Administrative activity is an effort to control a series of educational activities directed at achieving the educational goals to be achieved by the cooperative group that organizes educational efforts. Thus the administration of education is not an educational activity, but rather is an activity of controlling a series of educational activities to take place effectively and efficiently in achieving predetermined goals.

Educational administration is the application of administrative knowledge in the activities of fostering, developing and controlling educational efforts which are carried out in the form of cooperation of a number of people using all available facilities and infrastructure both morally and materially and spiritually in order to achieve the goals of education effectively and efficiently. Administrative activities are also an effort to control a series of educational activities directed at achieving the educational goals to be achieved by the cooperative group that organizes educational efforts. Thus the administration of education is not an educational activity, but rather is an activity of controlling a series of educational activities to take place effectively and efficiently in achieving predetermined goals. . The main component in the education system that plays an important role in achieving educational goals is the teacher. Therefore teachers have an important role in the administration of education, especially in carrying out the main functions of administration. prospective teachers who will serve as instructors, must obtain knowledge and skills in educational administration.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is twofold: first, to explore to what extent teachers eat together with pupils during school lunches and their attitudes toward using these lunches to reach the educational goals stated in the Swedish compulsory school curriculum; and second, to study to what degree teachers see themselves and school meal personnel as role models during school lunches. Design/methodology/approach A questionnaire was completed by 3,629 teachers in Swedish schools. Findings In total, 90 percent of the teachers ate lunch together with the pupils one or more days per week. The majority reported that meals were fully (54 percent), or partially (40 percent) subsidized when they were eating with pupils. In total, 72 percent thought that school lunches should be considered part of the school’s educational activities while 28 percent thought that it should be a time to get a break from educational activities. Most teachers thought that school lunches could be useful for learning about the issues of food waste and healthy eating while there were more diverse views on using lunches for learning about fundamental values. A majority of the teachers considered themselves to be role models in the school meal situation. Practical implications The authors suggest that the educational component of the school meal per se should be regulated in the Educational Act together with guidelines from the Swedish National Agency for Education. Originality/value This study is unique since it covers a previously little studied area; teachers’ attitudes toward using the school lunch situation for educational purposes.

The work contents a presentation of the main outcomes of an extensive historical-andragogical research, mainly based on the archival documents kept in Archives of Yugoslavia. An overview of adult education practice in Bosnia and Herzegovina is shaped from the documents data concerning the most signifcant institutions and activities organized as an attempt to contribute to general educational goals in Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes – Yugoslavia between two wars, through andragogical educational activities: raising the general level of literacy and education of wide sections of the population. Institutional basis of adult education praxis at the time mostly rested upon literacy courses, people’s universities, cultural-educational societies, etc. This paper especially distinguishes andragogical activity of momentous and respectable Sarajevo-based cultural-educational establishments (People’s university, Gajret, Prosveta, Napredak), that were amongst the most signifcant and successful in Yugoslavia, and represented example of model work in adult education of the interwar period.

The article touches upon the topic of pedagogic communication. A review of psychological and pedagogic approaches to the definition of communicative qualities necessary for the pedagogue to organise effective interaction with students, as well as for the organisation of personality-developing educational space. The emotional side of the attitude of students to educational activity, consisting in satisfaction with this activity is considered. Mathematical processing of the data showed the presence of a statistically significant relationship between the degree ofmanifestation of communicative qualities of the pedagogue and the level of satisfaction of students with educational activities in the classes of this pedagogue. It is revealed that the most pronounced relationship of satisfaction with educational activities with indicators of pedagogic cooperation and emotional attractiveness of pedagogues. The author emphasises the need to develop the communicative qualities of future pedagogues in the system of higher pedagogic education. The article will be of interest to specialists, pedagogues of higher education.

Responding to identified shortcomings is components of the internal quality assurance system of a higher education institution. A study of the educational activities of future teachers-engineers of computer profile found that most students are not going to devote their career to teaching, thus preferring engineering. Undoubt- edly, higher education institutions must respond to the requests of stakeholders, especially those seeking higher education. On the other hand, there are requests from employers (educational institutions) for teachers-engineers of computer profile. Therefore, further research was aimed at enhancing cognitive activity primarily by increasing motivation for pedagogical activity. Methods: pedagogical experiment. Results. An experimental test of the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for intensifying the educational activities of future teachers-engineers of computer profile in professional training. Originality. The results of the study testify to the effec- tiveness of certain pedagogical conditions for intensifying the educational activities of future teachers-engineers of computer profile: changes of external motivation to internal will take place if the information and communication technologies are introduced into educational process of studying peda- gogical disciplines; change of position in the educational activity of future teachers-engineers of computer profile in the study of pedagogical disciplines will take place under the condition that students apply a project approach to the organization of their own educational activity; intensification of educational activity due to its correc- tion in future teachers-engineers of computer profile in the process of operative feedback at each stage of educational activity. Comparative analysis of experimental data shows an increase in the percentage of students of the experimental group compared to the control group with a high level of educational activities of future teachers-engineers of com- puter profile in the study of pedagogical disciplines for a stable active position of educational activity – by 34%, internal motivation to study – by 32%, by the ability to plan and organize their own educational trajectory – by 32%, by academic performance – by 25%). When comparing the results before and after the ex- periment: in the control group the empirical values of the criterion χ2 are less than critical, the characteristics of the compared groups coincide at the level of significance of 0.05; in experimental group the empirical values of the criterion χ2 are greater than the critical one, the signifi- cance of the difference in the characteristics of the com- pared groups is 95%.

