Improving the quality of character education needs to be done in all aspects including through cultural contexts. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education based on local wisdom through Orek-Orek dance. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative research. His research sites are Paron Elementary School and Kedungputri 1 Elementary School, Ngawi District. Data collection techniques include study documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. This study aims to explore and describe ethnomathematics in the concepts of geometry and measurement in traditional games of West Sumbawa namely Barapan Kebo and Sampo Ayam. This research is exploratory research with a qualitative research approach. This research was conducted in 2020 in West Sumbawa District. The data collection techniques were interviews, observation, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that there are concepts of geometry and measurement in the traditional games, Barapan Kebo and Sampo Ayam. The ethnomathematics in Barapan Kebo and Sampo Ayam are speed, time, distance, angles, lines, length units, triangular flat shapes, and rectangular flat shapes

This study aims to find and explain the meaning of Tanduak dance movements in Nagari Lubuk Tarok as well as their relevance to the value of character education. This study used a qualitative research in analyzing and finding a narrative from a Tanduak dance. Data sources in this study were obtained from key informants, interviews, and documents. Data collection techniques were carried out through participant observation, documentation and other findings. Data analysis techniques used consist of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicated that the Tanduak dance consists of three types of movements; ampek, salo and sambah. These three movements show a meaning relevant to the value of character education. Ampek means openness and respect for the audience, in line with friendly/communicative values. Salo means swift but sure, this movement is in harmony with the value of hard work and responsibility. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tari Tanduak terdiri dari tiga ragam gerak yaitu gerak langkah ampek, gerak langkah salo dan gerak sambah/penutup. Ketiga gerak ini menunjukkan makna yang relevan dengan karakter masyarakatnya. Gerak langkah ampek bermakna keterbukaan dan penghormatan terhadap khalayak, selaras dengan nilai kebersamaan/komunikatif. Gerak langkah salo bermakna sigap namun pasti, gerak ini selaras dengan nilai kerja keras dan tanggung jawab. Gerak sambah/ penutup bermakna penghormatan dan ramah tamah, selaras dengan nilai cinta damai.Kata kunci: tari tanduak, makna, karakter

Through education given, learners is expected to be able toimprove independently, use and review knowledge, internalize and personalize the character values and be graciousso these can be implemented in their everyday behavior.This study aims to describe the planning of the main character values implementation in the IPS learning conducted by IPS teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Kelua, describe the executing of the main character values implementation in the IPS learning conducted by IPS teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Kelua, describe the assessment of the main character values implementationin the IPS learning conducted by IPS teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Kelua.This research method uses observation method, interview, and documentation bya qualitative research approach. The research is held in SMP Negeri 3 Kelua. The data analysis is by data reduction, display data and Verification.The results of this study and discussion illustrate, This research suggests that  the results of research can be used as additional repertoire of the application of character values about the analysis of character values implementation in IPS learning. Melalui pendidikan diharapkan peserta didik mampu secara mandiri meningkatkan dan menggunakan pengetahuannya, mengkaji dan menginternalisasi serta mempersonalisasi nilai-nilai karakter dan akhlak mulia sehingga terwujud dalam perilaku sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan,  penilaian implementasi nilai karakter utama dalam pembelajaran IPS yang dilakukan oleh guru IPS di SMP Negeri 3 Kelua. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Kelua. Analisis data dengan reduksi data, data display dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan ini, menggambarkan bahwa: Perencanaan implementasi pendidikan nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMPN 3 Kelua dengan menyiapkan Silabus dan RPP terlebih dahulu, Pelaksanaan implementasi pendidikan nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMPN 3 Kelua dengan cara tugas kelompok dengan presentase dan diskusi, Penilaian implementasi pendidikan nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS di SMPN 3 Kelua dengan menyiapkan lebih dahulu lembaran penilaian untuk peserta didik. Penelitian ini menyarankan hasil penelitian bisa dijadikan sebagai tambahan khasanah penerapan nilai karakter tentang analisis implementasi nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran IPS. Bagi guru bisa meningkatkan kreatifitasnya merancang dan merevisi rencana proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan nilai karakter sesuai kondisi sekolah dan materi pelajaran. The murabahah finance is sell and buy transaction which is seller acknowledge selling price and buyer pay to the seller as much as the price plus margin that being approved. Sometimes on going murabahah finance promise found obstacles and resistance being faced bank or debtor party. There for, we want to study more deep about murabahah finance in BMT RIzky Barokah as a research object. The research aims to analysis of the operation of murabahah finance, analysis of murabahah operation in KSPPS BMT Rizky Barokah with Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN MUI), and analysis of member perception of KSPPS BMT Rizky Barokah about murabahah finance. This type of research is qualitative research with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The result is found conclusion that is process of operationalization of murabahah finance in KSPPS BMT Rizky Barokah different based on object of goods in the murabahah promise. There is a goods that have facilitated by BMT is motor-bicycle but there is have another goods that proxies by another party for the procuration. The execution of murabahah finance promise in Rizky Barokah has appropriate to the commandment and requirement of murabahah and appropriate with fatwa provisions DSN-MUI No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 about murabahah finance.

