A large number of requests for internet access causes a long response time resulting in an overload problem. This problem occurs in offices that provide public services such as the Soeman HS Regional Library and Archives Office in Riau Province. So that service work is not disrupted due to overload, network optimization is carried out using Load Balancing Techniques. Load Balancing will balance load traffic on two or more connection lines so that traffic can run optimally. The method used is the Peer Connection Classifier (PCC). This method will divide the load based on the source, destination address, and port address. All internet requests from users will go to the router that has been configured with Load Balancing with the PCC method. The router will manage outgoing requests from users through the Internet Service Provider 1 (ISP 1) line or ISP line 2 to be able to enter the internet connection. The test results show equal distribution of outgoing access to ISP 1 and ISP 2 lines so that there is no overload on any ISP lines. This configuration will be applied to the Mikrotik router using the Winbox application.

Nowadays, smart devices have grown exponentially, so they have become a necessity rather than a luxury, therefore staying connected to the Internet has facilitated people to explore national and international news, make payments for services public, virtual shopping, scheduling medical appointments, among others. Now all this demand increases every day at excessive levels and adding the robust applications that are currently being developed and launched on the market. Regarding this, it is known that currently, the internet service providers of the municipality of Soledad Atlántico do not have the physical infrastructure to maintain the availability of the service. This is where the project design of the Wi-Fi-Offloading solution to extend the coverage and the transmission of data from the cellular network, through the wireless network in the Muvdi park of the Municipality of Soledad Atlántico, is carried out with the aim of providing a solution and alternative so that the internet connection service remains available without import the data network to which you have access. The research methodology used for the development of the project is descriptive. The research design is qualitative, transactional, and non-experimental. At this moment, it is in a descriptive stage, carrying out tests, and then moving on to the applied stage.

Entikong is one of Indonesia's border areas that is crossed by vehicles across national borders from Malaysia and Brunei. Data collection is based on computers to check passing vehicles. This is of course a problem if you want to get vehicle data quickly and effectively. This will cause problems again if there is interference on the internet or the internet condition becomes slow. Therefore, it is necessary to make a mechanism for accessing application pages with offline conditions. The application of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) in an application can keep the website accessible to users even though the internet condition is offline. Service Workers on PWA will work based on an internet connection. If the application is online, data will be called from the server to use. If offline, the data will be retrieved from the device cache sent to the application. From the test results, even though the internet is offline, the Sipintar application website can still be accessed. The browser storage required is only 630kb for cache storage, 2kb for Service Worker and 302b for Indexed DB. In addition, server load balancing is needed for the use of heavy network traffic. From the results of monitoring the server shows that the usage of bandwidth resources on the Sipintar application server only has a most usage of 1.3 Mbps.

On the internet connection with 2 service ISP (Internet Service Provider) to consider the possibility of interruption on the internet connection. PCC (Per Connection Clasifier) is a method of load balancing in the merge 2 ISP service. Internet network connection is needed by a company or agency that performs each job with depend internet network connection. It is therefore necessary internet network are always standby when the failure occurs the internet connection. At this writing performed a system. First test done with 1 ISP service. Testing both with the use of PCC in the normal state and with the use of PCC occurs when lost connection on one of the links. By using 2 ISP services can be separated between local bandwidth and internasioan done on the second test. On testing the second can be proved that by using the 2 service ISP with load balancing PCC and much better against the service connection network the internet because there is a system that is always on standby when it happened lost connection on one of the links. With system blocks the IP automatically can protect the server mikrotik from attack heacker.

Broadband over powerline (BPL) is a technology that allows connectivity to internet connection riding via the low tension (LT) power line communication (PLC). A hybrid BPL technology was proposed to the rural area of Sarawak as an alternative option to expand the internet connection without the need to reform a new pathway for internet connectivity. The data signal is transmitted via a communication tower to the access point(s) that is mounted on an electricity pole that provides a low voltage (LV) line. There are three types of custom-designed equipment that has been integrated into the hybrid BPL: the Head End (HE), the Time Division Repeater (TDR) and the Customer Premise Equipment (CPE). Two longhouses at the Bawang Assan, Sarawak settlement has been chosen to initiate the pilot project that required the cooperation of the technology provider, power producer, and the internet service provider. This paper presents a proof of concept (POC) on the deployment, advantages, and limitations for the BPL in a rural setting.

Abstract Communication needs is crucial due to the progress and development of data communication technology that is growing rapidly. In meeting the needs of data communication technology must be wise in choosing an Internet Service Provider (ISP) which we will use. Using two or more ISP can be the solution to meet the needs of the internet at the Office. Load balancing is one of the routing techniques can take advantage of some of the ISP to be used simultaneously or if other ISP backing up each other down or troubled. However, there are a variety of methods that can be used, one of which is the method Per Connection Classifier (PCC). PCC can be used to classify the traffic connection through router mikrotik into several groups. So that the router will remember the path that passed early traffic connections and on subsequent packets that are still associated with the connection will initially passed on the same lines as well. Based on the research results show that the proposed load balancing techniques make the burden of traffic on each ISP or gateway will be in balance so that the bandwidth usage for more efficient and capable of accelerating the network connection the Internet. In addition the proposed techniques help network connection failover internet connection problems occur in order not to fail or a link down on one of the ISP. Keywords: Failover, Load Balancing, Per Connection Classifier, Routing Abstrak Kebutuhan komunikasi sangat penting seiring dengan kemajuan dan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi data yang semakin berkembang pesat.

The use of mobile phone increases exponentially in our daily activities because it is light, mobile and handy that can be used anytime and anywhere. Checking emails, updating our daily status and diary, reading the latest news and online purchasing requires continuous network connection as well as a battery that can last. But sometimes the performance of internet speed is too weak where users are experiencing some problems and eventually leads to network disruption. Hence, users should be given the option to choose the internet connection or internet service provider that offer better service at that time moreover during an emergency. In this paper, we propose a development of Information Server to provide information to consumers about the available network surrounding within a reasonable time upon requested. This method is applied in the user terminal to allow the user freedom to decode on the best network handover.

Abstract

The development of computer networks and internet so rapidly at the present time, particularly on the Internet as information media of course must have good connection quality. The solution is to divide the traffic load that comes to network devices, so that it is not centered on one ISP so that traffic can run optimally, maximize throughput, minimize response time and avoid overloading one of the connection lines, that technology is called Load balancing. Load balancing techniques are applied to distribute the load against a service that is on the server by utilizing the two connection path distribution method called the Nth method. Later, the proxy hopes to be able to optimize the bandwidth for each client that will connect to the internet. Will also be implemented failover technique on this network, that is if one of the gateway connections is being interrupted then the other gateway will automatically support all network traffic. Will also create bandwidth management for all clients, so that bandwidth distribution is evenly distributed.

Today the internet is inseparable in the life of modern society. For this reason, fast and reliable internet is very important. To achieve this, on the internet there are various kinds of technologies that make it very reliable. One of the technologies used in the internet is the Multihoming Border Gateway Protocol (BGP). This BGP technology allows every router on the internet to be connected and exchange routing information needed on the internet. BGP Multihoming allows two or more Autonomous Systems (AS) to connect and exchange routing information without any routing information being wrong. So if there is one AS experiencing interference then it will not significantly affect the other AS. That is because there are two or more pathways that can be traversed to get to the destination AS.
