Education quality management is important for consumers in considering to include their children in educational institutions and therefore through good human resources are expected to guarantee the quality of education.along with the development and development of technology, the use of media in the scope of education has also changed, the most important aspects in integrated quality management such as human resource management must also be updated, renewed, what is meant here is the potential and expertise in all midwives.by developing a literacy study and existing data I developed it into an article which uses observation and interview techniques to get results that many human resources lack in responding to technological advances especially the use of IT, and maintaining the quality of education is still good, human resources must developed in accordance with the times. there are several ways of developing human resources such as workshops, training, and giving seminars, forms of development for teachers such as MGMP for secondary teachers and KKG for SD / MI / SDLB teachers, so that the goals of education are achieved

Improving the quality of education is a problem that is still experienced by many educational institutions. To improve the quality of education, institutions need a system to help achieve quality education quality. So this study aims to analyze the application of Total Quality Management in the school accreditation program as an effort to improve the quality of education. This research is a literature study by taking data from several books and literature. This data collection technique uses documentation techniques and data analysis techniques using critical analysis which is interesting from several research documents. The results of this study indicate that improving the quality of education is carried out by implementing Total Quality Management. Total Quality Management is carried out by continuous improvement, determining quality standards, changing culture, changing organizations, maintaining relationships with customers and focusing on customer satisfaction. and have a commitment to change.

Masa sekarang ini, pendidikan menjadi prioritas menanamkan nilai-nilai moral pada generasi di Indonesia, sehingga menjadi urgen menemukan cara bagaimana meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Oleh karenanya dalam meningkatkan kualitas mutu pendidikan harus menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang mampu memecahkan masalah global dalam dunia pendidikan. Total Quality Management (TQM) adalah konsep manajemen sekolah dalam melaksanakan pendidikan serta diharapkan bisa memberikan perubahan yang lebih baik sesuai dengan pembangunan, tuntutan dan dinamika masyarakat. Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Mamba’ul Hisan Sidayu Gresik telah menerapkan empat konsep dalam TQM untuk meningkatkan kualitas mutu pendidikan: pertama, mutu dalam proses penerimaan siswa di lembaga ini; kedua, kepuasan pelanggan yaitu memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik; ketiga, perbaikan terus menerus dalam rekrutmen guru yang berkualitas dan mempunyai keahlian lainnya dan setiap akhir semester melakukan evaluasi terhadap hasil kinerja guru, peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran; dan keempat, melibatkan seluruh komponen yang ada di lembaga pendidikan. Kata Kunci: total quality management, mutu pendidikan, madrasah Nowadays, education is a priority to instill moral values ??in generations in Indonesia. So it becomes urgent to find ways to improve the quality of education. Therefore, in improving the quality of education, it must create human resources capable of solving global problems in the world of education. Total Quality Management (TQM) is the concept of school management in implementing education and is expected to provide a better change in accordance with the development, demands, and dynamics of the community. Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Mamba'ul Hisan Sidayu Gresik has applied four concepts in TQM to improve the quality of education quality, first, the quality of the student admission process at this institution; second, customer satisfaction is to meet the needs of students; third, continuous improvement in the recruitment of qualified teachers and other experts and at the end of each semester evaluates the performance of teachers, improving the quality of learning; and fourth, it is involving all components in educational institutions.

Islamic boarding school is the oldest educational institution by the nation that participated in creating literate society. In the midst of this globalization era, Islamic boarding schools maintain both classical and modern education and teaching systems. In educational institutions need to pay attention to the quality management of education in order to improve and develop educational institutions for the future. The reality that we get in guaranteeing the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools is that there are many obstacles that must be resolved. With this the author intends to examine several management systems or quality management based on Islamic boarding schools. This study used qualitative research methods. This research is specifically directed towards descriptive qualitative research design. Trying to solve the problem based on the data concerned with the concept of quality management based on Islamic boarding school. The concept that has been prepared in the management of education quality in Islamic boarding schools is oriented to improving the quality of education by referring to the values ​​of Islamic boarding schools / Islamic society that have been entrenched among Indonesian people, by using tools, techniques and philosophies to create quality education in order to achieve educational goals.

This of the strategies developed in improving the quality of education in educational institutions is one with the establishment of integrated quality management. one model of improving the quality of education is based on integrated quality management theory. integrated quality management in the context of philosophy of education is a continuous improvement methodology that can provide a set of practical tools for every educational institution in fulfilling the absolute needs of customers for these improvements, there is continuous improvement, containing an understanding of continuous improvement that is shaken in the educational world. Meanwhile, everyone wants quality education. Understanding and views on the quality of education so far are very diverse. There are people who think that quality education is one that has quality and many students become human resources that can improve the nation and the country in the future and are seen with evidence of national and international levels. Quality schools are schools that provide foreign language subjects for their children.