At present, the usefulness of the website is seen only as a complement to the services of government agencies, many Ministry of Religion websites have an attractive appearance, but the quality of the information content presented on the website is not always updated. This study aims to analyze the use of the website of the Ministry of Religion of the Special Province of Yogyakarta and Riau Province. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method to explore a case with data analysis techniques using the help of Nvivo12 Plus software. The results showed that in general the two websites both already have website content that refers to regulations, but in terms of the quality of presenting data, the website of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province is considered better and meets 3 (three) website usability criteria, namely: Accessibility related to availability and ease of users to access content from a website can be seen from the comparison in terms of ease in understanding the appearance of the number of visitors between the two websites of the Ministry of Religion. second, Easy of use is related to the effort or effort made to use a website or how easily a website can be seen and differences in the availability of data that is still empty in some website columns, and third, namely Customization and Personalization relating to a website that provides content or content dynamic looks of the level of popularity of news on the website. Saat ini, kegunaan dari websiteterlihat hanya sebagai pelengkap dari pelayanan lembaga pemerintahan saja, banyak websiteKementerian Agama yang memiliki tampilan yang menarik, namun kualitas isi informasi yang disajikan di website tidak selalu di perbaharui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kegunaan websiteKementerian Agama Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dan Provinsi Riau. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi suatu kasus dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan softwareNvivo12Plus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara umum kedua websitesama-sama telah memiliki konten websiteyang mengacu pada regulasi, namun dalam hal kualitas menyajikan data, website Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau dinilai lebih baik dan memenuhi 3 (tiga) kriteria kegunaan websiteyaitu: Accessibility yang berkaitan dengan ketersediaan dan kemudahan pengguna untuk mengakses konten dari suatu website terlihat dari perbandingan dari sisi kemudahan dalam memahami tampilan jumlah pengunjung antara kedua website Kementerian Agama. kedua,Easy of use berkaitan dengan usaha atau upaya yang dilakukan untuk menggunakan sebuah website atau seberapa mudah website dapat digunakan terlihat dan perbedaan ketersediaan data yang masih kosong dibeberapa kolom website, dan ketiga yaitu Customization and Personalization yang berkaitan dengan suatu website yang menyediakan konten atau isi yang dinamis terlihat dari tingkat popularitas sebuah berita diwebsite.

Serve is a part of action/service for others to be able to meet the needs and desires. Customers satisfaction might be checked by comparing the expectations of consumers with the desired quality of service what they receive in fact. This research was conducted to find out how customer satisfaction with the quality of service the management of Grand City Balikpapan. Research used qualitative methods. Data sources are secondary and primary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. Data collection instruments through the interview grid with the 5W + 1H method. The validity of the data was examined through triangulation and data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions or verification (conlusion drawing / verification). Finally Grand City Balikpapan consumers have been satisfied with the quality of service provided by the Sinarmas Land Group management.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of Islamic education which includes: input, process, output. Specifically on the object of study in this study, namely in SD/MI Unggulan Ash-Shiddiqiyyah-3 di Purworejo. This type of research is qualitative. Using an educational sociology approach. Data collection was obtained directly from informants through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, data verification, and affirmation of conclusions. An important finding in this study is that SD/MI Unggulan Ash-Shiddiqiyyah-3 di Purworejo cannot be said to be a quality school. Because, the three components of education quality have not been fulfilled, namely: overall input, process, and output.

The background of this research stems from the interest of researchers about the importance of the role of principal leadership in strengthening character education. This study aims to determine the type, role, and implementation of the character education strengthening program at SMAN 1 Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative research taking place at SMAN 1 Yogyakarta. Methods of data collection are done by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques by transcript, coding, comparing and contrasting. Checking the validity of the data by means of triangulation of sources, triangulation of techniques, and triangulation of time. The results showed that: (1) the type of leadership applied by the principal is a type of democratic leadership where the principal always provides encouragement, motivation and innovation for teachers, employees and students to continue to excel and continue working. (2) The implementation of the character education strengthening program using the habituation and culture methods of 5S (Greetings, Smiles, Greetings, Polite, and Polite) character education strengthening programs are supported by school members so that the program has been implemented optimally. (3) the principal acts as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and as a motivator.

This research aims to examine and analyze the effectiveness of creative traders in the field by the police unit of Pamong Praja at Jalan Jawa City Palangka Raya. This research uses qualitative research methods. The source of the data is derived from the Police unit organization of the city Palangka Raya, PKL, the community in the large market of the street Java City Palangka Raya Raya, as well as documents that support this research. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing Verification. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the use of Creative Trader Field (PKL) is done because of the number of creative traders who have been made use of public places in the trading activities so that the implementation by Satpol PP. As well as the effectiveness of regulating and supporting factors and the implementation of creative traders field by Satpol PP on Jalan Java City Palangka Raya is insufficient infrastructure to perform regulation such as transportation tools that is too old to carry out patrol activities and the lack of budget earned funds.

This study aims to find a picture of the difficulties experienced by teachers in the implementation of learning activities and the steps taken to overcome the difficulties encountered in learning. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative research to explain the phenomena of difficulties experienced by teachers in carrying out learning activities and steps taken to overcome difficulties encountered in learning. The data collection techniques used in this study were open questionnaires as primary data sources and observations. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics, to obtain a picture of the difficulty factors and the steps in implementing learning. The results showed that the implementation of the curriculum for learning activities and in formulating basic competencies were still the difficulties of subject teachers. The structure of the material in the learning curriculum is still an obstacle for the teacher because the material is not in accordance with the level of student ability. The availability of facilities and infrastructure as well as the allocation of time still need to be a major concern in improving the quality of learning.
