Proses belajar terjadi karena adanya interaksi antara seseorang dengan lingkungannya Proses tersebut Disekolah tidak hanya belajar tapi yang paling terpenting adalah pendidikan. Karna pendidikan yang akan membentuk watak seseorang pengetahuan akan memperlancar prosesnya Salah satu pembelajaran dan pendidikan karakter di Sekolah adalah pendidikan jasmani. Pendidikan Jasmani adalah aktivitas psikomotorik yang dilaksanakan atas dasar pengetahuan (kognitif), dan pada saat melaksanakannya akan terjadi perilaku pribadi yang baik (afektif). Untuk mencapai semua itu dibutuhkan guru yang berkompetensi. Salah satu kompetensinya adalah kompetensi profesional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian kualitatif ialah kata-kata, dan tindakan, selebihnya adalah data tambahan seperti dokumen dan lain-lain. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri atas (1) Observasi, (2) wawancara/Interview, (3) Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data kualitatif dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu dengan kegiatan data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/ verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemahaman guru PJOK tentang kompetensi profesional sangat beragam, diantaranya (1) Guru harus menguasai materi, membuat inovasi dalam pembelajaran dan memaksimalkan sarana dan prasarana untuk menunjang pembelajaran, (2) Guru harus menghindari prilaku tindakan indisipliner, seperti datang tepat waktu, mengutamakan kepentingan tugas yang sudah dibebankan diatas kepentingan pribadi, (3) Guru harus “melek” teknologi dan memanfaatkannya sebagai media pembelajaran. PJOK Teachers' Understanding of Professional Competency Standards AbstractThe learning process occurs because of the interaction between a person and his environment. The process is not only learning but also the most important thing is education. Education will shape a person's character. One of the character education in schools is physical education. Physical Education is a psychomotor activity that is carried out on the basis of knowledge (cognitive), and at the time of implementing it will occur good personal behavior (affective). To achieve all of that, competent teachers are needed. One of the competencies is professional competence. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The main data sources in qualitative research are words, and actions, the rest are additional data such as documents and others. Data were collected using (1) observation, (2) interview (3) documentation. Qualitative data analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion/ verification activities. The results showed that PJOK teachers' understanding of professional competence was very diverse, including (1) Teachers must take control the material, make innovations in learning and maximize facilities and infrastructure to support learning, (2) Teachers must avoid disciplinary action behaviors, such as arriving on time, give priority to the interests of tasks that have been charged above personal interests, (3) Teachers must "literate" technology and use it as a learning media.

The purpose of this study was to identify the various types of student delinquency and the causes and understand how to deal with student delinquency. The method used is qualitative research. This research was conducted at SD AL-Kautsar Bandar Lampung. Data obtained from interviews with school principals and teacher educators and questionnaires distributed to students. Data were analyzed using the following steps: data reduction, data display and conclusion/verification. Based on the results of research in the field, the authors conclude that character education at SD Al-Kautsar Bandar Lampung is very good in terms of teaching and practice. Character development in schools is pursued through several ways including learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom with qualified teachers who are believed to be able to build the character of their students, as well as cooperation from parents of students in cultivating good character at home.

Improving the quality of character education needs to be done in all aspects including through cultural contexts. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education based on local wisdom through Orek-Orek dance. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative research. His research sites are Paron Elementary School and Kedungputri 1 Elementary School, Ngawi District. Data collection techniques include study documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. This study aims to explore the paradoxical character values on visual semiotics wayang purwa of Raseksa and Satria profiles. Satria and Raseksa figures were selected using a purposive sampling technique, through wayang Pandavas and Kuravas. The study was designed with qualitative research approach; the data were collected using the techniques of interviews, observation, and document analysis. The data were analyzed following the steps of data reduction, data display, and verification. The results of the research revealed that in wayang, the Raseksa and Satria figures represent a paradoxical representation of both the external structure and the inner structure. The outer structure is in the form of wayang purwa visual elements, which turns out to be the opposite shape from both Pandavas and Kuravas figures. The inner structure is more about the inseparable meaning and value from the outer structure. In semiotics, the visual element (outer structure) of Pandavas and Kuravas figures can be represented or interpreted based on their values and meanings (inner structure) in addition to show a conflict of meaning. The paradoxical cultural value in Javanese culture is essentially learning experienced-based humanity values manifested through puppet characters. This is exemplified by the Islamic example of the Prophet Muhammad and its mandatory and impossible natures.  The wayang Satria may represent the obligatory nature (good character), and wayang Raseksa represent the impossible (bad character) of humans.

