This chapter assess the level of South African university implementation of The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA) provision 27. The literature review from other countries was used as form analysis level of adoption of electronic filing. The research found that South African universities adopted information communication technologies; however, most students and academics were unfamiliar with ECTA provision 27 on filing in an electronic environment. Non-compliance with the ECTA is instrumental towards the lack of providing online teaching and learning. The researcher recommends universities to develop an ECTA implementation plan to improve filing on electronic records filing.

Even though composing and musical form are one of the most controversial issues of the era, the composer or the instrumentalist has to grasp and examine the structural elements of the musical form correctly in order to grasp the spirit of the music to give what is desired during the performance. The stylistic parts of the music and their relations with each other have been researched on the basis of the motifs, which are the smallest building blocks of the musical form. When the musical form is expressed as "time made sound" (Langer, 1953: 135), it becomes necessary to write the formal unity in a way that appeals to the eye by taking the help of letters and numbers to explain the distribution of temporal elements in the form. Explaining the formal elements in the article with literary language and making them visible will help us to understand the perceptual form of music by helping to explain the temporal setup of Bartok's compositional logic with Gestalt theory. Thus, examining the structures that make up the whole with the principles of Gestalt theory, such as proximity and sameness, and making them visible with shapes will enable the music to be depicted and understood from a holistic perspective, regardless of the structure of the form. The act of schematizing what is heard, based on loudness and lengths, will enable us to see music as an element of perception, not theoretically. The aim of the study is to show the perceived time with the help of Gestalt theory, to make a holistic inference about how the individual perceives music, and to provide a perceptual analysis method to music independent of music theory. Keywords: Composer, Bartok, Music, Form, Form, violin, duet, string, Gestalt

AbstractThe increase in the number of Indonesians Muslim population, sharia shares and the growth of sharia capital market assets are inversely proportional to the level of Islamic financial literacy and the Islamic capital market of the Indonesian population which is still very low than conventional based on the 2019 National Survey of Financial Literacy and Inclusion. This research aims to investigate the influence of Islamic financial literacy, perception of return, and motivation on investment interest in the Islamic capital market. The research method is quantitative with a sample of 150 Jabodetabek people who know about the Islamic capital market. Data was collected by questionnaire through google form. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results of the research found that simultaneously there is an influence between Islamic financial literacy, perception of return, and motivation on investment interest. Partially, perception of return and motivation have a positive and significant effect, while Islamic financial literacy has no effect on investment interest. The results of the coefficient of determination test explained that the three independent variables influenced investment interest as much as 22%, the remaining 78% was the influence of independent variables outside the modelAbstrak Peningkatan jumlah penduduk muslim Indonesia dan jumlah saham syariah serta pertumbuhan aset pasar modal syariah berbanding terbalik dengan tingkat literasi keuangan syariah dan pasar modal syariah penduduk Indonesia yang masih sangat rendah daripada konvensional berdasarkan Survei Nasional Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan tahun 2019.

This paper deals with a diffusive predator–prey model with two delays. First, we consider the local bifurcation and global dynamical behavior of the kinetic system, which is a predator–prey model with cooperative hunting and Allee effect. For the model with weak cooperation, we prove the existence of limit cycle, and a loop of heteroclinic orbits connecting two equilibria at a threshold of conversion rate p=p#, by investigating stable and unstable manifolds of saddles. When p>p#, both species go extinct, and when p<p#, there is a separatrix. The species with initial population above the separatrix finally become extinct, and the species with initial population below it can be coexisting, oscillating sustainably, or surviving of the prey only. In the case with strong cooperation, we exhibit the complex dynamics of system, including limit cycle, loop of heteroclinic orbits among three equilibria, and homoclinic cycle with the aid of theoretical analysis or numerical simulation. There may be three stable states coexisting: extinction state, coexistence or sustained oscillation, and the survival of the prey only, and the attraction basin of each state is obtained in the phase plane. Moreover, we find diffusion may induce Turing instability and Turing–Hopf bifurcation, leaving the system with spatially inhomogeneous distribution of the species, coexistence of two different spatial-temporal oscillations. Finally, we consider Hopf and double Hopf bifurcations of the diffusive system induced by two delays: mature delay of the prey and gestation delay of the predator. Normal form analysis indicates that two spatially homogeneous periodic oscillations may coexist by increasing both delays.

This study discusses the competence of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in the use of technology and information in learning with competency indicators being the ICT training curriculum for madrasa teachers compiled by the Jakarta Education and Religious Technical Training Center. This study aims to determine the competence and problems of Islamic boarding school teachers in the use of information and communication technology in online learning during this covid 19 period. This study uses a case study with all teachers as respondents at MIN 4 Langkat. The research method used in this research is a survey method using a questionnaire that is shared via a google form. Analysis of the data used is a descriptive analysis that describes the qualifications of teacher competence in the use of ICT into four levels, namely very low, low, medium, and high. From the results of the data that has been analyzed, it was found that the competence of teachers in ICT is very low in the ability to use and utilize applications, which is 52%. Furthermore, a very low indicator is found in the experience aspect of participating in training at 57%. This shows that training activities are the most dominant factor causing the low competence of teachers in the use of ICT in learning and therefore the most effective solution to overcome them.

Research on the form of Pasih Asmara Hastungkara Dance by Slamet aims to describe the form and structure of the dance. This dance is considered fascinating because it is located in Surakarta but with a Yogyakarta style of movement. This study uses qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques carried out are observation, interviews, and literature study. It aims to obtain as much data as possible, then analyze and describe it in-depth to answer the problem of the form and structure of Slamet's Pasihan Asmara Hastungkara Dance. Form analysis uses the theoretical basis of Suzane K. Langer, then theoretically explained using Slamet's opinion to reveal its constituent elements. Furthermore, to analyze the structure, using the theory of Anya Peterson Royce, then grammatically described the arrangement of movements based on the opinion expressed by Ben Suharto. The study results obtained an explanation of the form and structure of the Pasihan Asmara Hastungkara Dance by Slamet. The shape of the Pasihan Asmara Hastungkara Dance by Slamet cannot be separated from several of its constituent elements, namely dancers, motion, rhythm, expression, make-up, clothing, and the venue for the performance. Structurally, this dance movement consists of motion motifs, motion phrases, motion sentences, and groups of motion sentences. Overall, the costumes, variety, motion, accompaniment, and structure of the presentation show that Asmara Hastungkara Dance is a dance work with the Yogyakarta style. However, in the production, the impression is present in the Surakarta style pasihan dance due to the dancers' ability who have a Surakarta style dance background. In the muryani section, the clothing and beksan jogedan adopted the Surakarta style movements, which is a distinctive feature for the Pasihan Asmara Hastungkara Dance by Slamet. ABSTRACTResearch on the form of Pasih Asmara Hastungkara Dance by Slamet aims to describe the form and structure of the dance.
