existence of the variable customer satisfaction. Partial test, product and service have positive and significant effectto customer satisfaction. Simultaneous test, product and service have positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to how much facility effect to satisfaction at Hairos Water Park Medan. The sample are 99 people, using random sampling is that provides an equal opportunity for every member of the population to be sample. Data analysis using simple regression test, hypotesis testing the coefficient of determination (R2), and partial test (t test). Data processing using SPSS 20. The rulest showed that the partial facilities have no effect and not significant to visitor satisfaction at Hairos Water park.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of motivation on employee performance on KSPPS BMT Amanah Ray Medan. The sample was 87 Employees BMT Amanah Ray Medan, sampling using random sampling is sampling that provides an equal opportunity for every member of the population to be sampled. Analysis of data using multiple regression test the accuracy of the model (the classical assumption), hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), Persia test (t test), while the data processing using SPSS 20. The results showed that the motivation explain the existence of the variable employee performance , besides partially effect motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance.

This study aims to partially and simultaneously analyze the influence of factors of promotion activities and religiosity factors on the community's decision to become a member of Sharia Cooperative 212. The research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique is Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study was 41 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire and then processed using SPSS 20. Data analysis techniques using the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously factors of promotional activities and factors of religiosity have positive and significant effects. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) showed that the influence of the promotion activity and religiosity factors on the community's decision to become a member of the 212 Syariah Cooperative was 52.6% while the remaining 47.4% was influenced by factors outside the model.Keywords: promotion activity factors, religiosity, decision to become a member.  Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh dari faktor aktivitas promosi dan faktor religiusitas terhadap keputusan masyarakat menjadi anggota Koperasi Syariah 212. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Probability Sampling dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 41 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 20. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji f), dan uji koefesisen determinasi (R2).  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan faktor aktivitas promosi dan faktor religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hasil uji koefesien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh faktor aktivitas promosi dan religiusitas terhadap keputusan masyarakat menjadi anggota Koperasi Syariah 212 adalah sebesar 52,6% sedangkan sisanya 47,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor di luar model.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of the development of tourism infrastructure to increase tourist visits on the attractions of Lake Linting Deli Serdang District. The sample of this research is 133 visitor of Lake Linting, sampling using random sampling is sample determination giving equal opportunity to every member of population to be sampled. Data analysis using Simple Regression test with model accuracy (classic assumption test), hypothesis test using coefficient of determination test (R2) and partial test (t test), while data processing using SPSS 20. The result showed that the development of tourism infrastructure able to explain its existence to Variable of tourist visit, have positive and significant influence to tourist visit. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of debt to total assets ratio and total asset turnover to earnings per share in the sub-sector pharmaceutical company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were taken throughout the pharmaceutical company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2010 to 2015, sampling using a convenience sampling is sampling based on the desire of researchers. Analysis of data using multiple regression test the accuracy of the model (the classical assumption), hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R ²), partial test (t test) and a simultaneous test (f test), while the data processing using SPSS. The results showed that test the coefficient of determination (R ²) DAR and TATO variable able to explain the existence of the variable Earning Per Share, besides partially and simultaneously DAR and TATO negative and not significant to Earning Per Share.Keywords: Debt to total assets ratio, total asset turnover and earnings per share.

This research aimed to figure out the influence between product quality, price and marketing influencer with the purchasing decision of Scarlett Body Whitening in East Java. The research instrument employed questionnaire to collect data from Scarlett Body Whitening consumers in East Java. Since there was no valid data for number of the consumers, the research used Roscoe method to take the sample. Data analyzed using multiple linear regression test. Product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the marketing influencer had no significant effect on purchase decision for Scarlett Body Whitening. Need further research to ensure that marketing influencer had an effect on purchase decision.   Keywords: Product quality, price, marketing influencer, buying decision

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, WOM (word of mouth) on consumer satisfaction on Herbal Soman Products at Yasmaga fm Ponorogo outlets. PT. Soman Indonesia is one of the original pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia, Soman (Sozo Formula Manggata 1) is Herbal Drops Herbal made from ingredients 39 Natural ingredients consisting of fruits, vegetables and also selected spices. The population in this study were consumers of Soman Herbal Products at Yasmaga Radio FM Ponorogo. This study used the Probability Sampling Technique by means of Random Sampling. Samples taken amounted to 80 respondents with the characteristics of consumers who have made a minimum purchase of 2x. The results showed that price, product quality, WOM (word of mouth) had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction both simultaneously and partially. While the coefficient of determination shows the value of 53.1%, which means the price, product quality and WOM (word of mouth) contribution to consumer satisfaction is 53.1% and the remaining 46.9% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

This study aimed to determine the effect of competence and discipline on employee performance provided by the Company PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Medan. PT Telkom Indonesia Witel Medan is the State Owned Enterprises engaged in the field of information and communication as well as service providers and telecommunications networks. Data collected through interviews and questionnaires. The total sample of 76 respondents were taken Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The results showed that the competence and discipline positive and significant effect partially on employee performance. Simultaneous test shows that the competence and discipline significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.520 suggesting that variations in the performance of employees can be explained by changes in the competence and discipline of work by 52 percent, while 48 percent is explained by other variables not included in this study.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of brand image and product quality on sales volume at PT. Astra International Tbk- Isuzu Medan Branch. Sample This study was 129 customers who came to perform periodic maintenance from May to June 2017, sampling using random sampling that is all get the same opportunity on every member of the population to be sampled. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test with model determination (classic assumption test), hypothesis test using coefficient determination test, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test), while data processing using SPSS 20, Coefficient of determination of variable of brand image and product quality able to explain its existence to sales volume variable, beside that partially brand image has no effect and not significant to sales volume while product quality have positive and significant effect to sales volume. Simultaneously the brand image and product quality are positive and insignificant to sales volume.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of employee turnover in the Employee Performance Raz Hotel Medan. Samples were all employees Hotel, sampling using saturated samples that the population of the whole sample. Analysis of data using multiple regression test the accuracy of the model (the classical assumption), hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test), while the data processing using SPSS. The results showed that of the coefficient determination Turnover variables affect the performance of employees, in addition to the partial and simultaneous employee turnover and no significant negative effect on employee performance.