This research is aimed at describing the imposing and shaping of religious character and describing the methods used in shaping religious character at Madrasa Ibtidaiyyah Tarbiyatus Shibyan Jadung Dungkek. This is a qualitative research whose data were obtained from observation, interview, and documentation. The data collected then analyzed by Miles and Huberman analysis model including four components namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. This research resulted in findings that the imposing and shaping of personal and ritual religious character is supposed to not only involve family but also develop education partnership among family, school, and community. The methods carried out to impose and shape the character for the students are through exemplary, advice, supervision, and punishment. Religious character education must be integrated in all subject lessons taught at the Madrasah

This study aims to find and explain the meaning of Tanduak dance movements in Nagari Lubuk Tarok as well as their relevance to the value of character education. This study used a qualitative research in analyzing and finding a narrative from a Tanduak dance. Data sources in this study were obtained from key informants, interviews, and documents. Data collection techniques were carried out through participant observation, documentation and other findings. Data analysis techniques used consist of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicated that the Tanduak dance consists of three types of movements; ampek, salo and sambah. These three movements show a meaning relevant to the value of character education. Ampek means openness and respect for the audience, in line with friendly/communicative values. Salo means swift but sure, this movement is in harmony with the value of hard work and responsibility. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tari Tanduak terdiri dari tiga ragam gerak yaitu gerak langkah ampek, gerak langkah salo dan gerak sambah/penutup. Ketiga gerak ini menunjukkan makna yang relevan dengan karakter masyarakatnya. Gerak langkah ampek bermakna keterbukaan dan penghormatan terhadap khalayak, selaras dengan nilai kebersamaan/komunikatif. Gerak langkah salo bermakna sigap namun pasti, gerak ini selaras dengan nilai kerja keras dan tanggung jawab. Gerak sambah/ penutup bermakna penghormatan dan ramah tamah, selaras dengan nilai cinta damai.Kata kunci: tari tanduak, makna, karakter

                This research deals with teacher’s feedback in teaching speaking at the seventh grade of SMPN 4 Ponorogo. This research was conducted for several purposes. They are: 1) to know the implementation of teacher’s feedback in teaching speaking at the seventh grade of SMPN 4 Ponorogo, 2) to know students’ response to the teacher’s feedback in teaching speaking at the seventh grade of SMPN 4 Ponorogo. The researcher applied qualitative research approach and the case study was the research design. In this research, the researcher analyzed the data by Mattew B Miles and Michael Hubberman’s; data reduction, data display, and conclusion and verifications data.  It is a methodological on data analysis which involved an interview, an observation, and a documentation. Then both English teacher and the students especially 7G and 7H classes of SMPN 4 Ponorogo were the source and the object of this study. The findings of this study clarified that: (1) the English teacher implemented this feedback by giving tasks and inviting performance. Starting by the teacher chose the task and read the task to give the example of how to pronounce the words. Then the students should immitate it and improve their speaking of what they have took from the text in front of the class. While enjoying the students’ performance, the teacher took the scores and gave the feedback. It concluded on oral and written feedback. Something difference on this point than other points of feedback, the teacher applied on excellent point which is same as 10 scores in 1 point. Focusing on lower students to motivate their English skills and upgrading the students (the middle and the upper one) were the teacher’s goal in this strategy implementation. (2) the students’ response was very positive. It is shown when the researcher looked at the students were very active during doing the assignments. Through this feedback, the students can get several points in learning English such as feeling motivated and appreciated, getting an active assessment, and getting additional scores to upgrade their low scores. In the end, the researcher concluded that the teacher’s feedback applied positively in increasing students’ speaking ability.

