This research aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education which investigate through management function in public primary school 40 and public primary school 117 Pekanbaru. Informant which interviewed in this research were the school principal, coordinator of inclusive education, teacher and student guardian. While the instrument used in this study were observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis used to describe the implementation of inclusive education in primary public school 40 and 117 Pekanbaru. The result of this research shown that the implementation of inclusive education has been going well. The implementation  of inclusive education focuses on planning, organizing, actuating and controling the implementation of inclusive education. This research describe that inclusive education management believed to be able to contribute on education quality in public primary school 40 and 117 Pekanbaru.

This study aims to identify and explain the management of character education in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring in improving the quality of education in State Senior High Schools (SMAN). This research was descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study were principals, vice principals, and teachers. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis techniques included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. Based on data analysis, it was found that character education management is started from planning students’ character education by determining the goals, constructing programs or school activities, and integrating character values. Furthermore, the organization of character education is carried out by dividing the tasks and the person in charge of the activity or program. Next, the implementation of character education is through the integration of character values in all subjects, in the school daily activities, in school programs, as well as building communication and cooperation between schools and parents of students. Lastly, character education is done through supervision consists of observing students’ behavior and scoring mentioned in students’ discipline book.

The aim of this Research is to find out the headmaster's role in implementing quality education management in primary school (SDN) Gunung Keling, Meureubo district, Aceh Barat Regency, to find out what constraints the principal faces in implementing quality management of education in primary school (SDN) Gunung Keling, Meureubo district, Aceh Barat regency. The study used a qualitative approach. This type of Research is descriptive (descriptive research). Research time is on August 8 to 27, 2018. His data collection techniques such as: observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. The research data to be analyzed in this study is the role of the headmaster in implementing education quality management in primary school of Gunung Keling, Meureubo district, Aceh Barat regency, namely: the role of the headmaster as Educator, Manager, Administrator, Supervisor, Leader and Motivator. What obstacles faced by headmaster in implementing education quality management in primary school of Gunung Keling, Meureubo district, Aceh Barat regency, seen from the results of the study are: to overcome the obstacles to improving teacher quality carried out is to continuously carry out communication and educational quality culture campaigns for teachers who are still low on awareness and in overcoming the lack of teaching staff for permanent subjects, the school requests teachers to work through the Aceh Barat district Education Office.

This study's aim was to determine public primary school principals' views on job stress. It is observed that there are deficiencies in the literature in terms of evaluating the concept of job stress qualitatively from the point of view of school principals. It is assumed that this study is important for determining the job stress arising from the point of view of public primary school principals and its causes and guiding policymakers in education. A case study, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in line with the aim of the study. The study group was determined by homogeneous sampling, one of the purposeful sampling methods. Ten volunteer school principals working in public primary schools in Odunpazarı district of Eskişehir province constituted the study group. The interview form consisting of semi-structured open-ended questions was used to determine the views of school principals working in public primary schools on their job stress. The data were collected by employing the semi-structured interview technique, and categories and themes were created using the qualitative data analysis program MAXQDA. According to the study results, it was determined that public primary school principals experienced job stress. The sources of job stress of public primary school principals were explained, and how job stress affected them, how they coped with job stress, and their general views on job stress were revealed. Early childhood cognitive intelligence that has not been fully developed in inclusive schools needs serious attention, considering that this age is a crucial growth period and the golden age of children. This study aims to analyze and understand inclusive education management in children's cognitive intelligence in RA Al-Iman, and RA Tania. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis was carried out circularly, starting from the display power, data reduction, and concluding. The results showed that inclusive education in developing children's cognitive intelligence in both institutions was planned and systematic, starting from identifying the needs of inclusive education, designing inclusive education, implementing inclusive education that leads to cognitive intelligence, and assessing inclusive education. This research has implications for the importance of implementing an egalitarian education and refers to equal rights so that children can mingle, play, and get the same education without any differences.

The research descriptive aims to describe the implementation of character education through musical extracurricular activities in inclusive education schools in SD Siluk. The subjects of this study were the school principal, musical teacher, class teacher, special assistant teacher, and students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive qualitative analysis with data analysis models according to Miller and Huberman. The result showed the 1) the implementation of character education through musical extracurricular activities at SD Siluk by shaking hands, picking up instruments in the box. Pray before & after the activity, students adhere to ethics in music. The use of lectures, questions, and answers, and practice methods. Provide exemplary & personal approach to students. Train to your confidence by taking part in the competition & performing arts. Clean up of gamelan and restore the instrument. 2) the dimensions of the development of inclusive education in karawitan include the dimensions of culture, policy, and practice. 3) character values formed are responsibility, love the motherland, appreciate achievement, cooperation, confidence. 4) Supporting factors are community leaders who have gamelan, using technology that supports musical activities, karawitan space is quitter extensive.

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of Social Sciences fourth grade students of Public Primary School 003 Sukajadi with a total of 27 students, consisting of 15 male students and 12 female students. This study uses classroom action research with important stages such as planning, implementation, practice, and reflection. The results of this study show, judging by the basic score, the average value of students is 64.37, with students completing 13 people or 48.14%. after the first cycle, the average value of students has increased to 76.45 while students who completed it became 19 people or 70.3%. while the second cycle, the average value increased to 80.39 with students completing 23 people or 85.18%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the inquiry learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Social Sciences in fourth grade students of Public Primary School 003 Sukajadi.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran picture and picture di kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 004 Cendirejo Kecamatan Pasir Penyu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang mencakup kegiatan perencanaan (planning), tindakan (action), observasi (observation), refleksi (reflection) atau evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, dilihat dari skor dasar siswa yang tuntas sebesar 13 orang dengan persentase 46%. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus I, hasil belajar siswa meningkat, hal ini dibuktikan dengan siswa yang tuntas sebesar 20 orang atau 71%. Sedangkan pada siklus II, hasil belajar siswa kembali meningkat menjadi 28 orang siswa yang tuntas dengan persentase 100%. Dari analisis hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pemebelajaran Picture and Picture dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas II SDN 004 Cendirejo Kecamatan Pasir Penyu Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu.Kata kunci: model picture and picture, hasil belajar IPA. ABSTRACTThis study aims to improve student learning outcomes with the application of a picture and picture learning model in class III 004 Cendirejo Public Primary School Pasir Penyu District. This research is a classroom action research that includes planning, action, observation, reflection or evaluation activities. The results showed, seen from the basic score of students who completed at 13 people with a percentage of 46%. After making improvements in the first cycle, student learning outcomes increase, this is evidenced by students who complete by 20 people or 71%. While in the second cycle, student learning outcomes again increased to 28 students who completed a percentage of 100%. From the analysis of the results of this study it can be concluded that by applying the Picture and Picture learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences class II 004 Public Primary School Cendirejo Pasir Penyu District Indragiri Hulu.Keywords: model picture and picture, learning outcomes of Natural Sciences.