This paper is a research that examines the empowerment of human resources through the application of total quality management at SMK Miftahul Huda Ngroto Grobogan that this school is always experiencing development and progress according to the times so it is interested to be researched. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques are through observation and interviews. The research data were presented in a descriptive narrative form. Total quality management is a scientific field that refers to quality, which will improve the quality of human resources in educational institutions, both from educators and students. So as to create superior and competitive educational output. From the results of the research, SMK Miftahul Huda Ngroto Grobogan uses a planned sustainable management system with reference to the total quality management system standard as a basis for empowering human resources to improve quality, so that SMK Miftahul

Based on the analysis of educational and regulatory documents, the main pedagogical principles of the State Service for Education Quality of Ukraine (SSEQU) are summarized: a) basic pedagogical principles of SSEQU’s activity, which are defined by the legislator as basic principles of state educational policy (people orientedness; primacy of the law; ensuring the quality of education and equal access to education; humanism; democracy; unity of teaching, upbringing and development, etc.); b) principles that determine the legal sphere of the SSEQU’s activity (institutional separation of control functions and functions ensuring the activities of educational institutions; transparency and publicity of management decisions; responsibility and accountability of education authorities and educational institutions to society; public administration; public partnership etc); c) pedagogical principles that guide and structurally organize SSEQU’s activities (universal design and reasonable adaptation; scientific nature of education; diversity of education; integrity and continuity of education; integration with the labor market; freedom of choosing the types, forms and pace of education, educational program, educational institution; academic integrity; academic freedom, etc. Empirical data analysis based on the educational process participants’ views on the factors, which comprise educational quality, revealed that the interviewees valued most the level of qualification, experience, knowledge and skills of their teachers, educational and methodological support, the use of new technologies and innovations in teaching for achieving quality education. Interaction and cooperation between education stakeholders was identified as important by teachers and students, and less important – by parents. Interviews with students - prospective educational experts revealed that they valued the sequence of communication skills, knowledge and skills of expert activity, experience and knowledge of pedagogical activities. Abstract This study intends to explain the portrait of educational institutions fostered by Muslimat Education Foundation (YPM) NU in Kediri Regency, and try to describe the effectiveness of Muslimat NU in Kediri Regency in improving quality. This study seeks to describe in depth the problems in accordance with the data obtained in the field and on the interpretation of researchers. Muslimat NU is one of the organizations of many organizations in the community. Muslimat NU is a community organization and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama whose task is helping to implement policies on women members. Among YPM's work programs in order to improve the quality of education in the district of Kediri are improving the quality of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten and play group, including on managerial aspects, facilities and infrastructure, administration, curriculum and Human Resources (teachers, managers and employees). Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam tentang permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh di lapangan dan atas penafsiran peneliti. Muslimat NU merupakan salah satu organisasi dari sekian banyak organisasi yang ada di masyarakat. Muslimat NU adalah organisasi masyarakat dan merupakan badan otonom Nahdlatul Ulama yang bertugas membantu melaksankan kebijakan pada anggota perempuan. Diantara program kerja YPM dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di kabupaten Kediri adalah; Peningkatan kualitas Taman Kanak-Kanak dan Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an, di antaranya pada aspek manajerial, sarana dan prasarana, administrasi, kurikulum dan Sumber Daya Manusia (guru, pengelola dan karyawan). This paper discusses human resource management from an education quality perspective. This study aims to find out the description of human resources in building the quality of education. This study applies descriptive qualitative. Data source from Madrasah principals, heads of administration, head of curriculum and evaluation, and educators. Data collection method by interviewing the participants. The instrument of this study uses interview guidelines. Data analysis were carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that human resources in the Madrasah Aliyah IMMIM Makassar Modern Islamic Boarding School were in the good category. The reality of the quality of education shows very satisfying results, it is categorized in very good. The implication of this study is that it is hoped that it can become information and reference about the need to review the activities of human resource management in developing the quality of education, primarily from the perspective of internal customers consisting of educators and education personnel as "motor" all activities of madrasah and not just factors of production but also assets that need attention. The reality of the implementation of human resource management in several schools and madrasah needs to be evaluated more intensively to find out more about the potential advantages and disadvantages and limitations of each school or madrasah.