This study aims at describing the process of word-formation used on messaging applications found in the Play Store. This is descriptive qualitative research. The data are messaging applications written in English and in the form of words. To collect the data, the researchers use observation. The analysis data consists of three steps namely data reduction, data display, and verification. There are 56 data found. There are 6 types of word formations; Affixation (4 data), compounding (15 data), blending (4 data), coinage (8 data), clipping (4 data), reduplication (1 data). However, there are 20 messaging applications that cannot be classified into the type of word formation such as Path, Line, Lemon, etc. They are simple words that have already existed in English and have been used in everyday communication. Meanwhile, nowadays they are used as a name of messaging applications and have different meanings as the real meaning. The suffixes used in the affixation process are –er, -ous, -ster. There are 6 formations of compounding used in the messaging application such as N+N, V+V, N+V, V+N, Adv. + Prep. There are 3 ways of blending process such as taking the whole part of the first word and taking the first syllable of the second, taking the first syllable of the first word and taking the whole part of the second word, taking two syllables from the front part of the first word and taking the last syllable of the second word. Coinage consists of the name of the company and the name of the product. There are two types of clipping found namely fore-clipping and back-clipping. Reduplication happens when there is a copying of the partial part of the word. Apparently, there are morphological processes used in life such as word formation to name the messaging application.

Character education is considered the best solution to produce excellent students in character, personality and uphold the nation's noble values. Through local wisdom in each area, such as the Dongkrek dance culture, it is important to understand and improve character education in students. Therefore, it is necessary to explore more deeply character education based on local wisdom by exploring the Dongkrek dance culture to internalize character values in learning art in elementary schools. This study aims to describe the character education of Dongkrek dance and efforts to internalize it in learning arts in elementary schools. This research is qualitative research using descriptive analysis and a library research approach. Five main character educations are explored in the Dongkrek dance, including religion, cooperation, nationalism, independence, and integrity. Meanwhile, efforts to internalize it into art learning are by understanding the contents of the dance, performing, and developing the Dongkrek dance into a show.

This study aims to describe the fuction of extracurricular art of dance for students of SD Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu. Type of qualitative research and descriptive naturalistic research method.the subject of this research is the extracurricular coach of dance art and the student of extracurricular activities of dance art. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation (data display), data verification(coclusion drawing/verification) and withdrawal of conclusion (verification data). Testing the validity of the data using persistence of observation, membercheck and triangulation. The result of the research show the extracurricular function of dance which includes 1) development fuction, 2) sosialfuction, 3) rekreativefuction, the three fuctions have been done, but there are some indicators in the function of extracurricular art of dance that has not been done, that is development function in indicator the formation in indicator the formation of the character of discipline. In this indicator the formation of the character of students who follow extracurricular activities of dance art came too late because before the extracurricularschedule of dance art there are students who are still in the canteen and rest. Therefore, there should be a break between classroom hygiene activities and extracurricular activities of dance, so that the indicators of character building discipline are done.

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the regeneration of endek weaving craftsmen in Klungkung, Bali. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The research location is in Klungkung, Bali. The technique of collecting data through interviews was conducted on four groups of informants, namely business owners, craftsmen, children of craftsmen, and community leaders. The data analysis technique used is the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, namely: data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that regeneration attempts have not yet been successful due to several factors, including: 1) the younger generation’s lack of interest in weaving, 2) the number of promising job alternatives, and 3) the lack of love and pride in the younger generation for endek woven fabric products. The regeneration process functions through outreach carried out by networks of family, friends, and neighbors.Keywords: regeneration, socialization, weaving Mengungkap Regenerasi Pengrajin Tenun Endek di BaliAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui regenerasi pengrajin tenun endek di Klungkung, Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Klungkung, Bali. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dilakukan terhadap empat kelompok informan yaitu pemilik usaha, pengrajin, anak pengrajin, dan tokoh masyarakat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yaitu: reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya regenerasi belum berhasil karena beberapa faktor, antara lain: 1) kurangnya minat generasi muda dalam menenun, 2) banyaknya alternatif pekerjaan yang menjanjikan, dan 3) kurangnya rasa cinta dan bangga pada yang lebih muda. generasi untuk produk kain tenun endek. Proses regenerasi berfungsi melalui sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh jaringan keluarga, teman, dan tetangga. Kata kunci: regenerasi, sosialisasi, tenun