The article is characterized by environmental protection, research and ekologo-educational activity of the Astrakhan biosphere reserve, which is the oldest environmental institution of the Federal value. Specific examples of diversification activities of the reserve, has drawn attention to the possibility of a successful combination of very important and substantive nature conservation with scientific research, environmental education and, even to some extent, educational activities.

Обосновывается важность педагогического стимулирования учебной деятельности студентов, что обусловлено тенденциями современного высшего образования. Несмотря на достаточную степень разработанности вопросов педагогического стимулирования и активизации учебной деятельности, применительно к высшей школе данная проблема не находит комплексного решения. В деятельности преподавателя стимулирующая функция занимает особое место. Изучение опыта передовых ученых и анализ результатов собственной педагогической деятельности позволили предложить комплексный подход к педагогическому стимулированию учебной деятельности студента вуза: применение соответствующих методов и технологий обучения, реализация стимулирующих действий и системы педагогических стимулов. Определены стимулирующие действия преподавателя и применяемые им педагогические стимулы на каждом этапе практического занятия в вузе. Все это будет способствовать становлению субъектной позиции студентов, формированию у них положительного эмоционально-ценностного отношения к процессу обучения, повышению качества образования, выступит фактором развития способности к саморазвитию и самообразованию. The article substantiates the importance of pedagogical stimulation educational activities of students, which is due to the trends of modern higher education, namely the idea of continuing education. Despite the sufficient degree of development of issues of pedagogical stimulation and activation of educational activities, this problem does not find a comprehensive solution in relation to higher education. In the activity of a teacher, in addition to the implementation of educational, educational, and developmental functions, a special place is occupied by a stimulating function. This is evidenced by the theoretical analysis of the works of classics of Russian pedagogy. The study of the experiences of scientists and analysis of own pedagogical activity allowed us to offer a comprehensive approach to the pedagogical stimulation of educational activity of student: application of enabling methods and technologies of training, the implementation of stimulating activities and educational incentives. The article defines the stimulating actions of the teacher at each stage of practical training at the University (introductory, main, final) and the pedagogical incentives used by them. Stimulating actions of the teacher encourage productive joint educational process of students and teachers. Comprehensive stimulation of educational activities will contribute to the formation of the subject position of students, the formation of a positive emotional and value attitude to the learning process, improve the quality of education, and act as a factor in the development of the ability to self-development and self-education.

ABSTRAK Pendidikan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang universal dalam kehidupan manusia. Di manapun di dunia ini terdapat masyarakat manusia, dan di sana pula terjadi pendidikan. Walaupun pendidikan merupakan gejala umum dalam kehidupan masyarakat, namun perbedaan pandangan hidup, perbedaan falsafah hidup yang dianut oleh masing-masing bangsa atau masyarakat menyebabkan adanya perbedaan penyelenggaraan termasuk perbedaan tujuan pendidikan yang ingin dicapai oleh suatu bangsa atau masyarakat. Kegiatan pendidikan tidak dapat dilepaskan dari yang hendak dicapainya. Bagi manusia pendidikan merupakan suatu keharusan, karena manusia lahir dalam keadaan tidak berdaya, ia sangat membutuhkan bantuan dan bimbingan orang lain untuk dapat berdiri sendiri. Di samping itu manusia lahir tidak langsung dewasa yang mengidentifikasikan manusia dengan moral yang berlaku, dan manusia yang bertanggung jawab, manusia yang sanggup mempertanggungjawabkan segala konsekuensi dan perbuatannya. Oleh karena itu, perbuatan mendidik merupakan perbuatan yang mempunyai tujuan, ada suatu yang ingin dicapai dengan perbuatan tersebut. Orang tua menyuruh anaknya melaksanakan shalat lima waktu, melatih anaknya melaksanakan saum pada bulan ramadhan, melarang anaknya kencing di sembarang tempat dan sambil berdiri, menyekolahkan anaknya dan lain-lain, semuanya itu memiliki maksud dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai, khususnya bagi anaknya. Kata Kunci: Pendidik, Terdidik ABSTRACT Education is a universal activity in human life. Everywhere in the world there is human society, and there is also education. Although education is a common phenomenon in the life of the community, the differences in life views, differences in the philosophy of life adopted by individual nations or societies lead to different organizational differences, including differences in educational goals to be achieved by a nation or society. Educational activities cannot be separated from what they want to achieve. For human education is a must, because humans are born in a state of helpless, he urgently needs the help and guidance of others to be able to stand on their own. In addition man is born indirectly mature which identifies man with the prevailing morals, and responsible man, man who is able to account for all consequences and actions. Therefore, the act of educating is a purposeful act, there is something to be achieved with the action. Parents asked their children to perform the five daily prayers, to train their children to carry out fasting in Ramadan month, to forbid their children to urinate in any place and to stand up, send their children to school and others, all of which have a purpose and goal to be achieved, especially for their children. Keywords: Educator, Educated
